Have no fear, Dr. Parrett is here! Dr. Parrett will first provide you with a dental assessment, and will then set you on a FEASIBLE plan to improve your oral health. Do not feel scared, overwhelmed or hesitant! Seriously Dr. Parrett and his staff are helpful, capable and caring. Since becoming a patient in 2010, Dr. Parret took care of all my cavities (one step at a time) and I get regular cleanings which are great. This has significantly improved my oral health, saved me money (no more cavities) and more than anything help me maintain my teeth. When I needed a crown, he was persistent of making sure it was the right fit to avoid future problems. When Dr. Parret does something, he does it right. During a dental emergency, Dr. Parret was absolutely helpful and amazing in assisting one of my family members. He relieved the severe pain and treated the issue that was caused by another dentist’s faulty work. The administrative staff is very helpful! They are responsive, organized and friendly. Expect your teeth to be happier!

I began seeing Dr. Parrett in the 90s, moved to LA from 2001-2007 and upon returning to SF came back to Dr. Parrett. I have never had a Dentist who is so awesome. I recently broke a tooth that I had originally broken as a child. I was eating dinner on Thursday evening, called Dr. Parrett and he saw me at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. He is super friendly and I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist who understands my dental anxiety and is completely sweet about my fear of dental work.

6 Stars! The best crown experience I’ve had, and his office went above and beyond when I had some tooth pain. Dr. Parrett had to replace a crown from my previous dentist. Even the temporary crown was done better than the old one, with no rough edges. The crown itself is even better. I had some pain later in the day, and he saw me immediately, took an X-ray, and called an endodontist in the same building to check me out immediately and make sure I didn’t need a root canal. Everything was fine in a few hours, and I really appreciated the extra care they took in making sure I was OK. They even called me the next morning to check on me. The staff is really nice and friendly, and on top of helping you deal with insurance as much as they can, too.

I went to see Dr. Parrett for my regular check up and I was absolutely impressed. He performed a very thorough examination and was very detail-oriented. He was very gentle the entire time and answered all the questions that I had patiently. The receptionist Rachel is the best! I had insurance related questions and she was very helpful. I had requested to notify me if an earlier appointment opens up and she did it. I didn’t catch the nurse’s name, but she also very attentive, polite and helpful. The entire office provided a 5 star service. I’m not only going back there again, but I will keep recommending Dr. Parrett.

I can’t believe I’ve been going to Dr. Parrett for almost 20 years now. My brother, sister-in-law, and I all come across The City to see him every 6 months, even though none of us work nearby anymore, because of his and his staff’s amazing service. From a genuine smile from Rachel when I walk in the door, to a thorough cleaning from Donna, to a check up with Dr. Parrett, it is still a pleasure to go to the dentist (yes, I said pleasure). I worry about the day Dr. Parrett retires and I have to find another dentist who treats me so well. I should also mention that throughout all these years he has embraced improving dental technology and innovations, so I always feel I get the best of what’s currently available.
★★★★★
BEST dental experience I have EVER had! I have been going to the same dentist and hygienist for almost 20 years now. I decided to try a new office closer to my work to make things more convenient. I had no idea how bad my dentist and hygienist were until I saw Colette Parrett (hygienist) and Dr Parrett (dentist). I normally need to have my entire mouth numbed for a cleaning and generally still feel some pain, when Colette cleaned my teeth, she didn’t use any numbing cream, and I felt absolutely NOTHING! Dr Parrett checked me for mouth cancer (which my dentist has NEVER done), as well as made suggestions about my chipped tooth and bite, while reassuring me that none of the procedures were necessary (again something my previous dentist had never done). I came in two months later for a filling and again, felt NOTHING! Dr Parrett was quick and made me feel comfortable prior to starting and throughout. I am so happy to have found this AMAZING dental team!

