Dr Warren Kaufman ist the best dentist I ‘ve ever had in my whole life ! He is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. Plus he is humming while working on your teeth which personnaly make me feel super relax and confident. My husband, and our three children are his patients for years and we couldn’t dream of a better dentist! He is actually not even the best dentist we ever had but also one of the best doctor I know.  He also choose great people to work with him, starting with his son Dr Matt, who is as skilled and nice as him. The staff is absolutely amazing ! Maria will always welcome you very kindly with patience and very professionally at the front desk or over the phone. Gabriele is also the best hygienist I ever had, She is sweet,  and gentle on my teeth, she always explain what she is doing, and she is so professional. You can tell she really loves what she is doing and she is so talented at it. Same thing with Lorie. She is very focused and dedicated to answer all your questions and assisting Dr Warren at her best, she is very kind as well and I love her sense of humor that is so relaxing too. She whitenned my teeth a couple of month ago. I am super happy with the results. You could tell that Lorie has high expectation on the results too and she is doing her maximum to reach them. I coud tell during the process that she was doing an amazing job even before I could see my super white teeth in the mirror. Kaufman dentisrtry is one of these offices where you can feel a great energy and strong comunication among the staff. I feel all patients are treated here with love, respect and  perfect knowledge. I am always happy to go there, and always happy after my treatment as well. I recommand Dr Kaufman and his staff to ALL my friends since I know they will be in perffect hands they can trust 2000% !

I’ve been a patient for more than 20 years. The service I have received over that time is beyond what I had ever expected. Profession and caring doctors, both of them. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office in modern with the most up to date equipment. Warren and Matthew really care about the treatment they provide and they provide it in a way that makes going to the dentist a pleasant event.  I cannot recommend them more highly. They are really the some of the best in their field.

My wife and I have been going to Kaufman Dentistry for as far back as I can remember. (About 20 years). We have scene the practice grow and Dr. Kaufman’s son grow up and join the practice. Usually when a company or business grows service suffers but not in this case. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel like family and relax.. Yesterday I had the worse pain. I called and was seen at 9:45 am and by 11:15 am I was in the Oral surgeons chair across town having a tooth with a hole pulled. I strongly recommend the Kaufman Dentistry team if you are looking for professionals but most of all Dentist that you can trust.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about this office. I came to Kaufman Dental just over a year ago after being dissatisfied with my lifelong dentist from childhood. I got a referral and came in for my first visit and let’s just say that after my exam and X-rays we determined that i needed a TON of work. Once the initial shock and disappointment of the bad news faded, i realized that at least now i was in a facilitiy with state of the art equipment and under the care of a father/son team that really know what they are doing. Dr. Warren did my upper left quadrant and Dr. Matt did everything after that. 10+ fillings, 2 crowns and 2 on-lays later i can say without a shadow of a doubt that my experiences have been nothing shy of excellent. They make sure you’re never uncomfortable and take their time to explain exactly what they’re doing. They are respectful and just genuinely nice guys.  The hygienist Gabrielle is gentle and takes her work very seriously and always makes sure you leave with a spotless mouth.  I never thought my teeth could be so clean. She’s amazing. I’ve gotten to know all of the staff very well and everyone is pleasant and makes you feel welcome. Absolutely thrilled with the services provided. I give this office my absolute highest recommendation. 🙂

I have been to several dentists over the years. I got to say this office has the best bedside manner. Perfect example is the technique in which Dr. Warren Kaufman administers Novocain or numbing agents. I never had a dentist massage my gums while injecting a needle into my gums until I went to Dr. Kaufman. He also continually asks if I am o.k. during a procedure.  When it comes to staying on top of latest advances, this office is state of the art. Typically a dental office sends crowns and other prosthetics to an outside lab. This can take a couple weeks to complete a procedure. Kaufman Dentistry has a digital printer which allows them to produce various prosthetics in house using Computer Aided Design (CAD) which got me in and out in just over an hour.  Polite, friendly, painless, fast and affordable….this dental office is the best I have been to.

