Beverly Hills Orthodontics is amazing. I needed a new set of retainers after having mine for 10 years. After having jaw surgery as a teenager to fix a crossbite, I am extremely picky about finding excellent dentists and orthodontists. I’m glad I found BHO. From their website, amazing communication, customer service, clarity of information, new patient forms (yup, I’m serious), and an honest and very informative virtual consultation with Dr. Cohen–I was thoroughly impressed. They are taking extremely safe precautions at their office to minimize contact during COVID, utilizing their 3D scanning capabilities as opposed to impressions like some other offices do. I highly HIGHLY recommend Beverly Hills Orthodontics. I originally went to meet with my ortho who did my braces as a kid (10 years ago), but the place just seemed outdated and old. Also the price was higher than I expected. I wanted to meet with at least 1 other ortho to get a second opinion, and I am SO happy that this place came up on google. I did plenty of research on yelp, google, and other review sites before deciding to check out Beverly Hills Ortho. As soon as I walked in, I knew this place was better than my old ortho’s. Not only was this in a better location, but the office is very high tech with ALL the latest technology, and they even showed me exactly how my teeth would look as my treatment progresses. Not to mention all of the dentists, assistants, and staff are extemely kind, welcoming, and made me feel like they definetely knew what they were doing. The best part of it all was that even the price was better than my previous dentist lol! They worked out an incredible payment plan for me and came down to what I was willing to pay. I was shocked, because you would guess this place is most expensive by the location and new office. Now I am about 2 weeks away from finishing my 18 month treatment, and my teeth look amazing. I have loved every time I get to come in. Every time I come back, the whole staff remembers my name and specific things I told them. I have also recommended my friend Zach to this company, and he loves them as well. Looking forward to sending more friends and family over here if they ever need orthodontic work!

Wow! Where do I start? From the very first day I walked into this office I was greeted by the friendliest staff that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone is so nice and the office is beautiful. I am now several weeks into my Invisalign treatment and it has continued to impress me how consistent the staff has been with their hospitality. I always get excited to go in and see how everyone has been doing since my last visit and they also make sure to ask me what I’ve been up to as well. Never in my life would I expect to like going to the Ortho haha! I was recommended by a friend of mine and have since recommended others as well. This is my first yelp review ever and I cannot think of another business that deserves it more than BH Orthodontics.  We went to see Dr Erin Cohen after she was referred to me by my children’s pediatrician (Dr Scott Cohen, her husband who is equally as awesome). From the first meeting, I knew that she was something special and have not been disappointed.  Both my children were “difficult” cases as they needed more than just braces. Now, after 3 years of treatment both my kids could be teeth models. The amount of time and care she gives is unbeatable. Her office is not only beautiful and fun (she has a Wii and TV playing movies) but warm and comforting, Her staff is also amazing and the whole experience has been awesome. I love reading reviews, but I don’t write them. However, due to exceptional service I’ve received so far at Beverly Hills Orthodontics, I want to take my time to write this review. Everyone at BHO, from the front office staff to the orthodontists are so wonderful. From the moment I walked to the office they made me feel welcome and heard my concerns. This is actually the second time I’m getting Invisalign in less than a year. My first experience with Invisalign wasn’t successful because I got them from a less experienced dentist. The second time, I did my research and I’m happy to say that Invisalign feels very different now. The fit is wonderful and I know the trays are working for me now. I want to also say that Gabriel, the assistant who helped with putting on my attachments today was great. I told him that I had sensitive teeth and was nervous about the use of air to dry my teeth, and he noted that and during the procedure I didn’t feel any sensitivity! I expected at least some sensitivity, as every time I’ve been to the dentists I’ve felt some pain due to my receding gum line. Again, I’m very happy that I chose BHO.

I have had nothing but a positive experience during my Invisalign treatment with Beverly Hills Orthodontics. Prior to choosing them, I had two consults with other orthodontists who said I was not a candidate for Invisalign and suggested I have teeth extracted. BHO said otherwise and a little over year into my treatment so far, I couldn’t be happier. My smile has transformed dramatically. Others have noticed how straight my teeth are and it has given me more confidence. The staff is so sweet and always remembers details about me even when I haven’t seen them in months! They have also been extremely communicative and cautious during COVID. They shut down due to precautions, but eventually opened safely with necessary adjustments for safety. They has full hazmat-like suits on during my last visit and I felt so safe. They are just the best! I have been singing their praises to friends and will continue to do so. It also helps that the company is run by two BOSS women. If you are considering Invisalign and you are in the LA area, choose them!!

I feel so great with the outcome of my teeth so far. When I first came for my free consultation a year and a half ago now I was greeted by Ashley who walked me through everything I was satisfied with everything and began treatment right away. I noticed a change in my teeth right away (and my teeth were pretty bad to begin with).  To this day I am greeted with a warm welcome and get treated so kindly by all staff even the ones I never worked with I have gone to all 3 locations but mainly at the downtown office and Toluca lake one. My teeth are looking so well I’m so happy. I just have 5 months to go just to work on my back teeth. It can be a struggle wearing them all the time and having to take them out to eat but I tell you know it is so worth it. Just remember to listen to the doctor and staff. I was pretty bad at wearing my bands to bed.

The staff is very personal and friendly which I appreciate. I would recommend coming here for Invisalign as that is what I did and I am extremely happy with the results. I could not be more happy with how straight my teeth are. Very nice staff who ACTUALLY care about you and your teeth! Btw: their COVID situation feels very safe as temperature is taken before entering, all staff is wearing special suits, masks and face shields, they have you sign a waiver, and there are giant plastic sheets in-between each patients chair.