I’ve thought about becoming a reviewer for a long time, but recently I decided it was time to make the plunge, because people really need to know how amazing this office is. From your first phone call and interactions with Norma Jean at the front desk, to the support staff, you are in great hands. My hygienist, Donna, has been seeing me for over six years and keeps me in great health and great spirits. Dr. Parrett is kind, unbelievably competent, and NEVER tries to sell me something I don’t need. Now my brother and his family (including two little kids) are going there and have also had great experiences. Now I don’t work anywhere near there but I still make the trip for a wonderful dental experience. I can’t review them highly enough.

To this day, Dr. Parrett has been by far THE best dentist I’ve ever had. In fact, he’s so fantastic that I’ve been hesitating to find a new dentist in Boulder because I fear I would just be disappointed. So what makes Dr. Parrett so awesome? First of all, he’s extremely conservative in the treatments he recommends, so I never felt like I was pressured into paying for anything extra. In fact, there was one time where I had what *could* be a cavity, but he decided that I should rinse regularly with fluoride to see if the situation would fix itself (and it did)! That saved me from having a whole drilled into my tooth unnecessarily. Dr. Parrett also fixed a filling from another dentist that just kept falling out because it kept getting caught on dental floss and was eventually tugged out (again). When he redid the filling, he made sure to file it down smoothly so it wouldn’t get caught. It never fell out again. The exams here are also comprehensive: x-rays once a year, cleanings with pocket measurements, and always a thorough debrief from Dr. Parrett. SF folks, you’re very lucky to have such a dentist in your city!
★★★★★
Superb dentist. I moved away from San Francisco four years ago and I *still* see Dr. Parrett and staff for cleanings/checkups/ occasional work when I am in town. I recently recommended him to a friend who was similarly satisfied. Prices are high for fillings, but the level of care, professionalism, and Norma Jean’s (gotta love her name!) fantastically sweet and accommodating nature are pretty hard to beat.
★★★★★
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Parrett’s for almost 10 years. I actually look forward to my visits. They make seeing the dentist so pleasant. I love Norma Jean, receptionist, and Donna and Holly, hygenists. The visits are quick so you go in to get what you need done say during your lunch hour and your outta there. They never make me wait- an appointment is an appointment. The office is equipped and kept updated with state of the art equipment. Dr. Parrett is the most thorough Dentist I have EVER had in my life! After my first visit, I received a letter/report from Dr. Parrett himself in the mail about my teeth! My son is now 5 and also sees Dr. Parrett. His first visit with them was when he just turned 3. He was not scared and now has very good dental hygiene practices. He is always pestering me about when his next appointment is whenever we drive down Post Street. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Parrett for young patients. Dr. Parrett and staff gets 10 stars.
★★★★★
I went to Dr. Parrett for years. He is an excellent dentist. I moved to the East Bay and switched dentist to ones less expensive who said I didn’t need work done. When they did perform the work it was not the same quality as I had with Dr. Parrett. The crowns he had given me over the years have been durable and I never had any problems with them. The crows I have received from other dentists, thought less expensive, are smaller and I continue to have gum problems with them. The proceedure themself were less comfortable. Now I have to wait until I can have the crows redone by my insurance. I will definitely have them done by Dr. Parrett. Judging a dentist from his front desk staff is not the way to go. Look for someone like Dr. Parrett who is a perfectionist and will always give his clients nothing less than he would want for himself.
★★★★★
Best dentist I’ve ever encountered in my life. Dr Parrett is careful, knowledgeable, and, what’s extremely rare in a dentist, actually cares about you and the state of your teeth. This caring permeates the entire experience of getting treated there, from a careful and thorough examination (he actually takes voice-notes the entire was as he’s going through your teeth for further reference) to suggesting multiple treatment options for the problems that he does find, to making triple-sure not to cause any unnecessary pain. As the guy in charge, this attitude spreads to the rest of the office – his staff is polite and helpful, wait times are non-existent, hygienists are gentle and nice. I’ve been recommending him to all of my friends.
