Very pleasantly surprised! I read a few negative reviews before booking a cleaning here, and although I was very skeptical, I couldn’t turn down such a great deal (right in my neighborhood!) The entire staff (reception, hygienist, and doctor) were all super friendly and super thorough. They listened patiently about a concern I had with my permanent retainer – and were able to fix the problem at no additional fee. I was seen promptly, and wasn’t pressured into anything cosmetic like others have mentioned. Overall a great, painless experience!

I love these people! The entire staff, from the front desk to the dentists themselves, are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have been going there as long as I’ve lived in the area and I’m very sad to be moving, but they are extremely accommodating: they are emailing my most recent x-rays so that I won’t have to pay to do that at my next dentist. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

After completing my Invisalign treatment with 65 Broadway Dental, I happened to be giving a speech to a large group of women. At the end of the session, people were invited to come to the front and ask questions. The first two women said ‘We don’t want to ask you anything – we just wanted to get close to see if your teeth are real because they look so perfect.’ I answered them that my teeth were ‘real,’ but perfect thanks to 65 Broadway Dental expertise and Invisalign.

I came to 65 Broadway Dental on the recommendation of my colleagues and I’ve had a really great experience so far. The staff has been good at explaining the different options for treatment. The receptionist Julie has been particular helpful working with my schedule to make my appointments! I’ve had trouble finding a reliable dentist in the city for the past few years, but I am very happy with this team!

Very Professional and Friendly! I recommend everyone going here. The office is beautiful, I mean BEAUTIFUL and the staff are so helpful and super friendly. Dr. Heifitz  does not try to sell you things you don’t need. He always gives an Ideal treatment plan to his patients, meaning it’s ideal to do what he recommends but he also always gives an alternative plan! So go see for yourself what an amazing dentist he is !!!!

. It’s never fun to have a root canal but the doctors at this office are great. They made sure I understood the procedure and were very careful in making sure I was comfortable and pain free. Now I’m going there every 6 months for teeth cleaning and check-up.Every time I’m thoroughly pleased with everything -comfortable atmosphere, and great customer service.

A great experience as always. The reception area and the patient rooms were exceptional clean and sanitized and all Covid-19 protocols were being followed. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was also COVID-19 sensitive plus was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. If I was looking for a dentist, 65 Broadway Dental would be on the top of my list.

I am weirdly very scared of the dentist, ever since a little kid, but at the age of 25, I decided to finally remove my wisdom teeth which had been bothering me for years. I didn’t have to look hard to find the PERFECT dental office….Anyone who needs a new dentist for any reason, please first contact 65 Broadway Dental because they are really the best and will take extremely good care of you. The staff is very professional, friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. The office itself is very clean and big which is exactly what you would want to see going to a dentist. If you want the best of the best to take care of your teeth, COME HERE, I guarantee you will have the same amazing experience I did.

