My teeth were a mess! I had front teeth that were chipped, crooked, and very thin. I also had roots that were exposed due to gum recession and bone loss. Dr. McRae fixed it all. He totally transformed my smile and the health of my mouth. He even corrected my bite! I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. McRae to anyone who needs cosmetic dental work. He is a perfectionist and that’s exactly what you need when it comes to dentistry!

Only my second time here but I hope to continue with McRae dental for years to come. Very friendly staff and very thorough hygienist. They seem to allow about an hour for a 45 minute procedure so you never feel rushed. At the end of your visit the doctor always stops by to say hello and give the work a once over. I am glad McRae Dental was recommended to us.

Most people don’t associate comfort with the Dentist. However, at McRae Dental you feel at home. The staff are amazing and they have created an amazing, comfortable and fun atmosphere in the office. If you are a little nervous let them know and they can help you in so many ways. THEY EVEN HAVE A RELAXATION ROOM. Dr. McRae is one of the most premier dentist in all of the northwest. The work that he performs is unmatched, and he makes your experience fun. He’s great with kids! Our entire family loves McRae dental! From the moment you walk in, it just feels good! The office is bright, beautiful and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The waiting room is always stocked with a plethora of yummy snacks and drinks, my kids actually love going to the dentist! You’ll find it is a laid back, fun atmosphere. Dr. McRae is great with little kids, tweens and grumpy adults. He is honest, like able and is a skilled and proficient dentist who isn’t going to suggest procedures you don’t need. We have had nothing but positive experiences for many years. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone including my closest friends and relatives.

One of the most talented dentists in the area, supported with a professional and experienced team. I’ve been visiting over 20 years, providing Dr McRae with the challenges of eroding teeth and bone. In the past 18 months I have had 100% of my teeth replaced with implants, and each surgery was successful despite marginal, if not, the thinnest of bone to attach. He employs the latest in technology and science, due to his continuing education in implant surgery techniques, materials and adaptations. What can I say but WOW! If you need a dentist, look no further. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted by a smiling, kind receptionist and my hygenist who immediately took me into the back once I filled out my paper work. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment, in fact, they had to wait for me! The tooth cleaning was perfect and quick. Dr. McRae was incredibly kind and personable and took the extra time just to talk with me. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. You will love these guys!

Dr. McRae is honestly, the best all around Dentist who has ever cared for my teeth.  I have a disease which causes rapid decay in my mouth and he has put 8 porcelain crowns on my top teeth and I think they look great.  Just the right size and not too white or shiny.  His prices are reasonable and he is caring and concerned for any needs or fears you might have.  I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist in the treasure valley…you will not be disappointed!

Sammie is the absolute best & we are at McRae because of her! My family would follow her expertise anywhere. My 3 young kids adore her & my husband no longer complains about getting his teeth cleaned. She’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly, in easy to follow terminology. Really nice facility with an outstanding staff. Top notch service from when you walk through the door clear till the end of your procedures. Squeezed me in when I was having a really bad tooth pain and now have me on track to clean up my oral hygiene and are working with my schedule perfectly. Offering late night appointments as late as 6 to not affect my work time. Won’t go anywhere else and will always trust this group with my dental needs from here on out. Last on the list was getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed! All though I don’t remember it. I bet they were still friendly as can be while I was completely out of it.