★★★★★
I’ve been going to Dr. Parrett for 13 years now and continue to go 3x a year since he’s solid. The dental hygienists are all really good and they do a thorough job of cleaning and walking through any potential issues. Unlike many doctor’s offices, his staff is all excellent. Front desk staff are good about reminders. There’s been several time when I’ve had to cancel for work reasons and they will call you if there are cancellations sooner than your rescheduled appointment. My only dislike, which isn’t enough to ding them on from a rating point of view, is the pushing of x-rays. I think this is endemic to dentists in general, who want x-rays on a more frequent basis than I think is necessary.
★★★★★
Might be my 2nd review, but SO WELL WORTH IT. Afraid of dental work from childhood, I have nothing to be afraid of in Dr. Parrott’s care – he’s got a calming voice, confident demeanor and professional attitude and I FELT NO PAIN…… Not even after I got home and the Novocaine wore off!!! Took two Advil, just in case, but all night slept like a baby – without noticing I just had dental work done. And, not to mention – the staff – AWESOME! Love this office.
★★★★★
Had my first appointment with Dr. Parrett yesterday afternoon. I can say with confidence that he will probably be my dentist until one of us moves away or dies. My awesome experience started with Norma Jean’s morning call letting me know that they had an opening in the hygienist’s schedule and if I could get in earlier, they could get the cleaning done in the same appointment, rather than having me come back after the initial exam! When I arrived she asked if she could hang my sweater and handed me a bottle of water. How great is that!? I was then greeted by, Holly, the hygienist. She was so nice and gentle! Such a relief after the hellish “cleaning” (read: gum-ripping reaming) I’d received from my last dentist that made me avoid dentists for two years! Then Dr. Parrett took a look around my mouth with a cool little camera and explained everything he was seeing as I got to watch. He then did a thorough probing of my gums (I’m at that age where *everything* starts to recede) and suggested a periodontal exam before going forward with some of the work I need to have done. Although they had the x-rays done by my former dentist, they were three years old. Dr. Parrett wanted to make sure he had a current accurate view of my total dental condition, so he ordered another full mouth set of x-rays. (Cost could have been an issue here due to insurance restrictions, but he made sure it wasn’t an issue.) My former dentist had warned (read: threatened) me two years ago that if I didn’t get crowns on two particular teeth that they would need root canals within three months. I put it off anyway because I couldn’t stand the thought of two more bad crowns from that guy, and because I didn’t have the out-of-pocket cash on hand. When I asked Dr. Parrett about those two teeth, he said there was nothing that needed to be done to them, the fillings already in them were sufficient. Maybe I needed a really bad former dentist to appreciate how great Dr. Parrett and his staff are. It is such a relief to finally be working with a dental office that cares more about my dental health than transferring money from my wallet to theirs by convincing me I need a lot of unnecessary work and trying to sell me a lot of cosmetic junk! I will recommend Dr. Parrett to everyone I know (well, maybe not a certain ex who needs to suffer a little longer)!
★★★★★
After having been with the same dentist in SF for 24 years, I thought it time to find one who was as good as my previous guy, but more reasonably priced. Dr. Parrett was/is the guy. The quality of dentistry and service were both excellent, and his hygienists were wonderful . Further, on another occasion, I had a broken crown on a Sunday and he saw me right away on Monday. As for my concerns, his front office personnel were pleasant and most easy to deal with, and did a great job of explaining my insurance issues, and as hoped, I found the pricing much more realistic. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his office to anyone looking for a dentist in SF.
★★★★★
I have to start this off stating that I don’t like going to the dentist, I never have. I haven’t had bad experiences, I just don’t enjoy the scraping and poking that comes with getting your teeth cleaned. I have always dread the dentist, until now. Dr. Parrett and the staff are excellent! Very through exam with top notch customer service. The follow up is what really sets this practice apart from others. Details of the exam with prognosis and advice to follow to ensure great dental health. If you are looking for a great dentist with an awesome staff that make you feel at ease, look no further.
