I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate coming to Next Generation Dental. Our son has had to have a tooth extracted and a crown and will only come back for cleanings if we come here. Our pediatric dentist always makes him feel at ease, therefore I am too and even called us after goes to make sure he was healing well after his extraction. I’ve had to come in for cleanings and Valerie (the AMAZING receptionist) was so sweet and even calmed my 1 year old down when I had to bring him into the office. He was content to sit on her lap as I was in the dentists chair and she did her work. Unreal. We are so happy here and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Waiting room is pretty kid-friendly, with a box of toys they can rummage through. Wait times are not bad at all. Dentists have particularly good bedside manner, as you would expect for pediatric dentists. The admin staff are exceptionally polite & helpful, which is a rare treat. After we took our toddler here, my wife liked them so much that she started seeing the dentist here too – one of them does also see adults!

Excellent Timely Dental Services for Dental Exam and Cleaning Last, year I was suffering form severe dental pain and spent many sleepless nights due to the unbearable pain caused by a tumor inside my mouth. I was desperately looking for a permanent solution to my dental disease. On being advised by one of my friends who had already taken the dental services of Next Generation Dental, I visited them and explained my current dental condition and the amount of pain I was feeling at the moment. Without wasting any further time, Dr. Paul examined me properly with digital x-rays and oral cancer screening procedure and indicated the presence of a tumor. I was impressed with their timely dental exam and cleaning service from Dr. Paul. Within three or four visits I ended all my dental problems form the root. Now, my mouth is tumor free and I feel more relaxed and comfortable after having the dental exam and cleaning service. I am really grateful to Dr. Paul for his dental therapeutic and surgery that put an end to all my dental woes.

I started coming to Next Generation Dental after a recommendation from my sister. Both me and my son have been seeing the dentist here for the last 5 years and we have always had great service. Staff is always so nice and have made us feel comfortable every time we are there. It says a lot when a kid likes going to a dental appointment. The doctors are very knowledgeable. Anytime I need a procedure they explain it well before doing it and I am given pricing so I can schedule when it works best for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Ben Ganjian for many years and consider him an excellent, gentle dentist with a warm personality. Ove the years I’ve had regular cleanings, the occasional cavity and, unfortunately, the need for a root canal and crown. Dr. Ben has always been conscientious and careful and discussed every option with me. One of their consulting dentists, an Endodontist whose name I don’t recall, did the actual root canal and, I have to say, was really terrific. I don’t have dental insurance, but the cost seemed reasonable to me. Drs. Paul and Ben Ganjian are brothers with one office on West 71st Street and another in Lincoln Towers. I have been going to Dr. Ben’s office in Lincoln Towers. I recommend him highly.

I hate going to the dentist, it’s never ever nice for me. I have soft teeth, they get a lot of cavities very easily, and I need someone who can do a really good, long-term job. The more drilling and replacing I get in my teeth, the worse they get. I have a tooth that probably needs to be pulled and replaced too. I also prefer it’s a dentist who won’t badger me about how bad my teeth are on every visit, because I KNOW. The both brothers are always supportive and make me feel better about finishing my dental work. Like many of their patients we love the staff.

My name is Jean Goldman and I am a patient of Next Generation Dental. I have been seen by Dr. Paul or Dr, Ben Ganijan for 6 years, the office is located on the upper west side where we live. The office is clean, takes insurances and open on Sundays. My children and cousin Owen Travers also have been to Next Generation Dental with positive results. I recently had my 25 year old veneers from a dentist in California replaced at a dentist downtown by my Wall Street office to save time. The replacement permanent veneer feel off 5 times. I finally just called up Next Generation who had been doing my yearly cleanings, and they fit me right in and re-glued the veneer. The downtown dentist told me I needed a crown . Dr. Paul told me no you have perfect good tooth we just have to remove the glue. He fixed it all up and showed me x-rays, he was very professional did not bad mouth the downtown dentist and now 3 months later the veneer Dr Paul re-glued is still on! If I had gone back to the downtown dentist by Wall Street I would have a crown on a perfectly good tooth, I give 5 stars for service, clean office and trusting care to Next Generation Dental.

