Great dentist and very friendly staff. They seem to have great technology and keep up today with best practice. I did Invisalign here and it was pretty easy. Where to start. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They didn’t know me but were genuinely glad to see me.I was given a tour of the facility before we got started there before me was a state of the art, top of the line Dental facility. Just calling it an office isn’t enough. Next came my exam and cleaning. I have never had a more through exam ever. Everything that can be known about my teeth was laid bare before me. Questions were answered and off we went for my cleaning. Constant attention to my comfort with a little fun mixed in. Interactive dentistry. Lastly Dr. Boehmer finishes the checkup and drops knowledge all over the place. Very competent. It doesn’t get better than this.

My family has been seeing Monica for over 20 years. She and her staff are professional, yet friendly at the same time. Dr. Boehmer gives the best care possible, but will refer a patient to a specialist when that’s appropriate. I’ve encountered medical professionals who try to do it all and wind up doing nothing well. Found Dr. Boehmer when we move to ABQ 10 years ago, and have been very satisfied ever since. She is highly skilled and determined to give her patients the best service possible. She place a splint on my lower front wobbly teeth in March, before knee replacement surgery. The splint came off after a month, but I knew I needed to wait for at least 6 months after surgery, so didn’t tell her until my regular cleaning in October. Even though I didn’t keep the splint wire, she replaced the splint at no charge. Her staff is friendly and efficient, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Even in less difficult times I would have been profoundly impressed by Dr. Boehmer’s practice; on top of that, her office is handling the challenges imposed by COVID19 impeccably. She and her staff are exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, and her knowledge of how oral health contributes to breathing and sleep are especially welcome in my case. Hers is easily the best dental office I’ve ever visited.

Dr. Boehmer has been taking care of my teeth since I moved to Albuquerque in 1992. Dang that’s 26 years. Surely she isn’t old enough to have been practicing since then? She is always friendly and professional and her staff is awesome. They all want the best for me and my mouth. I tease her that the relaxing, smooth, James Taylor-type, background music should really be replaced with Metallica or something a little more aggressive, but so far she has resisted. She claims that other patients would likely enjoy it less than me.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Boehmer and her staff. I have a SERIOUS phobia of the dentist’s chair and almost chickened out of even going to my first appointment with her. I couldn’t get through a visit without crying. I still have a phobia, but not with her. She’s kind, compassionate, and can handle me without babying me. She always said she was going to give me back my smile. When she said it, the thought would make me almost swallow my tongue crying. But she did. And I’ll be forever grateful to her. I’m a nurse and I hope that there will be one patient whose life I touch like she has mine. I love you Dr. Boehmer. Seriously, I’m going to write her a haiku. I had an awesome experience here, I had been attending another dentist and it was just an in and out kind of place not very informative. When I arrived at Dr. Boehmer’s office I got a tour of the office, actual pictures of my teeth taken, and everything was explained in detail of what the plan was and what they were doing at that moment. They showed me all my x rays and explained what I was seeing, and answered all the questions I had that the other dentist wouldn’t answer. The hygienist was very very helpful in every way possible. I am very happy I changed dentist, If you are attending a dentist chain where there is a bunch of them in town, you are really missing out on great customer service and care

I’ve gone to Monica Boehmer for years… and she has always been professional, effective, and gentle in handling all of my dental issues. Of course, I don’t ever want to hear I’ve got a dental “problem,” but when I do, I know I will receive the best care possible from Dr. Boehmer.
