My wife was raving about how much she liked her new dentist and how nice everyone was at Dental Loft. An old crown of mine broke and she told me that they have a machine in their office that builds the crown right there, and it was all done in one visit! I made an appt. and went in the next day and left with a brand new crown. I have never been treated so nicely by everyone I had contact with in their office. The ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcome. They took their time and answered every question. I felt like I was talking to old friends. The assistants and hygienists were every bit as warm and caring. And Dr. Reddy is just the best! I am sure that she is the one who sets the tone, and why everyone is so happy. It was, by far, the easiest and least stressful crown I have ever gotten. The bite was exact and there was no pain throughout the procedure. Subsequent visits have made me more positive that I will be having all my dental work done at Dental Loft. Dr. Reddy has put together a great team. I am telling all my friends about what a great experience going to the dentist should be like, because now I definitely know!

Dental Loft has adjusted very well to the virus procedures to minimize exposure. They have always used latest and greatest tech not only during checkin but also when you are on the chair. The dental hygienist was very careful with very detailed work. Dr. Reddy was very straightforward with care. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Reddy and her staff are awesome. They were all kind, polite, and patient. Nothing was a dumb question and they sat down with me to discuss my overall oral health goals. I never felt rushed. They all gave me honest and straight forward answers. This is the first time i look forward to seeing a dentist!

After a few months of looking for a Good dentist I was referred to Dental Loft and I found a Great dentist! The staff is just amazing! Very friendly and hard NOT get along with. They have TVs in the treatment rooms and i get to watch Netflix and or Hulu!!! The rooms are also modern. The staff as a whole goes above and beyond for their patients needs! I hate going to the dentist but with this office I look forward to it!!!

I have been to Dental loft for a year now, and I am thrilled with my experience every time! Both Dr. Reddy and Dr. Sherrick are absolutely wonderful, and really care for their patients. I had a toothache from a recent cavity filling done by another dentist and could not figure out why I was still having pain even 1-2 months after the filling was placed. When I met with Dr. Sherrick, he knew just what the problem was and fixed the issue in minutes. Dr. Reddy was very knowledgable and wonderful as well. She noticed my canker sores and offered me a prescription to help take care of future breakouts. I’ve visited dentists in the past who have never offered to help care for my health beyond teeth cleanings or cavities. So thankful for Dr. Reddy and Dr. Sherrick! The facility is very clean, modern and in a great location (especially for those of us who love to shop). The staff at the from desk are incredibly polite! If it floats your boat, you can watch Netflix from a TV screen above while you get your teeth cleaned. If you’d prefer not to watch TV (like me), that’s ok, too! The hygienists are very easy to talk to and incredibly nice. Making appointments is also not a hassle. With my work schedule, I am not able to make appointments during the day. Dental Loft offers later hours on Mondays for those of us who need to visit later in the afternoon/evening. I definitely recommend giving Dental Loft a shot and am confident you will not be disappointed.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 6 years and I was very nervous to go and find out what’s “wrong” with my teeth. The WHOLE staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have been going back to get all my procedures done because I trust them. I am a very curious person, therefore; I ask a lot of questions and they are always there to help. I am proud to call Dental Loft my dentist.

I got Zoom whitening last week and had a great experience. The office was following all the proper procedures for customer and employee safety for COVID-19. Got to scroll through Netflix and watch TV during the entire process. My teeth look great! I don’t get on Yelp much, but the person checking me out told me to check in on Yelp so I can get $50 off! WOW! I was so appreciative of the extra savings.

Friendly & Knowledgeable staff. I’ve had bad experiences at other dentists and was very impressed by the service and experience here. Gentle but thorough cleanings. Educated on the importance of my bite and alignment of my teeth long term. Would highly recommend to friends, family and really anyone looking for a great dentist & Invisalign!

