You can tell the staff genuinely cares about you and making sure you feel comfortable. Caesar was so nice and made sure i was not in pain when he took my attachments off. The staff is very personal and friendly which I appreciate. I would recommend coming here for Invisalign as that is what I did and I am extremely happy with the results. I could not be more happy with how straight my teeth are. Very nice staff who ACTUALLY care about you and your teeth! Btw: their COVID situation feels very safe as temperature is taken before entering, all staff is wearing special suits, masks and face shields, they have you sign a waiver, and there are giant plastic sheets in-between each patients chair.

Today I finished my Invisalign treatment! Happy and excited with the results. Now I just have to live with the retainers for another year and night time only after that. I want to thank the doctors and staff there for their care and enthusiasm to us the patients. For anyone who’s looking to have a better smile, please don’t hesitate on taking this option. Even if it’s not a big correction (like my case), the improvements and confidence will still be worth it. Definitely would recommend Beverly Hills Orthodontics 🙂

I was referred to BHO by my partner who recently completed his own Invisalign treatment. I was already interested in getting treatment but the price range that came with it was a bit hard for me to swallow. Fortunately I started a new job with amazing benefits that allowed me to pay for the treatment using my insurance. I booked my appointment as early as I could. I specifically asked for Dr Madan as she was the one that helped my partner with his treatment. She immediately knew who I was when I walked in and told me right from consultation that I already had a great smile and if this as the first time I had thought about braces. I told her this was the first time, but I still wanted a perfect smile with a small cosmetic change near my incisor that I wanted to close. She agreed but also told me it wasn’t needed but she would help me achieve my perfect smile I dreamed about. Her and the staff at BHO have been nothing but wonderful through the entire process! Even with my occasional lateness from typical LA traffic (thank you). I even had a small issue with my insurance that they were able to resolve with the utmost urgency. The only issue that I had which is completely outside of the offices control is the couple appointments I had after 3pm. I guess that’s when all the kids get out of school – my advice come morning or mid-afternoon. If that’s the only complaint that I have they must be doing something right. I will definitely be sending over a few people that I know over to her and her staff!

Dr Madan is this absolutely wonderful!  I was accommodated for all my annoying requests with the most helpful staff and all with a smile- I would highly recommend her and her office to anyone needing orthodontic work. My 14 yr old thinks she is super cool so it’s never a battle getting him to be responsible with his Invisalign – it’s nice as I don’t have to nag him. Thanks Dr Madan – you are the BEST .

The service is amazing! Especially during COVID they were very resourceful and made it easy to schedule my follow up appointment. The staff is very nice and they make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Doctor Monica is amazing and takes her time to evaluate but also ask how you are doing etc. Cesar is also so friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed! I always enjoy my appointments. They also have pizza and wine sometimes which is a bonus! I am on my refinement stage and I am loving every step of the way. I cannot rave enough!

I normally don’t write reviews unless the experience is exceptional or awful. This place is exceptional! I took my daughter to a recommended orthodontist in the Valley for a consultation for her ONE crooked tooth. He recommended that we wait until all her adult teeth come in and then put a full set of braces for 2 years at a cost of $6000! For 1 problem tooth! And that was the only option. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Madan just from their Yelp reviews, and since they were listed #1 for Pediatric Orthodontists. Dr. Madan gave me 3 options but ultimately decided to give her partial braces for 6 months for a small fraction of the other quote. And said that my daughter will probably never need braces again since all her teeth are coming in straight. I mean…c’mon. So good. They ask for a panoramic X-ray up front for the exam, free of charge. ALL of the employees including the dr were amazing. They offered my kids snacks. They handled everything. Nice, helpful. Best experience ever! The office is VERY beautiful and I immediately jumped to the conclusion that the price would have to match the appearance and customer service. I was completely wrong. So affordable. I don’t know how they do it but I am IMPRESSED! My daughter has her appt in 2 weeks. I will be back to the review with the end result…

