I am a new patient of Dr. Monique Perez. I have had two appointments thus far, an initial visit for a brief introduction with a cursory exam and a second visit for a crown preparation. Her office is well run and staffed by friendly, professional and efficient people. Michelle and Kelly at the front desk were helpful and very professional. The communication from the office is concise and timely. Dr. Perez is overtly kind without coming off as saccharin at all. She was personable and professional in explaining all aspects of my procedure. She, and her able assistant Maria, set me at ease and performed my procedure perfectly and pain free. The Doctor and her staff seem to care greatly for their patients and work seamlessly together. It is really quite nice to be a patient in an office wherein the dentist and her staff seem to genuinely care for one another as it enhances a comfortable treatment environment. The office is taking Covid very seriously and has employed all current best safety practices which is quite comforting in this difficult time. If you are in need of great dentist with an easily accessible location and a wonderful staff you simply cannot do better than Dr. Monique Perez.

Dr. Perez is one of the most caring and thoughtful medical professionals my wife and I have had the pleasure of seeing. From personal follow-up calls to taking the time to thoroughly explain procedures and options, Dr. Perez sets herself apart. Sandy, Maria, Kim, and Brittany comprise of a top-notch, customer service oriented team that easily facilitates appointments, payment arrangements, and care.

My favorite dentist! It’s been about a year since I’ve been coming here now and I’m so glad I switched from my previous dentist. I felt like my last dentist was nickel and diming me for unneeded services. Dr. Perez is so nice and her staff is as well. I recently changed insurance and before I made the switch, one of the determining factors was that Dr. Perez accepted this new insurance, which she did. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, their level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. She also graduated from USC, sounds good to me.

Oops – I used my teeth as vice grips over the weekend which resulted in a cracked front tooth. I called Dr. Perez’s office at 8:00 a.m. and they found a way of squeezing me in that afternoon. Dr. Perez expertly fixed my tooth without any visible signs of the repair. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Perez has superb dental skills as well as a nice blend of professionalism and being personal with her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist!

Dr. Perez has been my dentist and my children’s dentist for years, and we have always had a good experience when we come here.  In fact, though we have moved a bit farther from her practice, she is worth the longer drive.  I recommend her to all my friends and family and when I do I am confident they will have the same experience as I do.  She always makes time for her patients, and she is both professional and friendly.  The office is clean, parking is convenient, and there is little to no wait time for your appointments. Her staff is always smiling and warm and you can tell they are all genuine and caring professionals.  I bring my small children here, too, and when my 8 year old recently had a cavity he was very nervous, but she was so sweet with him that he calmed down very quickly and had a great experience.  What a breath of fresh air to find a doctor who is not only great but also friendly and caring!

Dr. Perez is an excellent dentist, and her staff is as genuine as they come! I have been to two other dentists in the past and I thought they were good, but Dr. Perez makes them look like amateurs. Her work is superior and her staff is super friendly. She is not too bad on the eyes either!

What can I say she is so wonderful, she is kind, patient, honest her girls are always on top of everything. She is so great words can not describe how I feel for her and her staff this is not a ordinary dentist she is like a lifetime friend. She is the type of dentist that will come rushing on Sunday morning to help alleviate your pain. She is the type of dentist that you can trust sending your family too. Her staff is wonderful Stephany her manager is always on top of everything your insurance doesn’t cover it don’t worry she is on it and will write narratives, will accommodate you, will help you she is always so friendly, happy and always ready. Maria my favorite she is the best assistant ever she is always looking out for you no need to cough cause water is building up in my mouth, Brit oh she is so sweet her x-rays are the best she takes them quick boom your ready. The hygienist hands of Angels they are so good at what they do. Could not be more happy about making the choice to come in to Dr. Perez dental practice. My recommendation to you is to just call honestly make the appointment you do not have a thing to lose you will gain a network of people that are amazing to this world.
