God’s gift to my teeth! I can not tell you how much the people at this office have changed my life and hygiene. I always thought that my teeth were okay, but I was never flossing and would continually skip brushing my teeth at night but my smile was still white. The office was quite something! It was expertly decorated with comfortable chairs, a coffee station and pictures and documents framed all over the walls. The treatment rooms were even nicer, and the dental chair itself looked and felt like something out of a spa! I once thought about changing dentists because I moved out of the area.  The new dentist suggested I have a new cap and several other services performed.  I went back to Dr. Ramezani who looked in my mouth and said, “maybe eventually you will need this but not now. I love Dr Ramezani so much that i started taking my kids to her. there never was a dentists office like Dr. Ramezanis when I was a kid! the way they approach cleaning and checkup are great.  They go at it really slow and work with your child’s comfort level.  My child didn’t cry at all and he is 2!  I was expecting this to be a very unpleasant experience but walked out pleasantly surprised.he office itself is in this shoppingbrestaurant area. I shouldn’t even be writing this because Dr Ramezani is so good that i dont want to share her.

This is really as good as it gets. I was deciding between two dental offices, so I asked to speak with the office manager. The office manager came out right away and answered all of my questions, gave me advice, and ultimately made me feel comfortable. I was honestly terrified and was sure that I was going to faint getting my teeth fixed. I have an extremely low pain tolerance and the thought of a needle going through my gums just freaked me out. Needless to say, I was completely satisfied. Doc. Ramezani gives the best shots i didnt feel anything. My Tooth surgery was done in no time  and I’ve never been happier.Getting your teeth fixed if you dont have an insurance might not be cheap but when someone is putting something on you for life you should probably go with the best. And I tell you my friends This is as good as it gets.

Truly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The office itself is top notch with great facilities and state of the art technology. I got my crowns 3D printed in the office which I thought was pretty awesome! They also have TV’s for each station so you can watch Netflix with headphone while getting your teeth filled 🙂 Definitely makes the dentist experience much more bearable. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable and kind. They also do a great job of working with you if you don’t have dental insurance. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the best. It’s SUPER clean and the equipment is the latest technology. So here is my take on the initial appointment at Plaza Dental – LA, post COVID-spring 2020 stay-at-home shutdown.  The office has updated its policies, procedures and best practices to accommodate patients and keep us all safe.  It is a very professionally run office that incorporates the standard measures we are all accustomed to now:  temperature checks, minimal lobby traffic and interaction, open spacing, face masks, sanitizer and immaculately clean areas.  Additionally the staff is attentive and generous.  The dental skill and professionalism is a key factor in my review. In particular, the licensed, experienced and educated dental hygienist is what sets Plaza Dental apart from any dental office I’ve ever visited in California or elsewhere.  Please ask for the dental hygienist named “Rae”  for your appointment.  You will not be disappointed.  She is uniquely gifted and qualified to provide the professional, kind, and tailored skill to the dental visit.  She is quite familiar with the science, technique and the essential aspects of the dental evaluation.  Rae makes the interaction with the dentist a stress-free and value-added experience.  I trust Rae to advise me of any problem areas or need for daily dental upkeep.  She has a talent for making each visit a very personal and helpful experience.  You owe it to yourself to schedule an appointment with Rae.

My family and I were taking a walk through our local park, when my wife tripped and chipped her tooth on the concrete beneath us. This upset my wife deeply as she has always been very proud of her well kept teeth and wanted to schedule an appointment right away. I called up Plaza Dental for an emergency procedure and I was easily able to get an appointment for my wife for the following day. The next day we headed to Plaza Dental and waited for around 5 minutes before my wife was in. The waiting room was nicely furnished and was well kept. They were able to help fix my wife’s tooth using these special caps that were a new concept to me. Dr. Ramezani was very nice throughout the entire appointment and complimented how nice my wife’s teeth had been kept. We got the bill and it was not much more than I expected, but I’m just glad my wife is happy. I plan to bring all my future dental needs to Plaza dental as I just love the place, I even have a checkup planned for next week.

