I have been to Dr. Hu’s office twice, and must say that she is the best dentist I have ever visited. Initial intake was extremely thorough and detail-oriented, which made me feel like they care about every little part of my smile as much as I do. All the staff were friendly and well-versed in all things dental. Genuinely, I was even impressed with the hygienists. After having terrible experiences at the dentist as a child, this is the only office that can get me excited about going back to the dentist. I would recommend Dr. Hu’s office to anyone.

We relocated to Florida 24 years ago and I struggled to find a family dentist that I was comfortable with for over 5 years before a friend recommended Dr Fay Hu. My family have been patients for about 18 years now; my kid’s first dentist experience took place in this office. Dr Fay and staff are so welcoming and friendly; you are immediately put at ease and comfortable. The hygienists are wonderful and skilled (we will always miss some of them that have retired or moved <3 ). Dr Fay is extremely good at what she does and I trust her and the advice she gives; there has never been a time when I felt pressured to do any unnecessary procedures as I’ve heard other practices have done to friends. Let me start by saying that Dr. Hu saved my teeth and my life. I was terrified of the dentist and was in danger of loosing all my teeth. On my first visit, we just sat in the office and talked. She put me at ease with her gentle demeanor and began to build trust. She and her team put all my fears to bed and began to work on my dental issues at my pace. I knew of Dr. Hu’s reputation as an excellent dentist and that she has a skilled team in Winter Park, Florida. My visit was an unexpected emergency brought about by a sever toothache. Dr. Hu agreed to see me on short notice due to my situation being an emergency. My not living in the Orlando area would have been a scheduling problem at any clinic, but Dr. Fay Hu’s compassion was extraordinary. First she made a careful gentle inspection of the area and stopped the terrible discomfort so that my problem was corrected. Dr Fay Hu is an expert on how Sjogren’s makes oral health so difficult. She understands that the best a Sjogrens patient can do may not be enough to halt the damage this disease can do to your mouth, teeth, tongue, etc. And on top of that she is a really good dentist. Her practice is well run, efficient and so caring. Everyone who works there is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone, and especially Sjogren’s patients.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hu and her wonderful staff. Always, always so courteous, kind, and just fun to be around. Lisa, my hygienist, is so gentle that having my teeth cleaned by her is down right therapuetic. Before seeing Dr. Hu, I was one of those people fearful of seeing the dentist. Mostly because I associated those prior experiences with a lot of pain and discomfort. Not so at Dr. Hu’s practice. They are the very best!
