Dr Chen is the BEST dentist I’ve ever had. His cleanings are top notch. He also removed one of my (not impacted) wisdom teeth a couple weeks back. I was in and out of the office in just 25 mins and had NO pain when the anesthesia wore off – which I thought was impossible from all the horror stories I got from friends. He’s truly a miracle worker, I can’t recommend this office enough!

Great and efficient dental office! I’ve been going to this office since it first showed up in LIC (~2? years ago) and am excited to see it growing. Originally had 2 dental chairs and it looks like they have another one up and running. Both dentists, Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Chen, are really nice and attentive to my needs. I was able to get in and out of the office on time. The assistants are great as well! Love Michelle and Sabine!!!! They were patient with me during X-ray since I have a gag reflex. Front desk was nice too, they respond quickly (you can text them!) when I said I’d be running a few minutes late. Overall, had a great experience and totally recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in LIC!

My partner was in the search for a dentist for a long time, especially in such a competitive market. He arrived to see Dr Chen and shared that his experience was nothing but amazing. Dr Chen was extremely kind and patient through his services, he was also always very honest and caring about the work he was providing. He always ensured that you were comfortable in his chair and that no pain was felt. The office in itself is also very clean and modern, they do such an amazing job to ensure that you feel comfortable and happy with the job provided. This office is surely recommended and I’m sure Dr Chen will also make you feel at home.

After reading all of the positive reviews online I booked an appointment for my husband and I with Judy and Cathy Lee. From the moment I walked in it was a 10/10 dental experience. Most welcoming dentist I have ever been too! Front desk staff were helpful and welcoming, Cathy was kind, patient, caring, listened to my dental concerns and talked me through every step of the way. Felt safe with the covid protocols in place. I immediately scheduled my 6 month check-up! Highly recommend 1311 Jackson ave dental!

If I could give more stars on this review, I absolutely would. After a lifelong fear of the dentist, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Even though I was there for the first time, I was treated like I had been coming for years. I felt so taken care of and appreciated as a patient. I ended up needing to have a wisdom tooth extracted the day of my visit and although that’s not the most fun thing in the world, Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Chen made the experience the best that it could be. Besides the exceptional care, prices are extremely reasonable too. It felt great not to have to sacrifice good treatment for a more affordable price. I will absolutely be coming back to Jackson Ave Dental for all of my dental needs. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

Went to Dr. Chen’s office for a routine cleaning and X-ray. The office is brand new, so all the equipment inside was very new. The chairs were comfortable and nice. Dr. Chen is very good and super passionate about dentistry. I told him I was interested in getting Invisalign, so showed me on his computer the entire process via animations which was pretty cool. He also told me his place is currently charging only $2999 for Invisalign which is a lot cheaper than other dental practices. Overall, great experience. He does a very thorough job in the cleaning and he takes it serious.

I never thought I would feel compelled to leave a review for a dentist, but here I am. David and the receptionist were pleasant as could be and I was in and out as a new patient in under 45 minutes. I had budgeted much more time than that and was thrilled to be on my way. David had a light hand, and did not rush through the cleaning. I’ll be back in 6 months!

I had been long overdue for a dental exam, Dr.Chen was very understanding and accommodating. Check in process was seamless and I was seen right away! The office was very pleasant, and I was confident in all Covid safety protocols being followed. My procedure is broken up into 2 visits, so I will update my review based on the end result. Otherwise, so far so good!

I have been coming to Dr. Chen for general dentistry for close to a year and have been very satisfied with my experience with this dental office. Overall, the staff is very friendly and the office is clean with precautionary measures in place to keep me comfortable/safe during my visit. Recently, I had some crown work done by Dr. Cathy Lee. She was very personable and meticulous in her craft. When I came back to get the temporary crown replaced with permanent, it was a perfect color match and fit, needing only minor adjustments to match my bite. I feel very confident in recommending her without hesitation. I will definitely ask for Dr. Lee on my next visit.

Stopped by Dr. Chen’s office and I was amazed at how nice and clean it was. Everything was new and organized. The office atmosphere is really relaxing. They even had a Nespresso machine in the waiting area! Dr. Chen is very professional and gives you the time and day you deserve as a patient. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