I recently moved to a central location with a great walk score. When my daughter began to complain about tooth pain I knew I had to act fast. Due to the current pandemic, it had been difficult to secure an appointment with her regular dentist. One day while on a walk I noticed this fantastic place. It was as if the heavens opened up and the light from the sun directed me to Dental Loft. I was tremendously excited to find a dental office so close to my home. The staff was very kind and generous. They provided a wonderful welcome gift for our first time visit. The hygienists were both gentle with my girls and Fantastic. Dr. Reddy was very sweet and has such a great personality. Most important of all, her honesty makes you feel like you can trust her. You get the feeling that you are truly in control of your oral health. There’s no upsale on unnecessary dental treatments which I love. Amongst all of these wonderful qualities, they have also taken a huge amount of effort in keeping us safe. They have set up sneeze guards, barriers in the lobby and only allow a few patients in at a time. They disinfect and thoroughly clean after each patient reducing the spread of germs. If your searching for a clean, dental office to handle your future dental needs, then Dental Loft is definitely the place for you.

Look no further this is the place to be! Dr. Reddy & staff are the most genuine people you could ever meet. I get my cleanings and Invisalign’s done here and couldn’t be any more happier of the results. I recently moved to Los Angeles , but you know I’d fly back every 6 months just to get my cleaning done because they’re that good.

Dr. Reddy and the entire team at Dental Loft are fantastic. When I moved to Dallas I was so afraid I’d never find a great dentist in my network. After looking at countless reviews both here and ZocDoc I finally found one. Every visit has been organized, done in a timely manner and very professional. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgeable and will answer any and all of your questions. I’m always comfortable and can even catch up on my Netflix shows while they do their work!

Dr. Reddy is the best! I came to Dr. Reddy as a new patient a couple years ago and have been happy with my selection. Dr. Reddy and her staff are all extremely friendly and professional and truly care about their patients. Appointments are always conducted on time with almost no waiting once in the chair. I value Dr. Reddy’s thoughts and feel very comfortable with her assessments. I would recommend Dr. Reddy!

Dr Reddy is one of the most patient and informative dentists I have ever worked with! She won’t let you do things that aren’t necessary like other places just to charge you! So pleasant too! Now let’s talk about the hygienist there (Felicia) so thorough and detail oriented just amazing!! From the moment I called it’s was a great experience, Jaime at the desk upfront was great on the phone and in person, Laura was just as great too!! Overall phenomenal experience, highly recommend!!

Used them twice in 2020. now i know the reason for the 4.9 rating among all the dentists: 1. they ordered me a set of 4 retainers for the best price i have got in half a decade 2. after a dental evaluation and annual cleanup- did “not” give me a laundry list of 10 things to do and $10,000 dollars to spend. Kept it to only 2 at risk issues. 6 months ago I went to Luxe dental and they made it sound like 90% of my tooth are in the last stage of decaying. for someone who flosses twice a day that was just outright funny for me. I never went back to Luxe in victory park. 3. From Dental loft’s diagnosis, the 1st at risk issue actually surfaced as pain to me in less than a month – they fixed a cracked tooth and put a crown on it yesterday. 24 hours later. I feel no pain and no change in tooth structure. 4. very well behaved and don’t sound like the usual dentists trying to only focus on making money. one of the best dentists I have been to. thanks to both the Doctors in there(Dr Reddy and forgot the name of the other lady who fixed my teeth yesterday but she is awesome) and the other front desk and help staff. Please keep it up !

I have extreme dental/medical anxiety, and Dr. Reddy and her team were AMAZING. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and it really made the difference. Love this dental office! There is a reason why they have perfect reviews on practically every website. Thanks again ladies!

I don’t know if I’ve been behind in the times but Dental Loft is amazing! The staff is courteous and always helpful! Dr. Reddy is excellent and was very considerate all through my pregnancy. They also have soft chairs and TVs and earphones (something my old dentist lacked) which really helped the cleanings go faster! As someone who always dreaded the dentist, going to Dental Loft definitely changed my mind about my bi-yearly cleanings!

