This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I showed up 20 minutes early, and waited no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and I didn’t wait at all for the dentist or hygienist after I’d been seated in my room. The guy doing my x-rays was polite and made sure I was comfortable. After seeing my face react to the (kind of scary looking) panoramic x-ray, he said he’d show me how it worked first, so I’d know what I was getting into. I felt he really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable there. My hygienist was amazing! I really wish I could remember her name. She was very quick in measuring my gums. When I declined a teeth cleaning for that day, she wasn’t at all phased by it, and didn’t pressure me into it. I winced when she was measuring my gums in a sensitive area, and rather than berating me for not flossing or something, she apologized, and then explained that I salivated a lot in that area, and needed to pay it special attention. Then she showed me exactly how to brush them to do so. She clearly understood I was human and therefore not perfect in the areas of dental health, and rather than being upset with me for doing things incorrectly, she showed me how to do them correctly. Dr. O’Loughlin was definitely the best dentist I’ve ever met. I’ve always had problems with my front teeth (top and bottom) Cindy was the first person to explain the relationship between my top and bottom teeth. She showed me on the x-rays the effect it was having on my jaw, and why my top teeth have chipped in the past. I feel like she gave me the education necessary to make my own decisions about my teeth rather than suggesting something heavily with just a “Professional Opinion” to back it up. She gave me facts and she gave me options, and she left it at that. No pressure, just a genuine care for patients, and a genuine care for dental health. Finally, the front desk. They handled everything perfectly. They assured me going in, that they wouldn’t be doing anything I’d pay out of pocket for without asking me first. They called my insurance company while I was in the chair to get an understanding of my coverage (something I’ve typically had to do myself for other dentist offices) When scheduling my next appointment, they kept in mind when my insurance would allow me to return cost free. When I left I was reminded that everything was covered by my insurance for that day. It’s just a nice feeling. Somehow this office found a kind, knowledgeable, hardworking person for every position available, people who made my experience exceptional in every way from start to finish. I appreciate it. Give them your business.

I actually GENUINELY look forward to going to the dentist now that I’ve been a patient here. Everyone I encounter is genuinely nice, professional, and make it comfortable. The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and high energy, she explains exactly what is going on. I am SO happy to have found this place, my husband and even our son love it!!

Not even a question – this dental practice is very very good. I was the last appointment on a Friday … one would think I would be rushed …but I had the best dental service. Dr. O’Laughlin spent all the time necessary to talk to me, explain the processes, etc. The cleaning was very thorough . . . a must for me, as I definitely care about the condition of my teeth. I went on a special they were offering and assumed that I would get mediocre treatment – (you get what you pay for, right?). But I was wrong. I would have payed triple (and have at other dental offices) for the care I was given. They have state-of-the-art equipment and technicians that are well trained. Definitely my new dental practice in Portland from now on.

As I was leaving my appointment at 2nd & Madison Dental, I received a voicemail from the respected dental office in my neighborhood at which I’d left my contact information a week prior, inquiring about new patient appointments. They offered me an appointment for 4 months in the future. Yeah, so, about that… 2nd & Madison got me in within 2 days of my call. The office is bright, clean, and relaxing. They offer complimentary candy and ice water. CANDY! The staff are courteous and efficient, and Dr O’Loughlin (who introduced herself as Cindy – so cool!) was friendly, gentle, and not condescending in the least. She was the most thorough and informative DMD I’ve seen in ages. Quick x-ray, exam and an excellent cleaning by Taylor, and I was out the door. Super pleased by the whole painless experience. I guess it doesn’t hurt that my toofs appear to be genetically superior and have never had a cavity despite my chronic CANDY! obsession – but I didn’t tear up even slightly during any of the mouth spelunking. That’s impressive. There are very few places that make me wish I could add a 6th star… A few days after my appointment, as I ran over to pick up my (complimentary) custom molded bleaching trays after work, I hadn’t realized that 2nd & Mad closes at 5 on Fridays rather than 7. It was 630. As I was walking away, Cindy saw me unlocking my bike, ran over and opened the door, and was totally happy to grab my stuff for me. What a great lady and a great dental office. I’m telling all my friends to go here. Hell, I’d even tell enemies, cuz dental health is important.

