I have being going to this office and Dr. Thompson for over 10 years now. Everyone in the office from the front desk, to Sandy who handles scheduling and payment, to Shannon Rae (our hygienist and all around superb teeth cleaner :)) and of course, Dr. Thompson are great! I have had nothing but kind, friendly and accommodating service for years. I have recommended so many friends! They keep my teeth in tip top shape! And…if you ever need to have more work done than just a cleaning, Dr. Thompson makes you feel comfortable and has a gentle hand that even the most nervous dental patients will appreciate. Thanks guys! You’re the best!

I am very pleased to have found this dental office. i moved almost a year ago from north oc a year ago. the staff is very nice. I love shannon the hygienist. i have had three visits this past year. I had a crown replaced..whitening treatment and another cleaning. They are excellent in all they do and have the latest technology that saves time and money for the patient. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Dr. Thompson now for 4 plus years and I highly recommend him. He is a clear communicator and a gentle Dentist. Shannon is also a very gentle Dental Hygienist, which if you are a sensitive person like I am, it is very reassuring to know you can actually get your teeth cleaned and not feel awful after.

Sandy also goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything that you need to know about your plan and she goes way out of her way to be generous and kind.

Having recently moved back to the beach from Northern California, I needed to find a new dentists. I researched, asked for referrals, etc.
Then I received a very well thought out, and well written brochure from Dr. Thompson. I read every word and I was impressed by his training and experience.
I had my first of many appointments today, and immediately felt comfortable. The staff are lovely, smart people, and Dr. Thompson is apparently a seasoned and amazing dentist.
I love the cutting-edge technology, the expertise and warmth of the staff.
I have a lot of work that needs doing, but I feel confident that I am in the best hands possible.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, Dr. Thompson and his staff took full care of me. I came in with pain and wasn’t sure what to expect. After he took a pic of my tooth and showed me, I knew the diagnosis of decay was more than valid. It’s kinda funny how you don’t realize how important your teeth are until you get a real inside look at them. I’ve scheduled my next visit and can’t wait to get my teeth back in order! Thanks again for all the great service!!!

Best dental office ever. Dr Thompson’s team is top notch, always accommodating friendly and very professional. Mostly I like that they respect my time and don’t make me wait forever in the waiting room, I have been in for a number of crown replacements and they start and finish on time!
Yesterday I broke a tooth, they saw me today to evaluate options and remove sharp edges, next week the new crown will be done in one sitting… awesome.
If you are looking for a reasonable and reliable dentist, I highly recommend Dr Sean Thompson!

Signed up for the new patient special and got all my basics taken care of. Sandy was very kind and was able to get me in right away. Dr. Thompson was very patient and understanding with all of my concerns during the exam. I’ll be going back soon for my (clear aligners) to get started. I’ll finally be able to smile again! I also had my cleaning done at my first appointment. It was the best cleaning I’ve had in years!!! Shannon is great. Is it weird that I’m looking forward to my next visit at the dentist office? 🙂

This is the BEST dental office!!! I have a very sensitive mouth – they take great care to make sure I am comfortable for my entire visit!! I’m not going anywhere else for all my dental needs…and I’ve been through just about all you can imagine!! I have a beautiful smile now – all thanks to Dr. Thompson and his great staff!!!!!

I can’t begin to describe my amazing experience at Dr. Thompson’s office today. Starting with the office itself, it’s nicer than most hotels I stay at. You can find coffee and cookies waiting for you with magazines galore.

Then the staff was fantastic, made you feel comfortable, at ease and very informative about info, procedures, etc.

Been a patient of Dr Thompson for many years. He always takes time to answer all of my questions. I have a big fear of going to the dentist and he is so gentle that I really don’t mind going. I have had a lot of procedures done from root canals to implants and he always makes it easy.

After trial and error, and searching for a dentist in our plan, Dr. Sean Thompson is great. My husband’s implants were very successful with no problems at all. The hygienist, Zach is also very thorough in his cleanings. Sandy, the insurance coordinator is Very efficient and knowledgeable. We are very comfortable with Dr. Thompson. I highly recommend him.

