My first actual visit wasn’t as satisfying as I would have hoped. However after taking a day or two to figure out if I wanted this practice to do the work I decided to schedule an appointment. I had been I pain for a few days and seriously shouldn’t have waited but I’m honestly glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Spurgeon. I instantly felt I was in the right hands. His work was amazing, he walked me through every step of the extraction, was gentle and sympathetic to my pain level. After my service was done I felt so much more like myself. I normally am not one to write reviews but the friendly caring staff I encountered today definitely deserves some words of appreciation and encouragement. Even though i was walk in patient, i was in office for 5 hours. My initial temp tooth for a crown, was way too small and had no room for my small stub of a tooth, this was a monday, had to return tues, 2 hours, but the dental asst. who put my temp tooth did an excellent job. My first asst. obviously needs more practice. The dentist herself did an excellent job. I had lots of dental problems, and considering the time, work done was excellent! No pain after either. Credit assistance was extremely helpful and appreciated. Thanks to all the personnel for their hard work.

Dr. Spurgeon did a great job getting me fitted in for a crown today. Going to the dentist is always overwhelming for me but I had very minimal pain during the procedure and they give you a detailed step by step process of what is to take place and awaiting for you to confirm if this is something you are ok with. Rosa, the dental hygienist , was such a lovely person. She was so helpful in answering my questions or getting the appropriate people to answer them. Not to mention she was very attentive as to what I needed throughout my visit. Will be recommending friends and family members.

My 6 year old had to have quite a bit of work done, and the dentists and staff in this office were the absolute best. They were not only competent and efficient, but also caring and genuine. They eased my 6 year old’s nerves, which was not an easy task. They were helpful with discussing treatment options and answering questions. I was able to set up an easy payment plan for the work that was done. I highly recommend them for all your pediatric dental needs.

I had my first visit for a check up and I honestly liked everything about this office. Leticia Lomeli went over in detail about what to expect from beginning to end and ensuring I felt welcomed; as the new patient their friendliness made me feel almost a sense of belonging. Great dentist, great office. The dentist and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The office is clean, well-lit and welcoming. The dentist did a great job on my teeth and was attentive to controlling the pain. They are also open late on weekdays and are open Saturdays, so scheduling is convenient. The ortho that shows up there a couple times a month was WONDERFUL, I had 2 impacted teeth about 5 years that took 2 dentists holding my head a ton of pain and alot of swelling. This time I had one impacted tooth outin 2 minutes tops (yes I was wake) no swelling very little pain. Use one pain pill in 4 days. The next morning when I woke I had no pain… Great ortho (specialist).

I am not a fan of the dentist. In the past I’ve avoided going because staff can be so unpleasant and not care that I have a genuine fear of being in the dentist chair. Dr. Spurgeon calmed my nerves with his charming good looks and his soothing voice. I found more relief from his vocal anesthesia than the local anesthesia. His perfectionism also pacified my OCD. And the staff look like they all belong in glamour magazines. How can such beautiful people be in one office?!! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are VERY thorough in their jobs, hence the wait time. If you want a job well done and want to feed your EYES candy instead of your teeth, I recommend this place. A modeling agency should definitely come here lol.

Don’t know why this place has bad reviews they where incredible. Every person that helped me from the front desk to evey nurse in the place that stepped up and tried to help me because I had a gag reflex. Yesenia the nurse there was my rock helped me get my exrays done and kept checking up on me the whole time I was there. Even though she wasnt nurse assigned to me for xrays or for my extraction. Chris the nurse that was assigned to me kept encouraging me through the whole procedure letting me know we where almost finished was very thoughtful and helpful. The dentist Christopher Spurgeon went out of his way to find me a bucket incase i needed to through up. Christopher was quick fast nice and understanding of my situation. I was terrified comin in thinking people where going to get mad at me because I’m terrified of dentist and because of my gag reflex but they all made it so easy that it put me at ease and I ended up not gagging much and being in and out quick and no longer in pain. Love this place will be going back to do more work soon.

It was my first time here, as soon as I checked in they had my insurance verified and paperwork ready for me to fill out. Within 15 minutes I was called for X-rays the lady was really nice. After x-rays I was seated and got photos then Dr. Spurgeon came in, professionally introduced himself. Wow he clearly explained treatment to me and within seconds Elaine the hygienist came in to evaluate my gums. She also explained very well. My appointment was at 3pm and I was out of the office by 5pm and got 3 fillings and deep cleaning! I was amazed with the speed of service and Dr. Spurgeon and Elaine’s excellent work.

I can tell she takes pride in her work and only does the best job- never cutting corners or rushing a job. I have always had such anxiety when going to the dentist, but now I can say I love it! How crazy is that? ! They have definitely won a customer for life, and I’m telling everyone! My kids even love going! They play movies in the waiting room, call us by name, and speak TO my kids instead of just taking about them to me while they overhear; helping them feel comfortable. Came in for an emergency toothache and ended up getting a root canal the very same day. They were super accommodating and friendly when I asked if I could possibly get a last minute appointment. I think one of the reason why i dont want to go on dental appointment is because of long waiting time and painful xray. Theresa at the desk was so reassuring that this would be a pleasant experience. If it wasn’t for her great personality I wouldn’t have made the appointment. Gem was also very sweet and professional while giving me X-rays. Dr Spurgeon took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my health of my gums, and gave me options to improve my smile. Rosa was also awesome when it came to fitting my crown. I also had a deep cleaning, and all the old mercury fillings removed. All in one shot! I hate going to the dentist. I love the fact that all the work I needed was done on the same day. There was a bit of a wait, but the fact that the entire staff kept asking if I was ok, and did their best to calm me down, was completely worth it. My last dentist didn’t get as good of a review, so please read that one to see the difference.