There are not many places I would give 5 stars. From the original phone call to our visit we were treated well. Ma, Pa and a 5 yr old. They saw us all. Cleaned out teeth, low energy (digital) x-rays. This is the first dental office that has been able to explain the reason for fluoride… They also have equipment and knowledge to do 3D imaging so a lab can make mouth guard and deliver it in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental office to anyone.

Let’s be honest. You’re reading this review with a grimace on your face, because what your face is faced with, specifically your mouth, is having a set of hands (or two or three) shoved into your mouth for the greater good of your health. I feel you. However, there are some things in life you simply must do, e.g. your taxes, dying, and going to the dentist. Lucky for you, 2nd & Madison Dental makes going to the dentist WAY better than death and taxes. I mean, like, 5 stars worth of better. I have never laughed during a trip to the dentist, and I am a woman known for throwing her boisterous (read: obnoxious) laugh all over town. I laughed at the dentist today. I laughed WITH the dentist today. And with the dental hygienist who made me feel guilty for not flossing in the most innocent, passive, albeit manipulative, way. I got some x-rays on their cool machine, a brief history of teeth from Dr. O’Loughlin, and a very thorough cleaning. So, buck up, champ! You can do this. And the folks at 2nd & Madison will make it a heck of a lot easier

I cannot say enough good about the Dr and her team. I have been using them for years, even though I moved to Vancouver, I still will make the trip in because I know I always am well taken care of and what I am getting. Quality service, honesty and no extra up selling of needs I don’t need. I have had bad experiences in the past with dishonest dentists and I will never get that from Cindy. If I could give a ten star I would.

Hands down, the best dentist & staff I’ve encountered. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and take the time to explain things in thorough detail. Their office is modern, clean, and well organized. Being greeted with a beer before my visit is a small gesture, but says a lot about the thought this staff puts into the experience they provide for their patients. After having likely one of the worst experiences elsewhere (see: other review), a friend of mine recommended Dr. O’Loughlin to me and dang, I’m glad they did! She took the time to connect with me like a real person and left me feeling more well informed than I’d ever been about my oral health. Having just had a full mouth x-ray at “the other dentist” (who misinformed me that insurance would pay for it, when it turned out not to be true)… 2nd & Madison gave me the same service, but offered to waive my copay. I’ll be singing their praises and look forward to my next visit. Thanks Dr. O’Loughlin & staff for rocking it!

One word: AMAZING. They give you wine before your exam! I had been putting off the dentist for almost 5 years and was so anxious to go in again, but had heard good things about 2nd & Madison. As soon as I walked in, I felt I had made a good choice. The front staff was friendly and quick, and soon my X-rays were finished, the technician asked if I would like a glass of wine or beer before the cleaning! Um, yes!!! The cleaning itself was the gentlest I have experienced, and the dentist was professional and gave recommendations for dealing with my wisdom teeth within my insurance plan’s coverage. No surprise bill, they explain your options first and, unlike some offices, don’t push for “advanced” cleanings ($$$) or unnecessary procedures. Also, love how everything is done electronically – you can even book appts online via ZocDoc. I almost wished my appointment lasted longer. Thanks 2nd Ave dental!

As a first time client I was a little nervous coming in. But the moment I walked in I was very pleased and happy with the whole experience. I want to thank Ariana the receptionist who reccomened me here and who was a huge help throughout the whole proccess from location details and helping me with the forms. The whole staff was amazing and welcoming! Excellent job Dr Cindy. For anyone in search for a new dental office definitely look into 2nd & Madison Dental!

I do not like the dentist. At all. People’s hands in my mouth, doing weird things to my teeth and gums just gives me the willies. Even getting the xrays makes me gag. It’s the worst. But I suppose 2nd & Madison Dental is as good as it gets. They really do quite a bit to make it as pleasant of a horrible experience as possible. First, the office is nice. Bright, airy space with a friendly staff. They’ll offer you a water or a beer. I took a water, because it was morning. And I was about to go to see the frickin’ dentist, I’m not an animal. Second, they seem very thorough and communicative. This goes for both their process/findings and their pricing. The hygienist and the dentist alike walked me through what to expect and what they found, plus when I asked about some elective stuff (fluoride varnish, teeth whitening) and they were super quick to tell me exactly what it would cost with or without insurance.) Third, they seem honest. My last dental experience was… less so. They put the fear of god into me and told me I needed this laundry list of expensive treatments, all because I’m a very bad boy and don’t floss as often as they’d like. Here, they told me that none of that was at all necessary. They don’t just see me as a profit source, but as an actual patient. I dig. I hate the dentist. But I like this one.