Dr. Madan is the best! From childhood, I never wore my retainer so my teeth moved (a lot!). It bothered me enough so I did a ton of research and then found myself at Beverly Hills Orthodontics. Timing was important as I wanted to be done before my upcoming wedding. I started with Invisalign and then switched to braces and could not be happier with the result!! Dr. Madan did my consultation and explained treatment plans for both Invisalign and braces. Their prices were better than the others in the area even though they are a Beverly Hills practice. Most of my appointments were with Dr. Madan but I also saw Dr. Cohen occasionally. She is just as warm and friendly as Dr. Madan. Most importantly, their communication is seemless. I didn’t have to explain over and over – they both knew the progress of my treatment and answered my questions throughout. In fact, they were more particular than me when it came to how straight my teeth were. The entire experience is unlike any other doctors office – it is more like a spa. The office is absolutely beautiful with sweeping views of all of LA. There is a Wii and Xbox in the waiting area and always great magazines and very high-tech. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. While taking x-rays and impressions, the technicians were gentle and patient and had a happy demeanor – unlike most people in the dental field who just rush you around just to bill you. You can tell that Dr. Madan is very careful about who she hires. I was very comfortable being an adult patient as the office is truly for both adults and kids alike. I personally came in for adult treatment but I saw how great Dr. Madan and Dr. Cohen were with kids. They are mothers themselves and you can tell in the way that they interact with the children – explaining what was happening (like a teacher) and very patient. They also have fun office contests which may be for the kids but I happily participate for the great prizes (iPods um, yes!) I cannot recommend Dr. Madan and Beverly Hills Orthodontics more. It is far and away the best money I have ever spent on myself. I even follow them on Facebook because I really do feel like I am part of the Beverly Hills Ortho family.

I have definitely taken everything for granted! Scrolling through some old photos, I realize so much has changed since I first sat down at the office and worked out a plan with Dr. Madan. I had worn braces before, but I fell out of the habit of wearing retainers daily. My mom is a dentist and a perfectionist, and we are so glad we found a lovely place like Beverly Hills Orthodontics. Dr. Maden is very sweet and kind. She tailored a treatment for me and frequently checks in to make sure everything is on track. I first went on trays with Invisalign and now have them incorporated with braces. Everything is coming together, and I cannot be more grateful. People at here are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and patient. Cesar Chavez has been adjusting my wires recently. He treats his work very seriously, and I have always left with perfectly fitted wires. I would strongly recommend this place for treatment 🙂

I have had braces twice throughout my childhood, and as such I was reluctant to start any additional orthodontic work. I was forced to however when asymmetrical jaw growth began causing me pain, and thankfully Dr. Madan has been able to correct that and my teeth using Invisalign. There were concerns that my jaw may continue to grow since I was only 22 when I began my treatment, but she navigated this complication successfully. My jaw has been corrected and my teeth more aligned than ever. I’m very happy that I decided to get this work done at Beverley Hills orthodontics; they’ve also been accommodating to my chaotic schedule due to school and travel. Simply put they’ve done an amazing job.

Dr. Monica Maddan, the dental assistants and office staff are all terrific. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Orthodontics. On my first visit, Dr. Maddan patiently answered my every question about the treatment plan and provided options to address my concerns. She quickly earned my trust and confidence. We are so glad we chose BH Orthodontics. Every visit was incredibly pleasant with minimal waiting. The office uses the latest technology in nearly all aspects of their practice from checking in to making impressions, which makes everything easy and painless. In less than one year, my daughter’s teeth went from being misaligned (cross-bite) and crooked to perfectly straight and beautiful. The office even made the treatment fun. I never expected this to be so easy! First off, Dr Madden and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgable and very willing to work with you to get the right results! I am midway through my Invisalign treatments and i’m seeing amazing results! My teeth are already looking so much better. Thanks to Dr Maddens methods and skills. I know having braces seems like its extremely time consuming, and at first it can be. But you get into a pattern of cleaning that isn’t as tedious as i sounds and pretty soon you enjoy the clean feeling your mouth has. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who struggles with their smile, feel they have crowded teeth, have constant issues with their teeth, or if you just want an aesthetically change.

Getting braces at 38 was a huge decision made so much easier because of Dr. Madan.  She has accomplished the incredible feat of making my once horribly crooked bottom teeth perfectly straight within the year that she promised.  Best of all, I have actually enjoyed going to every appointment because Dr. Madan is so wonderful to be around and everyone in the office is friendly, happy, and extremely professional.  Additionally, it is such a beautiful office- modern and with incredible views over Beverly Hills.  I highly recommend Dr. Madan and BH Orthodontics for a later in life teeth straightening or for your kids (which the office supports with games, computers, and fun incentives).  You will also find how surprisingly competitive their prices are.  I couldn’t be more  happy I made this decision and am actually starting 2015 with straight teeth for the first time in my life:)

I don’t write reviews on Yelp, but I had to join so I could write a review about Dr. Madan and her staff – they are amazing!!  When you walk into the office you are always greeted with a smile.  They are very thorough and they gladly answered all of my questions, and I always have a lot of questions.   I debated getting Invisalign for several years and finally decided to do it.   I’m not even halfway through my 35 Invisalign trays and there has already been a huge difference in my smile.  I actually feel a lot less self-conscious when taking pictures.  The office is also beautiful with big windows and a view of the mountains which is very soothing.  You can’t go wrong picking this office to improve your smile.