I have been going to both Dr Paul and Benjamin Ganjian since 2001, have recommended them to all my friends and family who move to NYC, and still continue to travel back twice a year (from NH!) for my semi-annual cleanings. They are not only highly competent dentists, they are also genuinely nice people with whom it is a pleasure to interact. Most dental offices feel like factories – fast, impersonal, and you get the same cleaning no matter what your particular needs or concerns. Both of these doctors make sure to talk to you at the start of each appointment to find out any pertinent medical information (both ongoing and new) in case they need to provide additional sedation/treatment/moral support, and after each cleaning they perform a through check to ensure that every “nook and cranny” was cleaned properly. They employ some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered, and whenever I’ve had to reschedule due to illness they have done their best to accommodate me. Most of my appointments run around half an hour (which is nice since I know I’m not being rushed out the door for the next patient) and I have never felt there was anything I couldn’t say to them or ask for in terms of accommodations during a cleaning or cavity fill. I urge anyone looking for a new dentist to give this group a chance, and to communicate directly with the dentist treating them to ensure a perfect visit – I promise they will listen. (Just be sure to communicate with them verbally since they are quite brilliant but not yet psychic!)

I had an emergency tonight and I had to go to see a dentist. I have had the worst luck in the world with dentists in the past 30 years. Dr Paul and Ben ganjian were recommended to me by one of my coworkers but I must admitt to you I was still very skeptical of the referal but I was in pain and had no choice but to accept the referal. Also it was a friday night and where else am I going to find a dentist. So I took a chance and called the next generation dental. As luck would have it the office was also closed and I left my number with the answering service. After all it was 11 o clock at night. About two minutes later I recieved a call from Dr ganjian himself. We talked on nthe phone and decided to meet in his office about an hour later. That was fine for me because it allowed me to finish working on my project. About an hour later I went to his office at the central park location and meet the doctor. I was later shocked to learn that the reason he needed an hour to meet me was because he lives all the way in long island but works in the city. I could not belive that a doctor would do that for somone who is not even their patient. When I later asked him why, he told me that by talking to me he realized how much pain I was in and also because I was recommende by one of his other patients. Any way I was seated in the dental chair and he took a xray of my tooth. He then took a small camera and took a picture of my tooth as well. I was shocked how high tech this place is. Dr ganjian explained evrey thing to me and gave me all options but my worst fear came true when he told me that I needed a root canal therapy. I haver heard horror stories about people getting root canals. But he assured me that he will do his best not to hurt me. He also showed me a movie about what a root cal is and how is it done and why i needed it. I thought that was very cool and informative. Once agreed he then proceeded to get me shot. Here was the pleasent surprise. It did not hurt at all. Can you belive it i got 3 shots and I did not feel a single bit of pain. he was amazing . He also performed a root canal therapy and I absolutley did not feel any thing at all. He later took his time to explain every thing to me again. He even called a pharmacy for my medications. Well I have never had a such amazing experince with any doctors let alone a dentist. I think dr ganjian is the greatest dentist alive. I can not belive how he took care of me. I want evrey one to know this. I am so glad to have finally find a dentist who is as careing as him. I felt nothing and am out of pain. Dr ganjian you rock.

Dr Ganjian is the best in every way a dentist and humanitarian. I am an Iraqi war veteran. I returned from Iraq with a few dental problems. Dr Ganjian and his staff assured me that I will be well taken care of and I was; when you walk in you are welcomed with a gracious receptionist who father is also a veteran. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant. The office plays soothing music that creates a calm and relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Ganjian had me return after each procedure to ensure I healed properly and no infection before the next procedure. My healing process went smoothly no soreness or infections. My prior experiences with my prior dentists were rush jobs. The procedures have lead to a sore mouth and even infections. Dr Ganjian would explain the procedures he will be conducting. Dr Ganjian would have his staff show videos to ensure you understand the aftercare, follow up call ensuring you are feeling fine after your procedure. I am now 100% free of dental problems. In the United States Navy I was trained to do my best in all I do. I feel that Dr Ganjian has the same standard. If you want the best dental work done; by a dentist, who really cares, then go to Next Generation Dental office and see him and his staff.