★★★★★
I feel so lucky to have found Dr.Parrett. A co-worker recommended him to me and now I send everyone I know to him. He is a highly skilled dentist and more importantly, a truly caring person. I actually enjoy going to see him. And since I have been doing Invisalign for the last year, I go in at least once a month for a checkup. His staff is incredibly welcoming and always on top of scheduling appointments, taking payment, and/or working with my insurance. Like I said, I consider myself lucky to have found such an amazing dentist.
★★★★★
Guess what mom? I’ve got great oral hygeine! Dr. Parrett and his wonderful staff are all about the positive reinforcement. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 years now and have nothing but good things to say. Norma Jean, his receptionist, is so sweet and even her appt. reminder calls make you want to come in, open up and say AHHH. I showed up for my appt., didn’t even have time to get past the People Magazine cover before Holly called me in to clean my teeth. She’s a sweetheart and makes the time go quickly. Dr. Parrett checked my mouth out., confirmed that I have great oral hygeine and sent me on my way with a new toothbrush and floss. Couldn’t ask for more in a dentist!.
★★★★★
I have visited Dr. Parrett’s office since 1971. It began with Dr. Berryman, who, retiring in 1983 said, “I felt an obligation to try to find someone whose ideas and ideals were compatible with mine. I feel very fortunate to have found a young dentist meeting these criteria” . That was Dr. Parrett. I retain records that some might find trivial. I must be among Dr. Parrett’s oldest patients and there has never been reason to question my loyalty and respect. We’ve had thirty seven years and he has maintained my teeth so well that I watch without apprehension the video screen visible from the patient’s chair.
★★★★★
Dr. Parrett is probably the most thorough dentist I’ve ever seen. My first appointment was about a month ago, during which he and his staff took xrays of my teeth and examined every tooth with a little camera, describing what he saw to me and showing me on a screen next to my chair. I also received a letter in the mail a few days later that described everything that was found during the exam, as well as upon further consideration of the xray results. The second appointment for cleaning was last week, and again it was the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. You do need to schedule more time than I’m used to using for a dental appointment – the first appointment was about an hour and the cleaning took about 45 minutes. But this is the most confident I’ve ever felt about the quality of care that my teeth are receiving.
★★★★★
I have to admit, after returning to the city a year ago, I was enticed to try a new dentist on the Embarcadero…you know the glitz and glam of the view and all that. But what I found was a spreadsheet of things to do in my mouth. Completely floored and concerned, I went back to Dr. Parrett…admitting that I wasn’t excited by this news and somehow wasn’t sure I trusted it. Everything seemed too urgent and seemed to max out my dental benefits very quickly. Concerned that day I contacted Dr. Parrett’s office and Norma Jean emailed me back right away and had me in their chair the next day- only to find the other office sent the complete WRONG X-rays to him (was this on purpose I wonder???). Being from Ohio (he’s from Michigan) I went there on a recommendation back in 2000-2006 until I moved. I should have known better to try anywhere else when I returned to the city. Dr. Parrett’s office is professional, helpful and extremely compassionate. The service is wonderful they are honest and explain everything to you. But more importantly, the care you receive from Dr. Parrett’s office will be that that he would recommend for himself or his family- he is understanding and gentle. And that is a doctor you can trust. Don’t be fooled by the glitz and glam. Love the old school rocking dentist that knows what he is doing (by old school I refer to classic rock playing in the office at all times!) and cares about your health and understands if you have fears of pain. Staff is respectful patient and kind and you feel like you are not just another patient. Trust is imperative in healthcare, this office is an office you can trust. A total bonus, I’ve never had to wait long when I arrive on time in the office and Norma Jean’s smile and pleasant demeanor and attitude is always a welcome greeting to experience!.