I went to see Dr. Monica Madan for an invisalign consultation.  First, I have to say, she is absolutely gorgeous (amazing smile)… but second, her “bedside manner” was amazing.  She really cared about me and my needs.  She did not rush.  Her staff was so friendly and helpful.  I had such a great experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good and experienced orthodontist.

What can I say? I went in for three consultations before I decided to make the leap to get my teeth fixed. Dr. Madan did a great job of explaining my options to me even with my bonding on. She was easy going and very knowledgable. I appreciate how clean and well maintained the office is. They have state of the art equipment and the staff are all extremely friendly. Honestly, I’ve already recommended BHO to multiple friends and wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my teeth worked on. I’m on my eighth month with my braces and my teeth look amazing. If you are considering having any type of dental work done, stop looking. This is the place to go.

I have had nothing but a positive experience during my Invisalign treatment with Beverly Hills Orthodontics. Prior to choosing them, I had two consults with other orthodontists who said I was not a candidate for Invisalign and suggested I have teeth extracted. BHO said otherwise and a little over year into my treatment so far, I couldn’t be happier. My smile has transformed dramatically. Others have noticed how straight my teeth are and it has given me more confidence. The staff is so sweet and always remembers details about me even when I haven’t seen them in months! They have also been extremely communicative and cautious during COVID. They shut down due to precautions, but eventually opened safely with necessary adjustments for safety. They has full hazmat-like suits on during my last visit and I felt so safe. They are just the best! I have been singing their praises to friends and will continue to do so. It also helps that the company is run by two BOSS women. If you are considering Invisalign and you are in the LA area, choose them!!

Dr. Madan at BHO has been treating my daughter and she and her entire staff are kind and friendly and set my daughter at ease every time we are there. Their equipment is state of the art and the other doctors in the practice are also amazing and so patient with children and all our questions. My daughter’s teeth look so great… I am scheduling an appointment for myself. Lastly, their Covid protocols are strict… plexi dividers inbetween each patient.

I am almost done with my Invisalign treatment with Beverly Hills Orthodontics and throughout this almost 2 year experience they’ve been so helpful and great. Dr. Madden and Cesar are so knowledgeable and always smiling. The office is friendly and they are always so understanding when it comes to schedule changes and moving appointments around. I would recommend BHO to anyone in the area looking for a great place to get Invisalign!

I highly HIGHLY recommend Beverly Hills Orthodontics. I originally went to meet with my ortho who did my braces as a kid (10 years ago), but the place just seemed outdated and old. Also the price was higher than I expected. I wanted to meet with at least 1 other ortho to get a second opinion, and I am SO happy that this place came up on google. I did plenty of research on yelp, google, and other review sites before deciding to check out Beverly Hills Ortho. As soon as I walked in, I knew this place was better than my old ortho’s. Not only was this in a better location, but the office is very high tech with ALL the latest technology, and they even showed me exactly how my teeth would look as my treatment progresses. Not to mention all of the dentists, assistants, and staff are extemely kind, welcoming, and made me feel like they definetely knew what they were doing. The best part of it all was that even the price was better than my previous dentist lol! They worked out an incredible payment plan for me and came down to what I was willing to pay. I was shocked, because you would guess this place is most expensive by the location and new office. Now I am about 2 weeks away from finishing my 18 month treatment, and my teeth look amazing. I have loved every time I get to come in. Every time I come back, the whole staff remembers my name and specific things I told them. I have also recommended my friend Zach to this company, and he loves them as well. Looking forward to sending more friends and family over here if they ever need orthodontic work!