I have nothing but Great things to say about this dental office. It is physically pleasant, with great window views, a nice layout, clean and modern with nice furniture and good magazines (very important). The staff couldn’t be more pleasant and Dr. O’Loughlin is very enjoyable on top of being a first class dentist. She’s very funny and she’s very gentle – no pain! The practice even pays for parking – I love that. When my daughter visits from NYC, she goes to 2nd and Madison for checkup, cleaning, and any repair work (I pay of course). I don’t mind paying because the practice is that good.

2nd and Madison Dental is hands down the best dental office I have been to. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. As a student who has a distain for dentists and the expensive bills that generally accompany a visit, I was not looking forward to my appointment but the crew at 2nd and Madison made me feel at home. I was greeted by kind, welcoming faces as I entered, treated by gentle and friendly hygienists and Cindy, the dentist was amazing. She informed me about treatment options and her recommendations but also was understanding about money limitations and gave me cheaper alternatives along with insurance advice. When I got my two cavities filled I was told that cold caffeine helps to metabolize the numbing agent. When I was finished, and went to pay my bill, there was a chilled RedBull drink at the front desk waiting for me. They also sent me home with a small bottle of Act since my insurance didn’t cover teeth sealants and I didn’t have the money to afford them out of pocket. Overall, this is a wonderful dental office. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist, or to anyone who wants to have a better attitude about going to the dentist. I never thought I would say it, but I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning.

Thank you to Dr. O’Loughlin’s staff. The whole vibe at the office is caring and upbeat. They have been flexible with me above and beyond, and I have never considered another dentist during my years going there. And this is coming from a man that has been afraid to go to the dentist since I was young. If you are like me, it takes that kind of commitment to override my head about going to any dentist. Thank you to the folks at the front desk and Dr. O’Loughlin’s team. As for the good Doctor. She stands by her work like no other. She is relaxed and professional at the same time. I enjoy the person to person experience she brings while she is working on my issues. It is always a pleasure to see her. I waited way to long to have work done out of old fears. 2nd and Madison is the place to go! I look forward to future years with MORE FREQUENT (lol) trips to the team there. I highly recommend it.

Wow, thank you 2nd & Madison! I called today for a last-minute appointment to fix a botched fixed retainer job (done with much chagrin at a different place). The receptionist, Kara, was very friendly and helpful and happy to book me for just an hour later. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and quickly taken to the back to be treated. Thirty pain-free minutes later I walked out with a much more stable retainer. Dr. O’Loughlin threw in bleach trays for free and a dental exam, all for $99. Not too bad for someone without dental insurance who just wants their teeth to stay put! Dr. O’Loughlin was friendly, LISTENED to my predicament with other dentists in the area and the experiences I’ve been having, and gave me what I wanted. Simple as that. I can tell that this office holds customer service and timely treatment as a number one priority. Thanks!.

I just gotta share how amazing 2nd & Madison Dental is! I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist and I’ve finally found a great one! They offered me a beer while I waited (don’t mind if I do! Plus I didn’t have to go back to work!). The staff and hygienists were so friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Cindy O’Loughlin filled my two cavities so quickly while also being very detail oriented. She has a sense of humor which is awesome and she laughed at my jokes! Haha. I can say for the first time that I look forward to my teeth cleaning in six months from now!

What a great experience so far. The staff here is courteous and friendly. They move quickly and address all your needs. They offer many different things, but no pressures. They give you every option available. From the moment I’ve stepped in, it has been a great experience! I recieved an Invisalign treatment and was very happy (: DR. OLoughlin was great. 5 star service and care. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, beautiful and clean office. As a I patient, I couldn’t appreciate more how well they took care of my Invisalign. Highly recommend.

This place gives you the maximum amount of comfort from the time you walk in the door. Receptionists are friendly and offer you coffee, beer, wine, water, etc while you wait. Most importantly, the dentists and technicians explain everything they are doing, which greatly helps put me at ease. It’s this level of transparency that lets me recommend 2nd&Madison fully.