★★★★★
The team is fantastic at Dr. Parrett’s office! I had a lot of dental work done as a kid, so I’m not a wimp when it come to being in the chair, but I never quite enjoyed a visit to the dentist as much as I do going to see these friendly professionals. Donna has been my family’s hygienist for ages and she is very good, always gentle and thorough. My child never went to a pediatric dentist just strait to Dr. Parrett’s as a toddler, and they did everything to make sure his first dental experiences were positive ones. The staff seems to be up on all the latest technologies and procedures, and I like how no one is ever pushy when talking about them. They are always straight up about how much it will cost with your insurance plan, which is nice since it is usually the deciding factor. The first time I went, I was really impressed by the two page report I received in the mail regarding what is going on in my mouth and just the other day I got a text asking me if I wanted text message appointment reminders. I have to point out, since I take note of interior elements, that thought was taken with the environment here. It’s an old art deco building, top floor, corner office with downtown views, fresh flowers arrangements and tasteful art in the waiting area. There is bottled water upon arrival and a dental goody bag upon departure. The pièce de résistance is the vivacious Ms. Norma Jean in the front of the house. Her smile and demeanor make you feel like she is your best friend, your personal appointment secretary, and your wise ol’ Aunt Hattie all rolled into one. I look forward to seeing her every time.
★★★★★
My one visit to Michael Parrot’s practice was by far the best, most professional, informative, and comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentists office. All his staff were extremely welcoming. I thought the water while I was waiting was a nice touch. The initial survey you take as a new patient is thorough and gives you an idea of how much they really care about your well being before they’ve even say you down in the chair. He has the top of the line equipment and he’s quick to explain what everything is, how it works, and why he’s using it. And to top it all off, I got a big long letter thanking me for coming in and following up with further detail on everything we talked about during my visit. I’m bummed that I only got one visit and then I move out of the Bay Area. Everyone in Dr. Parrot’s office are happy with and passionate about where they work and what they do. They are very intelligent and engaging people. If you want to feel comfortable, informed, and looked after by your dentist, go to Dr. Parrot’s office. ~TheWaterGuy
★★★★★
I’ve been coming here for the past two years. Michael is very professional and the hygienists do a good job cleaning my teeth while being gentle and considerate. Making appointments can be a challenge because they are always booked out a few months out. If you need to reschedule even a few weeks before your appointment, the next spot is probably two months out. ( or you can be put on a waitlist for cancelled spots) So try to stick to your appointment.
★★★★★
I never thought I would say I really like my dentist. But here we go, I really like my dentist! I have been a client for over 5 years and will fight anyone who says they have a better dentist. Dr Parrett and his staff are incredibly professional, efficient, thoughtful, and skilled. Their operations are excellent including appointments always starting on time, reminders (email, mail and calls), clear honest billing, and a kind professional staff. They always pick up their phone and all emails are answered the same or next business day. The space is clean, spacious and the only dentist office I have been to that does NOT have that dentist smell. The hygienists I have had have all have been great and the best cleanings I’ve had. Dr Parrett does an thorough exam after each cleaning by the hygienist, and does the larger procedures himself like my crown. He is clear and takes the time to explain what he is doing (even during the customary exams). He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and cautious about any procedure he would recommend. This was such a breath of fresh air from my handful of previous dentists in the City who I felt were up-selling, not well-operated and didn’t have my best interest at heart. This place is a gem.
★★★★★
Update! I have been a patient of Dr Parrett for what feels like most of my adult life now. He is like an academic of dentistry! He is incredibly smart, intuitive, SO gentle and always has a spot on diagnosis and solution. He’s done it all for me: from cleaning to cavities to Invisalign to bite issues. His staff are all incredibly kind and caring people.
