You may have a hard time believing me when I say I had an incredible experience at Great Park Dental, but it’s true! The doctor and the entire staff are so kind, knowledgeable, caring and professional. From Vasu and Nicole at the front desk to Peter the dental assistant (there is a second dental assistant who is also wonderful) and Dr. Lu, I felt incredibly cared for through every visit – and there were many – I had 4 crowns/veneers installed. Dr. Lu is so personable and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Lu and Great Park Dental. I started out as a work comp patient but Dr. Lu will be our family’s regular dentist from now on. Can’t say enough about this 5 Star dental practice.

Dr. Lu is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Over the past several years, I have been to a few dentists for general cleaning, but none had the expertise of Dr. Lu. I suffered an acute episode of fractured tooth, which led to abscess/pus formation in the sinuses. Over night, one side of my face swelled up. Dr. Lu was able to make the diagnosis quickly and provide immediate treatment. She performed a root canal, which amazingly was not painful at all. She is so good with her hands that I got up from the exam chair feeling as new. My facial swelling resolved in just a few hours. I am so happy with what she has done for me. I highly recommend Dr. Lu.

Went in for an apt. The staff is great, friendly and professional. Vasu is wonderful to work with. She is understanding and willing to work with you on scheduling and payments. Dr. Lu is a maricle worker. Practically gave me a new smile! Had three crowns put on in a matter of weeks. Sized, pictured, xrays, the works. Vasu and Dr. Lu also go over an extensive treatment plan and make it very transparent to understand. They make sure you know what your ins covers what they discount and what you owe. Plus they take care credit.

Every visit I have with Dr. Beatrice Lu is a great one! The whole staff makes you feel at ease and comfortable, they are very professional and get everything done in a timely matter while assuring a friendly and positive vibe in the entire office. It’s a very personal experience when Dr. Lu and her assistants genuinely care and always ask me how I’m doing, making sure that I get the most out of my dental work. I have been seeing Dr. Beatrice Lu for many years. There was a gap where I couldn’t see her due to me having (change of) insurance, but I was able to reunite with her again after a few years. She is very detailed and attentive to the changes of my teeth. The thing that is great about her is complete professionalism and integrity. She is an honest woman. She is always willing to help out her patients. Her staff is extremely nice and courteous. Also her new office is awesome!!

I got my bleaching done at Great Park Dental and I can say that my experience definitely exceeded my expectations. First of all, Dr. Lu is a phenomenal dentist–she is attentive and caring to her patient’s needs as well as being very easy to talk to! Her office is clean and modern and definitely one of the more beautiful offices I’ve walked into. Her front desk receptionist was very sweet and patient and made sure that Dr. Lu knew I had arrived for my appointment. The wait time was short and we immediately started the bleaching process. It was a very easy and painless process and I love the results! I also took advantage of the new patient bleaching special which I found through her website (…). The price I paid for the bleaching was definitely worth my money considering I also got a great discount for being a new patient. Dr. Lu also gave me a complementary bleaching pen that I have been using to continue to touch up my bleaching. My teeth still look extremely white and I am more than satisfied with the results! I will definitely be back at Great Park Dental whether it is for another bleaching, cleaning, or any other dental work. Dr. Lu is a wonderful dentist and person and I would recommend her to anyone!

I recently got a recommendation to see Dr Lu from a church friend. I am a senior citizen and retired. I had gone to see another dentist in my (insurance) network and was not happy at all. So I decided to give this office a try.
I am very pleased that I can trust her. She gave me a reasonable quote for an implant on my lower jaw. I was able to get the implant done on the same day that my molar was removed. I didn’t feel anything. It went so smooth.

Dr. Beatrice Lu and her staff are top notch. I’ve had a regular cleaning done there as well a cavity filled (both were completely painless and quick). Dr. Lu is honest, incredibly friendly, on time, and takes her time with you to explain what she’s doing and why. She’ll show you with digital photos exactly what’s going on with your teeth. I’ve actually learned a fair amount about dental anatomy in the times I’ve gone there.

