I just began Invisalign treatment at the Alpharetta location, and Dr Gluck treated my children years ago. I simply cannot adequately describe the level of professionalism that I encountered. My 12 year old daughter had her braces removed this morning after 20 months with Dr. Gluck and the experience was great from beginning to end! The staff is very helpful and friendly and they spell out everything – from the payment schedule to the individual treatments at visits. Our son will most likely need ortho work in a few years and we’ll definitely be seeing more of Dr. Gluck then!

My whole family loves this practice. Dr. Gluck is the best ortho in the area. Great offices, clean, modern and convenient. Everyone at the practice is knowledgeable and kind. My kids actually look forward to their appointments. Weird, huh? Dr. Gluck has never suggested a course of treatment that has been unnecessary. He is conservative in his approach and most importantly, super effective. Great results. We love this practice. Could not be happier.

I was 58 when I decided to get braces. I got regular metal braces which are reasonably priced, plus they accepted my insurance. I’ve had braces for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Gluck is gentle. I have had a great experience and I’m very pleased with the results so far. You are NEVER TOO OLD! Dr. Gluck and his staff are the most wonderful people!!!! My daughter had her first set of braces two years ago, and my son just received his. Not only do they use the highest quality technology, they are old school in their approach to knowing everyones name, sibling names, what our kids are involved in etc. It is amazing. I have never been somewhere that is so family friendly. Their offices are amazing as well. My children actually WANT to go. X box, chess boards, televisions at every station to keep the kids calm during procedures…its incredible.. The staff is so unbelievable! I can not express enough how great it has been working with them. I even had the office insurance person fight for me with my insurance company, and she won! Thank you Dawn. If your looking for high quality, friendly and knowledgable staff, this is the place to go.

I am adult who needed orthodontics to correct a very open bite. Before starting Invisalign I had difficulty chewing most foods. I am about 10 months into my treatment and have had phenomenal improvement in chewing functionality! The doctors and staff here are very helpful and do a great job of explaining your treatment so that you understand what they’re doing to fix your bite. I’m close to the end of my treatment now, and I am so very glad I made the decision to get Invisalign. I really love the staff at Quality Orthodontic Care and highly recommend them!

Office staff was very helpful. Vita, Don and Angie were able to handle scheduling flawlessly considering my difficult schedule. Betty was my main point of contact and she was so amazing and professional. I felt very well taken-care-of. Highly recommend this orthodontist. Dr. Gluck was able to do what other dentists and orthodontists told me was impossible to do with invisalign.

Dr. Gluck has a professional staff. My oldest son had wonderful results from the treatment that he received and has a beautiful smile. I am currently trusting Dr.Gluck to extensive work for my second son. Dr. Gluck has been very informative with regard to what is needed and the plan for his care. I understand what needs to be done and all cost associated was explained. When the time comes, I will use him again for my third son!

I cannot say enough about the staff, Dr Gluck and the level of service I’ve received in the 3+ years I’ve been going here. Seems like customer service and focus are becoming a lost art, but you find an oasis from time to time and Dr Glucks practice is no exception. Beyond that there is the expertise and precision the entire staff brings to the table to ensure you leave with a beautiful smile. They walk you through everything so you feel comfortable, they show a genuine interest in their patients that makes you feel safe with your choice. There is a reason they are booked up here but that doesn’t stop them from remaining flexible with your schedule and your life. We love Quality Orthodontics in Johns Creek. Dr.Gluck is the best in the area. We came to this practice 2 years ago and we were new to the area. We started with my 8 year old’s expanders and had a positive experience with the entire practice. Then it was time for my 12 year old daughters braces. We just wanted to check out other practices but came back to Dr.Gluck. We did not even get past the front offices of some of the orthodontist offices. It’s been 2 years now with my daughters braces and it’s almost time to take them out. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and we never had any issues – whether making appointments, rescheduling them or just having our questions answered and concerns addressed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I did not start my braces here. I came over as a transfer and Dr. Gluck and his team were amazing from day 1. When I began I had a 6 month old infant and they always kept him company while working on me. I’ve never had any issues with my appointments or any brackets being loose or rubber bands coming off. I’m on my 25th week on my invisalign and I have to say the progression has been phenomenal. When I saw my week 1 set of teeth I was almost in shock compared to the progress. The care, service, and conversations that went on with Dr. Gluck, Laurie, and other wonderful staff here had definitely made my investment of time and money here more than a pleasant one. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to start a change or even consult about possible plans of change of teeth via invisalign. They definitely know what they’re doing and emit positive atmosphere. You’ll have to actively try to have a bad time here as all my visits were fun and positive. I’d write more but this should speak itself for now. Will update later once I get more progress!