★★★★★
Dr. Parrett was recommended to me by a colleague more than 25 years ago, and he has been my dentist continuously since then. My experience with him has always been positive – he is an excellent dentist, has a pleasant chair-side manner, and is a considerate human being. Dr. Parrett has a remarkably sure and light touch when performing dental work. He’s done a variety of procedures for me over the years including fillings and fitting a dental mouth guard. These procedures have typically been pain free. He is a perfectionist. While working on you, his concentration and focus are apparent. He answers questions in plain english. He will pause mid-work if you need him to. He has a good (low key) sense of humor. In my experience, he doesn’t recommend invasive and/or expensive procedures when he can find a less invasive alternative. In 25 years, I’ve seen a number of dental hygienists at this office. They’ve all been good to excellent. Without fail, his staff is professional and polite. The office’s handling of insurance claims has been pleasantly transparent to me, requiring no time or effort. They have been helpful in estimating, in advance, what my insurance (Delta) will cover when I have an expensive procedure coming up. The only potential drawback to this office is if you’re without insurance, it’s expensive. By virtue of its Union Square location, and Dr. Parrett’s high skill level, it’s bound to be. If you have big dental work to do, and money is tight, you might want to shop around. That said, I love the guy – I can’t imagine a better dentist.
★★★★★
I love my dentist!!! Dr. Parrett is gentle, personable and so good at what he does. I’ve had a crown and root canal recently and he and his staff were so comforting and understanding of my fears. They made the process virtually pain free and panic free. Thanks for putting up with me. Let’s hope that’s the end of it….they are good, but no one really likes these type of exams. right? Thank you Dr. Parrett, I’ll never leave you.
★★★★★
Too bad the limit is 5 stars. This guy deserves at least 10! I’m over 60 and never been to a dentist (childhood phobia) until Dr. Parrett. After his first look in my mouth he said, “Well, it doesn’t look too bad.” I could have …well never mind. So I had a cavity and a couple broken teeth that had to come out but the rest were salvageable. So many years I dreaded this visit. And then he wrote me a detailed letter about what he’d found and what repairs were needed. I’ve never had anything like that from any health care provider. I’ve been back a couple times, my teeth have been cleaned and polished, the broken teeth are gone, the chipped teeth are like new, the cavity has been repaired. All with NO PAIN AT ALL. I wouldn’t dream of getting dental care anywhere else. I can’t wait for my next appointment. And Norma Jean is a treasure. The initial phone call relieved a ton of my anxiety. During my first session and the tooth pulling visit she checked in on me to make sure I was okay. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and at ease she made me feel. Having my teeth cleaned was a new experience for me too and Amy was great. She was careful and gentle and made my teeth sparkle. I’m going back for more in a couple months. If you’re looking for quality, conscientious, careful, pain free (for me anyway). friendly, knowledgeable, informative, cheerful dental care, this is the place to get it.

Since I moved to SF two years ago, I have been lagging on finding a dentist. Since I had not been to the dentist in well over a decade I was worried, but knew I had to go. After looking at the reviews for Dr. Parrett, I decided that I would give it a try and all I can say is that the reviews were spot on! When I went on line and scheduled an appointment, I got a phone call that same day to get a specific time. The staff was very nice and patient and even called the day before to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was nervous and they completely understood and walked me through the exam to make sure I was not anxious. After the exam, Dr. Parrett sat down and explained what he had found. I scheduled a cleaning and replacement of some fillings and was on my way. A few days later I received a professional and personal letter explaining what he had found during my examination and what he recommended. When I went in for my dental work, everything was preped and ready for me so I had a minimal amount of waiting. The staff was very aware of my dental anxiety and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. When it came time for the work, I felt minimal to no pain what so ever, which has never happened to me before. I can honestly say that this has changed my opinion about dentists and has gone a long way to lessening my anxiety about dental work!