Dr . Reddy is an excellent general dentist not only because of her technique and communication but also because of her curiosity and sense of what “might be” going on with a chronic issue or problem tooth – I have severe TMJ (tooth grinding) and Dr Reddy not only had night guards made to spec for my specific issue but also has referred me to a superb endodontist from whom I got my root canals. She listened to my issue and used her diagnostic tools (X-ray , observation) to render her advice . Without her keen eye and experience , I don’t know how long and in how much pain i would have been in … all without a sense of what might be wrong! Dr Reddy has a network of excellent specialists and she blends patience & curiosity in figuring out what might be going on with an aggressiveness in addressing an issue. That’s a critical combination in any medical professional and what , in my mind, sets her apart from other dentists. Her staff is skilled and her office staff is helpful. I recommend her practice highly.

This office is awesome! Dr Pope & Dr Reddy are really wonderful people as well as extremely knowledgeable in their fields. They have fabulous personalities and interact with the patients on a very personal level. They weren’t out to try the most expensive procedures; rather they wanted to start with the most conservative procedures and only move to the next step if absolutely necessary. I would recommend these doctors to everyone. They are wonderful.

I took my girlfriend’s advice and tried this place out.  Boy am I glad I did.  They were the nicest dentist I have ever been to.  The office was new and clean; the staff was friendly and focused.  The doctor was funny, compassionate and obviously very good at his job. I have had a cleaning and a few cavities filled her now and each experience has been painless and fast.  Their prices are also very reasonable as well.

I LOVE this place! I have been searching forever for a great and reliable dentist in the Dallas area that won’t gouge me and I’ve finally found the one! After years of going to places like FLOSS, Mint, etc, I was constantly in tears every time I left their office with their $$$ quotes and basically telling me that I needed a ton of work done! Dr. Reddy’s office and staff are incredible! Parking is super easy, appointment scheduling is great, their online patient system is easy to navigate and everyone you encounter in the office is SO nice. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and talkative and this just really put me at ease. After I went for my first appointment a few weeks ago I was on edge, but Dr. Reddy was so calm and reassuring that she immediately put me at ease. I watched netflix while getting my teeth cleaned and left with only ONE cavity and a prescription toothpaste for fluoride that she has in her office. When I returned the next week to get the cavity fixed, I again had a great experience and watched an episode of mindhunters while relaxing. I’ve seriously been to tons of dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, etc for a range of TMJ issues and cavities and I’ve never in my almost 30 years found someone I liked this much! I’m so much happier with my dental health knowing I’m in good hands!

I never thought I would love a dentist before, but here we are…I cannot stress enough how incredible Dr. Reddy and her team are. I’ve learned the hard way that inferior dental work creates a domino effect of problems and never thought I would be proud of my smile. After coming to her in 2018 with a laundry list of issues, I am so happy to say that I love my smile. She provided careful and thoughtful treatment plans from day 1 and always made me feel comfortable and confident in her plan. I never felt judged and her personable demeanor is so refreshing. I went in for a cleaning yesterday with Felicia, and felt VERY comfortable in the office given the additional COVID-19 precautions. Everyone at the office did an excellent job, and they clearly have it down to a science in order to keep everyone safe! Felicia was wonderful, and remembered me from my very first visit 2 years ago. Most people dislike going to the dentist, but I always look forward to my appointments at Dental Loft because of people like Felicia. She is incredibly welcoming, funny, caring, and efficient. This dental office is above and beyond. I have a huge chip in my front tooth from when I was a kid, and my composite fell out on a Thursday night. The office usually closes at 3 on Friday, but I was set up for a 3 o’ clock consult so they could take a look at it. Dr. Blake stayed past 5 after caring for another patient with a crown to fix my poor chipped tooth. I’m beyond thankful for the care I received and all my questions were answered kindly and thoroughly. Plus my new tooth looks great! Will definitely come back if my insurance lets me!

