Can’t say I’ve ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but my dental visit with Dr. Pessah has been the best I’ve ever had. The staff is highly skilled, truly caring and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel as if I was being pushed into anything or taken advantage of. Lastly I can say with confidence that I’m very happy to have found this practice, and I would 100% refer Downey Promenade Dental Group to anyone!

Wonderful dentist!! Modern equipment, very clean and honest. My teenage children love their dentist, I love that Dr. Pessah and staff are professional and honest. No long waits either. Excellent! We are so happy we found this dental office and have been here since it opened about 2 years ago.

2nd visit today..Great service..explain what theyre going to do.I get nervous going to the Dentist.They provided shades for the lighting in my eyes and even offered me a blankie for the cold.lol

This Dental office is the best in town and I’m not just saying this to be saying it, I really mean it, I started here fresh and the Dentist is wonderful and caring, the staff are awesome and everything is professional and clean and neat and comfortable and they cater to patient needs. I love this place,  God is good and I’m glad he directed me here.

I had excellent service from day one. I don’t have insurance but they helped me find a repayment plan that works for me. I got a root canal and crown. Both procedures went well. I have no pain and no discomfort! Dr. Konopa and the rest of the team are experienced, attentive and explained every step of the treatment.

Honestly the best dentist I’ve been to, the dentist Dr. Pessah is amazing. She is very calm and patient in explaining how things works,went into detail with me on what some of my options were to a better healthy smile.  She also cleaned my kids teeth. My kids loved her. She has a way with kids that made them excited to clean their teeth. My kids are asking me when can we go back… OMG.  The office is beautiful, State of the art equipment, TV’s in front of each patient chair. which kept the kids entertained. Video games for kids when we were waiting. The staff is freaking amazing, We are definitely coming back!!

I Love this dental group, I just went for the first time as walk in emergency and they all treated me like I’ve been their patient forever, love the work they did, love their payment options and love their customer service.  not only did they treat me wonderfully, the doctor also called the next day to see how I was doing.

I was so nervous to get porcelain veneers. I had a gap in my front teeth and hated it for years. I’m turning 50 soon and said to myself shoot what do you have to loose but the damn gap! My dentist is the best!!! she truly is. I’m not exaggerating when I say I didn’t NOT feel the numbing shot she gave me!! Didn’t feel a thing. The process was not as long as I thought but she took her time to make the temporary veneers look as damn beautiful!!! Both the dentist and dental assistant made me feel calm and comfortable. I’m so blessed to have found a dental office I will call home for many years. A before & after pic (and the after pic is just temporaries can you imagine what the permanents will look like) I am sooooooo happy. I’ve added pics of the permanent veneers. I’m so happy with the results. I was trying to find a before picture and it really baffled me because I couldn’t find a lot of pictures of me smiling. Wow I didn’t realize I hardly smiled in pictures. Life is too short not to smile every second you can and now I smile with confidence thanks to Dr. Pessah.

This place is great for dental work. Great technology, nothing i have ever seen before. Dr. Pessah has the lightest, gentle hands. I have bitten dentist before and with her i felt no pain what so ever and i did not bite her FYI. The staff is always friendly, well mannered, and very professional. I highly recommend this office. I would not go anywhere else. They will work with you for scheduling and payment options. If you hate the dentist you need to go here, it will definitely change you mind. I 100% guarantee it

Dr. Pessah and her staff are very professional, friendly and are concerned with your comfort at all times.  The office is clean and the TVs and glasses to block the light are a nice touch.  I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Downey Promenade Dental Group definitely makes the experience more enjoyable

I’m so glad I found This dentist office on yelp the rating,was on point! the front and back office personal  was extremely professional and knowledgeable. the office as a whole  was a great experience  something that I have not seen in a while the doctor Arielle Pessah was great she made me fill very comfortable has she did the procedure on my teeth she explained all options from beginning to End ,I will recommend this dental office to my friends and family members. I still have my wisdom teeth and the bottom right one started to hurt and my face was swollen. Called my normal dentist and they wouldn’t see me until Monday. I couldn’t wait that long. Called Downey Promenade Dental Group and they told me to come in. I went in and the entire staff was super nice and I even scheduled my extraction with them. I felt that comfortable.

My first visit but it was really seamless. Starting with the receptionist who verified my insurance. I felt Dr. Passah was really  professional and took her time to explain everything about my situation and treatment plan. The staff is very friendly and patient. The office is spotless and modern. I feel very comfortable proceeding with my treatment at this office.

I had a bad experience with a prior dental office so I was fearful to go ti other dental office and because of that I let my teeth go and my back teeth need to be fixed. I finally got the courage to go to the dentist and found this office, and let me tell you they were so understanding and made me feel so comfortable and I am on my way to fixing my teeth.. thank you to all the staff

New patient here and let me tell you, I really LOVE this office it’s both kids and adults dental care. My kids were very nervous do to past traumatic experiences. They feel very comfortable with the service overall but most importantly the Doctors they make sure you are comfortable and pain free. The Doctors and the staff do their best at answering any and all the question or concerns you may have. Doctors are awesome with great staff and a nice and clean facility what more could you ask for! Prices for services are also great as they offer you payment options. Most definitely recommend this place they see you as a patient and actually care, they do not push any unnecessary work on you and to me that it as legit as you can be!