Update- still amazing- I had an extremely gentle and sweet hygienist – thanks Nicky! Amazing experience- I can’t believe any other dentist has business when this place is here!! Top to bottom- making an appointment was easier than ordering Jimmy Johns. I have terrible anxiety about dentists and Dr. O’Loughlin made me want to come back! I generally don’t go to the dentist unless I have unbearable pain, but with her I feel so comfortable and taken care of I want to come back! She explains everything, is incredibly nice to her staff and even took my x-rays because they were short a hygienist!! She developed a treatment plan that works for me- usually they overwhelm you with all the things wrong with my teeth, but she was competent, straightforward and reasonable. Explained everything, and was very gentle in the exam. I cannot stop raving! If you have anxiety and are sick of seeing these dentists that make you feel like you’ve committed tooth murder every time you see them, go to Dr. O’Loughlin!!

Had a GREAT experience here. I am something of a dental-phobe and it’s never my favorite place to go. Well…not only was the staff super friendly the whole process was just great. It’s a brand new facility, super clean, up to date technology. Had to get full xrays and process was quick and digital, so could see all teeth as they were taking ‘films’, the registration was via their computer and quick. Then the cleaning, fast, virtually painless and awesome dental hygienist. The Doctor came through, quick check with recommendations, super friendly and just a pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend you give this place a shot. Ooh…and get there in August 2013, they are doing free teeth whitening…bonus. Thumbs up all the way around.

I was in the market for a new dentist as it had been quite a while since my last checkup and my old dentist had moved. Lo and behold, 2nd & Madison Dental opened up nearby and let me say, my experience with them was nothing but positive. The office itself was beautiful and filled with new technologies that made my visit both comfortable and efficient. Perhaps the best part of the office was the staff. Dr. O’Laughlin was highly knowledgeable about my dental situation, even without seeing my previous charts. As with any good medical professional, her bedside manner was great too. Her support and administrative staff was highly attentive and, for lack of a better phrase, super-nice. In short, I highly recommend 2nd & Madison Dental. You won’t regret it.

It’s hard to find a dentist you can trust. If you are looking for a doctor who is honest , professional, thorough and genuinely caring, I recommend this office and see Dr. O’Loughlin. I switched from my previous dentist and found this office through recommendation and I was not disappointed. The front office staff is very friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in through the doors I was greeted with smiling faces and was offered something to drink. I have never been to an office before where I am offered wine. That was another plus! They also do a courtesy break down of benefits informing you of what your benefits are or if you have any co-pays due at the time of your appointment. There’s never a long wait and they are prompt to get you in at your appointment time. When you are taken to get seated in the back, the assistants are very friendly as well. They make you feel comfortable. Dr. O’Loughlin takes time to do a thorough exam and she takes time to answer my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel like I was just another “patient”. I felt like she really took her time to listen to whatever was concerning me. I have had cleanings here and they did a great job! I also had a night guard made here and I was so happy with the fit and so grateful to Dr. O’Loughlin for the awesome job and awesome care. If you need a dentist come see her!

So I haven’t been known to write a review on very many things but I feel compelled to write one for 2nd & Madison Dental because of the amazing experience I had this morning. I haven’t been to the dentist in a number of years and one of the main reasons why I haven’t gone is that either the dentist wants to sell me something or they tell me I need to do a treatment or all my teeth with fallout (I’m exaggerating on that but you get the point). So when I walked in and asked if they were taking new patients they said they were and emailed me the paperwork of me to complete. I completed it and I told them if they tried to sell me on anything I wouldn’t come back. So on August 28th, I had my appointment and well I was expecting the same thing that I have gotten from other dentists, but I was PLEASENTLY SURPRISED! They took my X-Rays digitally, they showed them to me and explained what they saw and told me my teeth looked great for not seeing a dentist in a number of years. I did have some build up and I told them that I don’t floss so get ready for a blood bath when they floss. The Doctor came in an explained things to me from not a sales point of view but more of a consultant or a long term planner point of view, which I really respect. Taylor cleaned my teeth with an ultra-sonic pick and while the scratching sound happens with a manual tool or the ultrasonic, the ultrasonic was faster and less annoying than the old fashion way of doing things! Taylor was always concerned with my comfort. I didn’t have any cavities so things ran really smooth and I can’t wait to go back. When I scheduled my next appointment they gave me custom whiting trays and whitener that I will pick up this afternoon. When I left they gave me a full-size mouthwash, floss, toothpaste and an Oral-B Spin brush all for coming in. 2nd & Madison Dental should be very proud of the service that they provide and I would tell other dentists to take a page from 2nd & Madison’s playbook and consult and treat your patients the way we all want to be treated. Great job 2nd & Madison – You have a customer for life in me!.

