Let’s start this review in the lobby. It’s clean, comfortable, and family friendly. They have a Keurig and k-cups available for you so you can make yourself a cup of coffee. The television is streaming Netflix and they let my scared 8 year old pick what he wanted to watch. Great first impression. All of the superficial stuff is great and well taken care of, but what really makes this dentist stand out is her genuine care for her patients. My son did a face plant on the sidewalk while rollerblading this weekend. When the tears were wiped away I looked at him and saw that half of his front tooth had broken completely off. My wife and I were worried about the cost of the procedure to get this repaired, we don’t have dental insurance. I was told about this office by a friend who gets all of her dental work done here. We went in fearing the worst and the dentist was so caring and compassionate. She came in and gave her suggested course of treatment, and she went above and beyond to help us stay in budget and get our son the help that he needed. Dr. Mismas has made us long time patients. We have decided to invest in dental insurance and you better believe we will be seeing her every 6 months for cleanings. Great customer service is not lost, you just have to know where to look.

I have been to other dentists but none like this one, not only are the friendly but very professional. They have the state of the art equipment and very knowledgeable on its use and they explain everything as they go. The best staff ever as well. I use to hate going to the dentist and would always reschedule but not with Dr Rachel Mismas. I have felt no pain from the procedures like I would with other dentists I could go on and on but you need to see and experience it for yourself as they say seeing is believing and they made a believer out of me. She is a great dentist not good but great, I can’t say enough good about her. Even my kids love her and kids don’t much care for dentists as some of you know. Go see her and decide for yourself you won’t regret it.

Best dentist and staff ever!!!!!! Okay here’s the deal… Way back in the 80’s I was hit by a car. I lost some teeth and broke my jaw in 6 spots. So I have been in more dentist and oral surgeons chairs they I would like to count. I have to wear a partial because I lost a small chunk of my jawbone and in order to do implants I would have to have a bit of bone cut from somewhere and placed in my jaw so there would be enough bone for the implants… I did not have the money to do this, so I went with the partial. Every few years I need to get a new partial made and these things are not cheap! Maybe 2 years ago I started looking for a dentist to make a new partial. I had moved to the north west area and wanted to find a new dentist closer to my home. I went to see 4 dentists about implants since the technology has improved since I last explored it in the 90’s. Of the 4 dentists that I went to none of them were interested in doing anything but pulling out the rest of my teeth and doing a full set of implants! Now I was only missing a few teeth. But they all had a hard sell and they all had in house financing and a dedicated finance person to help me with the paperwork. Now for the punch line….. The cheapest was $30,000 and the most expensive was $58,000 (these were estimates and could be +/- 10%)!! WTF!!! Now I don’t know how many of you folks have $30 to $60 grand laying around. I do not, nor can I take on that much debt with interest. So I wandered into Divine Dental. I told them my story and they got to work. After some x-rays and a nice chat with Dr. Mismas. She looks at me and says, “why would you want to pull out all your teeth that were in good shape to replace 6 teeth?” So she repaired a broken root canal fixed up my top teeth. Made some molds and had a new partial made. The best fitting partial I have ever had! I only need the partial on the bottom as that’s where the teeth and jawbone were missing. It took maybe 8-12 weeks and cost a couple of grand! Thanks Doc and staff at Divine Dental!

The staff at Devine Dental is what makes this dental office AWESOME!!!! Need I say more? Ok, I will. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seated for xrays. Afterwards, moved me to the dental chair where Lorene took over. After she did what say does then Tiffany came in and did her thing. Then Brittany and the doctor came came in. The first question the doctor asked me was, “How is everyone treating you?” Overall, this was truly a 5 star business. Great employees is what makes a 5 star business. I forgot to mention, I HATE going to the dentist, so I am so glad i found Devine Dental

Today was my first day back to the office in quite a while. I had my teeth cleaned. It was a great feeling and a wonderful experience. The reason why I hadn’t been to the office was because my previous dental insurance was awful and I had to pay to walk through the door (or so it felt like that);my new insurance company is sublime. Dr. Mismas is an excellent dentist. She’s caring, knowledgeable and friendly. She’s listened to my concerns. If you’re looking for a new new dentist, call them and see if she’s right for you (& your family). What do you have to lose? It’s just a phone call. Today I had two fillings done. They were done quickly and quite painlessly. Yes, I had to have Novocain. Now I just have to come back in six months for my next cleaning.

I must admit that I was avoiding all dentist like they had the corona virus long before the virus existed. Most people don’t like to be poked, drilled or any of the other procedure that requires dental work. I was shocked at how EVERYONE in the office treated me with compassion and seemed generally concerned about my comfort and well being. Ive seen several dentists over the years and have always gotten the impression that I was just another patient who they could make mass amounts of money off of but that is not the case here! They are looking out for your best interest and aren’t just trying to gouge your pocket.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and informative. They always make sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Rachel Mismas is so nice. I have had so much dental work done over the years and actually had a lot done at this office and not once did they make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. They treated a lot of work that my last dentist office didn’t mention was present that I noticed before, but took their word for it and didn’t say anything. The assistant at my old dentist office never failed to make a comment about how much dental work I had done prior to seeing them. I have good oral hygiene, my teeth are sensitive to heat and cold, but no matter what I do, I just seem to get cavities. Dr. Mismas described to me how my teeth can be more susceptible to cavities and it makes sense. At Dr. Mismas office, they want to help, not judge. I also have to mention that they saved me a ton of money on an extraction that I almost spent thousands on last year.