I love the fact that this is a very modern and professional practice. They utilize the latest digital technology to minimize the chair time and repeat visits. Best of all, Dr. Thompson and his team are very professional, prompt and polished. Best dental experience I have had hands down!

I had been seeing a dentist who has retired and needed to find a new one. I decided to see Dr Thompson. I have to say I am so happy I did. The staff was so friendly and the office was very inviting. And Dr Thompson took his time to answer some questions I had. He was very personable and comforting. I will definitely continue to see Dr Thompson.

I had a bit of an emergency a few weeks ago. I called doctor Thompson’s office, I was in the next morning, my tooth was in so much pain, i ended up needing a root canal. The staff made me feel very comfortable, and relaxed. With in a few hours i was out . I will be back here to take care of all my general dentist work. Best Dentist experience ever for years i was scared of the dentist but not after going to doctor thompsons office.

I was referred to this office by close friends that have been coming for years. My mouth was a mess and I had not been to a dentist in years.  I have now been a patient for over 4 years here with excellent care.  I have had cleanings quarterly with the same hygienist, a few teeth were fixed by Dr. Thompson and I even had him do my clear braces.  I had large gaps that bothered me and now people who see me are shocked at how different and good I look!  I am always looking forward to my next visit there.

If you are looking for a dentist that seems to really enjoy what he is doing and wants you to feel comfortable, then Dr. Thompson is highly recommended. His ability to administer Novocain without pain was what stood out the most. I don’t have a needle phobia, but I can appreciate that a good Dr. knows how to do it with minimal, if any, discomfort. If you have issues with going to the dentist, but you know you need to go, then I would recommend Dr. Thompson. You can share any issues you might have, and it seems to me they really understand.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Thompson for at least 10 years.  The staff is great.  They are polite, on-time and super with kids.  I have never had a billing issue. The office is new, easy to get to and has the latest dental equipment.  Getting x-rays has never been so easy!

I just recently switched dentists after years of being overcharged, and solicited for services that I didn’t need. It was very refreshing to meet Dr. Thompson.  His office was very pleasant, and his staff was friendly. His prices were fair, and he gave me an honest opinion about not getting crowns on my front teeth. He could have made a lot of money off me for that, but he didn’t! Wow!! Just so refreshing! I scouted him out, and now I’m switching my entire family to his wonderful practice!

I’m a chicken when it comes to Dentists, always have been.  So when I had to find a new Dentist when I moved to Orange County, my husband searched through them and came up with Dr. Thompson and I am so happy he found him!  The staff is personable and caring and cater to my cowardice (which is the #1 important thing to me).  Dr. Thompson listens and explains procedures as well as making sure I am comfortable during and after.  I am having an implant put in now and each step has been explained thoroughly in procedure and pricing.  They helped find the best pricing for me and without dental insurance, which is huge.  I signed up for their dental insurance because it is a good deal, my husband is in finance and found it to be right for us.  With the new technology and amazing staff, topped off with an excellent Dentist, it is the only place I would ever consider going for now on!

Dr. Thompson is fantastic! Not only is he fast but the quality of his work is exceptional. I’ve had two cracked teeth replaced with two crowns all in under two hours. NO PAIN whatsoever. He’s your Man!

Dr. Sean Thompson and his staff were great. The best dentist I have ever been to. I am not one who loves going to the dentist and have not for over 6 years. But I am sure glad I went in today and was treated so good that it was not like being at the dentist. From the time I walked in till I walked out from the X-ray’s to the cleaning and the end when they sat down with me and explained what needs to be done and the cost. They also explained options. The other thing I like is they make everything right there in the office right down to the crown and can do it all in one day. I have had two visits with Dr. Thompson and was very impressed with both his work and his staff. He will be doing two implants other dental work for me. The second visit involved tooth extractions and I was astounded that there no pain during the procedures, and, I walked out with a wonderful bridge to hide the gaps in my teeth! I feel I will be getting the best dental work possible at his OC Smile Solutions.

