We discovered the most incredible, professional and skillful dentist! My husband and I have recently been to Dr. Truong for several different procedures between us. She was sensitive to any apprehensions we had and explained all the procedures and answered our questions. Dr. Truong makes you feel comfortable before and during your procedures. She is personable and a perfectionist. We are both extremely pleased especially with the cosmetic portion of our dental procedure. It feels great to smile again! What made it easy to confirm our initial visit with Dr. Truong was speaking to Suzie, who answered the phone with an enthusiastic and positive greeting! She was friendly and efficient. She followed up on our insurance immediately. Suzie makes it part of her job to get to know the patients that come into Dr. Truong practice making new patients feel welcome upon your initial visit! This review is based on an initial visit with Dr. Truong. I was happy with my previous dentists. One retired. His successor was good and the hygienist I had for the full stretch was wonderful, but my company changed insurers and my dentist didn’t work with the new insurer. I had tried continuing with the same dentist as a cash patient and submitting the bills to my insurer, but that was a pain and cost more money. I have retired in the meantime and my Medicare Part-C is the same insurer I had ended up with in my job (United). They assigned me to Dr. Truong, and I finally got off my butt and set up an appointment. She was wonderful. She works without an assistant. I had never experienced that before, but it was good. I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently she works and both the hands in my my mouth were hers, so each hand knew what the other was doing. She did a deep cleaning, then filled five small cavities, without anesthetic, working quickly and gently, without any pain.As I said, this was my first visit, but I was very impressed.

I have been going to Dr. Troung since she opened her practice. She is a caring professional with the utmost in integrity and skill. I have had crowns, bridges, fillings, and cleaning over the years,and she has always given me the lowest cost options. I have never had a problem with her work or her attentive demeanor. Im just gonna say upfront! I love, love, love my dentist!! She is thorough and gentle. The small staff she has is awesome!! I prefer smaller run practices because they seem to take the time to take care of the patient. Did I mention that I love my dentist!! I came to Dr. Truong last September after going to several dentists over the years and she is by far the best I have ever been to.I love my dentist, did i mention that yet?!! Dr. Truong takes the time to explain things and the cleanings are heavenly, I’ve never had such a good cleaning. Oh by the way, I love my dentist!! I finally think I have found MY DENTIST!! Dr. Truong is not a pediatric dentist, but great with kids. My two boys hate to go to the dentist because they are afraid of the noise and pain. Luckily, Dr. Truong make them feel at ease and complying to everything she asked them to do. I don’t have to hold them down nor listen the them scream everytime they have their teeth clean. Dr. Truong is a one stop shop. My kids and I went to her for all our dental need. Unlike, their previous dentist, I have to take one kid at a time so I can hold them down. She took the stress out for me and we always have a great dentist experience every time. Thank you Dr. Truong.

I have lived in Orange County my entire life and have been very fortunate to have had excellent dental care. Regular check ups with fabulous proactive dentists kept big painful procedures and pain away. Now, after having children and getting older, I was in need of fillings, a crown, and veneers largely due to grinding. My dentist had moved and I was searching. I found Dr Truong at Pacific Dental Care next to my gym and feel forever blessed. They were so welcoming and kind. She was thorough and very knowledgeable and honest. My crown was painless and my veneers are beautiful. So natural. So perfectly shaped. She was so conscientious of the color. She made sure they didn’t look fake. The cherry on top was that she was far more competitive in price to other dentists around. Very fairly priced. I feel such gratitude that I had to share.

Absolutely best dentist I have ever been to. She was very detailed in describing work needed to be done…..totally honest……..not aggressive or pushy. She only did the work you asked for. She was very patient and gentle. I would rather go to her than a doctor. My husband and I had some major work done, our fault since we neglected our teeth. But she worked with us cost wise and also accomplished everything in record time…she is very detailed and dedicated. After all of our work was done…..she became, not only our forever dentist, but also our forever friend. But we also can’t sign off without cheering Ashley, her assistant. She was always on the ball when asked, very friendly and a friend for life. I don’t know about you guys out there, but from our experience, if you find a good dentist, just like a good doctor, hang on to them…..they are rare.

Dr. Truong is BEST!!! Love this place!! I had a horrible experience at a previous dental office and I was recommended by uncle. She was able to see me within 24 hours and was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. She recommended a root canal specialist and I’ve been going to her every since for all my dental work now. We’ve seen Dr Lauren Truong for 6 years. I’ve seen about 10 dentists in my life and although she’s far from where I live I won’t go to another. I used to get major anxieties but she’s extremely gentle. I have 2 beautiful crowns at affordable costs. Now my daughter goes to her for cleaning and had fillings done there, and she lives up in LA county. My wife is waiting for insurance to end so she can switch. If you want professionalism and a dentist you can trust. I highly recommend Dr Truong.

Dr. Lauren H. Truong received her DMD degree from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine. Prior to that she graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Truong is continually educating herself and her staff on the latest techniques and approaches to offer her patients advanced, state-of-the-art, comfortable, and complete dental care. She is known for her gentle touch in providing quality dentistry and personalized care. Her main emphasis and philosophy supports providing options for her patients so they can make informed and confident decisions about their care. Dr. Truong and her husband are the proud parents of a daughter and son. When she is away from her office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing, going to the beach, and watching movies. She has lived in Southern California for over 30 years and with the support of her family has made Orange County her home.
