I’ve been seeing Dr. Shirey for 6 years now. When I first moved to Dallas, my teeth and gums were not in the best shape. Interactions with past dentists hadleft me leery of regularly getting my teeth checked. My first visit with Dr. Shirey made me really hopeful that I could finally get good dental care! Not once has Dr. Shirey tried to push unnecessary procedures or products on me. Where my previous dentists have seen minor cavities and immediately suggested a procedure, Dr. Shirey has only put these spots on watch, so to speak. I feel very confident that Dr. Shirey and her staff only want the best outcome for my dental health. I’m sorry to say that in the past my dentists have seemed to care more about money and it has led to procedures that have actually caused problems. After 6 years with Dr. Shirey my teeth and gums have improved tremendously! (I have noticed an increase in product ‘suggestion’, I hope this doesn’t get too pushy. I’m sure it won’t.) Thank you, Dr. Shirey and Staff, for everything you’ve done for me for the past 6 years!

Took my daughter to get her teeth cleaned here today. She was quite nervous about it -but came home talking about HOW KIND the dentist and hygienist was and how much she enjoyed her visit. After a terrible experience at my dentist I went to for years, my friend from church referred me here. I was miserable and afraid and in a lot of pain. The entire staff was so patient and kind and gentle. Dr Shirey was out on maternity leave, but I was in good hands, I had to come back for several issues(all caused by my first dentist). They were so reassuring! The dentist even called me several times between appts to make sure I was ok! My entire family is now leaving our old dentist and coming to Infinity for our oral care. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

I was really impressed with all the staff at Infinity Dental. They explained everything they were going to do, gave me a tour of the facility, and even explained what they were looking for on my xrays. The process started with an iodine rinse; I asked what it was for, and the hygienist (sorry, can’t remember her name) said it was used during COVID to completely disinfect the mouth prior to any work. There are TVs strategically placed in the exam rooms to help distract the patient while potentially painful work is being performed. I can’t speak highly enough of this place – I love it!

I was looking for a better dentist and came across Infinity on yelp and read through all the positive reviews. I can say that my experience at infinity was very positive and they have an extremely nice and knowledgable staff. If you feel like your dentist is kinda “meh” then switch here and get a better experience and better smile. Plus I liked that you get to watch TV the whole time….they actually have two of them – one in front of you when you are sitting up and one on the ceiling when they are working on your teeth. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough Wonderful things about Dr. Shirey and Infinity Dental! I have been going to see them for over 5 years. I have referred many of my friends and family to them. Today was a classic example of why I do! I have a crown on a dental post that after many long years gave out on me on Sunday. I called them on Monday and they were able to get me in for a consult visit on this today. As we were scheduling me to come back for the repair tomorrow, the patient following my appointment cancelled. So, I was able to go right back in and have my crown repaired today! No pain! No issues. One GREAT staff. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I am always happy to go see Dr. Shirey and her staff!

