I’ve been seeing Dr. McQuinn for over a decade now. I have never once considered seeing anyone else. He is the man. Aside from the fact that I have a perfect smile now, he is so knowledgable and easy to work with. He has lots of energy and will always give you the one on one attention you deserve. The office provides excellent customer service as well. Dr. McQuinn is a hidden gem!

Dr. McQuinn has been my cosmetic dentist for over 30 years. I found the office when Dr. Nathan Sperling appeared on a show called “That’s Incredible!” I was watching the show and a man that had a terrible car accident lost all of his teeth. They performed surgery and made his teeth look incredible. At the time of the show, I lived in Atlanta, GA. But when I moved to Los Angeles, the first thing I did, was contact their office. Dr. McQuinn became my dentist and I will trust my teeth with him for the rest of my teeth career. If you’re looking for a cosmetic dentist, Dr. McQuinn is the doctor/man to see. He keeps up with the latest technology and he even did Oprah’s teeth. He does celebrities and people from all walks of life. He’s fun and likes to talk about sports and current events. He’s easy to talk to and you can depend on him. I have sent several friends for cosmetic dentistry and they have been very happy with their results. I love him as a friend, not only as my dentist. He’s the best!

After I spent 5 yrs going to 2 dentists saying they were going to fix my bite with the Dr.Nordstrom technique/alf (mouthpieces), I finally found Dr.McQuinn and his Asst. Norina. The 2 previous dentists moved my teeth but did not focus on my jaw joint. After 3 1/2 months of wearing my day & night mouthpieces I finally have stability. If the jaw is not right it throws off your whole body. Dr.McQuinn has 30+ yrs of experience & Norina has 20+yrs experience dealing with patients with bite issues. If you’ve had your bicusbids removed, orthodontic work where the teeth moved from your bite being off, TMJ & many health issues associated with “no bite” I highly…highly recommend Dr.McQuinn & Norina

I have seen Dr. Harold McQuinn for almost two decades. He is a consummate professional: highly skilled, honest, patient, and gracious. Dr. McQuinn is thoroughly competent and current with the constantly changing information in his field and flexible enough to “think out of the box” for resolving a possibly more complicated situation. Adjectives applied to him are applicable also to the rest of the staff, both administrative and technical. Furthermore, the ambiance or atmosphere of the office is kind, warm, and trustworthy. If I live another decade or two, I’ll be seeing Dr. McQuinn another decade or two, unless, of course, he seeks the retirement arena before this period elapses. I consider it a gift to have been able to come to his office.

Let me start by saying that after attending a funeral or moving, going to the dentist is my least favorite thing in the entire world. So much so that when my pedodontst kicked me out of hs practice at the age of 35, I did not go to the dentist again for another ten years! I have a history of panic disorder and such dental anxiety that I can’t even get my teeth cleaned without nitrous! So imagine when I needed root canal and several crowns!!! Dr. McQuinn, like his website says, is a dental artisan. His work is flawless. But even more important than that is his ability to handle severely phobic patients with kindness, patience and gentleness. His staff is equally awesome. Everyone there is really friendly and they never make you feel rushed like they are trying to get to the next patient. When you have an emergency (I have broken teeth twice now) they always see you. And they even validate parking. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years now, and while I still don’t enjoy going to the dentist, I sure do love Dr. McQuinn and staff!

After many frustrating and traumatic pursuits of a really good dentist for our whole family, we struck gold. Years go by and Dr. Harold McQuinn continues to prove himself to be highly competent, current, personable, reasonable, and extremely ethical. And he has been incredibly patient with my younger daughter who had had some real unfortunate dental experiences. Also, a very positive person who loves helping … an everyday hero.

Dr. McQuinn is the finite difference between dentistry as profession, and dentistry as one’s calling in life. And I am the classic patient that would put the Dali Lama to his spiritual test. An Air Force brat, I cut my teeth (pardon the pun) on military dentists, and by the time I reached Dr. McQuinn I was a Hollywood Hybrid mouth built on spit and bubblegum and ravaged by bone loss and bad dental choices. Over the course of almost 35 years (34 and 11 months of which were spent passed out cold under anesthesia in his chair) he managed to baby my smile through disaster after disaster – caps to implants to ‘appliances’ that snapped in…….until the day we hit the wall. The piece of metal that secured the implants snapped – and suddenly my world shifted. I flew into town not knowing what I would face when they woke me up – if the metal brace wasn’t secure, the appliance (read denture) wouldn’t snap in. Plus I made my living in front of the public…which made everything tougher. We dodged a bullet on that one, for a minute. He managed to temporarily screw the pieces back together – but we knew I had to come back in and figure out something permanent. Memorial Day weekend turned out to be the perfect storm – (also the most time I’d ever spent with Dr. McQuinn AWAKE). Not only did he come in on a holiday, carry the pieces of the metal bridge to the lab – he had to run down a lab who had someone willing to take it on, because true to form, nothing was simple. It turned out – no one knew exactly what kind of metal it was…. And after it was finally repaired, there followed hours of tedious adjustment in the office while he tried to fit it back into the ‘appliance’…(and I didn’t get to sleep through this one). It was over the course of those days that I realized just how committed Dr. McQuinn was to helping me find the very best solution. When I left for home, with a hard won ‘workable’ upper smile – Dr. McQuinn was already laying plans to begin a better one. There’s nothing more lonely than being on the declining end of your facial impact – when your bone structure starts to shift and part of your smile is pulling to the side – when all the ‘Artifice R Us’ tricks up your sleeve aren’t enough to compensate for the crippling blow to your self confidence. I have no idea if you go up to this site, Dr. McQuinn, and I don’t want to go girlie and squishy on you at this late date – but suffice to say: I don’t think I could have handled all this without you there. You are my hero in this life. Chris C. ps – Woo Hoo? Couldn’t they come up with something a bit more dignified

This office has excellent costumer service! I was immediately greeted upon entering the office by the office manager Rose. I have had my teeth cleaned by both Hygienists: Minoo and Norina and I can attest to their phenomenal skills; my teeth have never felt so clean! I have also had work done by Dr. McQuinn and his assistant Ruby and was astounded by his attentiveness to my comfort and provided an overall amazing experience. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone because simply put, they are the best!

His work is fantastic and he knows his stuff. I had some crowns done by him that even other dentists said “tell your dentist he did a fantastic job”. And if he cannot solve the problem – will do his best to find someone who can. The staff are so nice and they all will do their best to accommodate you. I know for a fact Dr. McQuinn has gone in on weekend to help one of his patients. Thanks Dr. McQuinn and his wonderful staff for everything. Keep up the good work. And his dental hygienist Minoo – is something else. Gum disease or gingivitis doesn’t stand a chance against her. Keep up your fantastic cleaning.