I work downtown and wanted a dental office close to work so that I dont have to take time off etc. Also I wanted a reliable place that doesnt rip you off. I have been to such places before. The reason I thikn so is that during my consultation I was told that there was a high possibility for an overlay on one of my toothe but when I went ahead to do it I was told that my teeth were in decent shape and a filling would do the trick. Also, my consultations were clear and explanatory, I did not have a lot of wait time, Dr was courteous and clear in her explanation on what she was doing and why she was doing. I am scheduled for cleaning and I intend to finihs it up and keep this office for my dental needs. I m not sure why there is a negative review, it doesnt look like a place which would treat their patients badly. Thumbs up for the Dr and the front office team.

I was hesitant to have my wisdom teeth pulled (all 4) and get top & bottom braces with a roof spacer to realign everything. Looking at x-rays for two years in a row proved that I needed to get it done. I’m so glad that I did because it changed my bite, smile and addressed my teeth grinding at night too. I have to say that this is an excellent dental office, has a great administrative staff and a modern decor. I’ve been going here for a few years.  I work upstairs in the same building so it’s ultra-convenient for me, but that’s not where the goodness ends.  The staff and service here are great.  I have regular cleanings with my hygienist Rae, who is incredibly sweet and always makes me feel relaxed.  When I first came in here I hadn’t seen a dentist for a while and needed a lot of deep cleaning and antibiotics.  Now my teeth are in much better shape and I’m taking better care at home.  I have to give credit to Rae for her advice and encouragement. I haven’t had the problems others have mentioned with being administered and/or overcharged for treatment without consent.  You have to give your consent, it’s that simple.  The hygienists and dentists here do have access to a lot of new technology and treatments, and they have recommended some things to me.  But that stuff is optional, and they always give me a quote based on my insurance contribution beforehand to help me decide. This is about as pleasant and easy as it’s going to get for me to go to the dentist.  No complaints.

This is by far the most beautiful dental office I have ever been to in my life. The staff is extremely helpful, and the dentist was great. Mojgan worked on my teeth and was very well informed. So I came to this office a year and a half ago, and I was told that I needed two root canals. I went to another dentistry and they told me that Plaza Dental was just trying to rip me off and that I did not need them. I decided not to go to Plaza Dental and called the office manager and told them they are running a con operation. 8 months later I had a horrible tooth ache, I went to the USC Dentistry and they said that I needed two root canals. I learned a very good lesson, and went back to Mojgan and apologized and got my teeth fixed. I can not recommend this office enough.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. This office is very clean and modern looking. I switched here from my old dentist about a year ago because this location is close to my job.I got a free consultation from Dr. Ramziani for the invisaligning…The consultation was short but very helpful. I also had a cavety that they took care of and I was very happy with the work. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly extra bonus is the free coffee and cold bottled water. The office is easy to find downstairs in the plaza. I think a lot of people don’t realize that over here you get what you pay for.

I have been going to Dr. R for about 5 years & that entire time she recommended braces. I declined for so long but wish I had listened! I am now 30 with braces because I did in fact need them. I began to see the visual damage of having a not so perfect “bite”. I’ve had my braces for about 9 months & I shopped around before committing to Plaza Dental (I thought I could get a better price). I ended up staying with Dr. R because I had been going there for a while & after visiting other places, I felt comfortable staying. Let me tell you, I’m SO glad I did! I went from Dr R being my Dentist to being my ortho & I feel like I learned so much about her, like 1. She is VERY intelligent & she knows what she’s doing 2. She’s passionate about Ortho. I literally watch her face light up when talking about ortho & seeing my teeth shift. It feels amazing to be on the other side of that bright face because it’s MY teeth that she literally has a passion about fixing. 3. She’s a perfectionist. She knows what’s she’s capable of & you can tell that she pushes herself to “get it” how she “wants it”. It makes me feel safe to have her work on my teeth. The overall staff is nice. Cathy at the front desk is knowledgeable & extremely professional. Since I wear braces, I’m there once a month and I can say that scheduling does have room for improvement. Highly recommend Plaza Dental! I actually have recommended this place to my girlfriend and she LOVES Dr. R work. Seriously, you cannot & will not find anyone better. Trust me!

