It’s very rare for me to write reviews, however this is well worth my time because I believe every one is entitle to a wonderful experience @ the dentist. Long story short… Like everyone growing up, I was afraid of going to the dentist. The worst experience ever, having a BIG Needle and scary looking equipment coming into my mouth, the WORST!! Never like going until I met “Media Dental Center” in Burbank. Dr. Lee and Her team are caring, compassionate, sweet, patient, considerate and full of Love. These attributes are what Change my mindset in coming to the Dentist! Not only do they have these wonderful gifts, but the service is like I’m in heaven! The patient’s chair feels so good that I literally fall asleep, they provide me a blanket if I’m cold,  and give me their remote control to the tv in the room!! What else do you need for @ trip to the dentist!!! 🙂

Dr. Lee is very capable and is the best dentist. She has great bedside manner and we travel over 30 miles to see her. Shes been taking care of our family for around 10 years. My kids just adore her and loves coming to get their check-ups. She is extremely caring and always takes time to speak to my children

I had my cleaning there two weeks ago and I realized that I have been a patient with Dr. Lee for nearly 10 years. Over this period of time, not only has she and her team consistently provided exceptional service and professionalism, but it is undeniable how much she cares about all her patients I’ve had multiple fillings done here and also had issues with grinding my teeth at night. She recommended a night guard and was incredibly thorough in educating me and providing insights that only someone with years of experience and diligence would possess. Dr. Nancy Lee approaches every aspect of dentistry as a craftsman (woman), not just a technician Her team is incredibly proactive about answering questions and responding to my calls in the last 10 years. I’m currently looking into Invisalign, and although there are others places that cost less, I will most likely go with her. Even though, I only see Dr. Lee twice a year, it is always refreshing to know that I will never be treated as just another number here. Cheers!

Nancy Lee is the BEST dentist ever! I had a lot of work done and she was very gentle and made sure to check on me and ask if I needed a break. She has wonderful bedside manner. The whole experience changed my perception on going to the dentist. The girls at the front desk were wonderful, too. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist! Although she has a few dentists working under her, she can single handedly perform any procedure with precision and care. She performs extractions, implants, and crowns better than any specialist. She is wise, detail-oriented, and caring and frequently attends conferences to keep abreast the latest technology and procedures. She makes impeccable decisions, and I always trust her. I give Dr. Lee my highest recommendation; everyone that I refer has loved her!

I left a 5 star review over 3 years ago when I was impressed by Dr Nancy Lee’s professionalism, attention to detail during the procedures she did and also her amazing bed side manners. I am writing to update my review and stress how amazing this doctor is. After moving to Santa Monica over two years ago I continue to make the drive to Burbank to see Dr. Lee. She is one of the most honest dentist I’ve encountered. I had root canals, crowns, cleanings and fillings done under her care. After I had a poor experience with another doctor in Santa Monica that lead to a crown breaking, I returned to Dr. Lee. My implant turned out amazing, looks and feels like a real tooth. She is not only a knowledgeable doctor but she takes time to get to know her patients. She is warm and makes you feel comfortable. You will no longer dread going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!

I don’t write reviews for anyone for many reasons, usually, if I have something bad to say about someone I say it to them. But I know how reviews help the public these days to make better decisions in their lives. So, today I’m compelled to write a review for the Media Center Dental office staff and it’s supreme Doctor, NancyLee. I have to start off by admitting that I’m probably one of the worst patients any Doctor would ever want to work on.  PAIN ain’t my thang! And that’s the first thing Nancy Lee took away, no gas, just a steady hand and whole lot of dental skill. I call her an artist. I’ve been a patient of Nancy Lee’s since before the internet and you could only tell people about her by word of mouth. But now that there’s the internet I have to tell you all who may be considering making her your dentist. You couldn’t make a better decision. My teeth were a mess until I employed the help of Nancy Lee’s office. The staff there is the greatest. They handle you with kid gloves.  I’ve read the negative posts on here about the office of Nancy Lee. And I’m blown away that anyone would feel like writing something so horrible about the most wonderful Dental office I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of, yes I said pleasure, to go and see the staff and receive the kind of care Nancy Lee delivers is a pleasure. I don’t have a negative thing to say about them, and I’ve been going there for over 18 years I’ve witnessed the change of staffs there, most of the staff has been there for years with Nancy Lee. One thing that never changes is the kindness, care and the expert skill of dentistry by Nancy Lee I swear to you all on YELP!  My mouth is my business and Nancy Lee keeps me in business. Last thing I want to write is, who do you want to believe when reading reviews a patient who’s been going there for over 18 years? Or some one time visitor, who gets quickly upset and runs off right away to “Yelp” about it? The decision of course is all yours but remember when you “put your money where your mouth is” you want to get what you paid for… The Media Center Dental office has delivered that for me and for all of the friends and family I refer to her office and I refer them all. p.s. This was my first time trying a new dental office after 20 something years and I’m so glad I came to media center dental. Making an appointment was easy, they have plenty of parking and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. At the end of my appointment they recapped my visit and ,most importantly, explained the cost of my future visit.  Overall, my family’s experience has been a 5 star

