Dr.Kim does an exceptional job, especially implants! He does his best to make you feel less tensed/nervous by providing a safe and comfortable environment (he tends to make funny jokes here and there). Also, during procedures/treatment Dr.Kim checks whether or not we’re doing okay or makes sure we let him know right away if we feel any pain. Overall, he does an amazing job everytime! Thanks Dr.Kim for the hard work 🙂

My overall impression is that Dr. Kim was very nice and personable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I had about my wisdom teeth and other stuff too. He took a good care of me while I was there to get my wisdom teeth out. He was very genuine and nice throughout the entire time and I’m very glad that I found him! 🙂 Definitely recommending him to my friends.

I had a truly amazing experience with Dr. Kim! He is very attentive to his patients and sweet. He tries his best to accommodate my needs and answer my questions to the best of his abilities. Most importantly, I can tell he cares for not only his patients but also his associates and staffs. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns just like talking to my dad=) Best Service! Highly Recommend!

Professional, nice, clean environment; well mannered and professional staff, and Dr. Kim was great. Took time, took photos and shared, talked me through the treatment plan then executed it perfectly.

This was by far the BEST dentist experience I have ever had! I came in with the intention of finding a dentist who could start some dentures for me before my upcoming full mouth extraction procedure. But in total opposition to all other dentists I’ve been to this year, Dr. Kim took a look at my crazy and told me that he wouldn’t pull out ALL my teeth because he believes I have salvageable teeth still. And he even wrote out a full and clear explanation of his recommended treatment program, including full costs and whether he expects Medicaid (Denti-Cal) to approve certain procedures, etc. So I literally have a complete list of expected costs, both out of pocket and billed to insurance. Oh, and beyond that, he also let me keep my appointment the following day at my oral surgeon (remember I was going to have ALL my teeth pulled?), except he asked for me to show the surgeon an updated extraction diagram of which teeth he recommended saving. All in all, Dr. Kim is a truly great dentist who I totally trust with my health…And not to mention I am sure he will never rip me off! I realize dentists get paid on less than peanuts via Medicaid/Denti-Cal, so I appreciate Dr. Kim’s caring still more. Yes I am in pain today but thanks to a whim appointment I scheduled with Dr. Kim, I still have several teeth remaining. And for that he has my extreme gratitude. Also, his receptionist and assistant are both kind, caring, and personable. BAsically, the vibe you’ll get in this office is one of caring and interest in your wellbeing. I can not believe I am saying this, but I actually had an awesome experience at the dentist this time!

I came from another state (Nevada) and was looking for a new dentist for my family and I. I searched online and noticed Dr.Kim has two offices which one was in Laguna Hills and the other one in Tustin both with good reviews. Since Tustin is closer to me, I gave the office a try. At first, when I saw the complex of the buildings that were surrounded, I didn’t know if it was a good idea because it does look a little bit old, however, when I went inside to Dr.Kim’s office I was relieved. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was pleased with Dr.Kim’s surgery because after getting my wisdom tooth pulled out it didn’t really hurt or swell at all. When I previously lived in Vegas, after getting my wisdom tooth pulled out from another Dentist, it hurt and swell for a few days, but not with Dr. Kim! I’m glad I found Dr. Kim because I don’t need to worry about finding another Dentist! 🙂

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for around 10 years & unfortunately stopped seeing him once he moved offices from Laguna Hills to Tustin. Since then I’ve seen multiple dentists who constantly try to up sell me & push products/procedures that I don’t necessarily need. For example one Dentist I visited in close proximity to my house insisted I needed fillings, & told me it would be $300+ out of pocket (By the way I have the PPO Insurance). I didnt believe him so I decided to make the drive out to my trusted family dentist Dr. Kim to get a second opinion. Just as expected Dr. Kim looked at my tooth that supposedly needed the fillings & told me that the fillings aren’t necessary. As long as I brush well & get regular cleanings I wont have to worry. Dr. Kim saved me $300 out of pocket for the procedure that the other dentist insisted I needed. It’s very easy to tell when someone is looking out for your best interest or theirs. Highly recommend you see Dr. Kim! His office is very clean & his staff is friendly & knowledgeable!

Best Dentist, Hygenist Alicia and Front Desk Assistants in Orange County.  I have been a patient for 10 years.  The office is beautiful and clean.  Everyone is kind and friendly.  All procedures are explained in detail.  You will thank me for recommending Dr. Kay Kim Dental Office.

I pride myself on my front teeth.  When I had a major chip in one of them, which meant that I had to replace the tooth or teeth, I was horrified.  Dr Kim assured me that everything would be OK.  I cried and was terribly upset. Dr. Kim did an excellent job!  He put caps on both of them and they look fabulous!  You can not tell that they are not my teeth.  They look identical to what mine looked like. I have gone to dr. Kim for about 5 years now.  I started out in Laguna Hills and then when he closed that office I followed him to Tustin. The drive isn’t ideal but dr. Kim is worth it. I like this dental hygienist Alicia as well and the front desk is pleasant.

I have been coming here for a long time whenever I needed to see a dentist. Dr. Kim is very professional and knowledgable in his practice. He always makes sure that anything you need is in his best interest and will always do an amazing job with it, just like all the crowns/fills he has done for me. Dr. Kim and his staff are super friendly and welcoming everytime I come in for my appointments and I definitely recommend checking out his office if you ever need a dentist. Thank you guys!

Dr. Kim is the most professional and sincere doctor I have ever seen.  My children, who were afraid of dentistry, also love and trust him.  The staff are all friendly and comfortable.

After a bad experience with my former dental office past years I was pretty skeptical of this place. I have never encountered any type of medical practice where every single person is kind, welcoming, caring and friendly.
Dr.Kim did his very best to explain and answer all of my questions so that I can be comfortable. His explanations and abilities gave my trust that I did not give to my former dentist. The Dr was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about my conditions. During treatment they talked me through everything they were doing. Again, these were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I will now look forward to having all my dental needs taken care of here at Dr Kay Kim’s office. I completely recommend them!

Dr. Kim is the BEST!! He’s very nice, he’s accurate & very quick! I feel lucky to have found him and he has a wonderful staff! Everyone here is so Sweet! My daughters now come to him too and say the exact same things about him & his personable staff. And this says a lot because my daughters have fear of the dentist and haven’t been to one for 6 years! They have such high anxiety and have literally stood outside of other dentists offices for an hour crying before deciding NOT to go inside! They were amazing, professional and very sweet, and also very fast and clean. I loved the way they are handling everything through COVID. I came in to check for my gum because it has problems, Dr. Kim tried his best to assist and help me to find a solution for it, but unfortunately my gum has been already really damaged and there wasn’t a lot to be done. Still love the assistance and help they provided me with.
