FANTASTIC experience. I had my Invisalign treatment here. They did an amazing job. Their staff and doctors really care about your needs. I have been coming to this office for more than two years for now for all my dental care and have no complaints. Their staff is awesome and always does their best to accommodate me. I was nicely greeted by the staff on each visit and provided with appointments that worked with my schedule. I’m very happy with their orthodontic service and much appreciate their efforts to fix my bite corrections. Their doctors and staffs perform an outstanding service. I highly recommend this dental office!

WE Love 1st Choice Dental! My entire family is now going there. After we went in for a consultation for my son’s Braces with Dr. Shafagh, I was amazed to find out they have dentists and periodontists on staff. Prices are great, they take many insurance options and conveniently located. The office is very clean and even has the newest equipment like the 360 degree xray machine which I was going to have to go elsewhere while receiving treatments at another Ortho’s office. 1st choice dental can solve all of your families dental needs.

I can’t say enough great things about 1st Choice Dental and it’s staff. I was referred by a friend who had her braces done there and my friend is super critical. I knew if she was happy about her results, I would be. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they are timely with appointments. Dr. Shafagh is an AMAZING orthodontist. I had braces as a teenager and the two experiences are night and day. I had a protruding overbite. Dr. Shafagh knows exactly how to tweak a wire to get your teeth in the ideal position; I see results immediately after each treatment. I was quoted 2 yrs at my first consultation. It’s been 13 months and I’m almost done! Yolanda Morgan is also a great hygienist. My pockets have decreased significantly after 2 treatments and my teeth have never been so healthy. I would highly recommend 1st Choice Dental.

Where do I begin with 1st Choice Dental??! Lets see… my experience here has been totally amazing! Not to mention the pain of having braces but the staff made it all worth it with there comments like “don’t worry it’ll be all worth it” or “you’re already pretty image with your braces off”! Convos with the staff are always fun. Plus I love the way they treat you with great service and excellent quality. Now let me tell you about the doctor at first to be honest I thought she was going to be mean but I was completely wrong she’s so so nice! And has a great personality! She could always make you laugh no matter what. Not to mention the rest of the staff like Elena she so awesome and cute!! She always asks me how I’m doing and you know the usual “girl talk” plus rolando which I thought this WHOLE time that his name was victor ops I’m still not sure… But he’s such a cool guy! He’s really so so so nice, not to mention the fact that I love him so much cause he finally took off my braces today of course with the doctors approval! I enjoyed every second of going to the 1st choice. My experience has been great and will always be, with a loving staff, and the smartest prettiest doctor ever! Make 1st choice your dentist today! You won’t regret it!

How often do you hear about anyone being happy about going to the dentist? I have dental insurance, live on the Westside with a dentist assigned to me in my neighborhood and still go to 1st Choice Dental–which is 15 miles away and I pay out of pocket, because they are that good. 1st Choice Dental was referred to me by my family and every time I go there (27 miles from my work) I am happy all over again. The staff are amazing: caring and conscientious. I never feel like they’re trying to foist dental work on me that I don’t need. -I know this because my assigned dentist was always trying to make me walk out of his office $1200 later–for work that 1st Choice Dental assures me is not necessary, and as time goes by, it becomes obvious that is was never necessary. My cleaning, done meticulously and thoroughly by Yolanda, is the best I have ever received. That lady made my mouth brand-new again–and gave me some good advice on flossing, toothpaste, and future dental care. Looking forward to going back to have a chipped filling (done by my assigned dentist) refilled by the professionals at 1st Choice Dental.

Went in today for my cleaning appointment. Carlota was awesome! Received incredible treatment, we had such a great conversation before hand that I trusted her with the treatment. An hour later, and my mouth has never felt so clean. Also got retainers and fillings at a prior appointment. Fast, no pain, and easy. Great staff, great people, overall a very happy procedure. All of it was done in a day except the teeth cleaning, which required a different appointment due to my own error, which was coming in late for my original appointment. Fillings, and retainer specs were done in less than an hour. Super fast, and they take care of you with water, and a very happy positive attitude that leaves a smile on your face. Highly recommend, and all my future dental works will be held at this place.

Love First Choice! My only regret is that I hadn’t found this place sooner.  My husband has slowly been replacing his old fillings (11 in total) over the past several years and his Beverly Hills dentist has been charging him $1,200 for each one.  I started going to First Choice last year and I had such a great experience and was so impressed with their low rates that I asked them how much they would charge my husband for refilling old cavaties.  I think they said $400.  I couldn’t believe it!  I highly recommend this place and have been sending friends there and they rave as well.

My experience at 1st choice dental is very friendly everyone here is really nice they take care of you very well, while they are attending you they make sure you don’t have any pain & if you do they take care of it right away, when you’re done they give you am appointment and when the day is close to arriving they call you & make sure you remember I recommend this dentist to everyone in the area because they know how to attend you

I only have great things to say about this dental office! The staff is well educated and friendly as well as patient.  I have had to frequent the office several times a month for the last year because  I’m going through the tedious process of implants.  Each time I arrive I’m greeted with a smile and the staff even knows me by name (which is quite impressive these days)!  I’m in and out in no time at all… I love to give credit where credit is due and 1st choice dental definitely deserves credit for their stand out service!

I’ve been going here a little over a year now. The other day I visited for the first time since the Coronavirus hit the U.S.A. I was nervous obviously, but rest assured, the entire team here did amazing to maintain safety as the highest priority for patients. I received an email the day before my appointment checking on my health (my whereabouts within the last 14 days, any symptoms and so on). I was instructed to remain in my car in the parking, call the office and wait to be instructed inside the office. Once I was inside my temperature was taken. Then I was asked to rinse my mouth with mouthwash, and was told not to touch the faucet handle. The nice lady turned off the water for me and then disinfected it after she touched it. The treatment room had new one time covers on everything any patient could have touched. All in all, Coronavirus is NOT going to get you at this establishment. You’re safe here.