Plaza Dental saved me much time and pain by identifying issues quickly.  The front desk, Kathy & Veronica, were very friendly and professional offering me many options and guidance with my insurance, payment and appointments-excellent service.  They even have an emergency number to cover calls when they were closed.  My infected root canal (different dentist) caused me a lot of pain and Kathy was not only prompt in returning my call, she gave me a Rx on the spot for pain and antibiotics.  What a relief!  I then saw their Endo for consultation and I very much appreciated his candor and professionalism….providing me options and an approach that was in my best interest for long term mouth care.  I returned to have an emergency extraction by the periodontist and he was awesome!  It was quick and for the most part- painless (yup-can you believe it)!  This office is very convenient and they understand you’re seeing them during your work day.  I’m happy to say that Dr. Ramziani is my new dentist!  Her approach is unlike so many others I’ve seen  (at times putting off dentist visits because the dentists and staff were terrible).  I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment plan!  Final note:  texts and call reminders of appointments are awesome!  I simply signed up and received a reminder text message. I highly recommend this place in downtown. The manager is very friendly, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Ramezani is my dentist and she does a great job, however Dr. Hazeghi has also helped me and together they make a great team. This place is so good, Dr. Ramzani is my doctor of choice (so ask for her). Coolest dentist on earth hands down, every time I go I get pounds and pounds of tooth paste, floss, toothbrushes, fluoride etc. This place is really really modern looking, I love how there are no walls and its all glass, its pretty crazy. Ohh they also have flat screen TVs, in which you can see all the x rays and everything while they are being taken. I love how they are really work with you on the price, they always do a great job on my teeth, they beat every invisaline competitor, and actually finished my invisaline ahead of  schedule. This was huge for me, because my braces took an extra six month, so this worked out brilliantly. The bottom line is simple if your in downtown Los Angeles and need a dentist, try this place out you wont be disappointed.

After my  visit to the dentist today, I just wanted to thank the Plaza Dental Team for their very good job as always. As I was reading their reviews I  got really shoked.I can not belive what I was reading.Is it about the same dental office that I am going always? I have  to share my experiense too. My freind and co-worker  recommended Plaza Dental to me. I love her for this.It is very convenient to go there at lunch time. I was afraid from dentist since I was a child(like a lot of people). I remember,my first visit took me long time  that  I was happy to have it..I was told that in my first visit they will take X-Reys which is digital  with low radiation .I got emailed all forms, paper works, information and direction .The Office is very clean and staff helpful and  very friendly. Everything was ready at the time I got there. I was taken to the room that was very clean and organized.The Assistant took X-Reys  That I could see them at the same time. The Dr did the exam and explained to me everything.She showed me on the flat monitor infront of me what I need to get. She told me I need to get 2 fillings and need to get deep  cleaning. She answered all my questions and conserns. I asked about my insurance coverage. Kathy  gave me an estimate  of my out of pocket. ( It was great to know). Every time that I am going there,It is the same way and process. They give me my opptions and portion that I need to pay. It is up to me to get it done or not. I never  had any problem with overcharging or doing any treatment that I didn’t  need to get. Since I am going there, I am not afraid about dentist anymore.I am sure  that they do care about me as a patient and I can trust them.They always give me information about new products but I never was pushed to buy anything. I loved how the team came together in order to guide me through the extraction procedure. The love and compassion in the room was through the roof! From beginning to end, it was a rather comfortable experience. The dentist made sure that I was comfortable, and provided not only immediate relief, but also follow up steps of improving overall dental health. I was blown away. Crystal, the hygienist was supercool. She gave me a tour of the office. It was super clean. They make even their own crowns. They even got pictures of my teeth and showed me the cavities. SUPER GROSS. And Dr. Ramezani explained things about the pain on the side of my face that I did not even think any dentist would know. Finding a good dentist in the downtown area is not tough, but finding a dental practice that cares for their patients is a completely different situation. Dr. Ramezani cares for her patients smile more than anything else! She has time after time filled my fillings and even one time had an emergency  operation, I was playing basketball and another player accidentally elbowed me in the mouth and completely loosened one of my incisors and she was able to come in on her day off and fix the mess that i caught myself in! She has been nothing but great, and I will continue coming here for as long as I can.
