The Dr’s and staff at the office are amazing! Not only did I get 5 star treatment but they were so thorough to explain all the treatment to me and they made me feel so comfortable and at home. The assistant Allyson who helped the wonderful Dr Neta with me was so nice and did such an amazing job with helping explain all the dental lingo and making me feel relaxed.  This place really is amazing! I would definitely recommend this dental office.

The staff here is amazing, they are very helpful and friendly. Any questions you have they make sure to answer and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their services. Mariah, and Jennifer have been amazing with scheduling as well as Gabriel he really went above and beyond to get me in and have me seen ASAP. Larry has been so great at helping me as well I wouldn’t have continued my care if it wasn’t for how much he explained and assisted me in getting what I need done. Sonia and Jesus were so great and made sure that my experience was great, I have really bad anxiety and they were both very patient with me. Jesus was great considering I made him do double the work. Dr. Snapir was so great and patient with me. Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs. The office is super clean and relaxing you don’t feel like you’re going to the dentist.

I have been going to these wonderful group of doctors As soon as you walk in the door you are transformed it’s like where am I? You are treated by welcoming smiles. Offered coffee, tea, makes me ask myself am I in Starbucks? The staff is highly qualified,kind and passionate care givers. I was in a car accident and have been receiving treatment for TMJ when I came I could not even open my jaw. After receiving tempromandibular laser treatments and a splint, I can now open my jaw enough to eat solids, I have ways to go until I can actually open my jaw completely. But I feel confident and am very grateful for technology being used. I know that under Dr Snapir’s guidance and adequate care I’ll be able to smile again soon!!! This place is great!!! I have been referred here a week ago. From the moment I walked in to the place, I have been treated so nicely. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable but most importantly they really treat you like a family – this is the feeling you want to get coming to your dental appt:) Shoutout to Tatiana for taking a great care of my teeth!

As a first time patient at The Dental Smile Center and a person that needed to see a dentist a long time ago but was always too afraid and embarrassed but that day I walked into DSC I felt like I had been coming here for a lifetime. They totally care about you as a person of their family and definitely not like a dental patient with issues. I give BIG kudos to Vera for making me feel and know that I was in great hands and no need to worry. She really goes out of her way to help with options plans and the understanding of everything from assessment to the oral plan and the financial part of the of the process. I can’t say enough about Vera because she wasn’t like that with just me but the patients I heard her with got the same treatment as I did. I have to say the Dr. and his son are very cool guys that made me feel like I was supposed to be here. And I have to say that. Allison is the best even though I just met her while writing this review she is fricken awesome just like the rest of the staff working here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Dental Smile Center to any and everyone that is timid, scared or embarrassed to go to the dentist give them a try you will not regret the decision! Smile on! I was in a lot of pain and after making several phone calls, i was shocked  to hear the doctors voice rather than an automated voice message. I explained that i had been to the movies and bit into popcorn, and the doctor was so helpful and kind, he made me an appointment the moment i called. He then called in a prescription for medication for the pain so i could sleep through the night. The very next day, i was greeted by the front desk and everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this office. Despite first appearances to the outside of the office, the inside is clean and tidy with presentable and kind staff.

Had so many bad experiences with other dentist in my pass and ever since I went to doctor Snapir Absolutely best dental office Him and his staff are very gentle and honest to there clients very professional my 4 year old left there office super happy she felt really comfortable and I’m happy with the results and every moment of her treatment I appreciate and I’m also Satisfied behind my smile it’s amazing.

The Dental Smile Center is nothing short of excellence. From the front office to the doctor himself – perfection is expected. Dr. Snapir & his team are artists with an eye for detail. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist , the dental smile center will put you at ease. As soon as you walk in you are greeted like family. Many times the dental smile center felt like a spa rather than a dental office. Just close your eyes… relax…and let the doctor and his team  work their magic!

