Our family loves 12 South Dental! Dr. Baese and his team are wonderful. They make booking an appointment so easy and the in office experience enjoyable. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They’ve really gotten to know our family. Shout out to Kayla, Taylor and Michelle! Plus who doesn’t love a goody bad?

I really don’t like going to the dentist. Who does? But my experience at 12 South Dental was top notch. Out of all my years going to the dentist for cleanings, this has been the best experience so far. I walked in to the trendy reception area with all of my paperwork ready, and I didn’t even have to sit down before I was brought back. My dental hygienist Holly was the sweetest. She talked to me more like a friend than a patient. She was also very gentle and made an over-due cleaning bearable. Dr. Baese was great as well. I could tell he cared about getting to know his patients as a person, rather than just doing a quick check up without conversing. They also offered a hand wax treatment (I’m sure there’s a technical term for this) while your teeth are being cleaned. I tried it but didn’t like it on my hands, so I took it off. I’m a weirdo. Also props for asking what channel you’d like to watch OR asking for your favorite Pandora station for your cleaning. In and out within 30-45 minutes and left with a cleaner smile on my face.

I have had such a wonderful experience with 12 South. The staff are so welcoming, the hygienists so skilled, and Dr. Baese so kind. I also feel like they provide dental care for a very reasonable price. The part that stands out to me most about my experience is actually what happened after I moved away from Nashville. I had a dental emergency about a month after I left, and I called Dr. Baese. It turns out he was on vacation with his family, but he called me back right away. He took the time to answer all of my desperate questions, and he e-mailed my x-rays as soon as he regained access. Months later, I had a follow up question about the care I was receiving and he replied to my weekend e-mail that day. I am incredibly grateful to have such a brilliant professional so invested in my welfare.

I have worked in 12th South for about 3 years and am so excited that Dr. Baese has found a home for his business in the neighborhood! I was going to the same dentist for over 10 years, but was always a little inconvenient to make a trip 45 minutes away. A co worker suggested Dr. Baese and I was hesitant for change but gave it a shot and I am so glad I did! The office is beautiful, the receptionist was welcoming & friendly and Ashley, who gave me my cleaning, was so down to earth and took great care of making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Baese has an awesome positive energy, very professional and took his time answering all my questions. I am so excited that such an awesome dental staff is in our 12th South community and highly recommend making a visit! You’ll love it!

I love this place! Everyone from the front desk with Taylor to Alison ( dental hygienist) and Dr. Baese, are professional, kind, and very welcoming! They are also very transparent with pricing. The plans and the dental education that they provide are helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The entire setting is quite relaxing and unlike a typical dentist’s office. You’re greeted by name when you walk in the front door, offered a beverage, and escorted to the back. Dr. Baese talks over all procedures with you prior to anything he does and goes over your xrays with you. Not that this matters, but there’s also a television on the ceiling for you to watch and during your cleaning he acts like you are the most important thing happening right then. Highly recommend this guy!

Dr. Baese and his entire staff are incredible! The office is extremely clean and I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped through the front doors. They were truly thorough and did an exceptional job at explaining each step of my visit. I could not be more pleased with the care and treatment I received! I highly recommend 12 south dental to anyone looking for a fantastic dental team.

Dr. Baese and his staff are incredible. From the office admin staff to making scheduling an appointment easy, the dental hygienists doing a wonderful job and Dr. Baese’s easy going professionalism and top notch work (might I add playing your favorite pandora music while he works on you) I cannot recommend this dental practice more. I have been to other dental practices here in Nashville and this is by far the best!

I’ve been going to 12 South since I moved to Nashville just about four years ago. The staff is thorough, polite and fun! I am never waiting past my appointment time and always in & out as efficiently as possible. I had an issue after my last cleaning and the staff took me in day-of me calling once they re-opened from the weekend, spent enough time to make sure I was happy with the outcome and explained everything to me along the way. Cannot say enough good things about them!

I’ve been a patient since they opened the studio, and I’m a forever patient. I feel important when I call, and I feel important when I’m in the chair..and that’s important. Besides great customer service, the care I have received has been very high quality- I had a couple old fillings replaced, cleanings, crown replaced, and the most noticeable, a cracked front tooth fixed, which turned out better than I thought it could. They pay attention to your experience and deliver quality care. My experience is that they sweat the details, and that goes along way with me

I have been going to 12 South Dental now for over 6 years. Even when I wasn’t living in Nashville, I would still have them as my dentist when I would come into town to visit. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating…from Taylor at the front desk, Taylor to my hygienist Kayla, and Dr. Baese, I would hands down recommend!!!