Highly recommend this dental office!! Beautiful building and amazing staff. Everyone is so considerate and kind. Jordyn Ricca, one of the dental hygienists there is amazing. Shes super kind and such a hard worker. She does an amazing job at cleaning teeth and is so dedicated to her work. My family has recently switched over from our dentist to have our dental needs met by the McRae dental team because we had heard they are all amazing. And they are! We have been seeing this dental office for the last couple of months and each time we have gone and I have been so impressed. Impressed on so many different levels! The office itself is stunning and the interior decorating looks like it should be in a magazine. You’ve never seen a dental office look as stunning and fancy and well-kept like this office is. I love that all of the receptionists have been so friendly and so kind. I love that the assistance are totally on top of their game and they work hard at what they do. Now Dr. McRae, well, once you’ve gone in for one visit you feel like you’ve made a true friend for life. He genuinely cares so much about each patient that sits down in his chair. He is so fun to talk to and so thorough in his work and takes so much pride in what he does. I love that he has such a huge passion for humanitarian work and he often has specials and deals that come up in his dental work that go towards profiting children and countries in need. Dr. McRae is a dentist Who listens to you. He has been patient with some dental phobias that some family members of mine deal with and has been so sincere in making dental experiences positive ones. Dr. McRae has been my dentist for a decade or so!  I first went to him as I met one of his hygienists, Katie, who became a friend.  Long story short — every time I needed any sort of dental cleaning, work done, or guidance, my experience has been superb!  Friendly, customer focused, and available is the name of the game at McRae Dental!  Plus, they have a beautiful office right near Eagle Road and 84.  BONUS?  Yes!  Always leave with a parting gift and yummy snacks to choose from!   Thank you, Dr. McRae for having the best dental team in the Treasure Valley!

I have been terrified of the dentist my whole life (like had to be sedated) and now that I have found MaCrae- I don’t even stress about coming. I’m telling you- this is the ONLY place to come. The hygienists are also- AMAZING. Every one of them. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Dr. McRae has been our dentist for 7 years. Love him, love his staff. Fun & professional. Dr McRae got his hygienists (ours is Sammie-she’s wonderful!) an updated tool for cleaning up the teeth before polishing-it is amazing. I always have a lot of plaque, etc. no matter what I do. This time, absolutely NO PAIN or tension in my body as she was cleaning the most affected areas. Awesomeness!!

Dentists have always been a sore spot for me.  I had some bad childhood experiences regarding one, and those memories tend to not leave you.  :/  I found Dr. McRae a few years ago, and am SO thankful that I did! 🙂 🙂 He has truly taken care of me and my family, in such a way that i’ve never experienced before!!!!  He is kind and very honoring with all of my concerns and requests, even if they seem to be not very “mainstream”.  I feel so comfortable that when I go in there, he will actually “listen” to me and not just push me through as “another dollar another day.”  His office has made going to the dentist fun for my kids!  Which is a word that I would never have used to describe walking into a dental office before.  😉 That is so important to me, considering I DO NOT want them growing up with the experiences that I had, and hating to take care of their teeth. Most importantly, being somebody that is passionate about taking care of our bodies the best natural way that we can, I feel that he addresses ways to remove toxins and bacteria in our mouths, in a safe manner!!  That was something I had been searching for repeatedly in the Treasure Valley.  Not to say no one else is out there, but it definitely seems few and far between.  My husband and I cannot value any more than what we do,  what we have established as far as a great dentist goes!!!  You most certainly will not regret trying Dr. McRae and his amazing staff out today.  It will be the last dentist you have to try 😉

Having somewhat “unique” dental issues, I have spent much time looking into what the best solution would be for me individually. I literally spent YEARS doing consults with everyone from family dentists to oral surgeons….never feeling completely heard or comfortable with their treatment plans. After looking into McRae Dental, I decided to do yet another consult. Dr. McRae gave me several different treatment options and was kind enough to meet with me multiple times over the course of a year to ensure I was comfortable with the treatment plan decided on. And if that wasn’t enough, he assured me that if the plan didn’t work as expected, he would make sure we found the best solution. I had a somewhat complicated implant done in June, and it has turned out perfect. I’m so thankful to have found this dental office! The entire staff has been so kind and helpful. I definitely appreciate the extra time, concern and effort they provide to their patients.

I first discovered McRae Dental when I drove a neighbor of mine there for a procedure a couple of years ago. During my few hours there just as the “driver” it became evident to me this was the place to go and I have been a patient ever since. Everyone (literally everyone) associated with this practice is amazing. I’ve seen a lot of dentists over the last 60 years or so and Dr. McRae and his staff have been the best. Most of my time has been spent with Chelsea who is a wonderful and personable tech. Dr. McRae did an extraction and implant that went flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was the biggest chicken (due to many bad experiences elsewhere) when it came to the dentist, until I met Dr. McRae and his staff. These people always make me feel comfortable and right at home. As a patient I feel that my comfort has always been a priority and it was never about the bottom line when it came to service. If you want to get something done and have been too afraid, I guarantee you will do great under Dr. McRae and his staffs care!!

