This review is long overdue. First, I want to start by saying thank you Veronica, Martha, and Dr. Lawrence for always being so nice and accommodating! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid..I’ve been with them since they had the old location across Target and CVS next to the brown building. I have since moved from Rancho Cucamonga to Los Angeles and I still drive an hour just to come here. I also had my bf switch over to here cause I didn’t like his previous dentist and he loves it here too. They always remember us and always makes us feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for a dental place! You will not be disappointed! Lots of parking out front!

A friend of mine recommended I come here for my invisalign. I had read previous reviews at various places and a lot of them were mixed; some good some bad. I did enough research and decided I wanted to take the plunge and make a fat dent in my wallet. Pricing was reasonable and comparable other dentists, so that wasn’t a big issue. Dr. Chen is truly an awesome dentist and makes me feel comfortable. He’s highly knowledgable and always lets me know ahead of time what to expect. The office is new. Very nice and clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I come back once month for follow-ups and to pick up additional trays and it’s always a pleasant experience. I can’t wait to finish all of my trays and truly have something to smile about ! Thanks Dr. Cheng and staff! 😀

Dr. Chen is a very professional and responsible doctor, a lot of places can not do mucous cyst surgery, I find a long time to find here, you can also speak Mandarin, really very intimate, after only check the teeth here

Me and my husband where looking for a good dentist that’s great with kids. The doctor there was so good with my girls my oldest felt very comfortable with him after already having a bad experience with western dental she never wanted to go to a dentist highly recommended this dentist

I’ve also been bringing my children and boyfriend and have referred friends here, all who have been satisfied with their overall experience. Dr. Cheng is professional and has a good sense of humor lol. Very minimal wait time, clean and great deco! Love the staff!

Smile Haven is a dream come true! Although we’ve been coming here for years, the amazing care our two young daughters received inspired me to write this review. Their initial anxiety about visiting the dentist is completely gone. In fact, they look forward to visiting Dr. Cheng and his staff. Dr. Cheng is professional and thorough. With our girls, his humor and ability to engage with them makes for a relaxed and pleasant experience. With a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and comfortable office, and short wait times, we highly recommend Smile Haven!

He was awesome. I really don’t like going to the dentist but him and his staff made it easy for me. They puy me at ease. I totally recommend this place to everyone.

I had been neglecting my teeth for so long I finally went in for a deep cleaning and it was great super nice staff and very nice office they made me feel relaxed becuase I was pretty nervous glad I came and will be staying here !!

We have been seeing Dr. Cheng since 2003 ( at Temecula office). Our days off have been changed, so we have to come to see him at Smile Heaven Dental.  I highly recommend every one to see Dr. Cheng either to get dental treatment or for second opinion. I have been educated by my wife, who is also a dental hygienist, to understand that  enamel and dentin never grow back. As you may have noticed that once  a dentist drills a hole for filling or prep for a crown, the tooth will never grows back like a cut on the skin. Therefore, having any dental work done right at the first time by a highly skilled dentist is very important. He is very gentle, caring and honest. His staff is very friendly. You will never be disappointed.

I smile a lot because its good to see anyone smile back. Im very particular about who handles my teeth and highly recommend Dr. Cheng. If you speak up he will listen to any concerns you have. He answers all my questions open and honestly and always helps me understand what he is going to do. He has never pushed additional work that I dont need and done an excellent job keeping my teeth in tip top shape. The staff is great and very, very personable. I could go on more about this place but just try them out!

Dr Cheng and his staff were utterly amazing and kid friendly with my sweet 5 year old daughter who had a dental emergency. I would highly suggest stopping here first before traveling elsewhere for dental care.

I and my entire family have been using Dr. Cheng since 2009 and the services have always been GREAT. The waiting time is reasonable and the out-of-pocket costs were always explained in advance. Great Dental Office.

Dr. Cheng has to be the best dentist I’ve ever had. Super friendly & has a great sense of humor! His entire staff is very friendly & informative. I’ve only ever needed a cleaning or a deep cleaning (thank goodness) but Dr. Cheng never hurts my gums & always leaves my teeth perfectly clean! I recommend 100%!

The best dentist ever! I have been going there for 5 years now, even though I moved out of Rancho Cucamonga but I still drive an hour to get my check up and cleaning. I really appreciate how the doctor is very honest and he won’t do anything that you don’t really need. The staff also are very very nice!

This clinic is clean and very modern and very professional. This is the most honest, straight forward dentist I have ever been too. Some other dentists push services like used car salesman and it’s hard to trust their advice. I trust this dentist, Dr Cheng 100%, you can absolutely believe his advice.

As one of the frequent visitors of this dental office, I’d like to recommend Dr. Cheng’s practice to anyone who is looking for a great dentist. Dr. Cheng is very detailed and always take the time to explain the results of my x-ray before performing necessary procedures. He works very quickly and is remarkably gentle. The staff are all incredibly friendly and courteous. Thumbs up!

Dr. Cheng is the best!  He’s very patient and makes you feel so comfortable.  I was terrified when I knew that he was going to give me a shot to numb my mouth but to my surprise, I didn’t feel the needle go in at all.  Highly recommend!!!