Great care. Dr Lee and staff are friendly , gentle and very thorough. They have comfortable chairs in exam rooms all have flat screen TVs. Also x-rays are digital. Just put in an imaging machine. All equipment is the best and newest. I will never change dentist I know drive two hours just to see her

Dr. Lee is very capable and caring.  My whole family goes there and we could not be happier.  My husband recently had an old filling removed and he was completely satisfied with the work.  We all feel very fortunate to find such an awesome dentist.  We have many dentists by our house and had horrible experience with many of them.  We actually drive more than 25 miles one way to go to her.  She is considerate and really cares for her patients

Probably my favorite dental office. I’ve been to about 5 in my whole lifetime. Dr. Nancy Lee is amazing. So is the male dentist. Got my teeth cleaned and wisdom teeth pulled out here and she was there to facilitate everything. Not that she needed to, because her staff is amazing.  She talks me through everything, and her staff is super professional

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Lee and Dr Nova. I had various procedures done at their office from root canals, crowns and an implant. I am very happy with the outcome of every visit. They are honest dentists that will advice you on what the best approach for your dental care is, they saved me from prior poor judgement from other dentist. I simply cannot say enough good things about Doctor Nancy Lee. She has been my dentist for the past 14 years. I had been through my share of dentists by that time and was so happy to find Dr. Lee and her excellent office staff and technicians. Dr. Lee is patient, painstaking and kind. She is always interested in you and works carefully and efficiently in taking care of your dental needs. I have had nearly every kind of dental procedure done by Dr. Lee and she has been excellent in every category. She knows I’m like the princess who can feel the pea under many mattresses so she takes her time in being sure my bite is correct after filling a cavity or putting on a crown. I’ve had fillings, veneers, crowns. All of these many times and have been completely satisfied with every procedure. I’ve had impressions made for crowns and mouth guards by the assistants and each time these have been done carefully and correctly. My husband has been going to Dr. Lee for the same number of years. He has had many procedures over that time and he has been completely satisfied with her work in every one of them, be it filling, crown or cleaning. For her part, Dr. Lee does not rest until the work is completed and perfect. We feel so fortunate to have such an excellent dentist. I recommend Nancy Lee, DDS, to all my friends

Dr. Lee always explains everything that she’s doing. Her staff are kind, warm, and they listen to your concerns about your teeth. So far I’ve seen her three times and already I feel more confident about my face. I have been covering my mouth when I laugh for far too long. I was really pleased that they are open about the costs, and will check with insurance first to make sure they aren’t doing anything that’s going to be beyond your means. I have recommended Dr. Lee to everyone at my office

I haven’t been to Dr. Lee’s office in a few years only because I don’t live in the LA area anymore. However, to this day, I still talk about her and how she was my favorite dentist ever and that I will never be able to find one to compare to her. She is great, friendly, funny, loving, sweet and the list goes on. I do miss her and her office. Sometimes I contemplate driving the 4hours round trip just to go see her! I referred many people to her when I lived there and everyone one of them had nothing but positive things to say. She’s simply the best & her staff is wonderful as well

Dr. Lee is so caring and kind. She is really good with children. She always takes the time to say hello to all the kids and give them presents. My young children LOVE DR. LEE. Because of her, they do not fear dentists and my middle child mentioned many time that she would like to be a dentist just like Dr. Lee. Thank you so much Dr. Lee