I have been going to Dr. Kaufman for about 4 years and my grandparents have been going to him forever! I have had so many bad experiences with dentists. Dr. Kaufman is the first dentist I have ever trusted to really only do the fillings that are actually needed. He takes the time to explain and show me on the x-rays which teeth need fillings or ones we need to keep an eye on. He is also very quick and does great work which is great because the dentist chair is the last place any one wants to be. My Mom has had several crowns which always take about 2 hours or more and has problems with afterwards. I have had two crowns done by Dr. Kaufman which never took more then an hour and I have never had any problems with any of teeth after seeing him. Ever one in the office is super nice and remembers me and who my grandparents are. Dr. Kaufman does have a lot of clients but that’s because everyone likes him! I just make sure to always make my six month appointments when I am there for my cleanings and I have always been able to see the Dr.

Kaufman and Kaufman duo are amazing. A great Father and  son team that are great at what they do.   They have been my dentists for years and I can’t rave enough about them. Thank you guys for being great dentists.

I had an emergency with my tooth and Dr Kaufman made arrangements to see me on Saturday (his office is closed so I appreciate he made an exception for me)  He was finished within one hour and followed up with me via text later on in the evening.  I believe Dr Kaufman cares about his patients and I would recommend using him if you’re in L.A

Matt has been my dentist for about five years now. He is totally dedicated to his quality of work and a real perfectionist. Im not kidding, he seems excited for every procedure. His bedside manner is excellent, always ready for small talk and in depth explanation of his work. I always have a bunch of questions and talk his ear off about the procedure before he even picks up an instrument. He answers all my questions and shows me all the scans and x rays on the tv, explaining exactly whats going on. If i’m having an issue with just one tooth i make an appt, see matt that week, take one x ray instead of a hundred, and he figures out whats going on before wasting any more time or money. His staff and billing department quotes you for exactly what you need before any procedure or office visit, helpful for patients like me who pay cash. I have had cleaning sessions with several different assistants here and they’re all excellent. I started coming here when I worked nearby. Now I live in Pasadena and work all over but still drive all the way to Culver for dentist appts.

Just finished a root canal with Dr. Warren Kaufman. There was zero pain. I was absolutely 100% comfortable the entire time. The Kaufman gents are top notch!! I know that I am getting quality work with both Warren and Matthew Kaufman. They are professional without being stuffy. Their friendly demeanor puts me at ease every time. Even though I have insurance elsewhere, I come to Kaufman dentistry because I know that I’m getting quality work with the Kaufmans. Thank you Dr. Warren for the painless root canal! Job well done!

This place is awesome! The office is run super efficiently and professionally. I was informed of every tiny step that was being taken throughout my visit, which was very much appreciated. I saw the son of the pair, Matt, who was very nice and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my teeth. The office is very clean and they have ample patient rooms. Even though I had a 9am appt. with 5-6 other people, I was leaving the office in under 45 min. For new patients, you have to come back for a cleaning and/or work to be done, I.E., your first appt. is just a consult and X-rays. Honestly, that part doesn’t even bother me because I had such a great experience. I’m looking forward to my appt. in Dec. for my cleaning!

I grew frustrated with my previous dentist who couldn’t fix my chipped tooth without it breaking every other week. I called Kaufman Dentistry who was able to see me right away and fixed my chipped tooth the very same day. It looks perfect, couldn’t be happier with the result. Matt at Kaufman Dentistry is a true professional. He has some of the most advanced tech I have ever seen in a dentist office. Everything he does, he thoroughly explains in great detail providing accurate information so that you can make a great decision on your dental needs. I got my wife to visit Kaufman Dentistry and we both couldn’t be happier with their service, awesome staff, and high end tech. They’re truly the best.

My soon to be hubby asked me to post this review . We are all very happy with Kaufman Dentistry. Here’s why;…….Several years ago a friend recommended Dr. Kaufman to me. Having had a few bad experiences with dental care I moved forward with hesitation. But from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left my fears were laid to rest.  My first couple of visits were with Dr. Warren Kaufman. He was kind, professional and did great work. After a couple visits I began to be treated by his son, Dr. Matt Kaufman. He does great work as well, and is very friendly.  A couple of hours after my last visit Dr. Kaufman called me to see how I was doing. The fact that he took the time to check up on me speaks volumes. These folks care about the well being of their patients. Highly recommended!