I love my dentist office. Super professional and friendly staff! I hated the dentist prior years because of pain but honestly I never feel anything when I go 🙂 I’ve recommend the office plenty of times

Dr. Pessah is my family dentist and she is just amazing. My mother has a fear of dentists and although she is still nervous and Dr. Pessah makes her feel cared for at every visit. My brother switched from a previous dental group just for Dr. a Pessah and her brand of care that he has witnessed. Bobbi is another asset to the team here and has really helped me with my personal dental needs so if you are lucky enough to schedule with him as a hygienist, you are in good hands!

This dental office is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. I hadn’t been to the dentist (Fear of dentistry) in a while, but decided to give this place a shot. I am extremely happy with the amount of care and attention I was given. The entire staff here is very friendly and gentle. The doctor is very informative and attentive. I definitely recommend this dentist!

This place is really great. The people are nice and always smiling. They have great technology so they do a thorough job. They offer water, tea, and coffee. They do a really great job.The dentists really care about you. They do their best to explain things to you and also understanding your problems. I recommend people to go here.

I medical assistant Usseil was super nice and explained everything step by step.
Every staff member is friendly, nice and upbeat; you can tell they enjoy their job. Unfortunately, I had a root canal. My previous dentist made me cry from pain so I was dreading the procedure. Here, i was in and out in 30 minutes and I felt nothing!!! I won’t be dreading going to the dentist anymore. 🙂

I’ve never been to a better dentist’s office. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. I am a stay-at-home mom to two kids and have in the past had to forego my dental appointments since my husband works during typical office hours and it’s a struggle to find someone who can watch my kids for me. I was able to take my kids with me today and I was blown away by how incredibly sweet and patient the staff was with me and my kids. My kids also had their first dental appointments here and all the staff was so careful to avoid causing any stress in order to instill only positive interactions and eliminate any future anxiety about dental appointments. I am so grateful because my childhood dentist experiences at other offices were not nearly as positive and I have struggled with anxiety in the past. But my daughter is already begging to go back! She loved the X-ray experience and the staff even gave her print outs of her x-rays when she asked. This office is amazing. I highly recommend it and give all my thanks to all of the staff!

I love this place just got some treatment done and had no problems afterwards. The whole family is now coming to this dentist I am satisfied and will recommend them to all my friends.ive bin to different dentists and there was always issues  two thumbs up everyone is very friendly especially Brian at the front desk

Dr. Pessah and Dr. Marhabi were amazing!!!!! I was extremely nervous because I had never had any major work done (I got a crown with Dr. Pessah and all 4 of my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Marhabi) so I didn’t know what to expect but I am so grateful to have gotten such amazing doctors. They were both so good at making sure I was calm and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions that were made. Not to go too much into detail but I am one of few people who take a good while to get numbed easily but Dr. Pessah was very patient and understanding of what I need. Such a great staff. After going through a traumatic dental experience, they made me feel beyond comfortable. The staff is great and you can tell they really care about their patients. They remember you and make you feel welcomed. I have had lots of work done here. Each procedure was done with care and comfort in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Pessah and staff. You will not be disappointed. Oh and they give you warm blankets 🙂

This is the best dental office on the planet. Dr. Ariella Pessah and her crew are mega-wonderful. I have been going to dentists for practically all my life (I’m 63). This is because, growing up in a family from Watts (South-Central LA) on government assistance, I have had my teeth “experimented” on by novice dentists. They no doubt meant well, but were not yet as good as they would probably become. Anyway, the result was “dental traumatization” as I call it. I still have some residual trauma (dental “PTSD”) to this day, but Dr. Pessah virtually whisked it all away. (When was the last time your dentist moved you to spontaneously break out in poetry!?) She and Ussiel were phenomenal. (I should also mention that Laura and Vanessa were outstanding as well. I have to tell you, the others who I met in passing–every one of them–was incredibly friendly!) One more thing about Dr. Pessah is that she’s is remarkably creative, innovative, and humble as pie. (Okay, that was three other things.) Okay, let me just say it plainly: Drop your dentist and go to Dr. Pessah, et al. (They even have private cable TV while you’re waiting in your chair. I was watching Jurassic Park man! Wait, there’s more: They have snacks, pillows, and blankets for you if you’re going to be there a minute. I’m telling you, they should award her the Nobel Prize.) Dr. Pessah has invented the first “Dental Spa.” Get this, I was so wired after being treated by the professionals at Downey Promenade Dental Group that I went out and bought the entire crew goodies from the nearby Panera Bread. That’s how awesome everybody was. Okay, I’m done. Let me go out in public and smile at total strangers as I show off my pearly whites. Envy me.

First time here last week and it was a great experience! Dr. Pessah and the rest of her staff are amazing! They answered all of my questions, took care of my teeth and had great customer service! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

This is the absolute best dentist office from reception area to the dentists, no problems and they treat you with respect even when you are a nervous wreck. Everything is explained from billing to work done.

We followed Dr. Pesha from the Lakewood ‘Candlewood Smiles’ office…..that’s how much we love her. She has a great, friendly staff, super clean office and is awesome with people of ALL ages. I highly recommend Downey Promende Dental Group !!! (As long as she is the doctor there)

It has been my best dentist experience i’ve had so far. The staff were very polite and friendly. Dr. Wendy and her assistant were awesome!!! They made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely keep coming here for my cleaning again.

New patient I needed someone to see me ASAP and they were able to schedule me same day appointment ,  I am so happy I found them .. I was super nervous and scared as I had a really bad experienced with a previous dental office everyone from the time I check in till I checked out was friendly and very helpful and went above for me to have a good experienced .
