I started going to 32 Pearls after I got a discount in the mail for my first visit. I felt right at home when I arrived the first time, was welcomed and quickly taken to get my X-rays and exam and cleaning. I’ve been back 3 times since and don’t have plans to switch. They’re always efficient, friendly, and honest. Previously, I had a dentist tell me I needed multiple crowns and fillings, and Dr. Bilikas told me I needed none of that. He said they prefer to keep your teeth natural, so they don’t default to costly procedures, which I appreciate. I recommend this dentist office and will be back in a few months for my next appointment! Other Pluses: – Free parking on site – Fast wait times (I’ve never waited over 2 minutes to see someone).

I have been going here for over a year and they are the best. I have always been uneasy at dental appointments. Their staff has always made me feel at ease and comfortable. I can officially say I am no longer scared to go to the dentist. I also love that they are able to accommodate my work schedule with the option of Saturday appointments. I just had a crown put in and it was the quickest painless thing . They are truly a gem. Dr. Bilikas is amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

Linda, June, Dr. Bilikas and the rest of the team provide dental care and support in a friendly, highly professional manner, are easy to work with, and consistently achieve gracefulness under challenging conditions and in working with a huge variety of demanding, impatient, or simply uninterested patients. They always explain medical or administrative steps and why they happen, give you a chance to ask questions and become informed, and make sure you’re comfortable when you make a decision. Unlike I’ve seen elsewhere, they don’t try to cajole you into taking care of your teeth or treat you like a subhuman if they don’t look great, but show you what works and what you can do. Also, free parking right outside.

I love this office. They are open on Saturdays and that really works for me and my odd office hours that I keep. Also they are friendly from the first contact on the phone to the check in desk to the dental tech/hygenist and of course Dr. B!! I have some anxiety about the dentist that has prevented me going to one for many years and I feel so relaxed in this office that the last few times I haven’t needed gas, etc. This speaks volumes to those that can relate to fear of dentists. I have had root canals, deep cleaning, crown fitting, etc. and was always pleased with the thorough care I have received. I am so glad to have found this office and look forward to going to the dentist now.

I absolutely LOVE 32 pearls in Tacoma! The office is so comfortable, clean and inviting. All of the staff are so nice and genuinely care about you. Stephanie is a wonderful secretary, Yuliya is my fav hygienist….she is super sweet and gentle, and careful with literally everything she does….and Dr. Mike Bilikas is a pure genius/miracle worker. Its like my cavities and chipped teeth never happened! I used to be terrified of dentists….not anymore! Now i can’t wait to go! Thank you guys for giving me my smile back!

I have relied on 32 Pearls for my dental care for about 20 years, since before Dr. Mike Bilikas joined the practice. I love the quality of care, orderliness, friendliness and gentle skill of the staff there. 32 Pearls helped me with significant challenges over the years. They are effective coaches, advocates and partners to keep improving my oral health behavior and status. The shop is tiny, like a small, perfect jewel. The massage option in the chair relaxes me. Bit of a spa treatment for my gums, too. Yeah, it’s THAT good.

Dr. Bilikas personally answered the phone this morning at 7:30 am when I had broken a tooth and needed an emergency appointment. It was the tenth call I made to a dental clinic and the first human I was able to speak with. I told him I was headed out of town at 1:00 in the afternoon and he told me that they could see me at 8:00 am. Perfect! I showed up at 8:05 and after filling out paperwork, was escorted right to a chair where Dr. Bilikas checked out the damaged molar. He explained that a cavity was taking up my biting surface and his amazing dental assistant, Miriam, showed me pictures of it. They explained that they would need to take an x-ray but because I’m pregnant, they only took one and made sure I was well protected. Dr. Bilikas and every member of his staff were kind, professional, competent and inviting. I felt immediately comfortable there and was made to feel like they genuinely care about my experience. Dr. Bilikas made sure to double and triple check that I was numb enough and wasn’t experiencing any pain. He and his staff explained what they were doing every step of the way. Best of all- two hours after making that frantic phone call, I was all fixed up an on my way. I’m now a long term patient! Five stars.

I go to the Tacoma office which is a newly remodeled building. The office space is beautiful. The receptionists are pleasant and helpful. I love my hygienist; so professional and friendly. And Dr Bilikas is great. Definitely a great dental office all around.

I appreciate the Team at 32 Pearls. Simaron is just the absolute BEST! She took such good care of me. Very personable and kind. I truly appreciated that. Dr. Bilikas patiently explained what was going on and let me ask whatever questions I needed to ask. He gave me a clear and complete understanding of my options. Awesome! The Team let’s you know that they are there to help You. It took the anxiety I was feeling completely away. Thank You.

My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Bylikas for 1-1/2 yrs and we couldn’t have found a better place to care for our teeth. From the location to his cute office to the kind efficient and courteous staff and the doctor’s professional successful practice. We can honestly say we look forward to our visits to the dentist.

32Pearls is hands down the best dental practice experience I have ever had. Not only are they taking the utmost safety precautions during this pandemic by checking your temperature upon entering their facility, but the entire office is extremely clean and I instantly felt so comfortable. Especially caring for my elderly mother in this pandemic I take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. I don’t even know where to begin with the staff! From the front desk to each and every dentist hygienist employee- I felt so at ease; as dentist visits aren’t typically the most fun and relaxing experience. I felt so at home! Marlene is so funny and down to earth… I felt like we were friends by the end of my visit! Dr.B is beyond amazing in his professionalism and by ensuring my entire experience was like no other. I can’t say enough about this practice!

I have been with 32 Pearls for quite some time and am very comfortable there. I’ve had bridgework, wisdom teeth removed, fillings and, cleanings. I love the atmosphere in the office; I could not ask for better staff. I have recommended my sister and my niece to the 32 Pearls University Place office because I am so confident in the services I have continually received.

I had my first appointment today and this office is GREAT! Everyone on staff is very nice, they offer late hours once a week, and the office is spotless. They did a great job with my cleaning and gave me a plan of care that met my needs and maximized my insurance coverage. I am so happy that I found them and I will be recommending 32 Pearls to everyone I know.