Dr. McRae has been my dentist for 20 years and has always done excellent work. However, his incredible skill set came out on behalf of my son. Dr. McRae and his office manager Deborah turned out to be an amazing team to help my family through a terrible mouth trauma. In July 2017, my 17 year old son took a hard hit baseball to his mouth while playing first base. It knocked in two teeth, fractured his jaw and ruined the line of his teeth. He had naturally straight teeth, had never had so much as one cavity filled. He had only seen a pediatric dentist until that day. The accident happened at 3pm on a Friday afternoon in Twin Falls and an emergency dentist did his best to set the jaw. At 10:30pm on a Friday night, I couldn’t sleep and decided to call Dr. mcRae’s office call service. Dr. McRae called me within 10 minutes and agreed to see us the next morning. In his lawn mowing clothes, he pulled out his camera and began to educate us, document my son’s injuries and build a treatment plan and claim. We saw the office nurse practitioner Monday and were hooked up with a wonderful endodontist in the coming weeks. Deborah helped that office navigate billing medical insurance for work related to this trauma. She submitted claims to medical and dental insurance. It was a five month process spanning two calendar years (late July to mid January) requiring painstaking detail and documentation to support the case to give my son his smile back. 20 months out from the accident, my son has a beautiful, confident smile. We just found out that more than 80% of the cost of his reconstruction was covered thanks to Dr.McRae and Deborah’s skill and hard work. I absolutely appreciate and recommend this dental practice.

I have been going to McRae Dental for about two years now. I have always been nervous going to the dentist, but McRae and his staff always make me feel comfortable. I recently had an implant placed and the entire process was a breeze. I have also seen Chelsea for Myofunctional Therapy, which has helped me tremendously! I also see Chelsea regularly for my dental cleanings and she always does such a great job. I highly recommend Dr. McRae as well as Chelsea for Myofunctional Therapy and cleanings!

Amazing. I went to Dr McRae for a while and after a year figured out he was out of network for my insurance, so switched to where a friend of mine was a dental hygienist. He was terrible, messed up my teeth, and left me with more work than was needed before he did any work. I went back to McRae and immediately felt relieved and a sense of honesty and trust again. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT MCRAE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Now I know. he’s honest, great with both functional and cosmetic dentistry, and looks to get to the root of the problem, not just cover it up with more crowns and work and money in his pocket. I love all of the staff. Highly recommend.

Going to the McRae Dental office is always a positive experience for me.  The staff is so friendly and professional.  I always feel like I’m in someone’s beautiful home… love the bathrooms!  Seriously, I appreciate the time that is spent on me and how well my procedures are explained.  I have always been taken care of and have appreciated the team effort that is put into every visit.  Thanks guys…..

I have been to many dentist over the years and Dr. McRae is by far the best dentist I have been to.  I had always assumed I could trust my dentist but personal experience has taught me that many dentist aren’t concerned with doing what is best for the patient.  Dr. McRae is knowledgable, professional and most importantly Dr. McRae has integrity.  Dr. McRae provides his patients with the most effective and safe treatment options available.  He will actually take the time to educate you regarding your health. Dr. McRae is also an amazing cosmetic dentist.  After consulting with many dentist regarding veneers only Dr. McRae could explain why I needed what he recommended and why it would look best. I love my smile makeover and I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else!

Hands down the best dentist office in Idaho! The staff is amazing and truly take the extra time to build relationships with our family. Our hygienists Jordyn and Chelsea taught my kids ways to brush better and ACTUALLY got them EXCITED about brushing! Dr. McRae knows how to talk to kids and make them feel comfortable. He took the time to get to know them a little better and got down on my kids’ level to chat with them. He’s amazing! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Excellent, professional dentist with great conversation skills and wonderful sense of humor. Dr. McRae has taken great care of us for 9-10 years. Office staff very caring and well-trained. I hated to visit dentist for most of my life, but Dr. M and his crew have made it a lot easier. Understand, I would rather see a good movie, but have to admit it’s always a pleasure to visit this office.
