Dr. Paez is a very thorough dentist who takes the time and spares no effort. She pays close attention to the patients’ concerns and addresses them with care. She’s also keen to pick up subtle facial expressions during procedures for potential pain. She spends a good deal of time with assessment and procedures that I only required minimal follow up, if any, with all the work on the teeth. Her team (Kathy (dental assistant), Janet (coordinator), and Deborah (business manager)) is equally excellent. They are all very friendly, caring, and professional with great attention to detail. For reference, the service I received are for crown, implant abutment, and filling.

I have been going to 3640 Dental for about 10 years. Dr. Paez and her crew are simply the BEST you can get. They take the time to get excellence, and truly care about you and your dental goals. I am so appreciative to them for all they have done to take care of me and my family. If you are looking for a good experience with great results and great people, this is the place to be.

In an Emergency situation! This office and Staff always provide exceptional service! A very personal and Professional team in all aspects , they provide the best customer experiences. Dr. Paez and Ms. Kat are a Super duo when you get the both. Thanks for all you do Ladies with keeping me smiling.

I had to have tooth pulled because it was disintegrating at the root. Dr Paez found the problem is been feeling when I chewed and advised me on options. Kathy got cost estimates for me on a bridge vs implant. I chose implant. Dr Paez and Kathy were great during tooth extraction process, very gentle and reassuring. Afterward I’ve had no swelling and minimal pain that I treated with normal dosages of ibuprofen.

I had a very good experience with wonderful staff. The only thing is that I did not know in advance that the service was going to cost me so much money. The receptionist well explained to me that the reason was because it was my first visit and they needed to make me some tests that are required for all new customers. I understood everything. I made a deposit and soon I will pay the rest. My plan does not cover enough. I want to thank everybody for a wonderful service and for their kindness.

I Always go to the dentist dreading it. The staff make you feel comfortable to where you’re not having the negative thoughts anymore. I’ve had a lot of work done here and there’s nothing I can say bad about any session. The hygienist are awesome, professional and a great fit for Dr Paez. Dr. Paez is truly amazing as a dentist, and a person. Thank you to the whole team for being amazing. Yes Deborah and Janet you’re definitely included also.

Update: latest appointment confirms that nothing has changed and I still highly recommend 3640 Dental. This is a small, but highly professional, practice. I felt very comfortable with their procedures to maintain health precautions. Friendly and caring staff; reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive dental care. Dr. Paez is thorough and her expertise is very much appreciated. I recommend this practice for anyone looking for dental care.

I was so excited to go to the dentist, it had been too long since I visited a dentist! 3640 was sweet from the moment I walked in until I left. they were surprised to meet a client so excited for their visit lol! I swear I met almost every person who was working that day, everyone was so attentive and the work on my teeth was like nothing I’ve ever experienced, and I have had braces! They are incredibly experienced and thorough! I have recently booked my husband an appointment who btw will not be as excited haha however I am excited for him because I know he is in the most professional, experienced and caring hands . Where do I begin? Never EVER have I received such exceptional service at the dentist as I do when I see Dr. Paez. Whether it is as trivial as a routine check up or something as severe as a crown (have had two done now with Dr. Paez), Dr. Paez and Mrs. Kathy make going to the dentist something to look forward to as opposed to dread. Customer service and satisfaction are rarer and rarer these days, especially so when speaking on medical experiences but Dr. Paez is an exception. Dr. Paez and Mrs. Kathy are nothing sort of phenomenal & amazing. Friendly, kind and most importantly experienced, I can not say enough positive things from my experiences with them. Do yourself a favor and give 3640 Dental a chance next time you need to see a dentist, plain and simple.
