Our experience with Dr. Omar and his staff has been excellent from the start. We initially came across this dental office as we bid and won an orthodontist package at a fundraiser we attended for fallen Dallas police officer Patrick Zamarripa. The staff at 1st Dental and orthodontics was so pleasant and welcoming that my son Tony instantly felt at ease when it was time to have his braces put on. It was a win-win situation for us as we got to donate to the Zamarripa family and get braces for my son at a great dentist office. The first photo is embarrassing…. but even religiously brushing my teeth did nothing… internal stains from tooth trauma as a kid was the dentist theory. A few months ago I asked for recommendations for a dentist who does veneers and was given tons of options! I decided to check out 1st Dental and Orthodontics in Saginaw and I am so glad I did! They gave me an option aside from veneers to keep my natural teeth and avoid any future sensitivity issues due to the process my teeth would go thru for veneers. Braces for 6 months, heavy bleaching and a couple fills on the front two and I am a happy patient! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Friendly, professional people. I don’t usually trust dentists, but these people are super! I found them after going to several other local dentists. Prices are much less than competitors, and service is excellent. Highly recommend this office. My husband, who hates dentists, Has already used their services, and he also is very pleased

We LOVE 1st dental and orthodonics!! My daughter uses ortho side, and everyone is always so friendly and helpful!! I have extreme dental anxiety but I felt so comfortable and everyone was so nice when I came to dentist side. I had NO issues whatsoever with my anxiety!! First cleaning where I walked away and my teeth felt so clean! My 2 year old also has been seen 2 times now and they were so patient and kind! Highly recommend for entire family!!! Went for a regular end of year check up and it was great ! The office is clean they also have a good play area for the kids , and nice couches blurring my check up I got a totally of 3 fillings I believe ,the doctor was extremely nice and kept asking if was in any pain just to check (honestly most doctors don’t care ) and she was very thorough and also advised me I needed to remove my wisdom teeth( 2 uppers) because they were very decayed ,so after that I set up my 2nd appointment for that and it went well followed the dr instructions I had zero issues , Soooo to finish it off it’s a must go ! 5stars !!

I highly recommend First Orthodontics! Dr. Fetouh is kind, super-friendly, and very experienced. He treats his patients with respect and care every step along the way. He guarantees treatment will continue until you’re 100% satisfied. The overall cost for the orthodontic treatment was very affordable and I feel so grateful for the investment that I made in the health and beauty of my teeth. I have been under the care of 1st Dental and Orthodontics for a little over a year completing my invisalign treatment. Dr. Omar Fetouh, and his staff, have always portrayed the highest professionalism during my appointments. His staff/team are friendly, respectful, and sincerely care about their patients. I have been very pleased with the invisalign procedure and want to share that I am EXTREMELY happy with the results. I wasn’t sure how well my 50+ teeth would respond to treatment, but the results have been well beyond my expectations. My teeth look great and I have had so many compliments on my “new smile”. I would highly recommend 1st Dental and Orthodontics for all your dental and orthodontics needs.

We have been with First Choice Dental and Orthodontist for a year and a half. These are the of the line professionals who care about each of their clients. Dr. Omar is the best orthodontist in my opinion. He isn’t in This line of work for the money but for helping people look their best and for a genuine love of his craft and his patients. After loosing her retainers we were worked in to an already full schedule. Jessica skipped her lunch hour to take extra time on my daughters teeth and even closed the gap between her two front teeth. When Dr Omar suggested she take a lunch break she replied that she brought her own lunch just in case. You won’t find this kind of effort anywhere else.

Three of our sons and I have been seen in this office. We love Dr. Omar! He is the friendliest doctor ever! He remembers everyone’s names and unique things about us and is always asking questions and caring what is going on. Dr. Omar did an incredible job with our son Jeremiah whose teeth were some of the worse ever seen. They are perfect now! We are very grateful! Thank you so much Doctor! And to all the caring staff, we say thank you!

It was a great experience for me and my three children. I was a little frazzled having them all there at the same time, but the entire staff were very understanding and helpful and treated us all with kindness and respect. My children were very happy with the whole experience, not something I expected to hear from them. I would definitely recommend 1st Dental & Orthodontics to anyone.

We love 1st Dental and Orthodontics. The staff is very friendly and understanding that life is busy! We travel a lot so sometimes it is difficult to make an appointment and keep it. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling. We use the dentist and orthodontics and they are both clean, comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for always taking care of us!