Circa 2018/2019 I needed some dental care for some tooth pain associated with some cavities and a root canal that had performed previously by another dentist years prior but was giving me new issues. I dialed a handful of different dental offices close to my office. Each time I was told that their respective practices were no longer accepting my employer provided insurance plan. Two of the offices which I called initially told me that they did accept my plan over the phone and agreed to see me as an emergency patient. However, when I arrived they each told me that they had just stop accepting new patients from insurance plan. Thus, after spending an entire day in pain, I ran across a listing for 65 B’way dental on google reviews. When I called their office the person who answered was really upbeat. At first, I thought that perhaps they may have just come out of sales or Walmart Pump-Me Up huddle. Nevertheless, they assured me that they did accept my insurance plan. They also agreed to see me the next morning. I practically ran there before heading to work the next day. Having been disappointed the day prior I was already geared up for a bait and switch tactic. Upon my arrival everyone was really attentive. I was greeted by 3 different people at the front desk. To my ABSOLUTE delight they did in fact honor my insurance plan!!!! The Dr. was able to address my cavity issues and rendered PAINLESS relief! The only downside to the visit was that my teeth were much worse than I had suspected or wanted to accept. After seeing the Dr. for my pain, the clinical coordinator Kevin sat with me and explained the proposed treatment plan moving forward. There was a lot of routine work needed (cleaning, fillings, crowns, etc.). I had admitted to him that I had avoided the dentist for years. There was dental wk which was necessary and a handful of elective procedures I wanted but weren’t covered by most insurance plans. I was missing 4 molars and had refused to have bridge work done for over 25 years. Implants were out of my price range. So I hid behind a less than white smile and avoided eating anything which required excessive chewing like steaks and nachos for most of my adult life. Within 6-12 months of this 1st visit I had all of my routine work performed by this practice. I clearly remember asking Kevin if his dad or relative was the owner of the practice. Kevin had gone ALL OUT in helping me, as if he was personally vested in the practice. He was too young to have been a Dr. or the owner, but was clearly more than just an employee. He told me “Mr. Faust I just really want to make sure that you get all the treatments you need.” Two full years would pass before I would find myself in a financial position to have FULL and COMPREHENSIVE cosmetic surgeries performed. Upon my return to 65 B’way dental in the fall of 2020, Kevin was now the office manager. I told him that they couldn’t have made a better decision, as you were already acting like a manger from my first visit years prior. Since Sept. 2020 I’ve had 4 implants completed, a bone graph, 6 crowns, and two inlays and my teeth whitened. I could have purchased a brand new fully loaded 4dr Toyota Camry or Honda Accord with the $ spent on my mouth. My only regrets are that I didn’t take care of my teeth earlier in life and that I wasn’t born rich. Lol…… I have personally referred my girlfriend, her daughter, several friends and 2 coworkers to 65 B’way dental this year alone. They treated me with compassionate care, and did not make me feel any less worthy when I couldn’t afford the extensive work I wanted years ago. They were not the 1st dental practice over the past decade that I had personally consulted for dental implants, BUT they were the last!!!!!!!! Net Net: You get one opportunity at a 1st impressions and relationships are everything! If they had slighted me or anyone I’ve referred I would not be writing this review. I work in healthcare and understand the concept “PATIENT 1st!” So if your experience wasn’t similar to my own, call and ask for Kevin. Let him advocate on your behalf between your insurance company, and the Drs. Be reasonable and see if they can’t find an agreeable medium to render AAA+ service to you or your loved one. FYI: I have not been paid or coerced to write any of the aforementioned. Moreover, I received exceptional service from the door!!!!!!! They nor I could foresee the future when my finances would change for the better. I did not forget how they made me feel like I was worthy of great service even when I couldn’t’ afford it.

I don’t have a lot of free time, so when I need to go to the dentist I want to be in and out. Receptionists, dental hygienists and dentists all work quickly and efficiently without making you feel rushed. Everyone is always happy to answer questions, but if you want to just get in and get out they understand that as well. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick visit.

Is it weird to rave about a dentist? I came here to give feedback and was really surprised to see the low rating. Here’s my experience: I went to this clinic from around 2007-2012. It was convenient and good, but nothing worth reviewing. Then I moved and switched insurances, and I went to different dentists from 2012-2017. Yesterday I went back to 65 Broadway for the first time in five years, and I am so glad I did. First, the receptionist, Angela, was AMAZINGLY helpful with my insurance. The ins co messed up big time, and she helped sort everything out. Then the hygienist, Rebecca, talked to me about how my gums are starting to recede in some places. She wasn’t the first hygienist to mention it, but she WAS the first to take the time to measure and document how my gums look now so we can monitor moving forward. I expected this to happen eventually due to family history, so I am grateful that she mentioned it early. After five years of bouncing around to dentists I didn’t like that well, I am so glad to have returned to 65 Broadway.

My initial two visits with 65 Broadway Dental have been very positive. My hygienist on both occasions was gentle and considerate; she regularly checked in with me to determine if I was feeling any pain. (Removing plaque is never pleasant, but, no, I experienced no pain.) Also, my “new patient” consult with Dr. Alexander Heifitz was informative. I had a number of questions, both cosmetic in nature and related to deep cleaning and some bone loss, which he answered courteously and objectively. Similarly, the front office staff has been consistently courteous and professional both in-person and on the phone. It’s never fun to navigate the mysteries of what, when, and to what extent insurance will cover various procedures, but 65 Broadway’s staff spent significant time with me explaining my options.

My overall experience was amazing . First of all, when i come in , the receptionist were very welcoming, than we took the x ray shots with a pleasant woman and after i got the hygienist Rebecca she was helpful and professionally done with teeth cleaning,  i would definitely recommend this dental office for everyone!

What a fantastic experience! I visited this office due to a dental emergency. I was seen immediately! Everyone was polite and exceptionally sympathetic and helpful. The options were fully explained and they were very open to compromise as they knew I was only in NY temporarily. If I was staying in NY this would definitely be my dentist of choice!

The Staff is really nice and helpful. It was pretty easy to get an appointment. The dentist was informative and didn’t make me feel bad about the state of my teeth. The equipment is modern and it took approximately 10 minutes to xray my whole mouth. The only thing I didn’t like was I was asked to verify my own insurance benefits because the front desk either didn’t know how or couldn’t get a hold of a representative.

I love 65 Dental. The staff is welcoming and amazing. You feel cared for and pampered as you are brought a bottle of water. They work with you on pricing and even help with your insurance company. The hygienist is amazing and has the best bedside manners. I am a fan and recommend all my friends and family check them out.