This place is absolutely amazing. The service is impeccable. Everything is well thought out. Its as if a really forward thinking person had taken all the good pieces of advice one would want to give to their dentist and incorporated it in one practice. Cash prices are incredible for the service you receive. One of the best businesses and dr offices i have been to in portland and im an extremely picky rater. Staff seems to love working there too so it seems the good practices extend to employment.

Seriously awesome. I went to a cleaning after two months of absence from seeing the dentist. I booked an appointment on Friday for the following Monday, very surprising compared with other dental offices that require weeks or months (I’m looking at you, Kaiser). Filling out new patient information online expedited the process. At the office, all four employees I encountered were very friendly and efficient. I’ve never visited a dentist that explained things so thoroughly and clearly. I will be returning to 2nd and Madison for the foreseeable future.

I’m really impressed with the quality of service and care at 2nd & Madison. I recently needed a new dentist after three years without one. Not only has the office made the transition simple, they’ve been informative and helpful the whole way. I felt extremely put at ease during my first visit. They breakdown financial information and make it as easy as possible for patients to understand. They answered all my questions without any judgement are a great resource for patients regarding procedure information. The office is clean and easy to get to downtown. I even look forward to going to the dentist now! Dr. O’Loughlin is communicative, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. She responds to body language extremely well and anticipates patients needs. I’ve even learned some new things about teeth that no other dentist ever bothered to explain to me!

You know the feeling of being really cared for by a provider. That is the feeling that I left with today after my most excellent cleaning and consultation. The people who work in this office are thoughtful, attentive and kind. Allicia cleaned my teeth with a depth of caring and gentleness, that is par for the course in this office. She was very knowledgeable and deliberate without being preachy in her reminder to floss. The way she delivered this reminder was powerful and funny- a way my brain will actually catalogue and remember. Dr.Oloughlin, spoke with me rather than at me, human to human leveling with each in a respectful manner. She is professional and has an awesome chair side manner to boot. This is a place I’ll keep coming back to for their stellar customer service and great prices( especially if you don’t have dental insurance).

I didn’t have the best experience with my past dentist – he would recommend unnecessary procedures and would poke around without explaining what he was doing. That and some bad experiences with anesthesia made me fear all dentists for the past 7 years. I recently started feeling discomfort and decided to check out 2nd & Madison because it’s a block away from my office and it has such great reviews. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The receptionist was pleasant and helped me feel at ease by rolling with my nervous jokes and energy. The free water/beer/wine was a bonus. My hygienist, Kent (sorry if that’s wrong!!) was super friendly and was totally understanding when I told him I was nervous. It was really interesting watching my X-rays come out instantly. He was good about stopping if I felt pain (only once and around the area I’ve been having problems with) and was great about explaining what he was doing. I also appreciated that he only asked questions that required “uh huh” answers or during breaks. He mentioned that the care I’ve taken of my teeth despite not having seen a dentist in so long was great and that was encouraging and helped me feel at ease (Sonicare and floss FTW!) I was only asked (up-sold) on fluoride, which I took because my feelings for fluoride are like that of Leslie Knope, in that I accept the science that says it helps teeth so bring it on. I was a little afraid they would try to talk me into Invisiline, but Dr. O’Loughlin even said “you don’t have any bite problems so I don’t recommend anything to correct” or something to that effect. She did discuss night guards (because I asked) but was VERY good about saying the facts and not pushing me into purchasing something I might not be able to afford if my insurance didn’t cover it. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have any cavities or major issues after 7 years, but I honestly feel so relieved and happy I went to 2nd & Madison for my triumphant return to the dentist. TL;DR everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great, and prices are very affordable, and no one is trying to push you into purchasing something you can’t afford and don’t need.

Wish you could give more starts because this place has unmatched service. I had an issue with a tooth and my dentist was being terribly difficult so I called 2nd and Madison. They got me in same day no problem and when I showed up 15 minutes early they rushed me into x-rays with no wait. From front desk to x-rays to evaluation to speaking with the doctor, everyone was so easy to talk to and supplied me with the most information possible. I could go on with the details but it has already been said in the other reviews. Just go there, you wont hate going to the dentist anymore.