Second visit: Well in 39 years I NEVER before actually offered to pay a doctor or dentist MORE then they asked for, until today!!!  Last time I paid for an abbreviated exam before getting a filling done, so this time he had offered to waive my more thorough exam fee.  Well, I gave the receptionist a good laugh when I told her that I wanted to pay the exam fee that he waived. How could I not?! Dr Kaufman Jr spent so much time with me. First explained to me all the MANY reasons why he felt I should go with an implant instead of a partial or denture. Then he addressed all of the weak contact points I had on certain teeth (food traps), and which of them made sense to fix and which didn’t and why.   I feel so much better informed then before and better able to make the right choices for my next upcoming dental work. I’m a believer! I have had so many bad dentists in the past, that I am so glad to finally have a GREAT one! I forgot about my car again, and made it out to my vehicle only 5 minutes before it expired. Note to self, dont forget about your car just cause you are having so much fun at the dentist office.

First time patient at Kaufman today and I was definitely impressed with their customer service and quality of care. I was met with a smile the second I walked in and continued to feel welcomed and at ease throughout my visit. I had no major concerns and just need a regular cleaning but they went above and beyond. They asked careful and thoughtful questions and took time to get to know me. I received a full set of X-rays, my pre-cleaning screen, secondary diagnostic tests for some concerns I had with a couple teeth, open mouth and bite photographs with my lips retracted, and of course the actual cleaning. I had plenty of face to face time with the dentist (I saw Dr. Warren) who explained exactly what he was looking for and what he would recommend for my particular needs. He had great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. I spent the most time with my hygienist, Gabrielle, who was the absolute sweetest hygienist I’ve ever worked with! She was very knowledgeable and took extra time to explain everything to me and gave me a little tour of the office. She was gentle and so friendly which immediately put me at ease. There were a couple technical difficulties with the computer but that did not hinder their quality of care and efficiency with time. At the end of my visit they checked my insurance and gave me a cost breakdown for a future procedure I’ll be getting and set up an appointment right away that worked with my work schedule. This office was recommended by a friend and coworker and I can absolutely understand why she spoke so highly of them! The environment is clean, sterile, calming, and professional. If you’re a first time patient give yourself plenty of time for your visit (It took me about 15 mins to do the new paperwork, and about an additional 1.5 hours to complete the rest of the visit including scheduling my upcoming appointments and a few extra minutes for the technical difficulties we encountered). There  is plenty of metered parking (2 hour max at $1 per hour which is perfect) and street parking in the residential area behind the office. Again I can not recommend this office enough for their friendly and efficient service as well as the peace of mind that you are being taken care of and not being taken advantage of like so many places do today. I’m definitely looking forward to my future visits!

To be honest this is the best dentist I have ever had. The staff is welcoming and they are very clean. I recommend this dentist to any and everybody hands down you won’t be disappointed he always looked out for me and took good care of my teeth. Scale to 1-10 he’s a 100 thank you Dr. Kaufman

Kaufman dentistry was recommended to me years ago by a friend who knew my fear of dental work. Since day one, all staff, hygienists, and of course the dentists have eased my worries, making each visit comforting for me. I have had a lot of work done here over time and Dr. Kaufman (father and son) have been nothing but honest with me, which is something I greatly admire them for,  and of course they do terrific work on my teeth,
Shout out to Maria and Susan in the front for answering all of my questions with patience, and Gabrielle who meticulously and gently cleans my teeth. Highly recommended for anyone who want top class dental treatment.

Fear of going to the dentist? That all ends here! I’ve been through it all with dentists and messing up my teeth. Dr. Kaufman is my hero and I told him I will love him forever! He is gentle, kind and understanding. I had a tooth extracted and bone implanted and I didn’t feel a thing. No swelling, nothing! Not like my other one done elsewhere, where my whole mouth was miserable for days. I can’t say it enough, best dentist I’ve ever met! His staff is wonderful as well. Especially Lori.