Dr. Heifitz and his staff make a visit to a dental office an absolute pleasure. My wife and I have been going to 65 Broadway Dental for over a year. We have both had extensive dental work done. We are extremely pleased with the care and concern shown by the entire staff. Dr. Heifitz is the most competent dentist I have ever gone to.  All of the medical office personnel were as professional, and efficient. It is always a pleasure coming to this dental office.

At Platinum Dental, the doctors and staff are very professional and very caring. They are very concerned about the patience well being and it shows in the treatment you receive.  I always have a very pleasant visit when I go in for my routine cleaning. Everyone in the office you meet is so fun to talk to.  I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I had a dental emergency last night, and went on ZocDoc to find a dentist that took emergencies that was near my office in the financial district, and found 65 Broadway Dental. They had an opening in the morning and then I booked it. When I was getting ready this morning, I looked on Yelp to see what I was getting myself into since I am not a fan of dentists or tooth problems or pain. I was VERY worried after reading all of these reviews and seeing the 2 star rating. Since it was an emergency I didn’t want to cancel, but thought about it for a moment after reading the reviews. I AM SO GLAD I DIDN’T CANCEL. My whole experience couldn’t have been more wonderful. The office was nice, quiet and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and got my insurance info and paperwork done and looked over very efficiently. My emergency was that I had cracked a tooth and had a huge hole in my back tooth where the piece that cracked off used to be. Again, from reading the reviews I was expecting them to tell about all the other things I needed done besides filling the hole in my tooth, but there was none of that at all. I even mentioned that I knew I had some additional issues, but the dentist ( Dr. Homam Saleh) told me that we were only going to worry about the emergency and that if I wanted more work done we could talk about that when and if I came back to their offices. Dr. Saleh was great with me, and I am a chicken when it comes to anything tooth/mouth related. He was very patient and had a wonderful bedside manner. HE was very aware of when I needed him to stop for a moment or if I were in any pain. His assistant, whose name I can’t remember, was also really wonderful and helped put me at ease since I was quite nervous walking in. Then when all was said and done, I was worried that it was going to cost me a lot of money since it was an emergency and he had to basically create half of a tooth and save the rest of my tooth. So not expensive at all….even though they used materials and such that my insurance did not cover. Still MUCH less than I expected to pay out of pocket, and again, no pressure to have follow ups or any procedures done there. Don’t listen to these reviews and check it out for yourself…it was such a wonderful experience that I am a little sad that I don’t live near this office…if I did, they would for sure become my primary dentists office. I do LOVE my dentist in Los Angeles, and will be following up with him when I get home, but if I do wind up moving to NYC, 65 Broadway Dental will for sure get my repeat business.

I have gone to 65 Broadway Dental for almost 3 years now and I can say that my experience has been anything short of amazing. The front desk staff, the doctors and hygienists are all super friendly, quick and make you feel right at home. Specifically Alissa, she always greets me with a friendly smile, communicates thoroughly of when I’ll be taken to the back and when exiting she quickly takes care of my next appointment and other finances! Highly recommend and will continue to be a loyal patient here!

I love the service at 65 Broadway Dental and if I hadn’t moved to Maryland I would still be going there. My dental hygienist Mona is AMAZING and one of the most kind hearted individuals I have ever met. She makes something as unpleasant as a teeth cleaning super pleasant as she is efficient and extremely attentive! I truly appreciate the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the amazing service that I miss so much upon leaving NYC.

I have to disagree with lou s. and Katy H. I’ve been going to Platinum Dental for the last few years and have basically seen every dentist/periodontist/dental hygienist in the office and have always felt at ease with them. I have good teeth, but unfortunately due to an accident years ago, I’ve had many issues that have required dental work. The last procedure I had done spanned over a year and included many dental visits. Dr. Pakan was an excellent periodontist and Dr. Heifitz worked on the veneers and crowns that were placed after it was all done. I’m really happy with the my new teeth, they look really natural and I get compliments on my smile all the time =D I just wanted to let others know that Platinum Dental was actually a good experience!!

