I really appreciate the team at Sunshine Creative smiles. First dentist office that I have not hated in decades. Had a rough first experience, where everything ran late. Since then everything has been quick, courteous, and smooth. I am a big fan of not being upsold on everything, nor feeling like I am forced down a path. I have recommended co workers, my wife and my mother happily.

I was in need of a root canal and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dentist that I was with.  So I switched to Sunshine Creative Smiles and I’m so glad that I did.  The front desk lady, Janis, was professional and very polite.  And the dentist explain every step of the procedure.  She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole thing.  It’s been two years now, and I’ve been going back to them for cleanings.  Which I’m very pleased with.  I liked them so much that I refered my mother.  Thank you Dr. Punchumarti and Staff  🙂

I have been a patient at Sunshine Creative Smile for over 4 years and have received wonderful service. The staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dentist to friends and family. Since I have been with this dentist, the health of my teeth and gums have improved! Well, I not going anywhere because once you have found someone good there is no reason to go to someone else. Also, retired veterans/military ( GEHA) is welcomed. P.S. I have always been a wimp when it comes to the Dentist, therefore I always went on a regular schedule. A change in my insurance meant a change in my Dentist.  This dental office takes my lousy,but cheap dental plan and is close to my home, so I made my appointment. I can honestly say that Dr Anala is very good! She is gentle and takes time with her patients. She has helped to put me at ease while in the dental chair, and  the shots she gives are as painless as a shot in the mouth can be. I can actually have dental work done now without gripping the arms of the chair. I really like her staff Maria, who cleans your teeth, and Diana who assists Dr. Anala.  If your looking for a new Dentist I recommend this office

I really like Dr. Anala. Always a professional and friendly experience. My last appt I came a day early and was still services with very lil wait time. My was displeased with her dentist and I sent her here. Found out her old dentist was overlooking her issues which were cancer. Dr. Anala insisted she get it checked while her other dentist prescribe cream each time! That alone earn her 5 stars!!

Dr. Panchumarti and her staff are #1 Competent! #2 Caring! #3 Confident! I have nothing but positive experiences with her and her staff. Having had multiple dentists throughout my life, she is by far the most gentle and it certainly helps that she has small hands… of which are skilled, experienced, and again… gentle. Her staff follow her example and have always been friendly, personable, and competent in dental care and handling my insurance company. Dr. P. has also made herself available outside of office hours to alleviate an unexpected tooth fracture. She’s great!

Office : located with a parking lot that is easily navigated. The furniture in the waiting room is in good condition and comfortable for most people . Staff : All the staff are pleasant and professional. Dr. Alana is a gentle caring skilled practitioner. She can explain her treatment plans in understandable language. She does not appear to be rushed while engaging with her patients. The staff is able and willing to assist a person with disabilities. Billing: The office understands and is willing to help people with limited financial resources. A true gem set in pleasant circumstances.

Seven years ago, I had the great opportunity of meeting Dr. Anala Panchumarti. She came highly recommended by one of her colleagues. Every time I step into her office, I’m quickly reminded of her stellar skills and compassion. She always goes above and beyond for all of her patients. Her office staff is also efficient, caring and bilingual.

Updated: Dr Anala called me and apologized. I subsequently came in for a cleaning/evaluation, then a new filling and a filling replacement and today I am back for a crown for an old root canal. Since the first unfortunate visit i have scheduled my visits early and have had no issues. Everyone at the office has been very helpful and pleasant. I have 3,4 and a 5 mm gaps and heard nothing about the $350/quad deep cleaning t hat insurance doeant cover. Nothing. Very refreshing. At no point have i felt like i was being pressured to do service. They evaluated, gave me suggestions and we worked out a treatment plan with costs and timing. As much as i hate the dentist in general, this has been a pleasant experience repeatedly now. Original: Result, I left after 45 min.

I have nothing but great things to say about this entire office. But the greatest is the care that the dentist gives you and always asking if your okay. I so excited to be recieving my new dentures I can hardly wait. I’ve NEVER liked going to the dentist but Dr.Anala has changed my opinion. She is an excellent dentist.

