Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years, so I wasn’t sure what shape my teeth were in and what work would need to be done. Dr. Salim and her staff were very accommodating, friendly, and competent. I had to get a deep cleaning and a couple cavities filled. They were very thorough with everything, including patiently explaining the detailed list of charges (in which they showed me exactly what my insurance covered and what they didn’t). Also, I was very impressed with the numbing methods used. Applied topical numbing first, then shots, then in one area a block treatment. No pain, yet not too much anesthesia. I also was pleased with the professionalism there–no gossiping employees talking about their weekend activities while they work on your teeth like the place I took my kids previously! The whole office was very clean, nicely decorated, and smelled sanitary (including the bathroom!). Just an overall great experience. Highly recommend and trust Dr. Salim!

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. Very helpful kind staff from top to bottom. Being 60 and loving sweets, especially hard candy, I have plenty of experience with dentist. I had a “bridge” go out. My previous dentist had retired. I googled a few places and first went to a different dentist. Larger, 6 locations. They quoted me around $3000 to do the bridge and 2 other redo on crowns. They needed me to get a root canal from another faculty that quoted $2000-$3000 for the root canal. So $5000 total. I decided to look further and found ORA. Liked they’re reviews. She basically told me the same analysis, but thought she could do the root canal in house. The price was considerably lower if she could do it in house. I can’t believe how much time and care she spent to save one tooth. I am so glad my other dentist retired..!!!! Highly recommend ORA to all. Great care with good cost equals happy smiling candy eater..!!

This dentist office is amazing. Every person that works there are so nice and helpful. I can not tell y’all how happy I am with my new teeth the whole staff was so happy for me and treated me like I was family. The dentist she’s amazing she takes her time with you and explains everything to you. The ladies at the door are so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable there. The dental assistants are very sweet and also take there time with you and explain everything to you. I know most people don’t like to go to the dentist but dentist like this make it so much better. Since day 1 they have provided superb service and super knowledge on what needs to be done and how to treat it step by step. Wow what a great office, staff and doctor! Running my own practice and being very busy, it is often very hard for me to get in on time to see my dentist. I’ve been fired as a patient before for rescheduling too many times, can you imagine? Today was our very first visit and we had such a great experience! Palema greeted us first thing from reception and helped get us ready to be seen. She gave us antiseptic to rinse before the exam/cleaning which I thought was a good idea! Then showed us which room we would be using for our appointment. After the X-rays, Dr Salim noticed a cavity between my teeth which needed to be filled. Also, she saw that I night grind which I knew I did, but just hadn’t done anything about. Palema assisted in making sure I knew the cost of everything before proceeding with the dental work, which I appreciated so much. Not only that she broke it down for me, but that Dr Salim and her amazing team were able to take care of the problem areas same day! There is a $10 covid charge per person, as a side note to anyone who may be shopping around for a dentist. Take this into account because insurance doesn’t cover it. Palema explained its to help cover the extra PPE supplies needed now to keep you sanitary. Thank you all so much and we will be seeing you again!

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR

Dr. Salim is a proud graduate from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio Texas of 2012. She successfully completed and gained her degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Salim has more than 10 years of experience as a dentist working in a family practice setting. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has developed a specialized skill in treating children. We accept PPO insurance and TX Children's Medicaid under 21 and/or Disability Medicaid. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT DHMO AND/OR ADULT TX MEDICAID!) She is a member of several dental organizations including American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society. Over the years, Dr. Salim has also attended and completed many continuing education courses to ensure she is up to date with the latest advancements in the dental industry. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at Texas Scottish Rite hospital for children, spending time with family, running, reading books, and traveling. She is dedicated to providing the utmost care in ensuring patient satisfaction. Dr. Salim treats her patients the way she would treat her own family.
