Dr. Sidawi quickly made emergency appointment, same day, within hours when we called. He was very upfront about cash/credit pricing and **NO INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED**. Office is a bit unorthodox from normal dental office, no frills, but he is owner, proprietor of this business. Took x-rays, explained next steps for me and wrote scripts necessarky for me. Advised me on pricing at other dentists and how to avoid paying more than necessary. Overall, very good experience if you need emergency or after hours dental care.

We had just relocated to Central Florida two days prior to my son being up all night with jaw and tooth pain. We didn’t know the area or have anyone here who could give us a referral. We found Dr. Sidawi online. He did x-rays and discovered my son’s wisdom tooth was impacted and infected. He gave us a prescription for antibiotics until he can see an oral surgeon to have it removed. He also said if we needed anything before my son could get to the surgeon, to just call him and he’d help us however he could. He was so very kind to my son and very helpful. We called him at 1045 and he was able to see my son at noon. He really helped us out in a pinch. I will say if you call him because you need an appointment and he says he will call you back, do not be upset with him. It’s because he is with a patient and giving his full attention. We had a very good experience.

About 4 or 5 years ago, my wife and I were vacationing in the Orlando area. We had traveled from Massachusetts. It was about 9:00 pm on a Friday night when I started experiencing severe pain in a tooth (molar) that was recently filled about 4 weeks before that. The pain became very severe and I finally decided to go to the emergency room at the Florida Hospital in Celebration. I was hoping that they could do something or at least help relieve the pain. At the time, we did not know any dentist or anyone else in Florida from whom to seek advice. The emergency room attendant informed me that they couldn’t really do anything for me and that I would need to see a dentist. They then gave me the address and phone number of this dentist. When I called him, it was about 11:30 pm already. After a short conversation we set an immediate appointment. We arrived at his office sometime shortly after midnight and he was already there waiting for us. Dr. Sidawi was very professional and very courteous. He did all the appropriate x-rays and told me my options. He knew that I had a family dentist that I dealt with in Massachusetts and never once tried to dissuade from going there. He explained that there was an extensive infection in the tooth and bone and that the tooth would likely need to be pulled out because a root canal may or may not work because the tooth seemed brittle. Dr. Sidawi then gently drilled the tooth to relieve the pressure and gave me some antibiotics and something for the pain. He also recommended a follow-up visit within a few days. One thing that is worth mentioning, this tooth had been worked on a lot in the past. Additionally, and for some unknown reason, I always dreaded work on this tooth because the Novocain injection was always very painful. I never knew why. What really surprised me and impressed me was that even the Novocain injection was relatively painless! Again, I was very impressed with the work, professionalism and care that Dr. Sidawi showed. I don’t usually write reviews but upon recently looking him up I found one review which stated that this doctor “does not have a license to practice in Florida”. This I would consider “nonsense”. Additionally, I don’t understand why it is a shady part of I-Drive! It is part of a business park and was across the street from the Titanic museum. There are restaurants, hotels, and other businesses on that same stretch. Would it have been better if he were located in some obscure inaccessible area? In summary, Dr. Sidawi has been in the area for a very long time (this I gathered from the recommendations of the people at the emergency room) and has been practicing dentistry in Florida even longer! I have been to many different dentists over the years (I am a grandfather who was not blessed with good teeth). I have been to Florida many times since and have always gone there whenever I needed my teeth repaired. Including one time when I actually needed a root canal. In all these times, I was very impressed with the dentist and would recommend him wholeheartedly and without any reservations to anyone who needs dental work, whether it were an emergency or not.

I was having a severe toothache. The worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. Dr. Fouad was able to relieve me from my torment. At 10 Pm, He was the only one who would do the work he has provided. I had a root canal with the lowest price on the market. His equipment are not the best, but the work provided is top notch.

Root Canal.. My husband had a bad molar that was loose and causing him severe pain i called his dentist only to be told he has to have an exam and be referred to an oral surgeon not bad except that would have been weeks away as his dentists office was booked a month out just for an exam. Also they didnt handle emergencys.I called 24 hr dental and Dr Sidawi gave us a same day appt on a Thursday at 7pm he immediately took xrays and found that my husband had a severe infection and bad swelling near a nerve, the dr was very kind and quick to treat him. He prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine.My husband was able to get back to normal soon after, Saturday early evening we went in to have the extraction, he took another xray and immediately removed the bad molar , very quickly and little pain.Dr Sidawi is kind, professional and works super fast. I would definetly reccommend him.My husband is amazed at how quick he was able to extract the molar with little to no pain.When in an emergency and its outside of regular hours call 24 hr dental! Dr. Sidawi was sent from HEAVEN!!! We called around 9:30 p.m in severe pain from a wisdom tooth and he returned our call within 5 minutes!!! He then advised us to come right in by 10:00 p.m. Soon as we arrived he greeted us at the door and started right away doing X-RAYS AND making sure we start promptly because we were in pain! He immediately gave us options and what was best for us and performed a ROOT CANAL right then and there! We came in in tears and left smiling! God is good! He was MORE CONCERNED about our true needs than money and the best part is HE IS A CHRISTIAN DENTIST!!!! FILLED with morals and Love and our best interest! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband had a broken tooth that became infected and he was in excruciating pain. I called Dr. S at around 9pm after failing to reach any other “emergency” dentists. Dr. S himself answered the phone and had us come right in (it took us a little over an hour drive). The office isn’t fancy, but the dentist was very kind and relieved my husband’s pain. This morning my husband says he is in no pain at all (and without taking any pain pills!). His rates were fair, too – especially for an after-hours visit!