I just want to thank Dr. Sean Thompson and his team for another excellent dental experience! I have been going to Dr. Thompson for many years now for all of my dental needs. He has performed both minor and major procedures for me and done so with the utmost expertise and professionalism every time. This dental practice is great! Totally efficient (in on time, no waiting), courteous and knowledgeable staff (any question I have they have a detailed answer). No one truly “likes” the dentist but this practice does a great job of taking care of you and making you feel comfortable! If you are in the market definitely check them out!

Love this office! I’m the worlds largest whimp. At every apt they go the extra mile to make sure I’m ok. I’m not rushed & always make me feel I’m their number one and only priority. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Sean Thompson’s office for 15 years. Sean and his excellent staff provide the BEST care I’ve experienced. Sandy, the office manager is diligent in helping patients with any type of emergency care and manages the office efficiently. I experienced an abscessed tooth several years ago and Sandy was so sweet and squeezed me into their busy schedule with very short notice. Shannon, the dental hygienist, has been working at the office for over 13 years which tells you all you need to know. Sean’s son, Zack works at the office when he has a break from USC Dental school. Zack is an amazingly smart, talented, charismatic young man. Sean has performed root canals, crowns, replacement filings and I have never felt discomfort during any procedure. He has excellent pain management skills and is a very personable, caring Dentist.
I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thompson’s for over 10 years.  He has corrected numerous mistakes that previous dentists made.  And he is always able to come up with a solution when I am having a dental problem-whether it’s a custom retainer/night guard or a special onlay for a sensitive tooth.  He takes the time to listen to his patients.   Dr. Thompson and his staff are honest and a pleasure to do business with.  I’ve always appreciated that Dr. Thompson is honest about what I need to do and isn’t trying to invent things I don’t really need.   His staff is fantastic and they make going to the dentist fun!  Thank you for 10+ great years of dental care!!!

I have never been excited about going to the dentist, but that all changed today. The doctor and his staff are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is state of the art and has equipment that made my visit very interesting.

Best place to go to keep those pearly whites in shape. Best and friendliest staff. Clean facilities. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and at home.

The staff here is consistently kind and knowledgeable,  with a positive attitude.  I used to be phobic about ALL procedures dental, including a simple teeth cleaning, but Dr. Thompson and his crew have effectively cured me of those fears.  That in itself, is truly remarkable!  I would confidently recommend this office to everyone, young and old.

Are the BEST team in Dentistry. The office is new with the latest equipment and very high tech instruments. Dr. Thompson and the team make you feel like family. I had an abscessed tooth on a Sunday night. I called the office and Sandy fit me in the schedule first appointment on Monday. I have never felt any pain during a root canal, filling or crown procedure. If you’re looking for a Dentist I highly recommend this office. I’ve been a patient for 13 yrs.

When my previous dentist who I had for over 20 years retired, I was scared to go to another dentist; but, this time knew I wanted one freeway accessible and closer to my home.  After searching for a “5 star” local dentist on Yelp, I came across Dr. Thompson @ OC Smile Solutions.  My first visit was last year and immediately discovered I found an amazing dentist!  He was so personable, caring and with outstanding up-to-date equipment that my previous dentist never had! Wow, technology changed and I didn’t have to sit in a dentist chair, then move to another room for other services and then come back later for the next part of my treatment.  I’m am sure that’s why all of his patients are committed to him!  From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Lauren and Sandy who is totally amazing!  What a wonderful team of professionals. I am telling you, just one visit to OC Smile Solutions and you will realize — why didn’t I find him years ago!!!!

I must say I am not a fan of the dentist. But I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Thompson. Made an appointment and off I went. My first experience was with his staff. Well that was very professional and an excellent experience. Then came my evaluation from Dr Thompson. He explained what I needed and several appointments later I am perfect. I have had no pain and no problems. This whole experience has been pleasant and I will be a patient as long as I need a dentist. Scheduled for cleaning in a few months. Dr. Thompson’s office is the best!  I have been going here for over 10 years and this is THE BEST dental team!