Undergoing orthodontic treatment is a big deal. I consider myself lucky to have found Dr. Madan and Beverly Hills Orthodontics. I actually consulted 10 orthodontists before choosing her for my treatment. I chose her for a number of reasons: 1. She’s extremely friendly, compassionate and genuine—you’ll notice this immediately. Bedside manner is important. 2. Dr. Madan is a clinician and a scientist first and foremost. She keeps up with the latest advances in the field, reads evidence-based publications on treatments and also has a healthy dose of skepticism about new fads and expensive procedures. This is a rare thing, especially in Los Angeles. 3. She treats you like family—she’s concerned about your well-being AND about a treatment plan that works. Other orthodontists suggested treatment plans that might have worked, but would have cost a LOT more money and subjected me to a battery of surgeries and painful recoveries. Dr. Madan will exhaust every non-invasive angle before ever making a drastic recommendation. Again, you’re family. 4. Dr. Madan doesn’t over-prescribe. Every orthodontist I saw told me to get my impacted wisdom teeth extracted, but couldn’t give me a fact-based answer as to why this was necessary. Dr. Madan examined my case and told me to leave them in. If they’re not causing problems, leave them alone. 5. In the event you need a specialist for some other issue, Dr. Madan can make great referrals. She referred me to an amazing periodontist and an excellent oral surgeon. 6. She goes the extra mile. Weeks after my initial consultation, Dr. Madan graciously returned a call I made asking for a review of another potential treatment plan (suggested by a different orthodontist). She didn’t have to do this—I wasn’t yet her patient and I hadn’t paid her a dime—but she spoke with me anyway, and gave me critical feedback without trying to “sell” me anything either. That’s the type of person she is. 7. The staff at BHO is great. While your orthodontist is important, you’ll also be in the care of everyone else there, and I have had only good experiences with the staff and assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Madan and Beverly Hills Orthodontics.

BHO is a great place to go to when you want to improve your smile. Every experience here has been amazing even in other locations. All staff are professional and always take care of any concerns I have. Cesar, one of the amazing technicians here, has always helped me every time I came in. I did lots of research before choosing an orthodontist for my second round of braces. After doing three consultations with different orthodontic practices, I was blown away but the friendliness, efficiency, knowledge, and family like atmosphere of Beverly Hills Orthodontics. During my first consultation I was assessed by Dr. Madan and she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She answered all my questions with ease, she was very knowledge able (the other dentists I previously met with had difficulty answering my questions about the benefits of Invisalign over regular braces), she even told me new information that helped me pick the best type of braces for my age, second time, and cosmetic needs. Upon deciding to work with Beverly Hills Orthodontics, the staff were very professional and the effective in working out payment plans, contracts, and scheduled projection dates for a finish time. Over the last year I have been helped by most of the staff here and it’s safe to say it feels like talking and being taken care of by one big loving family! I started coming to BHO to get Invisalign a while back and every time I go to BHO I’m always impressed by how well I’m treated from top to bottom. From the front of office folks to orthodontists, everybody at BHO is top notch. Their care and attention has always been more than I could ask for, and they don’t nickel and dime you for every service like others might! I highly recommend them (and my man Gabriel!) for any ortho treatment you might need – they will definitely take care of you.

I was an early patient of Dr. Madan (and Dr. Cohen), almost six years ago. The value–and added value–of their treatment more than returned my investment. My goal was not cosmetic but related to correcting a flaw. That flaw was eventually corrected. And, along the way, my knowledge was enhanced. Initially, there were no false promises. Nor, during the course of treatment, was there ever a question they did not answer. There was only their bright, cheerful display of enthusiasm for science–and love of their work–which put me at ease, and kept me returning with equal enthusiasm. (This attitude was shared by their very able staff.) Today, when I go in for a check, and see there are only a few seats, I have to smile. Over the years, I’ve observed their office grow from a quiet space into a bustling practice. Perhaps this is evidence that their high standards and caring professionalism ring true for others. But I’m glad to speak of my own experience here, because it certainly rings true for me.

