After what was a frustrating on boarding process as a new patient owing to an appointment email gone awry, I am delighted to say that I am very please with my new orthodontist and her team of professionals. Today during my initial consultation I was given exhaustive explanation of orthodontic processes, my treatment options, and answers to my many braces related questions. I have every confidence that Pacific Orthodontics is the very best partner I could have for what will be the long process of uncrowding a few lower teeth. Based on what I experienced today, I am certain the path forward will be “painless” and will produce excellent results.

Experience could not have been better. I was new in town and had a retainer break. This office was able to see me the same day and had a new retainer ready for me within 24 hours. The staff was super friendly, the office is beautiful, and there’s a great view of Seattle while you’re in the chair

I love Dr. Doppel and her whole staff! I did consultations at three other ortho offices before Pacific Orthodontics and there is no comparison, it is the most comfortable and patient oriented atmosphere around. The front desk always remembers my name, the financial gal was very helpful and accommodating and the hygienists are always gentle and informative. Dr. Doppel is always upbeat and optimistic about my treatment plan. It feels like I’m visiting friends every time I’m in! I have multiple co-workers and friends who are now taking the next steps to their ortho care at Pacific Orthodontics after seeing how how happy I am!

I’ve seen a couple orthodontists for retainers since my childhood orthodontist retired and I wish I’d started with Dr. Doppel. I’d gotten my teeth whitened by a dentist back in 2011 (horrid idea, don’t do it) and they discovered flourosis on my teeth (it looks like white spots everywhere). My dentist was like “Oh, well there’s nothing we can do about it.” At my next appointment for my retainer, I mentioned the change to Dr. Doppel and she recommended a special paste for me. After a couple months, the bright white spots were practically gone. She listens to your concerns about your smile and really tries to get you the best help possible. If she refers someone to you, take her advice. I changed to Dr. Larsen at South Lake Union dentistry on her referral and have had zero problems. I’ve had a couple retainers and mouthguards done by her office now and they’re perfect each time. She’s quick and her office is very flexible with scheduling. They have in-house x-ray and even videogames in the lobby if someone is waiting for you to finish. All in all, great doctor, efficient office and wonderful bedside manner.

I went to Dr. Doppel for my orthodontics work a few years back and I was so impressed with her and her staff that I sent my daughters to her for their orthodontics work too. My daughters and I cannot be happier with the results. The office is well run and the whole experience has been great. Very highly recommended.

It’s the best experience you could possibly have with braces. The office is beautiful and clean. The front desk always remembers you. The staff is fun, friendly and comforting. And Dr. Doppel is The most upbeat nicest Doctor. Her energy just makes you feel good. It’s an all around positive experience for adults and children.

About six years ago, I decided to have my teeth and bite ‘fixed’. After some research, I decided to visit Dr Doppel’s office. Diane discovered that I had a serious gum disease and she recommended me to see other specialists first: I had to wait over a year before she could start the orthodontic treatment. I am so glad I followed her advices. I had my braces removed two years ago and I am very happy with the results. This office is kid friendly (they offer video games in the waiting room) but most of the clientele are adults. If you are not in your teens and you need brace, this is the right place for you. The staff is nice, friendly and professional and the office is modern, clean, and efficient. If you need braces, go for a consultation: I am confident that you will choose this office!

Dr. Dopple was highly recommended to me by two individuals that I trust. My regular Dentist had recommended that I look into braces because of a problematic bite that had the potential of breaking teeth. I was 68 years old when I met Dr. Dopple and was more than a bit hesitant to start this process at my age. Dr. Dopple and her entire staff were very professional and kind. I was confidant after my first appointment that this was something that would benefit me and that I wanted to go forward. My age was never a concern to me again and I was happy that I made this decision at such a “wise” age. As far as logistics go, they got me into every appointment on time or early. Her office is near to many bus lines for easy access. The staff took care of all coordination between my regular dentist to minimize my appointment trips. They stayed in close contact with my dentist throughout the entire process (20 months). I can’t think of a thing they could have done to make it any easier, safer, or better.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment . So happy with the results. Dr Doppel & her staff are the best. Always received white glove care & I will actually miss going to the office it was such a pleasant experience
