I absolutely love this place. I visited as a new patient a month or so ago, and was scheduled for a crown yesterday. Dr. Dickerson and his staff make my visit very comforting. I honestly never even felt the needle when he went to numb my gums. This was amazing!!! Then he and his staff went far and beyond to make sure that my new crown would match. Took multiple pictures in different lighting just to make sure. I am extremely impressed by Dr. Dickerson and his staff of great ladies. Another thing is that they offer a discount program for individuals that do not have insurance. This was a life saver to me. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE looking for a great dentist. 5 stars !!

This is truly the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, toothbrushes in the restroom to prepare for your visit, Dr. Dickerson is the absolute most delightful dentist I have ever met. His personality is so reassuring and nurturing. The optimism is priceless. His staff is super friendly and informative and I didn’t have to wait a bit, even though they accommodated my request to move up my visit. The in house financing is definitely a convenient way to begin treatment and I can’t wait to get started!

Full disclosure: I have always feared going to the dentist, no, I mean full-fledged FEARED having anyone invade my personal space in such a way. All I needed to do was mention this when I phoned for my first appointment with Dr. Dickerson. From the moment I arrived, his kind, compassionate, and (let me emphasize) non-judgmental staff was ready. Every procedure was explained thoroughly, my comfort level was of utmost concern at all times, and the visit went as smooth as silk pie. I had my first quadrant of treatment today. No details needed, except to say, again, that the care and expertise in his practice is top notch! I’ve already recommended him to family and friends. I cannot speak highly enough…so much so that I joined Yelp just to leave this review. Do yourself a favor and make Dr. Dickerson your dentist of choice!

All the crew who work here are true gems. I had a horrible experience as a child making me terrified to go to a dentist. Dr. Dickerson is a rock star. He numbed me completely and did an excellent job working with me and has completely changed my mind about going to the dentist. I have been here twice for cosmetic work with Dr. Dickerson and both times I was incredibly pleased with my care. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable, they ran perfectly on time and they charged very reasonable prices for what I had done. Dr. Dickerson was patient, and took lots of time to answer my questions and make my teeth look just right– perfectionism is something you want in your dentist! He also took concern in regards to my routine dental work and made several suggestions for dentists to try within my insurance network as he wasn’t covered. Really great people at this office.

We had a dental emergency, on Memorial Day I called 26 different dentist offices that claimed to be an emergency dentist. I called 21st Century Dental and they called me back within a couple of hours, on Memorial Day while he was on vacation out of state with his wife….. if that doesn’t say something about this dentist office and taking care of it patients i don’t know what does!!!

My husband and children also see him – the only dentist my college-aged children have ever been to, and they love him and his staff as well. A last minute request while I was vacationing in Nashville, I needed a cleaning and I do not have insurance, I also requested Nitros since I have very bad dentist anxiety. I was kindly appointed for less than 48 hours and when I walked in, it was almost like family. Stephanie was my hygienist and extremely sweet and patient with me. She was also very gentle and knowledgeable. This is my new dentist office anytime I am in Nashville. They also said they will suggest to me a dentist in California so if I need anything while I am home, I will be taken care of in their “network”.
