Had extensive dental work done over three separate appts with Dr. Jang and his wonderful staff. Hard to convey my gratitude for their constant kindness, compassion, and concern for my comfort during those four hour appts. Sandy who runs the front office is amazingly kind, professional, meticulous and thorough in explaining all to be done. What a consistently nice decent good person. She made me feel at ease, very much appreciated. Dana was just beyond kind, compassionate…excellent dental hygienist. Wouldn’t want to visit any other hygienist after experiencing her extraordinary care. Dana is a beautiful soul. She truly CARES, which is something you cannot pay for. Candice, Dr. Jangs dental assistant is a wonderfully kind, thoughtful, compassionate lovely soul. Throughout all those long appts. assisting and keeping me updated and calm. I am so grateful! What a lady! One of the beautiful things I observed is the whole team works together for the good of everyone, checking on one another to help each other out if needed. Dr. Jang has always been so kind and caring for my whole family…three kids and my husband and I. He is excellent and highly skilled, he created a beautiful set of new teeth for me and gave me my dignity back. I couldn’t be happier. He excelled beyond my own hopes! I feel like a new person now because I can smile with confidence again. Bless you all for that. Dr. Jang is humble, bright, professional and such a good decent person. We are eternally grateful for his kindness and expertise. The last thing I recall hearing was…Dr.Jang saying….thank you for being so patient with us. Wow…what wonderful people they all are. Doesn’t get any better than that, period. Thank you all.

My family and I have been going to Pinnacle dental for over 10 years and we LOVE this place!!! Dr. Jang is very welcoming and friendly, yet fast and efficient. Dr. Jang does amazing work and always makes sure I feel comfortable. I have gotten numerous dental treatment done, and even was able to get my wisdom teeth extracted in office! All in all, wait time is nonexistent at this office— an aspect that I really appreciate as a student, and they are flexible with scheduling all around! Office staff is amazing, and the office environment is great! Highly recommend this dental office!!

No pain and No discomfort with my much needed filling. My dental experience was comfortable, and fun. Dr. Steve Jang is a professional, intelligent, and talented dentist. Among the best dentists, I have ever been to. Georgia, dental assistant, worked harmoniously with Dr. Jang during my filling. Erica, receptionist, is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be returning to Pinnacle Dental. I am telling all my friends and family about Pinnacle Dental. This is one highly successful business with excellent customer service.

As a new patient, I truly enjoyed my Pinnacle dental experience. The location is convenient to work, clean, and staffed work friendly people. My hygienist Helen was very thorough, and frequently checked on me to make sure I was okay. She explained every step of the process, which gave me confidence that she was doing a good job. Me teeth felt super clean and there was no pain. The Dr. came in at the end and summarized what Helen had explained, and offered a solution to my minor alignment issues. I didn’t feel pressured like I have at some other dentists. I had a very pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back!

After eating one scoop of ice cream, I screamed all of a sudden because the effing toothache covered whole lot of my face, and I worried some my teeth fall out and become a witch with a broomstick. The next day I called the dentist somewhere else and there’s no time to see me, but he recommended Dr. Jang and I made an appointment with him right away, he wanted to see me even though it was a lunch break. The reason people come to the doctors office not only to remove the pain, also to feel safe, and at ease from all the extreme concerns. He checked all my teeth with taking Xray and doing various exams. Even though I looked so ugly as if filming ‘ Mr. Bean’, opening my mouth twitching, showing inside my mouth, drooling water in front of dental hygienists, doctors assistants, and the doctor with Medical Surgical Dental Headband Binocular Loupes with Head Light 2.5x, I’ve been relieved because he said “your problems not a big deal. You’d make an appointment next Monday early in the morning, and today I will give you a prescription with tyrenol”. On Monday I got all the treatments he mentioned and am fully restored, clean and fresh, no pain, no worries. He is young like summer grapes, green, flawless, fresh in field of Texas. I hope he become a precious wine that could be served to the Highest God.

As many of us know, going to the dentist can be a living nightmare. My prior experiences with other dentist’s in the Dallas Fort Worth area, have been just that. I am so thankful for the time and care that Pinnacle Dental shares for their clients. Before calling the office, I did my research. I called multiple offices, some calls went straight to voice mail, others didn’t ask ” How can I make you smile 🙂 ” I knew this was the place for me after speaking with Tina, on her day off for a solid 30-45 minutes. She spoke to me like we had known each other for years, and treated me like a long time, loyal client of Pinnacle Dental. Best part, I hadn’t even stepped foot in their office. Due to my crazy work schedule, Tina did her magic and worked me into their schedule. I had an amazing experience with Helen, my hygienists and Dr.Jang, was so kind, fully explaining would be in my best interest, for my dental health and bank health 🙂 Their office is clean, everyone is professional but most of all they care for their Patients!! If you don’t have a dentist, or do.. Call them today!! Pinnacle Dental You guys are awesome!

Would like to comment on the dental hygienist Helen Huang. She is simply the best! She is nice, patient, detail oriented, and she did very thorough cleaning. She couldn’t stand if it’s not cleaned well, she spends much more times to clean if it’s new patient and didn’t get clean well previously from other facility. Her cleaning sometimes is comparable to deep cleaning. And moreover she has very high moral standard, that means she wouldn’t stay if she finds out the facility doesn’t treat patients fairly. And all of my friends love her and follow wherever she goes!
