We are going to Dr. Friedman for many years now and always have a great experience. Waiting time is short and service is very professional. Result is great. Root canal, post, crown, a simple or a deep cleaning – all are done very professionally and timely. Definitely will recommend anyone to use this dentist.

The office takes care of emergencies and is most accommodating with scheduling and rescheduling on an as-needed basis–perfect! Dr. Vitaly is an amazing dentist. He truly cares about his patients. He is also very gentle, which I really appreciate in a dentist, and he even makes you laugh during your visit. He has spent alot of time with me going over the work I needed done and provided me with his best plan for my dental work. He really is an amazing dentist.

I absolutely love 21st Century Dental Care. I have been coming there for over a year and I am completely satisfied in all areas. The staff is always very accommodating, helpful, professional and punctual. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or scheduling a root canal, they are always available to answer any questions or needs that I have clearly and precisely. Dr. Friedman provides the best care, has the best knowledge of how to discuss the procedures that will be done easily and is the best skilled dentist I have ever had. I give it 5 stars and would recommend to anyone I know for the best dental care!

Another outstanding experience. I broke a tooth on Saturday, they fixed it on Tuesday. Prompt, courteous service is what keeps me coming back. They are nice people to deal with, they do excellent work and don’t overcharge. It’s nice to deal with these fine people. Give them a try.

Love these guys! Been with them at least ten years… maybe even 20! There isn’t anything I have an issue with — and, I can say that I enjoy seeing Dr. Vitaly, his staff and his amazing wife who makes appointments and keeps the records straight. I take their advice very seriously, as it is seems to be in my own interest (not necessarily their interest).

Today was my second visit here. Both times, the staff was friendly and professional. My first visit was an emergency for pain; they had me call my prior dentist to email current x-rays so they wouldn’t need to take unnecessary ones. This really impressed me. The second visit was for a cleaning and a filling. I was seen immediately and was finished with everything in 40 minutes. I highly recommend 21st Century Dental.

I have been using 21st Century Dental Care for almost 10 years and have referred my husband and a coworker to this practice. Dr. Friedman and his staff are all wonderful and very caring. I go every 6 months for cleanings, and Dr. Friedman is a great dentist who has helped with routine checkups, cavities, and even a root canal. Elaine is always very accommodating when scheduling appointments and has squeezed me in that day when I was in pain or having an issue. All the dental hygienists are great . . . Kelly is my favorite 🙂

Came here as a new patient for a routine check-up. Dr. Friedman and his blonde dental assistant were both very welcoming, knowledgeable, and proficient. Despite my late arrival, the process was speedy and pleasant. I highly suggest coming here for your dental needs!

I have had the worst experiences with dentists. I am so happy with this office from the front desk to the doctor. I never thought I would actually say this but for once I don’t mind going to the dentist. I am extremely happy with the work that has been done on my teeth.  The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and is meticulous with his work.  5 stars for sure !

Always highly efficient.  Started exactly on time.  Swift, smooth professional operation and always with a smile.  Excellent working with insurance companies.  Never a hassle.  They are busy, so be prepared to book in advance. They send out a number of appt reminders in advance via different methods (email, texts) so you don’t forget.  I find that very helpful.

Let’s face it, nobody likes having their teeth drilled, but Dr. Friedman and his staff make the experience as pleasant as possible. They are kind, professional and very caring. Plus, they are very prompt and honor their appointments without having to wait in the waiting room. I trust Dr. Friedman’s judgment and recommend his practice completely and without reservation.

After avoiding the dentist for about 5 years I was a little anxious about going but needed to be seen for an implant consultation. My options were clearly explained, Dr Friedman was thorough and is very knowledgeable. I didn’t hesitate to proceed with him. While in the process I also had other minor work done. Painless and efficient. I wouldn’t have waited 5 years to see a dentist if I had known about 21st Century . The whole staff is a pleasure to work with.

High Quality Service. I think I made the right choice. Dr. Friedman professionally addressed my dental needs and also was very considerate and concerned that I should be very comfortable through the whole process. Entire appointment took about 2 hours for tooth extraction and implant setting but I was extremely relaxed and very happy with the procedure. Dr. Friedman definitely is experienced, excellent dentist with good hands and gentle approach.