I don’t think anyone looks forward to going to the dentist, or any doctors for that matter. There’s something special about Dental Loft that even though you are nervous they make it the most easiest and painless visit they can. For one Dr. Reddy is the sweetest doctor I have met, all of her staff are friendly, and they all will put your nerves at ease. Their offices are state of the art. Very modern yet comforting too. The best part is they have TV’s on the ceilings and will give you headphones and a remote control so you can watch Nextflix, Hulu etc and totally zone out. I have actually fallen asleep in the chair a few times. The most important part while you are all comfy and laid back watching Friends re-runs they are doing amazing work on your teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her staff for all your dental needs.

Dr Reddy and Dr Sherrick are the most caring dentists i have met! They both worked together in helping me get two crowns and a filling done all in one day! I’ve been a patient for about 5 years and am happy to say I enjoy going to the dentist! People always think I’m weird for it, but they must be going to the wrong one. The atmosphere is really serene and spa-like when you walk in. There is fresh coffee and water which I appreciate for early morning appointments. The front desk staff is always friendly. The dental hygienists are all very sweet and considerate. They address my concerns seriously and offer helpful suggestions. I have never felt hard-pressed to go through expensive procedures or buy extras. Any time something will not be covered by my insurance, I am alerted to the price ahead of time. The location also allows me to run up to Whole Foods or Starbucks for a quick bite before returning to work.

This review is pretty premature because I’ve only been once so far but I’ll update it once I get my wisdom teeth out. Hands down best routine dental experience in my life!!! Lofty statement but I came from Monarch Dental (eek! ick! I know pity me) so I was easily impressed. Making an appointment was easy and you can add yourself to a waiting list and you’ll receive a text and email if earlier spots become available. The confirmation appointment texts and emails were too much though I think I got 3 or 4 leading up to the appt but I still appreciate them. Won’t forget I have a dentist appt ever again. Dental Loft is tucked away in The Shops at Park Lane and easy to navigate to with GPS. Check in was very swift. Paperwork was emailed to me and was uncomplicated. I loved that the HIPAA documents were just laminated copies that the receptionist explained during check in. My wait time was very brief. There was water, coffee, and the Wifi password available in the waiting room. After getting the usual x-rays, the tech took digital pictures of my teeth so that the doctor can actually SHOW me concerning areas and I can see just how much flossing I haven’t done. Never had this luxury before and I felt like seeing what they see helped me understand the treatment plan better. Dr. Reddy came in and she was beyond polite and very thorough with her exam and explanations. Love her! While I waited for the hygienist, I was given headphones and a Roku controller to watch Hulu, Netflix, whatever I wanted! Got to watch the latest episode of Grey’s while I waited and during my teeth cleaning, blew my mind yo! Because of this, waiting didn’t feel like forever and it was a good distraction when she got to more sensitive areas. I’m sure most people don’t care about this, but also getting the option to pick my flavor tooth polish (Cinnamon!) made me love this place more. In the end, nothing was charged that my insurance doesn’t cover, and I’m actually looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth taken out here. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience!

I was looking for a new dentist and found this office through my insurance. Everyone from check in to Dr. Reddy was wonderful and friendly. Dr. Reddy is amazing and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly along with working to make the procedure is as comfortable as possible. It turns out I needed a couple things done- fillings and a deep cleaning- but both were painless and reasonably priced. (Shout out to Rickie the hygienist who did my deep cleaning as well!) Definitely my new dentist and will recommend!

I have been coming to Dental Loft and Dr Reddy for the last four years and have always had a great experience. My recent visit me feel so safe, clean with their practices around COVID guidelines (text/call before entering lobby, everyone wearing masks, took my temperature, plexiglass at front desk, etc). My hygienist Cheyenne was so sweet and made my cleaning visit fly by. Would definitely recommend to anyone !!

After switching to PPO, I was able to freely look for a legitimate dentist office. Ensuing meticulous research, I came across the highly reviewed Dental Loft.  I’ve been going here for over a year now, and I can honestly say by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist. So if you must go to the dentist, and you must, I recommend this one.
