What can I say! I am supper pleased with the whole office! Dr. Refaat is definitely my to go to doctor! He is so sweet, such a perfectionist, very professional, and also so attentive. All in one doctor. I got a wonderful greeting from Isabel and her beautiful smile. To the handsome guy Ernie that took my x rays very patient. To Sandy helping the doctor with my exam both explained to me what I needed. And I cannot forget what a great team they are always making me laugh.

I’m very pleased with the services.. the girls in the front are friendly and helped me with my paperwork the back staff is also very helpful the doctor is very experienced and I’m very happy with my new crowns my overall experience was great I definitely recommend them

West Coast dental was amazing. I just moved to the area from Los Angeles, they were very helpful,  super friendly and able to get me an emergency appointment.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff was helpful and friendly. The process to fill out forms as a new patient was fairly quick and easy. I appreciate that they have general dentistry and orthodontics within the same building. The prices are reasonable as well. Over all I’m happy with my decision to come here and I’ve recommended it to friends already as well. 🙂

It is so difficult to find a dentist you trust. At West Coast Dental, they really care about you and the health of your teeth. They plan your overall dental care and work within your budget. Not only are they serious about my teeth, they are always friendly and remember me by name! I have had a few serious dental issues, and I have never had difficulty getting an appointment. The staff is terrific and really cares about me! West Coast Dental truly makes me SMILE!

The staff are very friendly , very attentive along with the dr super caring with the patients. I hated going to the dentist due to bad experience but when I went to office to get my treatment done the dr was really detailed with me in each procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I really recommend dr refaat he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had !!!!

It’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist before coming here I feared the dentist , I’m glad to say I found a great dentist I could trust I’m happy with my experience Dr Refaat was very caring and the whole staff is very welcoming.

Had a great experience here at West Coast Dental in Orange… staff is really nice all my dental needs were met in one visit…

Took my kids for their annual check ups. Victor, Ernie and Erica did an awesome job!! They rotated the kids so we weren’t there for a very long time. The kids were comfortable with the assistants because they made it a fun experience! Best part, besides Victor, Ernie and Erica- NO cavities!!

Yesterday was my 1st visit to West Coast Dental. As soon as I walked through the door, I felt an instant happy welcoming. The receptionists are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is very professional and prompt. The techs are all very nice and also very knowledgeable. My whole experience was awesome! Can’t wait to go back for my next visit!! Seriously …This place saved me! I was in alot of pain with a bad toothache. And no insurance! They helped me with everything! The Dentist took out my tooth and was so helpful and patient through the whole thing. On top of everything they all are beautiful and the sweetest people ever!

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me and did not stop being nice and attentive. The dental assistant was nice and helped me ( I was nervous). The Doctor was very smart and gave me options on my care. The office also found ways for a payment plan for my treatment. I will update this review once I get my treatment but I’m sure they will be the same. Humble and helpful

Great service. Brought my son to his first dentist appointment ever. He loved it and no need to worry of him being afraid. I also have done work here and great service as well. Will come back to get more work done.

Dr. Refaat is amazing. I needed intensive gum work, him and his staff took the time to explain and feel comfortable. There was no wait time making me love it even more! I highly recommend coming here. Amazing, friendly staff.

The staff is so great! Dr. Refaat is the best! So caring and gentle… He constantly makes sure you’re comfortable and won’t feel any pain. Kathy (at the front) is the sweetest. She made sure I understood all fees, insurance coverage, and helped me to setup affordable payments for what wasn’t covered! Also I brought my 2 and 4 year old to see the kids specialist and they had a great experience as well!!

My husband and I went in for general check ups and to follow up on a few things we needed done but we were also on a time crunch to do it. Everyone was completely understanding and worked very hard to get it all done in our time frame. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and I really loved how they explained in detail all the procedures and what needed to be done and why. I know that dentists can be expensive in general, even with dental insurance, but I would rather pay the cost now instead of losing all my teeth later. The staff here made sure to prioritize all the work that we needed right away and was sure to point out the problem areas so that we could see exactly what they were referring to. They didn’t pressure us to do anything more than the really important things either. I will continue to come in every three to six months for checkups and to make sure that the other problems don’t get worse in the meantime but I left feeling confident about the work they were doing and plan to finish the rest of my treatments with them once we are more financially ready for it. My family and I will definitely be coming back here in the future for all our dentistry needs.
