Dr. Fernandes is great from the first day you meet him. I’ve never had a friendly and caring orthodontist before. Coming from someone who’s had braces twice, used to go to western dental, and had various orthodontists checking out my braces and having zero conversations with. Dr. Fernandes always makes a connection with you even though it’s only for like 2 min or so lol. But he’s truly the greatest. He always compliments how great your teeth look, and recommends any tips to have a greater smile. I’d highly recommend to be seen with him. All the assistants are great as well. Even though one of his bests left, Jessica. 🙁 I would come back here if I had to get braces again. But I won’t haha. I keep my promises, and I promised Dr. Fernandes I’d take care of my teeth, and not lose/stop wearing my retainer until I don’t have to wear them anymore

He’s very professional, easy to talk to, and kids love him. I appreciate that he’s on top of his schedule, which means that there is minimum wait time to be seen. I have been taking my son to Dr. Fernandes  for phase one orthodontics about three years now.  However,  I have known Dr. Fernandes (or Tony according to my son!) for more than 20 years. You see, we are colleagues.  Dr. Fernandes has been taking care of my patients all these years.  All I can say that all my patients are extremely pleased with their outcome of their treatments.  The typical feedback from my patients about Dr. Fernandes would be, “he has wonderful bedside manner”, ” he is very honest”, ” he is very knowledgeable “…….. So when it was time for my son to start his treatment, Dr. Fernandes was my first and only choice.  My son LOVES going to him and I don’t know what Tony tells him, but my son has been amazingly compliant about wearing his retainer!! If you looking for a knowledgeable, kind, detail oriented, orthodontist who has an amazing bedside manner,  Dr. Fernandes is your only option.

Dr. Fernandes has been amazing during my time seeing him as a patient. I was referred to him by my regular dentist after I sustained a fall this winter and needed to correct some misalignment of my front teeth. His office has been super accommodating in scheduling visits, even working with me to coordinate my dental visits as needed so they could create new aligners within the hour. Dr. Fernandes’ demeanor is very kind and truly makes you feel taken care of, rather than quickly hustling you through the office. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and is carefully working to recreate my smile without moving too quickly (avoiding upsetting the trauma in my gums).

I had problems with my teeth for a long time since I was a little kid, I then met Dr. Fernandez and my whole entire life pretty much change; I was finally able to smile with confidence. He did my orthodontics work and fixed me up his a awesome Doctor and very respectful and clean with his work and reasonable prices. Thanks Doctor

I’ve been going to Dr. Fernandez for over 2 years for orthodontist work. He has taken really bad, crooked teeth and brought them to a point where I’m becoming somewhat proud of how straight they are. He is really good, knowledgeable and had a great team he works with. I look forward to seeing him and his very friendly personality each and every time. We actually laugh more often than less, not before taking care of business. I’d absolutely recommend Dr. Fernandez and his friendly knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Fernandes is a true professional. I had two consultations prior to seeing Dr. Fernandes and they both tried to up-sell me. He gave me several options and fully explained the pros and cons. It was easy to schedule my appointments around my work schedule and his staff was courteous and professional. The results are great.

Awesome! I was the classic case of “never wore my retainer.” Dr. Fernandes did my second round of orthodontic treatment. It was a painless experience and my bite feels better than it did before. My daughter is doing her braces with Dr. Tony Fernandes. She loves this place and the dentist. The Westwood location offers Saturday appointment which is very convenient for students. Victoria, who is the Financial administrator for Dr. Fernandes Orthodontics, is extremely nice and helpful, she informed us that my daughter can actually be dual covered by our dental insurance, which saves a lot of money.

My visits to Fernandes Orthodontics have been very pleasant. The office has a friendly air about it; a welcoming vibe. The work stations are immaculate and so are the employees! In fact, the entire office looked and smelled pristine. I’ve had no workers stick their un-gloved hands in my mouth.The attitudes of all the workers, including Dr. Fernandes himself, proved magnanimous and especially kind to individuals of the younger lot. My overall experience was delightful.

We love Dr Fernandes and his office. We have had a great experience with all of the staff and with my son’s orthodontic work. I love that they always run on time and have such a nice working environment. The view is great too! I would recommend Dr F to anyone!

I am a middle age women who never had braces as an adolescent.  I went to Dr. Fernandes to see what my options were to adjust my cramped bottom teeth.  As a grown adult I didn’t want braces but desired a perfect smile.  Dr. Fernandes  suggested I wear a retainer.  At first I was skeptical but decided to give it a try.  After only a few months of wearing my retainer at night my overlapping bottom teeth are straight and beautiful.  Dr. Fernandes, was kind, compassionate, and understood my situation and gave me the perfect option.

I’ve been coming to this office since my child had braces 10 years ago. My regular doctor was out, so Dr. Fernandes was kind enough to assist me with replacing and fitting my list Invisalign. He is smart and efficient, and more importantly . . . Kind. My visits are always easy, and the office staff is excellent 🙂

Off to a very good start.  My wife just had her Ortho treatment started today and the staff was very good.  They were friendly and Dr. Fernandes is very approachable.   If the next 2 years are like today I will be a very very happy customer.   Keep up the great work.

Dr. Fernandes is a great ortho. Just after one visit my girl’s teeth already straight.  When we first looking for orthro for my girls, we went to 3 different one and 2 said that her teeth don’t need to extract. only one, Tanna who likes to extract her k9. I ask why others dont, they just said that is more work not too, but the results will be a nicer fuller mouth.  Dr. Fernandes said that is an art form when it comes to fixing people’s teeth. And I believe he is doing a great job.

Talk about a dentist that has it all! Charm, looks, and TALENT!!! He straightened my crocked teeth in no time at all.  The office staff is friendly and pleasant as well.  I really enjoyed being a patient here and you will too!  Highly recommend him and his staff!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fernandes for over 17 years.  Through out the years, all my patients that have been treated by Dr. Fernandes have been trilled with final results, his bedside manner, his kindness, his expertise and the comfort of his office.   As a prosthosontist,  I have always been impressed with outcome of my patients.  When it was time for my son start is orthodontics treatment, I trusted no one but Dr. Fernandes.  My son’s case is turning out amazing, he LOVES going to Dr. Fernandes.  So, I want to thank Dr. Fernandes for all he has done for my patients and my son.  I highly recommend him for both adult as well as adolescent orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Fernandes is a sweetheart! When you speak, he is actually listening. He goes above and beyond in patient care and chair side manor. I am very happy with the results and my smile is proof! I wore the traditional metal braces and it took less than a year. It wasn’t a drag coming in to my appointments, the staff is super kind and helpful. Every time I call some one answers the phone and I get to speak to a human!! They have “in-house” financing and they allow you to make monthly payments interest free. I’ll definitely be bringing my kids in to see him. He’s amazing.