I have been going to Dr. Nancy Lee now for 12+ years now and I will never accept another dentist as long as she is still working!! I have many complicated, on-going dental issues like bruxism, multiple crowns and TMJ and Dr. Lee always handles each concern and every visit with the utmost care and professionalism. She is a caring and skilled dentist who has a delicate touch and charming chairside manner. It is no wonder her practice is so busy…too many satisfied clients to take care of!!! Before finding Dr. Lee, I had more than my share of dentists who made me wait forever, did shoddy work and had questionable billing practices. Dr. Lee and her staff have never subjected me to any of that treatment, so kudos to her!! If you want the very best in dental care, make sure you go see her

This is the 4th dental office my children and I have tried over the last couple years and it’s a keeper. The staff is professional and qualified. The office is clean, and has updated technology. Dr Lee herself is a gem. Personality was a bonus to her expertise. Glad to have found a dentist to stay with long term.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lee for over 10 years.  We have had very positive experiences.  Dental work is not fun no matter where you do it.  Dr. Lee and Dr. Knorr have always been professional, thorough, honest and competent in every way.  I have referred friends to her practice without reservation. At the time when we started seeing Dr. Lee, my husband was suffering from a severe phobia of dentists and dental work.  We put together a long-term treatment plan and gradually started treating years of deferred dental work, including extractions, fillings, and root canals.  She was extremely understanding and compassionate throughout.  She never made my husband feel at all embarrassed about his fears, and worked with us to spread out the treatment over time to reduce the financial and physical burden of so much dental work. In response to the rather histrionic reviews on this site, no dentist can or should guarantee that you will or will not need to have a root canal-or any other procedure-at some point.  That would be like getting your oil changed regularly and expecting that your car will never break down! If I have a complaint it is that they can sometimes run late.  Otherwise, service and treatment with Dr. Lee is 5-star

Dr. Lee and team are amazing! She is really passionate and her work speaks to how knowledgeable she is. I just moved to Burbank and it was my first time visiting this office. I had my teeth cleaned and am looking forward to my next appointment in 6 months!

I have been going to Dr. Lee’s office for the past twenty years now. What I could say about Dr. Lee is that this has truly been the best decision that I have ever made. Dr. Lee is passionate, detailed, and puts her patients first. She cares deeply about her work and always is striving to make her patients happy. I’ve had several work done like root canals, cosmetic crowns, and fillings. I absolutely loved the outcome of each procedures.  Now with two children’s, Dr. Lee continues to be our primary Dentist. I avoided the dentist for a long time because I wasn’t making the best decision, so when I was long overdue and didn’t know where to go, somehow I found this place. Upon the first visit I was already in awe. The lobby was nice, the people were nice. Then the rooms were nice! I didn’t know it could be like that! I ended up loving Dr Nancy Lee, she was kind and always made a point to remember personal details. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. They show you all your teeth and xrays in front of you so you are always in the know. Silvia at the desk is awesome, and Laura is always nice! I see Betty for my cleanings, and love her. She’s gentle, she’s kind. When doctor Lee isn’t available (because she’s a busy lady!!) I started seeing Dr. Stephen Serino. I want to be this guys friend. He’s a fun person to talk to (which is ironic being you can’t talk when you’re at the dentist.) and he always make me feel cared for. He has done my fillings now and they are the best I have ever had. I have sent my Father here. I have sent my husband here. I will send anyone who ever asks here. Thanks guys for the great work! The best dental experience you will ever have. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lee! I send everyone I know to her. She’s gentle, thorough, knowledgable, and so caring. I recently had a horrible case of TMJ and Dr. Lee not only spent time explaining why it happened and how she’d fix it, but also sat and massaged my jaw. Then she followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok. For the first time in a week I can move my jaw. My partner also goes to Dr. Lee and every time he comes home from an appointment he’s so happy. Both of us hated the dentist but now we look forward to seeing Dr. Lee

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee’s for many years and I love her!!! The office is immaculate and she is a so accommodating and talented!!! All the work I have had done is beautiful!! I also love that you can watch TV while sitting in her chair. I get nervous during dental procedures and she always puts me at ease.  I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

