I’ve personally worked with Dr. Dari Shapiro so I know her on personal level. She is an amazing person with a great chairside manner. Her and her husband take their patients into consideration every time they walk into an obitory. They know going to the dentist isn’t always easy for some people and their main goal is to ease the nerves of those who are scared and to provide the best dental care possible. Even though I no longer work side by side with her I am still a patient of Shapiro family dentistry and refuse to see anyone else even if it means driving an hour for an appt.

My personal experience at Shapiro Family Dentistry was beyond phenomenal. Their personal attention to maintaining a healthy environment while you are being treated is A+++ … and everyone was … was … hmm… what do you say when you feel truly cared for and reassured they are going to do their absolute professional best for you? Is there a word for that? Heck … I don’t know. But that is how I felt. What did I have done? Whoa boy … nothing like admitting to what my COVID masking has hidden since February/March. I lost 2 of my lower front tooth veneers. [Eewweee … see the before pic below … BUT please note the after !!! It’s soo much better.] Anyway, nuff of me. Everything is state of the art, computer calculated and constructed. My veneers were replaced with caps and custom colored by computer scanning to my actual teeth … all while relaxing, listening to great music and watching Egrets strutt across my treatment room window … now THIS is DENTISTRY 2020 ‘done right’ ALL the time but especially during COVID. I would like to thank everyone from Shapiro Family Dentistry for giving me back my smile! THANK YOU !!! [Did I mention, affordable financing plans are available? Ahh … please do not ask how I know. Wink. Wink.]

I wouldn’t normally think to review a dentist office but had such a kick-ass experience I had to give them a review! Dr. Dari & Dr. Seth Shapiro and their staff are excellent! I have had many different dental experiences in the past, some positive but many negative, but Beacon Family Dentistry is truly a positive experience, I have found my new dental office!

I have never been one to enjoy going to the dentist and usually put it off as long as possible.  However after going to see the great people at Beacon Square, that will not be the case going forward.  The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable knowing that many people do not enjoy the dentist.  I needed some serious work as the root in 1 of my front teeth was dying.  I cannot say enough about how wonderful and confident I felt after completion.  They took extra special time to make sure the color of the new tooth matched the rest of my teeth.  Thanks so much Beacon Square, I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist.

I came to Shapiro Family & Dentistry for a dental implant in the upper right side of my mouth. My initial consultation was great, they were thorough in their exam, and were very clear with the pricing and quotes. The experiences after my consultation were just as great, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The procedure went well. I had to visit 4 times over the course of 5 months. Each time I was taken care of expeditiously. Dr. Shapiro was gentle, and warned me before any expected pain or pressure. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. And, the end result is GREAT. I’m very happy with my results and will now switch my general dentist to Shapiro Family & Dentistry.

Amazing, patient and caring Dentists. I had a very bad accident, fainted and knocked my 3 front teeth out. It was horrible, but these dentists AND their staff, were truly wonderful! They took a very traumatic experience and turned it around. I never thought I would say that I look forward to going to the dentist! I had a lot of anxiety and was in a lot of pain. They eased my panic, explained everything they were going to do up front and literally held my hand through all of it. Today you would NEVER know that my front teeth are fake! I highly recommend this group and thank them for allowing me to have my life (and teeth) back!

It was really hard to find a dentist in South Florida after relocating from Michigan and leaving dentists I had gone to since I was born. It took a few different offices before I found this one. The office itself is beautiful! So modernity designed and updated. The hygienists are so funny and friendly, easy to talk to. And the doctor comes in, does his job and gets you out of there in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend

I have so many good things to say about this place. We moved to Florida last summer and have been blessed with amazing physicians. Dr Shapiro and his team are no exception. Their office is clean and bright, all staff are professional and kind, but most important, I feel my children are getting the best care they can for their teeth. You can stop looking for a dentist now – this place is it!

I’m nine months pregnant and had sudden, extreme pain around an old crown. They fit me in same day, and I am so grateful. Within three hours I had the old crown removed, tooth underneath cleaned, permanent replacement ordered, and a temporary installed. They handled my insurance processing and explained my patient responsibility before treatment began so there were no surprises on cost. The office is clean and modern with a window in front of every patient chair. Can’t say it was a pleasant experience exactly, but dental work never is. The staff made it all go as smoothly as possible.

The entire staff is so kind, professional and caring. Best, most thorough and most gentle cleaning and wow- you actually get to see the dentist you are there for- unlike many of the huge practices out there. It’s nice to receive the highest quality care at FAIR prices with doctors, hygienists and actually the entire staff- treating you like an individual – not a number! Thank you Dr. Dari & Dr. Seth Shapiro & staff…you rock!

So far, everything. I moved here from NYand had planned to visit my NY dentist (of over 35 years) twice a year. Then covid happened and a crown broke so I looked around for a dentist here. I am so pleased I chose Shapiro Family Dentistry in Boynton Beach. From the moment I set foot in the door I felt at ease. The staff is wonderful, skilled and efficient. A plan was set up for me, they worked with my insurance and everything has been on target and running smoothly. I definitely would recommend them (and already have to a few friend.)

I visited the office after coming from a chain dental office. The level of professionalism from the gentleman in the front is like no other OUT OF THIS WORLD! I gave this dental practice a chance because of it’s name “Family Dentist”. I left feeling like I’ve known everyone for years. Thank you for the wonderful feeling you gave me, there are not enough words to express my gratitude.

I had a good experience. I had to make an emergency appointment and found them through my insurance. Ended up having to get a root canal. But they made it very comfortable and the staff is super friendly. I have to have alot of work done, and unfortunately they don’t do payment arrangements but i will keep going back.