Dr. Shirey is the third dentist I’ve seen in the last year and my only complaint is that I didn’t start going to Infinity sooner! The physical office is very peaceful and low-key; they clearly want you to feel comfortable. I’ve been nothing but pleased with the dental work I’ve gotten done there (cleaning and fillings, at present I’m waiting for a crown to be made). More than anything else, I appreciate how gentle and respectful everyone at Infinity is. If, like me, you have extreme dental anxiety – or have just had negative experiences with other dentists – be sure to try Infinity! Kind and skilled; highly recommended!! (P.S. We were referred to Dr. Shirey from our Aggie Alumni and I am so glad we found her!! I live in Frisco and drive to Dallas because she is so great! She is the first dentist I trust and is very honest in what realistically needs to be done. Both with my husband and I have been going to her for a couple years and the staff is ALWAYS friendly, punctual, and transparent! I came to Dr. Shirey because I had another dentist do an unnecessary root canal. Dr. Shirey connected me with a root canal specialist and fought insurance with us so that it would be covered. She went above and beyond and only wants the best for her patients! She is also very big on preventative care so that you can slow down issues that may arise at a later date. I’ve been under Dr Shirley’s care for over 3 years now! Regular visits to the dentist have always been a problem for me. I hated getting my teeth cleaned or any kind of dentist visits. I had a few bad experiences as a kid and always leave feeling guilty for my dental hygiene. My experience here was so different than anywhere I have ever been! My first visit I received a full look over from the doc herself… she told me everything I needed to do, not because I’m just supposed too… but because she promised I could see measurable improvement to my teeth and gums. I was so enrolled by her commitment to my having a great smile that she became the first dentist I don’t lie too! Haha! It’s been three years and my teeth and gums have never looked better! Wow, well what can I say, I haven’t been to the dentist in forever and choosing a dentist on my own was going to kill me. So I turned to yelp and found this place with so many 5 stars and how well everyone speaks of Dr. Shirley and I must say these people are so right. There is a friendly staff, the girl who attended me asked me questions and the reason for my visit. She explained what exams she was about to take and why and how often I’m supposed to take them. Dr. Shirley did the same, she taught me many things regarding my teeth, I was able to ask questions without feeling intimidated or dumb in asking them. She def taught me alot, told me what work needed to be done, what I felt more comfortable with, and made me feel 100% secure that I’m in good hands. I will be honest, it was my first time going to the dentist without my mom, going by myself, and I could def see myself going more often and not being scared about going to the dentist. Now there will be no excuse for not having my teeth in check with Infinity Dental. I am actually excited about getting started with my dental work!!!– Thats crazy talk but I’m serious!

Dr. Shirey was referred to me by a friend who’s an orthodontist, which says a lot. Her staff was incredible – very kind and personable. After some brief paperwork and X-rays, I had my cleaning and then met with Dr. Shirey. She was also very personable, offering a few suggestions for my teeth cleaning routine to keep my mouth happy and healthy. Given it was my first visit with them, it did take a couple of hours which I fully expected. Each person I encountered was very gentle explained to me exactly what they were going to do and why. As someone who doesn’t get really excited about dentist appointments, I really appreciated that. I look forward to being their patient for many years to come.

Today was my first visit at Infinity Dental Care and I could not have been more pleased. After my long term dentist closed his office I was concerned about finding a new office. I knew right away that I made the right choice, the staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly! They listened to my concerns and did all they could to make me as comfortable as possible. My hygienist, Brooke, was actually one I had seen at my previous dentist and was just as thorough! When I saw Dr Shirey she didn’t rush her portion of the exam, she talked to me in detail showing me my problem areas and detailed a plan of action. I’ve been going to Dr. Shirey and Infinity Dental Care since it opened. She and her staff are fantastic! My previous experiences with dentists weren’t really bad, but I always felt like there was very little time spent actually working with them and I was just being moved through the office as quickly as possible. Dr. Shirey actually takes the time to walk you through any current or potential issues and work out a plan that works with your timing and budget. Best of all, if something doesn’t need to be done, there’s no pushy upselling. It’s obvious she genuinely cares for her patients. The equipment and office is all very nice as well and everything feels very “clean”. The staff, Amy, Michelle, Melinda, and Kaylin are great too and you feel very cared for all the way through. This is one of the best dentists in Dallas you can go to and I highly recommend coming here.

I have never taken the time to write a review on Yelp before today, but my experience at Dr. Shirey’s office was so good that I have to leave her and her staff a great review. I am one who does NOT like to go to the dentist and it had been about two years since I had been. Before coming, I had read other positive reviews about her and her responses to others on Yelp which persuaded me that she seems to be a thorough dentist who knows her work, which is what I wanted. So I decided to give her a try. I was not disappointed. One of her hygienists, Jennifer, who worked on me, did a great job of asking questions of personal medical and dental history, comforting me while taking x-rays, taking measurements on my gums (this is the part I especially don’t like at the dentist, but this was the best experience I can remember having), and doing my cleaning. I wanted a thorough cleaning job. She told me that is what she planned to do and that is what I feel I received. She was so positive and for me that is a BIG plus. Afterwards Dr. Shirey came in and followed up. She was very easy to talk to. I just liked her as a person. Now I actually look forward to going back in for my next checkup because I believe they are helping me have healthier teeth and gums. And Jennifer is so positive! Thank you Infinity Dental!!