I have been a patient at Beverly Hills Ortho  almost a year and half and I must say  it has been such a great experience !!! The hospitality in this office is so top notch ! They go over and beyond to make your feel comfortable by answering all of your questions regarding the Invisalign and by just simple courtesy ! It’s hard to find anyone these days with just a good ” bed side manner ” so to speak .  And this office has it ! If you are considering Invisalign you should visit Beverly Hills ortho !  The staff is consistently friendly and so good with follow through . Caesar is the sweetest person ! This office is great! I’ve heard nightmares from friends about Invisalign from friends so I did a ton of research, and had several consultations before choosing a provider. I have difficult teeth and wasn’t sure Invisalign would even be an option but Dr. Madden put together a treatment plan that was not only effective but she even worked in my extra request not to put attachments on my top teeth! During my consultation she took me through a full overview of what to expect. Once they put together a proposed treatment plan Dr. Madan herself called me to take me through an overview of the treatment and answered the many, many questions I had about the process. The office is beautiful and uses top of the line equipment and the front desk is friendly and makes sure to get you in and out quickly- no sitting in the waiting room for hours here. Now that my treatment is over I can say that i’m thrilled with the outcome and would recommend this office to anyone looking for Invisalign!

I stopped wearing my retainer after my braces were off for years…that didn’t work out so well, because it was back to the orthodontist!  I found Dr. Madden at Beverly Hills Orthodontics and I couldn’t have had a better experience.  The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, flexible and professional.  The energy in the office is positive and I look forward to all of my visits.  My Invisalign process is tracking faster than planned and it’s definitely due to their expertise!  I’d recommend this team to anyone.

Dr. Madan has been the doctor that has helped me with my treatment. She’s amazing and always has a smile when you come into her office. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best treatment and a pleasant experience as well. Her staff is amazing, Crysta and Lily are exceptional at what they do. They are so gentle and really made me feel enthusiastic about my treatment. They update and explain everything that they are working on fixing. Overall, braces weren’t bad because I had Dr. Madan and her entire staff working to perfect my smile.

Going to the orthodontist would normally be a chore but I actually look forward to going to my appointments! The office is bright and pretty with lovely views of LA all the way from Century City to the Hollywood sign. The atmosphere is welcoming, fun and friendly. All the staff are super organized and exceedingly professional. The waiting room is bright and clean and inviting and the office is immaculate. Dr. Madan is amazing; she’s thoughtful, caring and attentive. She listened to what my hopes were for my treatment and has been really specific and expert in her approach to getting the results I want. Not only that, she is so warm, fun, and kind, she makes going to the orthodontist delightful instead of a drag.  Really happy with how my teeth look! She did a superb A+ job!

Dr. Madan and the entire staff are awesome! The location is amazing, and the views from the office are breathtaking. As an adult, I don’t necessarily feel like I’m in a “kids’ doctor’s office” (though if I was a kid, I’d be perfectly comfortable). I’m always taken care of almost right away, and everyone is always so courteous and kind…always smiling and always being vocal/letting me know about what they’re doing. The equipment is state of the art. I definitely feel like I’m getting some of the best orthodontic care offered in Los Angeles. Also…I’m a college student, and they are always so accommodating and open to working with me for payment plans. I love it at this office and would never switch.

When I was in my teens, I went through orthodontic treatment. Unfortunately, my orthodontist at the time decided to extract a tooth on one side, but not the sister tooth on the opposing side. This lead to a midline that was off center. Due to grinding and not wearing a retainer, my teeth shifted even more as the years went by causing my midline to be off center by more than 3mm. Now, 3mm doesn’t really sound like a lot, but it’s quite noticeable, at least to me. I started to smile less and felt less confident. After getting engaged in Dec. 2013, I decided that it was time to get orthodontics again to correct my teeth once and for all before the big day (our wedding was in Dec. of 2014). I consulted with two orthodontists that were highly recommended on Yelp, but both insisted that my case required wire braces (god forbid!) and that they would need to extract another tooth which was less than ideal. I finally went in for a consultation with Dr. Madan and she talked me through a plan that didn’t require an extraction AND allowed me to use invisalign for my treatment. I was thrilled! I’m halfway through my treatment plan now and am SO grateful that I found BHO and Dr. Madan. She’s a miracle worker! Since a picture is worth a thousand words I’ve included my before/after photo…well, not quite after since I’m only halfway through my treatment, but the results thus far are amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Madan!

The first time I went to Dr. Madan’s office I was so impressed by how cool her office was. Dr. Madan is meticulous and gentle at what she does. My kids love her and so do I. She made going to the orthodontist fun for them. My kid’s teeth look great and they have perfect smiles. My kids loved the prize system. The prize system kept them motivated to keep their elastics on and their teeth brushed. I’ve seen a millage of age groups at her office. Not only is Dr. Madan amazing at what she does, she is just one very likable person. Dr. Cohen shares the office with Dr. Madan and is also amazing. I would recommend this orthodontist office to anyone!