Both of my kids are patients of Dr. Gluck and I could not say enough great things about him and his practice. We have been to both locations – Johns Creek and Alpharetta. Both offices are modern, clean and convenient. Dr. Gluck is so knowledgeable and I feel that he does not recommend anything that is not necessary. Sometimes certain docs make you feel like they are recommending a course of treatment that may not be entirely necessary — often, because they want to make more $. This is not the case with Dr. Gluck. He is not only up to date with the latest advances in Ortho but is also very kind and thorough. Both of my kids (10 and 11) love him and his staff. Everyone we have ever seen at the practice is top notch.

Dr. Gluck has been professional, friendly and attentive to our son’s orthodontic needs. He made a good first impression on us which is why we chose him. Our son had heavy crowding and in 5 months treatment so far we see a good improvement. The staff is very friendly and takes us on time. The office is great and our son loves visiting it. We would highly recommend Dr. Gluck.

My experience here with invisilagn was incredible and easy! I started the process as a sophomore in high school and the staff was so helpful with the process. My teeth are now aligned and I am more confident with my smile. Each appointment was fast and pleasant. Plus, scheduling was efficient. I love the transformation of my teeth and the process of Invisalign exceeded my expectations.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gluck for a little over a year with Invisalign. I went on a few consultations before getting to him, but once I sat with him, I knew this was my Orthodontist! I have a complicated case, and Dr. Gluck’s expertise is undeniable! My consultation with him was the shortest, yet he was the MOST confident about the best course of treatment, and I was most confident in his ability to deliver beautiful results. My confidence has been proven right tray after tray! I must say, there is nothing better than an engineering major working to correct your bite! Everyone in the practice is a complete pleasure, from front desk, to technicians, and finance! I admire that they all travel as a unit between offices keeping it familiar no matter where my appointment is. Everyone I know that is remotely interested in orthodontia gets a Quality Orthodontic Care referral from me.

Dr. Gluck’s office staff are so knowledgeable about the Invisalign braces! Just had a check up and was totally impressed with the technology they used to make sure I was progressing as planned. They took the time to explain what was happening during this phase of my treatment and also what to expect in the future. I would highly recommend Dr. Gluck to anyone that needs to have braces of any kind!

Added: We’re now doing Invisalign for braces. The office is very well run and emergencies don’t faze the staff at all. They just work around it. All the technicians who worked with my daughter – who was very apprehensive – were just fine. They even went to the trouble of having the same technician work on her mouth for all her visits, which she found very reassuring. Dr. Gluck is obviously experienced and very efficient without making you feel rushed. That’s a real gift, I think

I just received another set of invisalign retainers with Dr. Gluck’s office in Johns Creek. They provide excellent care. The staff is always friendly. Everything is very clean. I never have to wait long. Most of the orthodontic work was performed years ago by him and I just needed a new set of retainers. In and out very fast. I highly recommend Dr. Gluck and his Johns Creek office.

Laurie is absolutely Fantastic! As a patient I can see that she cares so much about the work that she does here and she always has an amazing, cheerful attitude that would make you miss it when you leave. Dr. Gluck and Dr. Levin are great as well and always really welcoming, gentle, and informative, when you’re getting your care. I’ve never once left not knowing what to do or confused about something. They really take care of you here. Would definitely reccomend 10/10

Our entire family of 4 is being treated at QOC, and I (Mom) just finished my course of care. I had been needing to get orthodontia for quite a while and am very happy we landed at Quality Orthodontic Care. EVERYONE is so friendly and warm; we feel like one of the family! Drs. Gluck and Levin are very knowledgeable. They were consistently responsive to what was happening with the adjustments and what I was hoping to gain from the process. Now, my teeth look straight and healthy, my bite is perfect and I no longer have overcrowding that was leading to jaw pain/headaches and gum recession. This process was well worth the time and money we invested. I highly recommend this practice! Additionally, I have two young teenagers who are going through Invisalign treatment. My first inclination was that my son would need regular braces, that he would lose the trays and not keep them on as recommended. Well Michele made a strong case for Invisalign (less visible, no brackets or wires that pop off, better opportunities for oral hygiene, no food restrictions) and she was absolutely right! My son has never lost his trays and wears them diligently. He can eat what he wants and maintains better oral hygiene. If you have hesitations about getting Invisalign for your teens, I recommend working with the QOC team. They know what they are doing! Thank you, thank you Dr. Gluck, Dr. Levin, and Staff!