I have been going to the Kaufman’s for over 5 years now and they are one of the best.  I lived all over the country and one of the worst things about moving is finding quality services.  I have been to my share of dentists through the years, thank you genetics, and my dental work can attest to the quality of dentists.  Dr Matt and Dr Warren had quite a bit of work to fix. Here is why I consider them to be one of the great ones.  First they care about your health. They take the time to explain what is going on and what it means to both your dental health and overall health. They give you options because they are outstanding with cosmetics.  Durability vs cosmetics, what it means, and can you have both.  Next, they are incredibly good about pain management.  They make sure you are comfortable.  They know dental work is not fun and work hard to keep the pain down. One unique aspect about Kaufman dentistry is that it a father and son enterprise and they utilize this to the fullest.  Dr. Warren has the years of experience and Dr. Matt has complete command of the newest techniques and procedures in Dentistry.  They easily consult and check with each other in a pleasant manor and the patient benefits from the review. Together they’re an unbeatable team. As a patient, one couldn’t ask for better staff, from the dental assistants to dental hygienists to front office staff.  Everyone is courteous, caring, and professional.  I have had problems with my insurance and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.  In one instances, by the time I contacted the office, the staff had already resolved the problem before I called.  They are on top of it. Highly, highly recommend Kaufman Dentistry.  Stop looking. Go. Your teeth and smile will thank you.

I just had the easiest root canal of my life. Thanks to Dr. Warren Kaufman for being so friendly and competent. Our family has been going to this office for the last 5 years and both Dr. Warren and Dr. Matt have been great. They explain the procedures and always check in to make sure you’re doing ok. Their staff is excellent too. I always recommend this dental office to my family and friends. I think that says a lot.

Dr. Kaufman and his staff deserve 5 stars for outstanding professionalism, great service, clean office, and lots of support and smiles. A front cap that was put in by another dentist came out when I was eating something frozen. I phoned Dr. Kaufman’s office since I had read some good things about him. Within one hour I was sitting in his examining room and Dr. Kaufman was taking care of my problem. He is the best dentist I have visited since my favorite dentist in LA retired. Having dentist’s in my family living and practicing on the east coast, I am aware of what good dentistry and outstanding patient care is. I also was charged a reasonable fee.

I have now been going to Kaufman Dentistry for a couple years. Every appointment, from the second I walk through the door to the second that I leave, has been met with a multitude of pleasurable experiences. Warren is kind, caring and gentle individuals. They are personable and professional. They take the time, not only to inform, but also to educate me on how to take better care of my teeth. They are thorough, and I never feel rushed. The staff always seems to be smiling and in a positive mood. I’m getting to know them individually, and they seem like one big family! I’m grateful that I have finally found a dental office that I can trust and rely on.

I went to this place after not having been to the dentist in a WHILE because I had heard so many good things about it. And everything I had heard was right! Obviously there are very few people out there that actually like going to the dentist. There’s usually a few good reasons for that: painful exams full of poking and prodding, the shame of having a few (or more) cavities because we all don’t brush 3 times a day or floss, the cold feel of latex, and countless more. Let me just say that this place doesn’t make you fear the dentist at all! I was very pleasantly surprised. From the friendly staff to the very reasonable prices, this is easily the best dentist’s office I’ve been to. I recently moved from Chicago to LA and was looking for a good dentist; what I found was a GREAT dentist. I cannot recommend these guys more!

The absolute best dentist and staff.  They always have time to see me, even within an hour.  I actually have joked that I go there to relax…even during a root canal (I’ve had 4 with them) I just don’t feel any pain.  I’ve referred my brother to them and he loves them as well.  The cancellation policy is understandable as the dentists time is valuable.  I feel like I have personal relationships with the staff and dentist. Today was my second time at Kaufman Dentistry and let me tell you that they go the extra mile to make sure everything looks perfect and the way you want. I needed an onlay and couldn’t be happier with the result. Because of my job, I am really detail oriented and I usually find that people in general tend to work good but not great (they deliver results based on how it looks on the outside only). Not them! I wanted a specific color for my tooth so that it matched nicely with the rest even if it’s pretty much hidden and nobody would notice. As a product designer I always say that I cannot deliver a high end table looking good on the surface but not awesomely finished on what’s not visible. And that’s how everybody should work too. Thanks again Dr Warren!

The Kaufman’s are wonderful dentist.  I have been in the medical field for 28 years and I must say I love how this practice is ran.  It is very clean, the equipment is modern, the staff is very efficient and friendly.  I was referred to Dr Kaufman by my boss who says the Kaufman doctors are quality dentist.  I so agree.  I have had root canals and crowns by Dr Warren Kaufman (father) and a crown by Dr Matthew Kaufman (son) and I can honestly say it was almost painless,  just a little pinch with the injection and the rest was painless.  I highly recommend this dental practice!!!