Overall, I was very satisfied with Dr. Sidawi. I was experiencing severe tooth pain at 2 a.m. on a Thursday and he answered the phone call immediately. Within the hour, I was sitting in his examination chair. He was kind and efficient and got to the root (hehe) of the problem quickly. After he examined me and took a few xrays, he quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. I left his office with an immediate plan of action. He prescribed me pain medication and antibiotics and I was able to sleep peacefully. The quality of the xrays that he took were quite high as well…my regular dentist was not able to duplicate it. We are fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and friendly emergency dentist in our area that makes himself available at all hours of the night and weekends. A very kind soul.

Dr. Sidawi is an absolute HERO!!! Ignore the 1-star reviews. Yes, this is a total hole-in-the-wall office on I-Drive but Dr. Sidawi lives up to his promise of taking away your pain. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and caring of his patients. He made sure I was comfortable, safe, and feeling nothing during my entire root canal. He is a LIFESAVER!!

On a vacation trip to Orlando my dad suffered from severe dental pain that no Ibuprofen or Orajel could help with anymore before flying home. We called the doctor and he told us to come in at a certain time (it was a Sunday after all) within a couple of hours. When arriving we first were afraid of the look of the building and the practice and he clearly had been there for a few hours already. But he was super nice and competent too. It was a severe inflammated root area… He made my dad eat something before the treatment because of anaesthetics (and him not having eaten because of the pain that day), asked about how he feels all the time. He explained in detail, showed us on the X-Ray, explained, showed my mum and myself during treatment, asked us to come back the next day and the day after before the flight to clean the root canal, only closed it lightly so if pressure on plane gives a problem, it can be fixed, prescribed antibiotics… all our dentist back in Germany confirmed was right. He charged once (according to google a fair price for root canal) and not for coming back and really cared. Overall, don’t get turned off when arriving but trust that someone takes care of you! He does!

I had very painful toothache and just arrived for a 2 week vacation so found Dr Sidawi , i have to say the time he took to identify the infected tooth was excellent, far better than my UK Dentist , i had a root canal treatment and Dr Sidawi gave me reassurance and checked i was ok every step of the way, he was brilliant and really showed his experience, he did the root canal and washed the infection thoroughly and gave me antibiotics, i would not hesitate in recommending Dr Sidawi he is an excellent dentist and i am thankful i found him , I’m now pain free and can enjoy my vacation.

So when I was in need of a dentist urgently I googled as you do. Then I went to yelp reviews. The reviews on this site are completely justified the dentist was caring and explained everything as he was going as well as did great work. I have to admit when I googled the property I was a bit apprehensive but the Dentist is amazing and I am so glad that I went to him I would hate to know what pain I would be in now if I didn’t. His fees were also very reasonable.

Dentist was professional and took good care of my very nervous wife. He relaxed her kept asking if she was ok. It did take a week only because of the swelling from infection she had. He made sure the swelling was gone and she had no pain for the surgery.  He took out 2 root and a tooth in about 20 minutes. Fast friendly I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you so much Dr. Sidawi.

Family visited from Texas for the summer down in Orlando. We were out to eat and my daughter’s husband was in a lot of pain. He did not visit a dentist back home before coming to Orlando, as his dentist had been booked for the month. My daughter looked online and found Dr. Sidawi. We called and set up the appointment within the hour, late in the day!! He was a very kind and sweet man. I felt we were in good hands. He did a root canal, very professional. He is very funny as well! Making us laugh and asking my daughter’s husband funny questions about visiting his mother-in-law. We could continue to enjoy my daughter’s family with comfort and peace of mind for the rest of their visit. Sweet man.

Don’t judge this book by its cover. An unconventional setup tucked into the seconded floor of a shopping center. Hours from home and in a jam the friendly doctor got me in immediately . After a quick x-ray he diagnosed my issue. Got me some relief and Set me up with an anti-biotic. Only charging me for my x-ray. No office charge no emergency fee. Honest and knowledge doctor. Grateful for his service!