I highly recommend The Dental Smile Center. From the moment you come is or just call, the staff welcome you with a big smile. They are welcoming, professional, and ready to help you. Dr. Snapir is a knowledgeable, experienced dentist who is a hard working person who does an excellent job. He explain everything to you before they do any thing. Dr. Snapir have excellent specialists who come to assist, but he never just hand you to the specialists. Before, in the middle and at the end, he supervise and presents to let you know that he knows who you are, what you need and if you have any questions, he will answer them right away with ease, confidence, and soft voice that assure you that you are in excellent hands. I came few months ago at the first time with my 14 yrs. son who broke his two front teeth. We came on a very busy Sat., yet Dr. Snapir took my son in and his awesome staff gave my son the best care I can ask for. They work with you on a payment plan, that helped me a great deal. So far, I have 5 implants, root canals, and many crowns. In few months I will update some pictures from before and after. I had been looking for a good dentist for a while. My friend recommended me this place so I gave it a try. I must say that I’ve had a wonderful experience. To Begin with the staff is wonderful. I was able to book an appointment quickly, I didn’t wait more than 10 min to be seen, and the doctor was so patient and took all the time needed to explain my plan of treatment and answer all my concerns. That alone shows a lot about a great dentist. You don’t feel that your just a number and next. So I came in today to get a root canal done it was quick and done very professionally. I’m on my way to getting my dental treatment done and being able to have a beautiful smile again. I would recommend this office if your looking for a great dentist. They also open on Saturday

Great center. Great crew. Very professional and attentive.felt like family from day one, knew when I walked in this is where I was supposed to be, and now would like it no other way as well. I wished I would of found them years ago. Everybody here is really well versed in there trade. Good experience, highly recommend. Helped change my life . Thank you to all at this great practice. I can’t express enough how happy I am to have found this dentist facility. The staff is beyond friendly and care about you. As soon you walk in they all greet you and everyone has a positive attitude. I do want to recognize one particular staff member . Vera you are the best !!! I was dealing with a severe toothache that triggered the teeth next to it and it was the worst pain I ever experienced. Out of desperation I called so many dentists to see who could take me and work with me. They got me in on a Saturday even though they were full of appointments and I was immediately relieved of the pain by the AMAZING Doctor. I swear it was like magic! I then went back for other appointments for a root canal and a crown. All quick yet great work! From the front desk to the back where the magic happens, I was met with very nice, caring, and great people. For being such a rushed desperate situation on my end, I never expected the amount of care and amazing dental work and I’m so thankful I got it. Thank you!!

I have been coming here for a little over a year and I can honestly say I found the dentist that I will go to for the rest of my life. Ive been afraid of the dentist since I was a child but I had emergency treatment I needed and they showed me that there was nothing to be afraid of. Dr snapir and his staff are really experienced in patient care and the front staff made sure to get me in as soon as possible. I love coming here every time and I’m looking forward to my next cleaning!

Everyone is beyond nice…I have terrible fear and anxiety about dentists due to bad past experiences…I can’t tell you how patient the employees at the Smile Center are…They did everything to put me at ease and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Dr. Snapir and his staff are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I have a long road ahead of me but I feel a little more at ease knowing they understand my issues and needs. If there were six or ten stars i would rate that!! Dr. Snapir’ dental office is very awesome starting from staff greeting you even if you have a bad day they make you feel welcomed. If you have insurance they take but if insurance like medical dont cover certain treatment needed they help you applied for care credit and get an answer right away. Finally I feel that some one really cares for something that is really important your smile!!!! Very professional and courteous people, Definetly recomended my family just like i recomend it to you reader. PS. You always looking for a neat office that is also a plus in this awesome office!! I recently visited the Dental Smile center where I meet the most fantastic team of professionals. I being the sensitive type when visiting the dentist, enjoyed one of the most relaxing, clean and kind team! My first contact was with Gabe, this young man is exceptional at his role of office manager. He is very accurate and takes time to answer all questions and make you feel at ease. Larry, the Operations manager is a very resourceful, kind and knowledgeable professional who takes time to best way options for you and your insurance coverage. I can’t say enough about Dr.Snapier, a warm, kind highly knowledgeable Dentist that truly cares for his clients. Dr.Fillip, a great dentist with a feel for his clients his attention to detail and very informative. I HIGHLY recommend the Dental Smile Center.

