Dr. Schumacher and his staff are tremendous! I was involved in a near death car accident where I lost 6 teeth. He had many issues to overcome yet he was amazingly able to replace them along with my self esteem and confidence. Hey Jax friends – Need a dentist? Dr Schumacher & his staff are the best! Hesitant or nervous? Dr S & team are so kind & understanding, & will quickly allay any fears. Know a compassionate area hygienist new to the field or burned out from working at a ‘corporate dentistry machine’? Dr S has a vacancy & would welcome a service oriented, caring individual to his private practice. Of course, only the most kind & dedicated need apply. If only folks with perfect home care visited the dentist, none of us would go. Unburden yourself & schedule a consult with Dr S. He’ll put you at ease & set you on a road to recovery that’s comfortable & right just for you. We relocated to North Carolina a year ago & Dr Schumacher is still my family’s dentist. Well worth the effort!

In a couple of office visits, Dr. Schumacher removed an old crown, replaced it with a temporary crown, and installed a new crown. He is highly skilled and proficient, and his work is superb. He also has a wonderful staff comprised of people who carry out their job functions responsibly, energetically, and effectively.

After our dentist of 25 years retired it was hard transitioning to the dentist who took over his practice. It was time to find the kind of dentist and staff that we had come to appreciate with our long time dentist. We have found that in Dr. Schumacher and his staff. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable through and caring. They make you feel as if you are the only patient in the office. While this was our first visit, we have appointments set for our next cleaning and I am happy we found our new forever dentist. I highly recommend this practice.

You never want to crack the back half of a tooth off, but doing so during this pandemic was anxiety producing! Dr. Schumacher and his staff did an emergency temporary repair, all the while making me feel as comfortable as possible that they had taken precautions to minimize any potential for infection. As soon as they were “open”, they scheduled me in for a crown. Again taking the same stringent precautions. The crown fits nicely! My thanks goes to Dr. Schumacher and his staff for safely being their for us.

Dr. Schumacher and his amazing dental team made my first new patient appointment with them yesterday a great experience. Not only are they very educational, they are very sincere, professional, and treat you like a person and not a number. We were referred to this amazing dental team by our friends and I’m going to refer everyone I know to them. Recently, while enjoying a delicious BBQ business lunch, I accidentally loosened and swallowed a lower molar crown, leaving my implant exposed. Not an ideal situation, obviously. However, after a panicky call to Dr Schumacher to explain the situation, they worked me into their schedule he same day and built a replacement. The best dentist ever! Great and caring team.

The staff here is sooo nice. I felt so welcomed by everyone. They told me about what they would charge me before doing it. They walked through step by step on what I would need done in the future what it would costs and everything but they said it was totally up to me what I wanted to do. I just really love how they ran everything and how information was presented to me. No unexpected bills and no pressure for anything. Love them!

For the first time I don’t mind going to the dentist, they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, they really listen to you & if you have anxiety going to the dentist (which I do) they do everything they can to help you! I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Schumacher is committed to continued learning and pursues advanced dental education on a regular basis. A commitment to lifetime learning is paramount to maintain excellent care for patients. His participation in dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic to perform dentistry on those less fortunate has truly been a life-changing experience for both Dr Schumacher and the patients he treats. This is the best dental office. Everyone in the office is very personable and friendly. Every time I go, I feel as though I am the only patient there….even though I am obviously not. The office is very clean, they answer the phone when you call, and appointments are always on time. These are just a few of the reasons why I give them 5 stars.

My first visit with Dr. Schumacher was amazing. I am a senior citizen, and without question it is the most thorough exam of teeth and gums that i have ever had. I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and interested in assisting me in the best way possible.

Like most people I procastinated going to the Dentist. I was new to the area and had a hard time deciding on one. I eventually chose Dr. Schumacher and I COULDN’T HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE. The first thing on my visit the Doc sat down face to face and got to know me and my needs. No Doc has ever done that for me. Then I course I have the normal exam, x-ray and cleaning. But instead of sitting next to me in the dental chair and telling me what needed to be done the Doc scheduled a meeting for the following week to discuss the options face to face. Again no Doc has ever done that for me. In addition his staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous it made my visit fantastic. I would recommend Dr. Schumacher to everyone except that would make it difficult to get an appointment.

I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of customer service, courtesy and professionalism during my recent visit. Upon arrival, your welcomed like family. Every aspect of my examination was fully explained and reviewed with me. All of the employees are engaging and respectful. I have already recommend this dental office to my friends.
