Decided to try a new dentist so I went researching on Zocdoc and came across to Jackson Ave Dental. I’ve heard only good things and was glad I went. Scheduling was so easy online and I was sent several reminders via email/text. I got there 15 min earlier to fill out forms and was called in pretty quick. The office was so clean and felt cozy. The assistant helped me get my bite wing x-rays without much issues and Dr. Nguyen came after to do my dental cleaning. She was very gentle and finished my cleaning with no pain. She also helped answered many questions I had about my teeth. I would definitely be back again to see Dr. Nguyen. Thank you Dr. Nguyen! Highly recommend others if you’re looking for a great dentist in LIC.

Excellent experience overall! Dr. Nguyen is an amazing dentist and professional, and she had excellent bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all, and she took the time to answer my questions and engage in conversation, which I appreciated. In addition, all the other staff, including the office staff and dental assistants, were also all very pleasant. The facility was very clean and modern, and the services and care I received were excellent. Highly recommended!

There was basically no wait time and the office was extremely clean. I was able to get an x-Ray, routine cleaning and two fillings done within 45 minutes. Dr. Nyugen was very gentle with the routine cleaning, and made the filling process as painless as possible. I usually get quite nervous at dentist appointments but Dr. Nyugen and her team made me feel as comfortable as possible by making sure I was feeling alright. 5/5!

Great and efficient dental office! I’ve been going to this office since it first showed up in LIC (~2? years ago) and am excited to see it growing. Originally had 2 dental chairs and it looks like they have another one up and running. Both dentists, Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Chen, are really nice and attentive to my needs. I was able to get in and out of the office on time. The assistants are great as well! Love Michelle and Sabine!!!! They were patient with me during X-ray since I have a gag reflex. Front desk was nice too, they respond quickly (you can text them!) when I said I’d be running a few minutes late. Overall, had a great experience and totally recommend if you’re looking for a dentist in LIC!

The absolute best dental care that I’ve ever had!! Wonderful staff, clean and cheerful office space. Loved the calming music. I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures and everyone who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was doing okay throughout my cleaning and filling. Couldn’t recommend more!

This place is great! I came here last week for a long overdue cleaning and had an awesome experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Office was very clean and modern. Cleaning didn’t hurt, she was gentle and took her time. They were even able to put my crown back on which fell off a few months prior. Most places would try to get you to buy a new one but she took the time to adjust mine and reattach it. Saved me a ton of $& bc those suckers aren’t cheap! Def give this place a shot if you’re looking for a new dentist! So glad I found them!

This is truly the most positive experience I’ve had going to dentist in my decade of living in New York — from entering reception to leaving my visit. Everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. The appointment is thorough and all my questions get answered. I appreciate the personal touches and the details they remember each time I visit. Very happy to have these guys in our neighborhood. The office is very welcoming, clean, and new/high-tech. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They did great work – skilled and attentive – and had me in and out in no time. Unlike some other places I’ve been they weren’t trying to upsell me on anything and seemed like they were just looking out for my health and happiness, which was very much appreciated.

Great service in a bright, clean office with friendly staff, easy check in on a tablet and my appointment started promptly at the moment it was to begin. You can lay back as they take X-rays and see them on the TV in front of you. The dental assistant and dentist were both very friendly and efficient with my cleaning/check up and the Dr. Nguyen explained my options for some work I need done by an oral surgeon and gave me a referral. She is also pricing other options for me. On the way out you’re given a cute goodie bag. Highly recommend as someone who hates going to the dentist!

I came in for a routine cleaning and x-ray. Office and equipment were modern. Reception was fast. The whole appointment was done in 45 min. Dr Nguyen was both quick and thorough and gave good advise for keeping good teeth hygiene before next visit. Would recommend to people looking for new dentist.

This was yet another great experience at Jackson Dental. Although I’m an adult, the dentist is always a big fear of mine. I went in for a dental cleaning and anxiously told Dr. Nguyen that I was scared. She was incredibly gentle with me and the cleaning felt like a breeze. This is my go-to place moving forward!

As a person who gets anxious in Dentist Offices. Dr. Linh Nguyen was very attentive, observant and kind. She introduced herself and answered all my follow up questions. The sound of the music in the back kept me slightly calm. Recommend to everyone else seeking a positive dental experience.

The overall office visit was as pleasant as could be. The staff are all super nice and extremely helpful. There was virtually no wait time for my appointment and the cleaning was fast and easy. Dr. Nguyen is also super nice and provided guidance and feedback that was catered to the condition of my teeth. Will definitely be going back and definitely recommend.