★★★★★
Best dentist and staff ever. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, regardless of their scary teeth experiences. Receptionist Norma Jean was unbelievably sweet and welcoming starting from the very moment I called her to schedule an appointment. There was friendly chit chat mixed up in the usual business of being a new patient, and I felt immediately relieved. Finally, I found a dentist. I got an appointment on the exact day I wanted. The following week, I show up bright and early and they hand me a water bottle (this is so nice) and converse with me while I fill out the usual tree-hating amount of paper work. I am usually quite grumpy in the morning, but I felt cheered by their reception. Dr. Parrett was awesome. He was efficient and informative. I was most pleased with the letter I recieved a week after my appointment there – a completely detailed letter of everything he had discovered about my teeth and what treatment they were considering to take. I have never ever had such a thing sent to me. It was neatly organized into categories such as “teeth & restorations” “occlusion and jaw bone.” This is a great idea since it is hard to remember everything your dentist/doctor says to you. My dental hygienist (I think her name was Donna?) was really nice. My teeth have always been sensitive, but she was as gentle as she could be and apologetic when I winced. (I’m such a baby…) She gave me little breaks to swallow and chill. I hate when you are getting your teeth cleaned and they are just unrelenting beginning to end. We reminisced about the east coast together. It was a good time. On my way out, Norma Jean discussed my health insurance with me and told me about what options they had for the things insurance didn’t cover. It was very informative and put my mind at ease. This is the best dental experience I have had by far.

I used to have a dentist-phobia (like everyone else I guess). I did have a good basis for my fear…an awful abscessed root canal I experienced at the ripe old age of 6. After that, I basically had to be dragged and eventually drugged (laughing gas…ahhhh) in order to get in that chair. I’m so glad I found this office. Prior to this, I bounced around a few dental offices in the East Bay and was told lie after lie. One said I needed to have my root canal re-done….I can’t tell you how fast I ran out of that place! Another told me I had four cavities…again, a farce. Finally, I found Dr. Parrett. He is great at what he does and most importantly, has ethics! Turns out, I didn’t need a new root canal nor did I have four cavities. It makes me shudder to think I could have had unnecessary work done. Thank goodness for honest docs like Dr. P. The bane of my existence has always been an ugly crown substituting for a front tooth. I just assumed I had to live with it and didn’t realize there was an alternative. With zero pressure, I was told some options and eventually went through with it. I found Dr. Parrett to be a perfectionist in all the right ways. He was so focused on making my smile look as natural and fabulous as possible. I have never experienced a dentist who took such pride in his work and who truly cares. I have a beautiful smile now, something I thought was impossible. Long story short, as long as I have teeth, I’ll be going to this office.
★★★★★
Dr. Parrett is a true gentleman dentist. He hires friendly and capable and caring staff. From the first moment you walk in the door, you are greeted warmly…and with a bottle of water, and a toothbrush if you need it. I have been seeing him for over three years and would highly recommend him as a fabulous dentist. Just to give you an idea of how he gets to know you, my husband and I recently bought our first home. He remembered at my check-up and asked me how home ownership was going. This was very nice, but just the regular pleasantry until the follow-up question…”Do you need a lawn mower?” !!!! As a matter of fact we did! Just in time for our first time mowing our own lawn, and gas powered (so fun) too and FREE. Now, I don’t suspect he has another mower. However, the dental CARE you’ll get will be worth the visit. By th way, thank you Dr. Parrett, our lawn looks great!
★★★★★
My teeth have been maintained by Dr Parrett since 1987. I’ve never had cause to even consider going to anyone else. My initial visit was the result of a friend’s recommendation, and I’ve unhesitatingly passed the same on to others. Both of my children also receive care at his practice. The office is run well. The staff are always friendly, warm and welcoming. I’ve been to enough dentists (the first about 1955 when needles were sterilized and reused until dull) to compare experiences. I’ve lived in several cities and have been fortunate enough to have had good dental care from highly competent and pleasant dentists. (After the first one, which was horrific.) I have to say, however, that I’ve never been looked after better than I have by Dr Parrett and his staff. Recommend without reservation.