Finally after 3+ years I went to a dentist. I waited because of prior bad experiences & stressors. Because I waited so long, I required: full mouth x-rays deep deeper-cleanings And needed some ‘major work’ done by the dentist, as well as, their endodontist which required several trips to their office. * This was my experience: It was much appreciated how this office effortlessly worked with the insurance company (even while I was in their office) wasting no time gathering information and answers. They started working on me right-away (Each-Time) I showed up for the ‘multiple appointments; eliminating any unnecessary stressful waiting periods; (which could be good if you have a busy schedule). The office and dental area appeared clean and sanitary. They didn’t make multi-appointments drag out &/or go on forever, since my teeth needed attention in stages it could have been emotionally a problem, instead it was a relief. They gave me enough pain medication & were assertive to help make sure the surgery was under control. Each visit, I had good results; so they seem to be very good-at-what they do (Professionals). And, So far the hefty payment schedule is manageable and most importantly my teeth look and feel great. I am grateful to have found a good group of talented people right here In Van NUYS. And, if something does end up going wrong; I believe they would take responsibility, & fix it without problems. With that said; I will no-longer be driving to Sherman Oaks to stress, feel like a number, get double-billed, and not get the quality care like I received from here. I’m feeling good!

First let me say I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dentist due to some bad experiences…I can only say that the staff here at the smile center are THE VERY BEST! Knowing how much it was making me nervous they assured me they would work at my pace and the bedside manner is beyond exemplary, they are very attentive and gentle, I need a lot of work and the staff here has made me feel so comfortable, I’m not the easiest patient and let me tell you they have been the BEST!! This will forever be my dental office. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with everyone in this office..Dr Snapir is the best!!!, as is Larry who has helped me immensely  ..Last I just want to say THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF,  I’ve never been more satisfied and confident that I will always be taken care of here even when I’m falling apart, shaking, crying like an idiot, they seem to know how to calm your fears..Thank you again everyone!!!!

Everyone is so kind and made me feel really comfortable.they worked out a financial plan for me and gave me time to think about it .i came in with a terrible tooth that I had not fixed for a year and half but honestly I feel very fine even though I have to go back for a check up and complete the process.am glad I have a team to take care of my dental am surely sticking around .God bless everyone of u

We visited Dental Smile Center for an emergency visit for my mother in law, and let me just say that out of all my prior experiences with dentists, this practice tops every single one of them. The customer service at this office is outstanding, professional and they make sure to answer any questions or concerns. Very knowledgeable and and they have different options to assist with payments for the procedures.

I just want to thank the whole staff for making me feel very welcome. I am not a fan of the dentist (like most) but I can honestly say they treat their clients so well. The minute you walk in. They were very reasonable with my schedule and tollerable with my low pain tolerance. They were very informative and showed me everything I needed but didnt want to see lol. They have gained a customer in me and my wife and kids. I truly appreciate how they make you feel at home and take the worries away that come with going to the dentist. I went fir a deep cleaning after years of not going and they assured me they would take care of me and gave me the proper steps to make sure I keep a great healthy smile. In the words of Arnold “I’LL BE BACK” Thank you guys!

I have been a patient of Dr. Snapir for the past 3+ years! I have had emergency appointments, check ups, two root canals, fillings, deep cleanings, and the most recent was a crown lengthening procedure. Dr. Snapir employs the best specialists; and I never have had to go elsewhere for specialty services. The office is open on Saturdays, which is really essential for me as I work late during the week. Although he has has many receptionists over the years; not without their shortcomings, ultimately he has established a solid staff now that is caring and clear with procedures and insurance. I definitely am the type of person who needs to understand everything that I am paying and why and so on and so forth, and I appreciate that they do not blink and eye, they sit however long it takes and explain everything to me until I understand it. On top; of this I have to say my smile has changed so much for the better. I was not even expecting it to change this much, as I come in for necessity services (not cosmetic) yet he somehow does them both and his creativity “thinking outside the box” is the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Snapir and the dental smile center. They are very kind and honest people; genuinely he cares about his patients and he is very good at what he does. So go in and give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed!
