I am a new patient and am so thankful to have found Dr. Creech and her staff. After some very overall bad experiences with other dental offices in the past, I was gun-shy. I needed some cavities filled. Even though it was routine work done I had not had anything other than a cleaning done in over 10 years and was being such a baby about it. I was so nervous I was in tears but the hygienist and Dr. Creech were so nice and patient and kind, explained everything to me step-by-step so I knew what was going on, checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was feeling and doing okay, and they let me watch HGTV on the screen in front of me to calm me down. Best office ever and I’m now referred my husband and Mom too!

Dr Amy Creech-Gionis and her whole team are amazing.  I suffer with sensitive teeth and any procedure can be more painful than normal and for that reason I was always scared of going to the dentist. That is different now. Everyone is very caring and makes you feel welcome. The clinic is very clean and has a nice modern look. You can see that they definitely care and love what they do.

This was, without a doubt the best dental experience I have had in my life. Maggie at the front desk is great! She always has a smile on her face and remembers me every time I come in! After explaining to Dr. Creech and her team that I had had several bad experiences before and was in need of dozens (yes dozens) of fillings, Dr. Creech and her staff worked with me to overcome my fear and bring my dental health back to where it needed to be. 11 fillings later I am happy to say that then entire process from start to finish was a breeze. The facilities are beautiful and I was put completely at ease every time I visited. I fully intend to make Dr. Creech my forever dentist!

Dr. Creech and her staff have been amazing. The office runs with precision and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Michelle and Desiree, the hygienists, are fantastic and the office’s technology is state of the art. I work in healthcare and have a habit of being extremely critical regarding doctors offices and hospitals. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice.  I have also written a review on Dental Wellness of Westchase.

Michelle did a great job with my cleaning, gentle and precise. Dr. Amy Creech is consistently awesome! I’ve been a patient for 20 years. She’s educated in natural options/products as well as standard conventional dental care. No one likes getting dental work done, receiving bad news about teeth or gums, or getting the bill! Dr. Creech patiently takes the time to educate you plus, answer all questions and understand your concerns. Rachel is my favorite dental assistant! She’s friendly, empathetic, and a great conversationalist, which is so helpful for the not-so-fun appointments. Jeannine, the Operations Manager, skillfully navigated the drudgery of the financial side plus, she’s a wealth of knowledge and info since she’s a hygienist. The collective skill, communication, sensitivity, and compassion, from all these women, keeps me coming back. They’re an exceptional team!

Wow, I had to have a crown made and called the office and was able to get in the same day, The staff was some of the best people I have ever worked with. They are caring and do everything to make sure you are ok/ Dr Amy was great and very caring, she walked me through some hard spots in the treatment and did not make me feel bad about having an issue.

Dr. Creech and her entire staff takes fantastic care of me and my 4 girls. I get text and email reminders, which is very helpful with our busy schedule. If one of us needs extra “work” every option we have is gone over for me in detail. One of the most important thing for me is I did not want me kids to have anxiety going to the dentist. They love going and feel right at home. I recently had to have a crown. I was completely shocked how smooth the process was… I was worried over nothing! Thank you Dr. Creech and your entire staff for taking care of all of us so well!

Out all dentist that I have visited this one is without a doubt the BEST! From the first time you call to make an appointment they help you with what best suits your schedule. The office is so cute with all the purple decor and it is very very clean. The staff makes you feel very comforted and at home. Michelle did my cleaning and she walked me through everything that was best for my teeth. They even help me look through my insurance to help me save money. They are there to help you and they are happy to do it. If you are looking for a dentist I 100% recommend the dental wellness of westchase for anyone!

The staff at this location was very helpful in explaining all aspects of my dental issues including what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. They really seemed to care about my overall health as well. I’ve never had a dentist take my blood pressure before but it was a good thing they did because now I know I have high blood pressure and can go get that checked out. Thanks again to their staff

This dentist is phenomenal! Dr Creech went above and beyond to take care of my 8 year old daughters teeth!! My daughter had been going to a dentist that was not taking care of her teeth as they should have been which left her with some serious issues that needed attention. Dr Creech spent a whole hour with me for a personal consultation on a plan of action. My daughter was treated like a princess when they took care of her. They even put a cozy blanket on her during her visit to make her comfortable!! Dr Creech treated her so well and spoke so sweet to my daughter through her procedure. My daughter never felt stressed or upset, it was amazing. I will NEVER let my kids or family go anywhere else. This place is tremendous!!