Today was my second appointment and the hygienist is fabulous I tell you!! She made sure I was comfortable and for once someone cared about my sensitive tooth’s with that dam numbing gel which she mentioned she would make detailed notes to not use the numbing gel. The only cons is that the front desk discusses the financial part in the lobby so everyone hears your personal business.

I have been coming here for about a year or so. And everyone in the office is great. Believe me if you are a scary cat about the Denist like I was before coming here. You need to come here and they will help you and Dr. Kaufman is a nice man and makes sure you are comfortable and his assistants as well. Every single person in this Denist Office is great! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and I am help with my teeth.

I started going here because of the yelp reviews. I’m so glad I did. The front desk staff is the nicest and Dr Kaufman is great. He actually shows and explains things. He also tells you how it is. I love that. He showed me the cracks in my teeth and spoke of the repercussions of not wearing my night guard. This is what I needed to hear. I haven’t missed a day flossing or using my night guard since. The hygienist I saw was also amazing.

I’m one of those people who absolutely hate going to the dentist. I’ve even had some really terrible experiences with past dentist to the point where I refused to go back to one for almost 2 years. I finally went on yelp and picked a dentist near me and made an appointment. I could not be any more happy with my decision with Kaufman dentistry. Mathew Kaufman walked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable, especially after I told him about my anxiety with dental work. He’s so friendly and gentle. He also works very efficiently and had be out as quick as possible. Out of all the dentists I’ve been to he is by far the best. He truly cares about his patients, you don’t see that a lot in dentists from my experience. I HIGHLY recommend Mathew Kaufman. I haven’t been a patient of his dad but I’ve heard good things about him as well.

This place is very well kept.  The front desk is helpful friendly (hard to find at a dental office) and organized.  The equipment they used seems to be very modern.  Both the father and son that are dentists are informative and friendly.  Most dental offices either assume you know what is being performed on you, or try to hide it from the patients.  Either way the communication here is great.  The dental hygiene staff and dental assistant staff are very friendly as well! The price is right!  I payed very little for a filling a year ago (that might be due to my insurance though). I used to go here but I am no longer covered with a PPO!  I WILL return!  I strongly recommend this place if you have the proper coverage or no coverage.

I am one of those people who’s baby teeth would not come out, and I managed to damage a top center tooth in my youth. As a result I have become very used to dentistry – I do not go in expecting, nor do I see my dentists from a view of fear. I get to be clear headed with them and feel I can experience their skill not just their calming me. Now I have been using Kaufman Dentistry for maybe 13-15 years. For most of that time It was just cleaning – things were solid except for my front tooth that for 50 years I refused to have ground down and what I envisioned would have been an ugly porcelain cap.  Dr. Kaufman plastic patched my front tooth each time I would chip it but still I was just a very basic customer. Well, a couple of years ago I needed some preventative periodontal work – root planning. This could have been a real bother, but I was very impressed with the care that Dr. Kaufman took, and how he managed to do this with virtually no pain at all. That impressed me enough to finally get me to get serious about updating things.  My broken tooth and it’s partner front top tooth were in pretty bad shape so we decided to commit to a full update of the pair. The caps for the teeth are a modern advanced material that seems hard as can be. The color came out perfect – I had gone through a whitening to clear decades of red wine and coffee. We also removed all old metal fillings and touched up some other areas. All were pain free and came out beautiful. Everyone who has noticed, especially family, were very impressed. So much so, my daughter came in and repaired a damaged tooth with a new in house, all digital custom made cap. I liked that so much, I had one done on a tooth that was the remaining plastic patch I had. It is a beautiful match to my other teeth and fits perfectly. Now my wife has started using Kaufman Dentistry, and my other daughter is going to drive in from out of town to have them do all of her cleaning and anything else she needs. I am seriously impressed with the high level of concern, care, and skill at Kaufman dentistry. And let me add, I am very very impressed with their support staff, and office staff. Even the little things are done well and thoroughly. As for appointment only – they are a professional organization – but in a few crisis situations, they have been able to help out every time

AWESOME DENTIST! Just had the most painful dental experience in my life ‘the root canal.’  It very was successful. The Novocain wore off after 10 minutes and the next half hour was excruciating. Feels like somebody actually hit me in the head with a sledgehammer. The work was very well done. The end result was exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely return for additional services in the future.  Dentist has a great bedside manor. He followed up and made me feel very well taken care of. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.