Dr Lu is an outstanding dentist. I rarely write any review but I feel this one deserves a mention. A month ago, my daughter had a tooth abscess and it was so severe she was hospitalized and we had feared for her life. We had brought her to the dentist when she started complaining of tooth pain but the first dentist just thought it was pain from a tooth coming out. How wrong was he! The next morning, her face just completely swelled up and I took her to the ER. My daughter had a CT scan which showed a large pus collection above the tooth. An ENT surgeon cut open the abscess from inside the mouth and pus poured out. He pronounced her cured and ok to go home. That afternoon, my daughter’s eyes was beginning to shut close from all the swelling, so I had no choice but to take her back to the ER where she was finally admitted for antibiotic. Apparently these infection can even be life threatening. For the next 2 days, the doctors in the hospital debated what to do. They felt that my daughter probably does have a tooth abscess but they cannot tell which tooth was decayed. My daughter showed mild improvement but it was clear the infection was still brewing inside her face. The hospital did not have dentist on staff and we would have to move her to another hospital to see an oral surgeon. I decided to call Dr Lu whom I have known for many years. She lived 30 miles away from me so that is why I did not bring my daughter to see her initially. Dr Lu told me over the phone – ” just bring her over , I will take care of this”. I felt a sense of relief instantly. The day after discharge from the hospital, Dr Lu worked on my daughter for more than 2 hours. She managed to identify the abscessed tooth and did a root canal. LOTs of pus and necrotic debris just poured out. She even managed to save the tooth. ( we had thought it had to be pulled and my daughter is only 12 years old ). The redness and swelling on my daughter’s face immediately improved and that night she was a completely different girl. We are so grateful for the service from Dr Lu and her staff. Her facility is top notch and staff is very friendly. More important, she possesses the skill and the experience that I trust.

My Great Park Dental experience was not only professional, but an extremely comfortable and lovely experience. Vasu made sure to go over every detail of my procedure (wisdom teeth extraction), including the post operation care, and listening to any questions or concerns I had. Had a very pleasant experience at Great Park Dental. Had a temporary crown put in and a week later came back to get my permanent crown put in. Everything went pretty smoothly. By far the best dentist I have EVER been to. Dr. Lu and her staff were always amazing over the past 3 years of visiting. Unfortunately I just relocated back to FL and I’m almost tempted to visit CA just to visit her. Very high technology used, which is not common everywhere. You get to see everything they are seeing with the xrays and photos placed on a TV in front of you. All the hygienist were great and Dr. Lu would occasionally do some of the cleaning because she is so passionate at her job. Small office which was nice, no waiting ever. She is able to work patients in as well. I only had cleanings done here, so I can not speak about other work, but based on the cleanings I would think she does a great job. I know how hard it is to read thru reviews and find a dentist, but I think if you go with Great Park Dental you will have 0 disappointments! It is just amazing!!!!

It had been over a year since my last trip to a dentist since I moved to a new area, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Beatrice Lu to have my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately for me, I had a cavity that went unattended to for too long, so I needed to have a root canal done, and for these things, the earlier the better. LUCKILY for me, Dr. Lu was able to clear the rest of her personal schedule for that day and I was able the procedure done that Friday afternoon with extremely short notice. Dr. Lu was very thorough explaining how a cavity can turn into a root canal, as well as the procedure. The cost of the procedure on top of my dental insurance wasn’t bad either; it was actually much lower than what I was thinking. I may actually have been sweating more about the cost than the thought of needles and drills going into my mouth. She was able to show a video of the whole procedure on a giant Sony HDTV, which are in front of all the dental chair things. I was able to see all the X-Rays as they were taken, as they popped up on the screen automatically. A few days later, I was eating some sticky foods I probably should not have been eating and my crown fell out. I called her right away and she was able arrange a time that was convenient for me to come in the same day, a second time on short notice, and she was able to repair the temporary crown and clean it up, without making me feel like I was being rushed. You can tell that she is really passionate and knowledgeable about dentistry, more-so than any other dentist I’ve had in the past. Her office seemed pretty new and very clean, and the bathroom rivaled the ballerness of some fancy DTLA bars.

Dr. Beatrice Lu has been practicing dentistry in Orange County since 1991. She is passionate about dentistry and providing her patients with the best care. Dr. Lu has a vast array of experience in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, digital dentistry, field oral surgery, implantology, oral facial orthodontics, computer-aided chair-side same day dentistry, Invisalign, in-house aligners, and sedation. Dr. Lu strives to elevate the quality of dental care services by investing in advanced technology and training staff in the latest dental techniques and hygiene standards. She is a life long learner and continues to pursue dentistry to better her service to her patients. Dr. Lu received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from USC in 1991. Dr. Lu has been practicing dentistry for over 29 years in Orange County. Dr. Lu is a member of American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Orange County Dental Society (OCDS), Mid-America Orthodontic Society, Progressive Orthodontics, and a Fellow in the International Congress of Implantology (ICOI). Outside of the office, Dr. Lu is a dedicated wife and mother of two kids, Nicole and Christopher. Dr. Lu enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga, swimming and taking dance classes in her spare time. In 2017 and 2018, Dr. Lu served on several dental mission trips to provide free treatment and preventative dental care to impoverished communities in Haiti.