During a recent Google search, I happened to stumble on a bad review given to my dentist. Imagine my surprise when I clicked the link to find a small list of “Yelp” trollers bashing my dental office of choice. I’m not sure what office some of these reviews are referring to, because my experience with Media Center Dental has been the complete opposite. The staff has always been very courteous, well trained and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee is an extremely confident, proficient dentist who has helped me with sound decisions necessary to get my teeth back to full strength. I have been going to media center dental for the past four years.The front desk staff keeps my appointment schedule up to date for cleanings and regular check ups, and are kind enough to send me birthday and holiday cards, which I believe to be a nice touch. I have recommended Dr. Lee to several of my friends and family and they have all thank me. To my knowledge they all continue to use MCD. (I’m sure the thanks are due to the excellent dental care received, but it may also have something to do with the well known Hollywood celebs that also find Dr. Lee’s care exceptional. It never hurts to go in for a check-up and find one of your favorite actors reading “People” in the waiting area.) I recommend you look past these obviously trolling reviews if you’re in need of a great dentist. Somehow, I seriously doubt any one of these bad reviewers have ever stepped foot into Dr. Lee’s office.

My family has been well cared for by DrLee and her staff for over 16 years. I am the son of a dentist and have really unreasonably high expectations and tons of questions that Dr Lee and her staff always accommodate. Best dentist in LA for my wife and two teenagers

I have gone to Dr. Lee Dental Office, now Media Center Dental for a little over 20 years.  I have had my daughter who is now 12 go there too.  I can only say that this is the best dental office I have ever been to.  Not just because my smile is beautiful and my teeth are well taken care of but because Dr. Lee the owner, takes such a personal interest in you as a person.  She takes an active interest in your total care experience from ensuring that she is aligned with the most professional partners, but to hire the most professional and caring staff, to the beautiful surroundings. I had to leave Dr. Lee because my insurance changed for about three years.  I tried about four or more dental offices during that time.  Never did any one of them compare to my experience with Dr. Lee.  I had an opportunity to upgrade my insurance and I did.  It was one of the happiest days of my life, when I learned I could go back to Dr. Lee because I knew I would get the BEST!  I drive over 40 miles to get there because its worth it. Dr. Lee is one of the nicest people I know and will do what is necessary to ensure you are well taken care of and you have a smile to reflect your inner beauty. I’ve been going to Dr Lee for over 6 years and am very happy with my experience. After living in England most of my younger years (and having national dental health care) followed by two very poor experiences with Beverly Hills and Century City dentists (who said my gums were in terrible shape and I needed over $12,000 of cosmetic work done), Dr. Nancy Lee made me believe in dentists again! She told me my gums weren’t that bad, that we could get me on a routine plan and make them better and she helped me renew a crown on my front tooth (which one of the other dentists had bodged).  The crown took a few visits but I expected that as I wanted them to look amazing, just like she did. As a practice, her office is run well, I rarely have to wait more than 5- 10 minutes, they have an amazing hygenist who I love going to – she’s very professional and thorough.  The staff are friendly and they never make you feel bad about yourself or force you to do something.  They’re very flexible and aware of the cost of things and help plan out visits. I see them every four to six months – they make me feel welcome and they actually care not only about my teeth and my health but about me as a person.  I don’t plan on going to another dentist any time soon and am happy to refer friends

Dr. Lee and her whole team are nothing short of AMAZING. My teeth have never been in better shape, and its due to Dr. Lee, Jamie and all the wonderful gals who do their jobs with pride and lots of love. I don’t write reviews on Yelp or elsewhere, but in this case I must make an exception. I have been seeing Dr. Nancy Lee and the extraordinary hygienist, Betty for about 4 years. Dr. Lee has taken excellent care of me, I have had some extensive work done and she is absolutely the BEST dentist I have ever been to.  The people in the office are professional, friendly and helpful.  Never an issue with my insurance, never and issue with scheduling – truly a perfect experience at the dentist, which I’m sure you will all agree is very difficult to find.  I have referred at least ten people to this office, all of whom are equally pleased with the care they receive.  If you are looking for the “BEST OF THE BEST”, I highly recommend you try Dr. Lee!

The Absolute BEST Orthodontic Team on This Planet!!! Dr. Lee is the most caring, considerate, compassionate, kind & Skilled Orthodontist I know (and I’ve known a few, on both coasts of this country).