I have been a patient at Platinum Dental for more than 8 years now and during this time I had an HMO plan, PPO plan and even had no Insurance once, and I can assure you this place never let me down. About office personell…yes they are pleasant and attractive people, and that’s exactly what makes you want to come more often for your dental care… I, personally don’t get intimidated by pretty women. And they are not just good looking, but also very professional, clean, upscale, very well organized and get all of my questions answered in a nice manner. There is no surprises at the end of treatment with your co-pay or Insurance companies unpaid bills. I always recommend Platinum Dental to my friends and they thank me for that, especially after being mistreated in other offices. I would like to mention their manager Roxanne, one of the most knowledgeable people in Dental Industry. She can advise you free of charge, on things that others have to pay for to be consulted, like best dental plans and how to minimize co-pays or how to apply for Flexible spending account and new dental plan. Also, I call her every once in a while for consultation on how to choose right benefits for my whole family and to help my friends to choose one. She is the best! Whoever says otherwise, is mistaken or have never spoke with her. Best dental office – Great Quality work and Reasonable Fees!!!

Recently i did surgical extraction and implant at 65 broadway dental. Fair to mention that i extremely was afraid of the dentists before i went there. But it was the time when i really needed to do that. So i went to 65 broadway dental for the consult first and was surprised how i liked that place. I did an extraction right away, and I didn’t feel pain at all. Now, when all the job there is done, i can share that it was my best experience with the dentist ever. No pain at all during the procedure , no painful recovery period… everything was done quickly and professional. I am so glad that i choose them. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I visited this dental office through a deal on Groupon that included a cleaning, xrays, and zoom whitening. They were ready for us exactly at the time of our appointment and we did not have to wait. The procedures were all done efficiently and expertly. Everyone was very friendly and nobody tried to sell us anything, which I was expecting them to do based on the other reviews. I called back today (two weeks later) to ask for copies of the xrays as we’re going to get fillings closer to our home in Brooklyn, and they sent it to my email right away. People are saying that they were talked into unnecessary treatment. Keep in mind that every dentist has a different approach to dental care. Some dentists are perfectionists and will fix every little cavity, no matter how minor, and some prefer the “wait and see” approach. We always go for a second opinion and make an informed decision. That is how you can find a balance between the perfectionist dentist and the “wait and see” dentist. We set up an appointment for this following Sunday at another dentist to get another opinion on what treatments are necessary, and this office kindly emailed me copies of our xrays as soon as I requested them. After we get another opinion, we will choose a dentist to do the procedures. I’m not sure why all these reviews say that the people aren’t nice. I mean, this isn’t your therapist. The receptionist and other people are there to service you and make sure that you get the best dental care possible. They are not there to massage your heart and tell you that your feelings are legitimate. If you need that, find a therapist. This place is clean, state of the art, the medical staff is knowledgeable and courteous. If you’re expecting people with fuzzy feelings to put a sticker on your boo-boo, you’ll be disappointed. If you’re coming to get dental treatment and looking to have your teeth cared for, you’ll love this place. Anyway, we will be back next year for another Zoom treatment. We are very happy with this dental practice.

I have been to 65 Broadway Dental twice so far, once for a cleaning and then regarding some issues with a wisdom tooth. Both times I had a great and seamless experience and I am especially grateful for the meticulous care I received regarding my wisdom tooth situation, as it’s position could have made it prone to complications that were averted thanks to my dentists there. I completely trust this facility, I will continue to visit and I absolutely recommend them.

Honestly was a little bit skeptical to come to this office, since I have read so many scary reviews! But I was told that they have changed the management, so I decided to give a shot. And I don’t regret at all. My experience started with a welcoming receptionist, who explained everything and made the paperwork super easy. Immediately after that they took me inside the room, very efficient, no waiting time whatsoever. The helper of dentist took my X-rays( she was very nice and careful) and Judy( with more than 25 years of experience!!!) did an amazing teeth cleaning. Along the way we had a great conversation and numerous tips to improve my oral health. All went smoothly, then I had a conversation with a dentist, a very pleasant man, who explained what needs to be done. No pressure at all. Wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dental clinic. Everyone there is genuinely nice!

Judy and her assistant were very attentive and perform their work with pride and care. In addition to the excellent cleaning they took x-rays. Alexander Heifitz was my dentist. He informed me about the condition of my teeth. He also told me what I should do to take better care of my teeth. Everything went smoothly and took around 30 minutes. I’m so happy I went to the right place!!! I will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you, Alexander Heifitz and Judy.

The best dental office I’ve ever been before. The lady at the desk is awesome, friendly and caring. It was surprise for me how they really cares about their patients. I’ve got professional dental cleaning from Hygenest Olga (I forgot her last name). When she was cleaning my teeth, I honestly couldn’t even feel anything. She explained everything that she’s doing step by step and how I have to clean teeth by myself. The dental assistant (didn’t get to catch her name) was very pleasant and helpful. She xrayed my entire mouth, I think she did close to 20 xrays. They were digital xrays, so they popped up on the big computer screen immediately and you could see everything right there. I found that very cool! Dr Alexander Heifitz is an extremely friendly, likable and knowledgeable dentist. He answered all of my questions patiently. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
