Reading the previous reviews, I think Dr Goren’s staff started paying attention to customer feedback because my experience was nothing like other people’s comments here. I noticed that they remodeled the entire building recently. It looks pretty upscale to me! They have large monitors in every room which they use to show your X-rays right away. Pretty high tech! The doctor explained on the monitor the problems we had to deal with. As far as waiting, well, I kind of expect to wait at a doctor’s office. In my experience it wasn’t that bad. I waited about 15 min. I used the time to check my Facebook and email on my iPad, since they have free wi-fi for customers. Doctor (I forgot his name) was there pretty much the whole time. When he needed to leave the room, he politely excused himself explaining the reason for leaving and how long it would take before he came back. I thought it was a nice gesture. It made me feel taken care of. All in all it was a nice experience. I would recommend Dr Goren and associates to friends and family for sure.

Hi, Just wanted everyone to know how scared I was to try and find a new dentist. My last dentist retired and I was going to him since 1992 so looking for a new dentist was scary. So I live very close to Lakewood family dental. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was a new patient. I said yes and was told that I would be seen in a few minutes. This was true to my surprise I was taken in the back for x-rays and then I saw the doctor his name is Ehab Samaan he was very nice and listened to what I had to say and even whet over it with me a few times. I was so nervous. I was going to get my teeth cleaned and I was scared to death. Last cleaning I had hurt me so bad. I told him that to he had one of his dental assistance clean my teeth and I started to cry before she even started. Her name is Yolanda she told me that it’s going to be ok and to relax. She did not use the Machine to clean my teeth she did it by hand. I did not experience any pain and when she was done my teeth were so white. Then I had the pleasure of talking to Julie she’s the one you talk to about a payment plan and let me tell you something I have been looking into dental plans with different providers and this by far is the best. They really work with you and I’m so excited to go back to start my treatment and to see my new smile. Thank you all for making this one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. See you soon. Ok, so I have been coming back to have more work done. Frank took very good care of me when I came back to get my teeth whitening treatment. My teeth looked so much better my family and I could not believe it. Decided to Cap all of My Teeth. I have had them in for like Two month now no problem and My Friends and Family are loving My New Smile. Thank You So Very Much. They have in-house payment plans too. pain-free. So Happy I found you. Love My Dentist and his Assistant Sydney. She’s always there doing what she does best. Running the back like no other.Thank you for all that you do. Up Date, went in today to see what was going on. I knew I had an appointment but I forgot what for Sydney and I started to laugh. Lol To my surprise my New caps were in… super excited.I have been showing off my half smile. I had a chip in my front tooth from an Ex throwing a penny at me. It hit my tooth and chipped it. (( NOT NO MORE))… so now when I look in the mirror I don’t have to remember. Thank you so much. I’m super happy with my half of a new smile. Can’t wait to get that phone call from your office to come in. #BESTDENTESTEVER

I have been looking for a dentist for a while. One of my friends told me about their in-house payment plan and pain-free as well. So I was able to get an appointment within the week. I was looking for a dentist that can do serious work. Lol Very satisfied. I will be coming back.

Before I went to this place I tried 2 different Dental establishments that didn’t work out for me. The Doctors were not detailed in my total treatment so I bailed !! Lakewood Family Dental Group Doctors explained everything in precise detail and brought a smile to my face… I had work done that was badly needed and I am very happy with the partial results.. I say partial on account my work is still ongoing and the results are Amazing… The quality is well worth the price…

Hi, I heard of this dentists though my Mom. When I was a kid she took us to the same dentist tell the dentist retired. And a new dentistry took over. It was the worst experience of my life. The dentist did not have on gloves. And was very heavy-handed. My mouth hurt so bad just from a cleaning. So I was so happy when my Mom told me all about her wonderful experience with her new dentist’s. She sees both of them for different stuff. So when I went for my teeth cleaning I was very excited. And just like my mom said it was pain-free. Made an appointment to get my teeth whitened. My mom got hers done and they came out so white and she’s a heavy coffee drinker too. Lol. So with their in-house payment plan, it’s a win-win situation. Thank you, Vicky, for the phone call to remind me of my appointment.

Just went there on Friday for a toothache, turned out I needed a root canal. I went in at 12, forgot my medical card, drove back about 30 minutes later after finding it. Close to 1 now, got seated right away, did x-rays, evaluated situatuon, told me what insurance covered, agreed to root canal as I was in extreme pain. Which btw wasn’t covered, 1:35, doctor and nurse prepped me with 2 shots of numbing agent, barely felt the 1st one, didn’t feel the 2nd, now 1:45, heard drill start, panicked, started to taste grinded tooth matter, yuk! A few moments of drilling I open my eyes to view the canal scraper, (a barbed needle like device), didn’t know it was a canal scraper until after the procedure, doctor went in to finish off the job, felt about 5 seconds of pure pain, it then resided, almost 2 now and the job in half way done. Have to go in tomorrow for the rest to be finished, had to wait a day or two anyways to let the tooth heal or whatever, very impressed on how quickly I was seen and how fast the operation was done. Oh btw, they closed that day at 2, so they did everything including the operation in less than 30 minutes. Not sure if that’s a good thing or bad but I feel no pain whatsoever. Ended up costing $1600 for root canal and crown, kinda pricy but I didn’t care. The pain was too much for me to take. Prescribed me some pain killers and an antibiotic. Imo they did a good job, not too sure about the other reviews on here but they were very friendly and handled things very professionally, even before I agreed to do the procedure!