Wow! It is rare that a business goes out of its way for their client, and even more spectacular when you aren’t an actual client… My sister has braces and the wire periodically “grows” when the teeth move and begins to gouge her cheek. She couldn’t even talk before we stopped in to inquire if there was anyone who could possibly clip the wire (her orthodontist is a far drive away). The ladies at the desk were so sweet and asked the technician Gabriel if he could do it~ He clipped it easily and said “there you go you’re all set”~ They didn’t even charge us. I normally don’t write reviews unless the experience is exceptional or awful. This place is exceptional! I took my daughter to a recommended orthodontist in the Valley for a consultation for her ONE crooked tooth. He recommended that we wait until all her adult teeth come in and then put a full set of braces for 2 years at a cost of $6000! For 1 problem tooth! And that was the only option. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Madan just from their Yelp reviews, and since they were listed #1 for Pediatric Orthodontists. Dr. Madan gave me 3 options but ultimately decided to give her partial braces for 6 months for a small fraction of the other quote. And said that my daughter will probably never need braces again since all her teeth are coming in straight. I mean…c’mon. So good. They ask for a panoramic X-ray up front for the exam, free of charge. ALL of the employees including the dr were amazing. They offered my kids snacks. They handled everything. Nice, helpful. Best experience ever! The office is VERY beautiful and I immediately jumped to the conclusion that the price would have to match the appearance and customer service. I was completely wrong. So affordable. I don’t know how they do it but I am IMPRESSED! My daughter has her appt in 2 weeks. I will be back to the review with the end result…

I first found out about BHO through family who had known a staff member who works at the offices. After a year and a half of the Invisalign treatment, I can finally show off my smile with confidence. BHO’s staff and treatment process have been very supportive and informative about the steps for my treatment. At every checkup, the staff were thorough when checking the progress of my teeth’s movement. They displayed pictures of what my current teeth look like, what they looked like in prior visits, and what they will look like in the future thanks to their high tech 3D scanners. I felt very satisfied on every visit, and left the offices feeling more confident about my smile whenever I did have an appointment. Setting up appointments were easy thanks to the extremely nice staff at the front desk who help set up your appointments at one of their many locations for their locations. If something were to happen and you need to change/cancel your appointment then you can just give them a call and they’ll answer with the same hospitality as if you were there in person. Finally, my overall experience with BHO has been the best treatment I’ve gone through and I highly recommend them for their hospitality alone, and more importantly I am even more satisfied about my end result of my smile.

Awesome and friendly staff. Multiple locations in Los Angeles and easy to schedule an appointment. I consulted with three others orthodontists prior to deciding on one and although they were the mid range $ wise, I went with BHO because their doctor who consulted with me was genuine and honest. They estimated 1.5-2 years. I finished in less than 1.5 years from the time I put in my first tray. I could’ve finished sooner if I didn’t reschedule a few times. Thank you BHO! BHO has been prompt and professional with their service. This is my second time getting braces, I had the wire ones as a teenager. (It’s the story of my life never getting it right the first time.) I didn’t want to go the wire (braces) route (not in my 40’s), which is why I went with Invisalign. I wish these people were in charge of more than just my orthodontic needs 🙁 I had really crooked bottom teeth and not so straight top teeth and I would hate teeth smiling but after completing my Invisalign treatment in about a year, I LOVE my smile! They really did an incredible job making the entire quick and easy. I really have nothing bad to say. I truly feel like if I had gone to a different orthodontist, I would absolutely dread going to appointments but this was definitely not the case. The offices are really nice and modern too so if you associate the dentist with some boring, drab, outdated interior, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. Every single staff member is incredibly friendly and they even remember little details about you that just make you feel special as a patient. It really feels like they care about your oral care and treatment rather than what money they can make off you. I visited the Dentist for the 1st time to take my nephew, and I was surprised to know he was happy to go. The office is easy to find, great parking with a parking attendant. All the staff were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. When my nephew got called up the dentist assistant greeted him with a fist pump which I thought was so cute & cool. He took us to his chair, examined him and then the Orthodontist took over. Later another assistant assisted him and she was VERY friendly and hilarious!! I enjoyed her joking around with y nephew, as a dentist can be a scary place for kids. I enjoyed the clean-ness of the facility as well as the lovely/Funny looney tunes frames. Not to mention check-out was eassssy!

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR

Orthodontics and treating patients is not just a career for Dr. Christine, it is her passion and calling. Having had three rounds of braces that changed her self-confidence and health as a young child, she fell in love with the transformative aspect of her profession as well as the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere that can be incorporated into an orthodontic office. Now, as an orthodontist herself, she aims to treat every patient with respect and kindness, and she strives to create a modern, refreshing environment that children, teens or adults will look forward to during every one of their visits. Outside of the office walls, Dr. Christine’s career accomplishments include writing and illustrating three children’s books pertaining to oral health and braces with her twin sister, who is also an orthodontist, developing a novel children’s finger puppet bite block and presenting at the 11th World Cleft Lip/Palate and Craniofacial Congress (ICPF) in China in 2017. Her motto in her own words is, “As your orthodontist, I strive to provide you with exceptional care in a modern, state-of-the-art setting. Together we will explore your wants and needs to ultimately achieve a beautiful and functional smile you will be proud of. I am excited to exceed your expectations for what is possible with your orthodontic care!” Dr. Christine attended University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) for her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree, followed by dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Finally, Dr. Christine stayed in San Francisco at UOP for her orthodontic residency, completing her Master of Science in dentistry and certificate in orthodontics attestations. In her free time, you can find Christine riding her bike around Santa Monica with her boyfriend, indulging in restaurants and exploring Los Angeles with her friends. Originally from the Czech Republic, Christine has a passion for travel, including going back to visit her whole family in Europe.
