I am so glad that I went to West End Dental.  Amazing dental office.  I am a dental phobe and have been putting off getting work that I need for years.  Dr. Izadi and her staff got me through it in a way I never thought it is possible.  I will never go anywhere else.  I actually look forward to my next appointments.  I could not ask for a better dental office.  The BEST!!!

By far the best dentist that I have ever been been to. Dr. Izadi is very knowledgable, polite, prompt, and SUPER nice. She and her staff go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience at their office. I recommend West End Dental to my friends all the time and would not think of going anywhere else in the city.

I so enjoyed my visit to West End Dental.  I was warmly greeted to the practice and the environment was inviting and relaxed.  The dental assistant was kind and very skilled and I felt like I was in good hands with her while she did my x-rays.  I was very surprised that it was Dr. Izadi who actually did my cleaning, though!  Usually you only get 5 minutes with the dentist, but she was very hands-on and made me feel at ease.  She listened to my concerns and made me feel very welcome.  I’m so glad I chose to go to West End!  I’ve officially found my dentist in DC!

Dr. Izadi and Dr. Kim are two of the best dentists ON THE PLANET. I grew up in the generation where dentists used fear, threats, and rusty hooks (or so it seemed) to ply their trade. If you have anxiety about dentists, this is place to go. They are extremely skilled; they use the latest technology and techniques. But they are also both extremely kind and supportive doctors. They really care about their patients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing to go to West End Dental as he had some extensive work necessary (and it had been years since he had seen a dentist), and I wanted a reliable place to go to for any/all our needs. We love it! Office staff (Lydia) is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Izadi is always kind, listens to questions, and goes to bat for her patients when insurance is less-than helpful. The Drs there all seem to respect/help each other, and the nurse techs are gentle and careful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Dr. Izadi is wonderful!  I grew up in the area and had been going to the same dentist for a long time.  My old dentist wasn’t conveniently located for me anymore, and I finally switched to West End Dental – I was shocked at the difference!  With a friendly smile, a professional attitude, and up to date technology, Dr. Izadi is leaps and bounds better than my old dentist!  I recommend her to everyone in search of a new dentist.

I LOVE West End Dental. After going to various dentists and being highly disheartened I am SO lucky I found Dr. Izadi. Dr. Izadi and company (Kenya and Maria) are the sweetest people and good at their job. Maria, the receptionist is super nice, has never made me wait forever for an appointment (which most dental offices will book you two week to a month down the road!) and works with you to give you an appointment ASAP and at a time that works for you. Kenya, the dental assistant, is young but is very intelligent and quick with helping Dr. Izadi. And Dr. Izadi is the sweetest dentist I’ve ever had. Friendly (hard to find), cares about your concerns (hard to find). I had a bad cavity and needed to get a crown, then I had pain and needed a specialized root canal, she sent me to a specialist then REPLACED the crown and made sure I wasn’t in any pain afterwards all for one price (you know some dentists would charge you twice and then some). She knew I was on a budget so she worked with me….I didn’t have insurance so had to pay out of pocket so they worked with me! So nice of them because I don’t know what I would have done if they hadn’t been flexible! LOVE THEM. So lucky I finally found a dentist I can trust to care about my dental health and not just money in their pocket. It’s a shame that more doctors don’t realize that being nice is the way to keep customers…and in turn more money in their pocket long run.

I have been coming here since the practice started at this location and it is a fantastic place.  The office manager Maria is wonderful and she is always helpful and cheery.  Dr. Izadi is fantastic. She knows her stuff. I have gotten a mouth guard and crowns done here and after the crowns she emailed and to make sure I was feeling well. When  I had an issue with one of them she was able to fit me into the schedule and took great care of me. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone new to the city or someone wanting a great dental office.

I am a student at a university in the DC area.  I was told I needed a root canal at home, but it was too late to do it there, so I found West End Dental on the internet.  The reviews were great, but I didn’t expect my experience to live up to the hype.  Not only did my visits live up to the hype, but I actually had the most pleasant and pain-free experiences I have ever had dealing with dental work.  Everything that I was curious about was explained to me and Dr. Izadi could not have been nicer.  I was relaxed during my two procedures – one for a temporary medication filling and the other for the permanent filling – because of the lovely music playing softly in the background.  They were understandable and kind about scheduling around my heavy work and class schedule.  I would recommend West End Dental to anyone who is seeking a new or better dentist in the DC area.

Dr. Izadi and her staff are always very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Izadi always tells me about problems as they emerge / as soon as she identifies them rather than after it’s too late. I have been seeing her for 8 years now and I’m so much better off! My prior dentists seemed great but they did not monitor for grinding or give me specific candid instructions about how I was brushing and flossing incorrectly. Luckily I found Dr Izadi before too much grinding damage had been done. I highly recommend Dr Izadi. And Dr Kim is great too (seen him a few times when Dr Izadi has been out)!