Last week 10/6 was my first time going to this dentist and I’ve been to a few. I’ve had very bad luck with dentist never could find a good one or if I was to return for a follow up I always ended up with someone else. This office treated me very good. Normally in the past if I went to a dentist they would have me come back for my procedure, however this officestarted the same day!! My nerves were shot out when they did the first side of my cleaning, I came back back on Thursday for them to do the other side and guess what? I had the SAME people :). This time I was much more calm and got through the procedure with no issues. I mean I really can’t describe how much better I feel finding myself a dentist that seems like they actually CARE about the health of your teeth instead of demolishing your mouth and kicking you out Lol. The staff are all so friendly 🙂

I am a dental hygienist and I had the wonderful opportunity to work with and get to know Dr. Anala. I highly recommend her to anyone as a person and as a professional due to her honesty, friendliness, and meticulous work. She is very adept at working with her patients’ needs as well as ensuring that they understand the treatment they will need. I guarantee that you will love her if you give her the chance.

Dr. Panchumarti is really nice, professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the long wait time before I was seen. After I was in the exam room I waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. I actually went out to the front desk to see if something was wrong. Hopefully this was just an anomaly and things run totally smoothly next time.

I started coming to Dr. Anala because other dentists were telling me I needed things done that were not necessary. She is honest with what needs to be done and does not try to push you to do things that are not necessary. Flor cleans my husband and my teeth, she is always gentle and makes the cleaning process easy and relaxed. Holly at the front desk is so accommodating! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Anala Panchumarti is a very caring, loving, highly experience and professional Dentist. After two years with Dr. Panchumarti, my mouth in now healthy again. I’ve had a dental emergency (chipped tooth) and I was seen that day. Dr. Panchumarti cosmetic skills are the best, she matched my tooth color and length. I love my Dental Care. My Hygienist Beatrice is the BEST! I never had my teeth cleaned without some sort minor discomfort, not with Beatrice. My apprehension to teeth cleaning is gone, I look forward to it. She educates you with little teeth cleaning tips each visit. Sunshine Creative Smiles is the best Dental Office in Tampa.

Dr. Alana and her staff have always treated my kindly, promptly and with gentle humor. (I am dental phobic.) There is not much turn over with her staff, however there is a new person (Holly) at the front desk. She is friendly and efficient. The office is clean and well managed. Dr. Alana takes the time to explain procedures and is highly skilled. This is NOT a run of the mill grind ’em out corporate operation. Instead this is Dentist in a private practice who really cares about her patients. I am an elderly person. I have seen a lot of dentists over the years. Dr. A is one of the best.

I have always been reluctant to go to the Dentist. It makes me very nervous. However Dr. Anala has changed that for ever. She is the best there is in town. Super friendly staff and overall great service. I had 3 tooths pulled at the same time and it was truly the easiest process. I am so happy I found this location. If you’re in need of dental care, look no further. I strongly recommend this place. I assure you that you won’t regret it.

I have been notorious about not going to the dentist due to a bad experience as a child. When I absolutely had to get work done on my teeth, the VA chose Dr. Anala for me, as I had expressed interest in a female dentist. She is AMAZING! Very caring, gentle….explained what she was going to do before she did it; numbed me up good and just was the best at what she does. Her entire staff is very friendly and professional. If you have put off doing dental work, go and see this great lady…you won’t be disappointed!

Sometimes you don’t know what you are missing until you try something else. I recently switched to this office as my primary care dentist. Extremely professional environment with a friendly staff that shows some TLC while working on your smile. I always feel a bit vulnerable in a dental chair and have a mild case of anxiety with dental work, but this office makes me feel extremely confident and at ease.

For the staff and dentist, I have been seeing this dentist for a year and half and I couldn’t ask for a better one out of all my dentists I have visited entire of my life. She is very understanding of me being deaf and she literally took her time communicating with me to ensure I understand the treatments. She doesn’t want to be rushed and wrote down the treatments on a piece of paper. Her staff are also amazing, they are really trying to work with me and making sure I understand everything they want to tell me. They even set up closed captioning on their tv for me. As for the billing, I ended up having credit in my account due to insurance billing issues, they were willing to give me options with the surplus. The first option is to leave the money in their account or they can cut a check and I can cash it. I decided to cash the check. Anyways, it was nice of them to offer options with the extra money. People, you cannot ask for a better dentist and staff than Dr. Anala Panchumarti and her staff. You wouldn’t have trouble finding parking because it is right there front of the office.

It was a fearful visit, which turned into a very professional and pleasant experience. The care I received was beyond what I had expected. The results were exactly what was promised. I had to make an unscheduled appointment beyond office hours and was greeted with concern and taken care of immediately. I would recommend Dr, Anala Panchumarti and her very competent staff to anyone. Based on a 1 to 10 scale I would give Sunshine Creative Smiles a ” 10″