I’ve had a number of visits to 2nd and Madison now — two cleanings, a crown, got fitted for a night guard, and most recently got my wisdom teeth extracted. I can’t say enough good things about 2nd & Madison. In fact, my experiences with them are what prompted me to write this, my first Yelp review. The entire staff are awesome. They remember me by name when I come in, sometimes might even give you a beer if you have to wait awhile! Dr Cindy is so fun and easy to talk to, empathetic, and completely open and honest. (We bonded over riding bikes to work and “American Horror Story”. Super cool in my book!) She doesn’t bullshit you or gloss over details. She explains in full what’s going on, what needs to happen with a procedure, happily answers any questions — all while talking about it with an enthusiasm that shows she has a real passion for what she’s doing, like she’s explaining this for the first time instead of the thousandth, and she’s committed to taking care of you. She’s very personable; she doesn’t talk down to you or make you feel dumb, or talk a lot of “doctor-ese”. I suppose the expression I’m looking for is “down to earth.” Everyone’s just really supportive, encouraging, nice, fun, just awesome. And they didn’t even guilt trip me when I told them I use tobacco — just advised me on safer ways to do it. A few (very minor) cons, just to be fair: It’s kinda weird that the rooms have windows that open partially onto the street and people could potentially look in; but I haven’t noticed a problem with this. The windows are only see-through from about head-level up, and I’ve seen plenty of people walk by, not even glancing over toward the room I’m in. Plus when you’re laid back with some super sweet shades on and your mouth wide open, who cares? You won’t notice them anyway. Dr Cindy has a largely young staff, and you can tell a lot of them are still kind of learning. I say this just so readers are informed but honestly I don’t think it’s an issue. It only shows in the smaller, less-significant details, like the precise place to put the suction thingy while the doctor’s doing stuff in your mouth, or anticipating what the doctor will need them to do next — so this all could easily come down to being new to the *team* and learning to work together as much as possibly being new the profession in general. Like I say, no major fuck-ups, nothing to be put-off by. Summary: compassionate and empathetic, fun, awesome.

Best dental experience ever. I had been with Kaiser for many years, and it was always positive. After my insurance changed, I had tried another dental office in north portland and wasn’t thrilled with the environment. I’m so happy I found these yelp reviews for 2nd and Madison Dental. Best dental experience I’ve ever had, and the facility is exactly what I would want if I was running a dental shop. All digital, and the DDS told me things about my teeth and bite I had never heard before.

Great downtown location, near my office. Convenient morning appointments as early as 7:00 AM. I was able to learn more about the 2nd & Madison via their website, complete the paperwork on-line, and book my appointment on-line. When I arrived for my dental cleaning, I was warmly greeted by Dr. O’Loughlin & her wonderful crew. Comfortable, clean and beautiful dental office. I received a comprehensive and complete dental consultation prior to my dental cleaning. I was fitted for a new retainer, and it was ready by the time my dental cleaning was complete. I highly recommend 2nd & Madison Dental. I have scheduled my next dental cleaning in six months. Great dental experience. I highly recommend them. Thank you 2nd & Madison Dental!

Um, I didn’t think I could love my dentist experience as much as I just loved this one. to be fair, I love getting my teeth cleaned. I’ve never had a cavity or tooth pulled, no naturally I don’t really have reason to be afraid of the dentist like some. the whole experience at 2nd & Madison dental from start to finish was pleasant. the hygenist was so kind and talked me through everything. she cleaned my teeth very effectively which is all I can ask for. the dentist was awesome and made me feel great about my teeth. a very ‘portland’ dentist with a fun sense of humor but still professional. i loved her. i don’t have dental insurance so i pay out of pocket and they make even this easy & super reasonable. $100 for a first time patient teeth cleaning, $50 for teeth whitening… so good. i already made my next sixth month appt, so i”ll definitely be back.

This office stands out! From the check in counter to the lobby refreshments they’ve got you covered on customer service. One time I had to be out in an hour exactly & the whole team worked together to make it happen. I’ve been going to this dentist office for over 5 years. I’ve never felt so confident about my dental health care! This team knows dental hygiene & actually cares about you!

Recently needing some emergency dental work I went to 2nd and Madison on a friends suggestion. I was very nervous and not ready for the work I knew I had ahead of me. I entered not only a great office but a wonderful staff and a extremely friendly Doctor. They made me feel so at ease and made me actually look forward to coming back. Even when I called with questions later on they were so helpful and reassuring. I had a good dentist but so glad I found a even better one. I highly recommend them to all.
