My wife, children and I have used Ivy for several years and love her service! Last weekend, when I had a minor dental emergency on a Saturday evening, I contacted her office to set up an appointment early the next week. Her office actually called me back and they were able to help. I really appreciate her team’s concern for the patient!

My family and I recently switched over to this dental practice. I am beyond happy with the care we have received. My children loved the experience! I had a bonding on my front tooth that has been discolored and terrible for years! Ivy Hwang made me new! Looks great! Dr. Ivy is helping me overcome my fear of dentists after lots and lots of challenging experiences with others. She explains every step of what I need and takes the time to ensure I’m comfortable. She never makes me feel rushed. It’s also hard to get me numb and she always makes sure I’m comfortable at all times, taking breaks when I need them. Liza is a sensitive dental assistant who even held my hand once when I was feeling anxious. I highly recommend this practice as Dr. Ivy truly cares about her patients and she’s a perfectionist when it comes to giving you the best care and best looking smile. I’m still nervous in the dental chair, but Living Smiles is sure to be my dentist for years to come. In my experience, a good dentist is hard to come by and I’m grateful I’ve found a place I can finally call my dentist.

Great experience from the time I walked in. The support staff member was very friendly and courteous. The dentist was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend the service here to anyone. My family and I are very happy with the service we get from them. We’ll continue to come back!

I’ve been very happy with Dr. Hwang. She is professional, caring and an exceptional dentist. She has now become my children’s dentist! And all of them have spoken highly of her. My youngest daughter went to Dr. Hwang today for the first time. Her mouth was sensitive after having ortho treatment yesterday and Dr. Hwang was particularly gentle with the cleaning. I highly recommend her.

As a busy young professional, the last thing I need is a difficult experience at the Dentist. I can confidently say that Dr. Hwang made my experience at Living Smiles very seamless and customer centric. She provided top of the line care coupled with a relaxed atmosphere which is hard to come by with many private practices in the area.

I’m terrified of dentists. My teeth are very sensitive (we’re talking 4 shots of novocaine just for a cleaning) and simply getting a cleaning can be traumatic for me. Dr Hwang recently took over the practice of the dentist that I’ve had for nearly 20 years and I was procrastinating making an appointment with her. When a cracked filling made it unavoidable, I finally went for my appointment. All my fears were completely unfounded. Dr Hwang was the epitome of patient, she has a wonderful bedside manner, is fast, and thankfully, she’s also got a very gentle touch. I’ve already been spreading the word about her and I’m incredibly relieved that she’s so good at what she does. While I can’t go so far as to say that the appointment was “fun”, it sure wasn’t as frightening as I anticipated.

I am so happy with my Invisalign treatment and I would definitely recommend all my friends & family to come here. Dr. Ivy takes her time and works diligently on every patient she sees. You will not be disappointed with the special care and attention you get. Very accommodating. Staff is great! Super friendly! Everyone at Living Smiles Dentistry is awesome ☺️

Very happy with my visit to Dr. Ivy! The office feels very safe with their COVID protocols and I felt extremely taken care of. Appointments are staggered so didn’t have to wait too long and/or run into too many people in the waiting area. I ended up having to get two fillings and they were done quickly with very little pain (she did a great job with the anesthesia shots); she even fixed a chipped tooth I had which I’m very pleased with. Honestly haven’t found a good dentist that I’ve liked in a while so I’m very glad to have found her and even more happy that she takes my insurance. Highly recommend!

Dr Hwang was able to see me on short notice during an emergency situation with my tooth. It was my first time seeing the Dr. She immediately made me feel comfortable , performed an examination and explained everything throughly.. I came to see her the following day for a short procedure. In summary , just from this one encounter I would recommend Dr. Hwang to family or friends without a doubt for all the right reasons.

Dr Ivy and her staff are caring, compassionate and professional. Leslie greets you at the front desk and manages insurance issues. Lisa assists with all dental procedures and alleviates any discomfort. Dr Ivy has great skill and impeccable credentials. If you want a long term relationship with a dentist where the atmosphere is pleasant and the work is top notch then Living Smiles Dentistry is for you.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Hwang and the staff at Living Smiles Dentistry. Although going to the dentist makes me anxious, she made me feel very comfortable. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and kept asking if I was ok. I highly recommend Dr. Hwang

I could not be more impressed with my experience. Dr. Hwang changed my view of what a dental visit is. I was in a lot of pain and anxious going in. Dr. Hwang and her amazing assistant Mary made me feel comfortable and at ease. They helped me with what I needed and I was on my way knowing I got the best care possible. In a world where anything medical is more like a trip to the DMV this was refreshing. Perfect for anyone that has anxiety about dental work.

I’m in med school and I spend every day with healthcare providers and Dr. Ivy really stands out among them all! She’s a dentist that really does everything right! She really genuinely cares and actually spends the time to answer all your questions and provide quality patient education.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable and very well attended, if you do not speak English do not worry because the secretary speaks Spanish and can help you understand everything that the doctor explains. Super recommended.