This is one of the shady auto mechanics of the dentistry world. You will go in for an oil change and walk away with a complete engine overhaul. I went in needing cleaning but they said I also needed two existing fillings repaired. I didn’t have the money so I went back 6 months later when I had better insurance. I guess they never recorded the “recommendations” because apparently the filling that needed repair magically repaired themselves. Not only that but now the schedules basic cleaning needed to be elevated to a debridement. Low and behold that procedure is not covered by insurance and I would have to pay them about 175. I refused to pay for such an obvious up sell. Got a second opinion from another dentist, they did an exam and concluded I needed a light cleaning and all my fillings were fine. All was covered and walked out paying the basic copay. Shapiro family dentistry is shady as hell. Avoid this office who will nickel and dime you for everything. They even charged me to send me $25 for my xrays that my insurance already paid for in full. Not even that. They didn’t even send me hard copies. They simply send me PDF’s. Which by the way I found out is also unethical

I have been going to Shapiro Dentistry for about 14 years dr. Shapiro is a great dentist and I have had much success with the work he has done on my teeth. I had several crowns done years ago. My go-to hygienist is Ricardo. He really cares about your dental health and does a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. I highly recommend Shapiro Family Dentistry.

I recommend Dr Shapiro and his friendly staff. I needed a lot of work and interviewed many Dentists and chose this office. Yesterday I had 6 teeth pulled and bone graft done to get ready for implants. I was done in 4 hours and was able to get to work today. I had very little swelling and little discomfort. I will keep you posted, but for now I am extremely happy with Dr Shapiro.

I must say that this has been the single most easiest and pleasurable dentist experiences in my life. And I am no spring chicken. Dr. Shapiro was amazing in every sense of the word. Her chair side manner, her sense of humor and wit, but most of all, her ability to make me feel almost as if I’m part of the family. I definitely will never be going anywhere else. Thank you and your amazing team for such a lovely experience.

Great service and great work. Went in for a routine cleaning. Was painless and quick and did an amazing job. This is the best dental practice around. I also take my kids here for braces. Dr. Dari is the best, most professional orthodontist in town. No meat market where you wait an hour, sit in a chair and an assistant does everything. You go and are treated like a VIP and Dr. Dari personally works on your kid to make sure everything is progressing optimally. Run, don’t walk to, this dental office for all your needs. They can do everything.

My family and I have been going to Beacon now for a few years and we absolutely enjoy going there. I know saying the word enjoy about going to the dentist sounds crazy but it’s not. Everytime we go they are incredibly professional and welcoming. The staff is always on point and know exactly what their job is yet remain friendly as though you are visiting family. Dr. Dari has the best personality and is clearly a brilliant dentist/orthodontist.  I will continue my dentistry with Beacon Family Square Dentistry as will my family for years to come.

The best dentist team out there! My family has been using them for years in their West Palm office and now here in Boca.  I wouldn’t trust our smiles to anyone else.  Also, now, Dr. Dari has started the process of braces on my son.  She is always looking out for our best interest!  When looking for dentists, you must give them a try!

I needed a same day appointment due to pain and swelling caused by my wisdom tooth and Nancy got me in right away. Stephon did my x-rays, explained everything and was very professional. Dr. Shapiro examined my tooth and told me that I needed to have it removed and did so with ease. I did not feel a thing and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My overall experience was fantastic and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a call.

THIS OFFICE IS INCREDIBLE!! Rj and Jennie the entire staff are the best! They managed to stay open and risk themselves to the pandemic that’s been going on. They all were very careful and clean during these vulnerable times. They all were wearing masks and gloves and they made me feel very comfortable. I 100% WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Caring, patient, responsive! I fainted and knocked my front teeth out, horrible experience. Dr. Shapiro’s both were A M A Z I N G. Not only did I get a beautiful new “grille,” but i enjoyed going. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, they have tv’s in every room so you can watch whatever you want and the staff is just so nice!! I highly recommend this office!

After having a few strange experiences with former dentists, I was thrilled to find Shapiro Family Dentistry. I went to the Boca Raton office. Beautiful inside; relaxing to sit in a chair that looks out at trees. Very clean and nicely set up inside. All staff are friendly and seem happy. My dentist and were hygienist were the best. When a cavity was found in an X-ray, there was a special devise used to take a photo to then show me on a monitor in detail what the problem was. Probably my favorite part of the visit is how my hygienist Kate hummed in harmony with the music playing while she cleaned my teeth: adorable! Skilled and kind, a great place to take teeth for care.

My sons very first visit. He’s 4 years old and if he doesn’t feel comfortable he’ll let you know. He absolutely had a good time believe it or not and staff was so sweet with him. Really like that they’re professional and friendly service. Highly recommend for those parents who are picky like myself. Thanks again to staff for making my baby comfortable and happy.

I just moved here from CT and found the practice through my insurance…and very happy so far! From start to finish they were very accommodating and nice.  The reception/hygienist/office personnel and of course the dentist Dr. Shapiro were efficient and pleasant….so they have a happy transplant!

This practice is a extremely professional very clean & beautifully decorated dental office Dr Shapiro Is very nice & takes the time to thoroughly examine your teeth to determine the proper diagnosis as to what is needed My case, was having my wisdom teeth pulled. Elizabeth was very nice & a pleasure , during my experience with xrays & scans The office staff is extremely friendly & accommodating They are really welcoming & do all they can to work with insurance & forms. Great service as soon you come in and when they call you in the back they are so kind and they listen to you and I had a young lady walk me threw every step and help me with a dental financial plan l would highly recommend Dr Shapiro and team to my Family and Friends I’ll give them a 5 star

I went to the Shapiro family Dentistry for the first time..my daughter is 5 years old and she had a great experience..great staff, everyone treated her like she part of the family…very clean..and would definitely recommend them to anyone..my daughter loved it and we will be back in the future.