We moved to Dallas last year, and there’s nothing worse about moving to a new city than having to find health care providers you can trust all over again. Thankfully, I found Dr. Shirey! She and the ladies at Infinity Dental are fantastic! Aside from the fact that Dr. Shirey is incredibly skilled as a dentist, she absolutely cares about her patients and for your health across the board. She takes a comprehensive approach to dental care – and she is the one in the dental exam from the very beginning, not just the hygienist. She takes time to get to know you and your family – and remembers six months later the little details you discussed at the previous appointment. I’m comfortable with her guidance on matters related to my dental health and respect her input (even if I don’t want to hear that braces may be in my future…again). The office isn’t exactly around the corner from my house but I make the drive to her office And it’s sooooo worth it! Today I took my 4 1/2yr old son for his cleaning (switched his dentist) and Ms Tammy did an amazing job with him! She was sooo patient, encouraging; as a teacher myself you would think she was a teacher herself or just has a lot of experience. I got my teeth cleaned today, and it feels AMAZING! The staff is sooo friendly, and they treat each patient as they would close friends. I never have to wait long, and they are always very thorough! Dr. Shirey is great at explaining everything. I was having weird jaw pain, and she took the time to check my bite, explain, and show me the muscles in that area that react to clenching. I’ve had fillings done, also, and Dr. Shirey was very careful to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Even when getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienist stopped to make sure I was ok. I LOVE this place! I look forward to seeing them all again in 6 months!! I’m saying goodbye to my dental anxiety! Today it can be difficult to find a dentist you can really count on and trust. You will never have to worry about that with Dr. Shirey or the staff at Infinity Dental Care. I have known Dr. Shirey since we were 6 years old and knowing her, her work ethic, her personality, and her honesty, it has been no surprise to see her become a wonderful doctor and professional able to maintain a successful business. One of the things Dr. Shirey told me when she first decided to start her own private practice, rather than working for any other, was that she chose this option because she wanted to provide HONEST and QUALITY dental care to people. She had seen firsthand some of the dishonest, unethical practices and subpar care that exists in the world of dentistry. Building her own practice from the ground up was necessary for her to be certain these types of things were never something she would be even remotely associated with. She is extremely passionate and serious about ensuring that her patients are getting the highest quality of care, not only from her, but from her hygienists and office staff as well. Mediocre work is something Dr. Shirey has never and would never allow for herself or her staff members. This is a quality to be admired and respected. Starting her own practice was a huge undertaking with many risks, but she was willing to take on the challenge because she was sincerely compelled to create a dental practice that people could really trust and one that would provide highest quality dental services to patients. Dr. Shirey is honest, ethical, patient, and an intent listener. All of these qualities are what make her a wonderful person and friend, but also what make her a fabulous dentist! Her staff is friendly, organized, and efficient. The hygienists are great at being gentle and thorough in their cleanings and examinations and work well with both adults and young children. My 5 year old actually looks forward to going to see Dr. Shirey. I highly recommend! I drive over 30 minutes to see Dr. Shirey and her staff and I would do that even if she weren’t one of my oldest and closest friends. Quality care you can trust! For REAL!!

