I have been searching high and low for a good dentist. One that is not out to get money from their patients but actually care about their patients teeth and dental health! I FINALLY FOUND THAT! I had an appointment with Dr. Chase, and Suzy the RDH. Dr. Chase was so sweet, genuinely cared about my questions, went over the health of my teeth and made me feel so important. I then had my cleaning done by Suzy and professional, sweet, funny and experienced are just some of the things I could say! She was extremely caring as well, talked to me the whole time, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth and once I was done, my mouth felt absolutely incredible. No soreness, no aggressive hands just great. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend making here your home. I will never go to another dentist that is for certain.

I am very impressed with the quality of service and care I have received from the staff of Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry. The front office personnel are friendly and efficient. You can tell they take pride in their work. I ended up needing a bridge made for my upper, right teeth. The technicians who prepped me were great. Both the temporary and permanent bridges were very well made. I commend the staff in the on-site lab who made my bridges. I have spent the last 2 years trying different dental offices after my dentist of 15 years sold his practice to a new dentist. The new dentist was not friendly, she was rough and always charging for unnecessary procedures. When I discovered Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry I was skeptical and reluctant becaue of what I’ve been through with other practices. As soon as I walked into the waiting room I was at ease. It is set up like a comfortable home style waiting room with coffee, tea and snacks available. My 13 & 16 year olds were impressed with the waiting room too. It was welcoming and calming! The staff there are very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I LOVED my hygienist becaue she took time to get to know me, educate me and listen to my concerns. When Dr Chase came in he was down to earth and a super nice guy! All the treatment rooms are super clean, not old looking and comfortable like a sitting room. The style and decor is just really comforting! I’m so glad I found this office! We’ll be patients for life!

I’m old enough (experienced!) to know the good, the bad, & the ugly among dentists. Dr. Chase & crew are well above the good !! Professional in every way. He is an excellent dental technician with all the up-to-date technology (I believe). But more than that he’s assembled a class-act team of hygienists, assistants, and admin folks. Not only good at what they do, but displaying excellent patient service – the intangibles. You won’t do any better for dental care, but you can certainly do worse.

I had an infected wisdom tooth and let me tell you….OUCH!! if you are procrastinating getting your wisdom teeth out…dont! especially when the dentists at arrowhead are only a phone call away. The dental hygienist moved around there schedule to get me in for my wisdom teeth extraction ASAP. Due to finances I actually did the entire procedure without going under full anesthesia! The dentist was amazing, despite me being a little loopy on happy gas he explained everything while he was doing it! My speedy recovery speaks for what a great job he did…i literally only had to take one ibuprofen for the pain the following day!

Dr. Mark Chase was honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He literally explained every step along the way, what he would be doing, and why it was necessary.