I do not often review anything on Yelp, a lurker, I know, terrible, but I was particularly inspired to review Infinity Dental and Dr. Shirey. After, not having been to the dentist for years and years and also getting a general sense to take care of my health as I near the big 30, I visited another practice Uptown that quoted a treatment plan and I was ready to pull the trigger. Luckily, I decided to get a 2nd opinion here at Infinity Dental and am now currently getting treated here. Dr. Shirey completely changed my mind and opened my eyes on how I think about my teeth. The focus was on my oral health. Some doctors et al are fixated on the problem, but do not think of it or explain it in terms of your overall health. I was educated about my teeth, gums, the surrounding bone, biting surfaces and percentages, and the longevity of different procedures and options. Very detailed and thorough. Although, the first office I visited had a similar treatment plan in the end, I want to have a dentist that also cares about my well being and takes the time to make sure I understand what is going on, what needs to be done, and why. The staff and everyone who works there is super friendly and nice. They are informative and answer all my questions (I ask a lot). I always feel welcomed and that they’re happy to see me. Not just another number. While I do need to get a lot of work down (7+years of no dentist) and will feel it in my pocket book, their prices were the similar to the other office I got a my first treatment plan from and similar to a bunch of others that I called and emailed in Dallas. Moreover, the treatment plan was in the same zone as far what needed to get done. This definitely built my trust and confirmed my decision to come here. It is weird to say, but for the first time I am excited and feel empowered about my teeth and oral health and taking care of my body in general. Very glad to have happened upon Infinity Dental! ****Professional, Thorough, Caring***** There are a few things that are quickly discernible about Dr. Shirey and they are the reasons why she won me over as a new patient. Both Dr. Shirey and her staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are not looking to sell expensive treatments, they are interested in the correct treatment and methods to prevent recurrence. They are clearly experts in their field. Dr. Shirey is very thorough. She is willing to take the time to get to know you, everything that is going on in your mouth, your habits etc., in an effort to make sure she correctly understands the root cause of any issues and also to establish some history so that they can catch things early as they notice changes. It is also clear that the entire staff cares about doing the right thing and doing it well. Some dentists may make you feel as if their practice is only a money making machine, Infinity wanted to diagnose and treat me correctly, while keeping me as comfortable as possible and explaining details to me along the way. I’ve been looking for a good dentist since I moved to Dallas over 3 years ago…..I’m done looking!

Let me begin by saying: I hate the dentist. And while I am a voracious Yelp reader, I rarely submit a review. It has to be crazy amazing or horrific for me to take the time and energy. All to say: I LOVE INFINITY DENTAL. Better yet… I AM OBSESSED WITH INFINITY DENTAL. Since I started going there a few years ago, I have had nothing but positive, professional experiences at Infinity. My cleanings have been thorough, it’s been easy for them to find an appointment time for my crazy work schedule, and the fees have been inexpensive for the average rate on services. Add on top of all this, the dentist is above average in skill level. I’ve had quite a bit of work done on my teeth prior to coming to Infinity. I have run the gamut of expensive, poor imitations of dentist and expensive, worth-the-price dentists. Dr Shirey seems to have found that sweet spot of phenomenal services in exchange for an inexpensive fee. She’s kind, explains things thoroughly and takes an interest (and time!) in my teeth. I have found a phenomenal dentist who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg who also makes me actually ENJOY going to the dentist. Miracles never cease

For some strange reason, my hubby and I went to another dentist for years and must have put his kids through college…and we have dental insurance! I finally wised up and started looking around when I was tired of his lectures and prices. Found the reviews for Infinity, which is also super close to home. I’ve been 4 times now and highly recommend it! This week, the assistant who cleaned my teeth did an exceptional job – I swear my teeth look better than ever! Sorry that I stink at remembering names. Dr Shirey is awesome and checks on you after the cleaning. I also really like her as a person. Who else would have a Christmas tree with foster dogs on it so you can buy and donate the treats, food, toys, or even care they need? When I saw that tree, I knew I’d found my dentist!

Dr. Shirey and her team are the absolute best. In the past I’ve relied on recommendations from friends on dentists and when I moved to Dallas 4 years ago I was in need of a new dental care provider. Doc and her team are all incredibly friendly, well mannered, and have that sweet Texas hospitality charm. On top of that, Dr. Shirey takes the time to explain each procedure before getting started. It’s incredibly comforting to sit in that chair and have a layman’s understanding of what’s going on. Here’s the kicker. I had previously dealt with fluorosis stains on my two front teeth since childhood, despite always having great hygiene. I’d had them as long as I can think back to looking in a mirror as a kid. Living 20+ years with brown stains on my teeth didn’t exactly instill any self confidence in my appearance. After working with Dr. Shirey and her team to get them removed, I can look in the mirror with confidence and not be self-conscious when I smile and laugh. I hope I never have to leave Dallas and hope she has no plans of retirement soon, because Dr. Shirey is irreplaceable
