My son has been treated for overbite with a palate expander and we were very happy with the results and experience  with Dr. Tanya Vaysman. He had a breathing problem which got resolved after the palate expander. We decided to  continue the next step of treatment with putting in braces to properly position the teeth. The office staff is really great, appointments are easy to schedule and always on time with minimal wait. They have been also very careful with Covid protocols and my son has continued the orthodontic visits throughout the pandemic safely. Dr. Vaysman is also very professional and has a great bedside manner. We are so happy with the experience that we always recommend this practice to our family and friends.

Just completed Phase 1 of braces for our child. Extremely happy with our experience with Dr. Tanya Vaysman and Upper East Side Orthodontists.  Dr. Vaysman is extremely professional, takes time to explain her process and always kept us well informed of our daughter’s progress.  The results have been wonderful.  The staff is also incredible, very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond.  We were always able to get any last minute appointments we needed and are impressed by how efficiently the office is run considering the sheer amount of kids that are patients there.   No complaints and will be back for Phase 2!

We have loved our experience here. Both my daughter and son are patients.  They have been treated so well. The staff all talk directly to them and teach them how to care for their teeth and orthodontic equipment. They make sure they answer any questions and feel independent with their responsibilities.  The entire office also responds to the emotional needs of the kids, especially if they are feeling anxious.  We highly recommend Dr. Vaysman and her practice!

My most recent experience was my first appointment. I emailed asking about insurance, got an answer straight away, which was great, and was about to schedule an appointment easily. The process was very quick, and I thought that my situation (being that I broke my retainer by grinding my teeth at night) was accessed very quickly. And I even brought up that since I hadn’t been wearing the broken retainer, my teeth had shifted a bit, and I was told that we could fix it via adjustments on the retainer mold/body. The atmosphere of the office is nice, open, and airy, and I felt safe regardless of the current pandemic situation. The only thing I may add in is touchless sanitizing stations!

I went in for a consultation and everyone was so nice and friendly! They talked through different options with me since I am a little hesitant to get orthodontic treatment as an adult. I felt very comfortable and the different options were laid out to me so it was easy to pick the best option for me.

t is known that the words “kids” and “dentist” don’t always go well together; however, not when it comes to Upper Eastside Orthodontists. I have witnessed kids coming in to the dentist and leaving with a smile. My daughter completed her braces, and the care she received during the treatment and her smile afterward are outstanding for a hard-to-please mom. :)) Dr. Tanya Vaysman is not only an iconic dentist to our community but also for patients who commute to her from different neighborhoods. When I hear Dr.Vaysman’s name, comments are nothing less than “we love her” from other moms, including from my daughter’s friend. In addition to her excellent skills as a doctor and her outstanding results, she is warm and personable, with amazing vibes and flawless execution. There’s no wait time, and it’s all done in an immaculately clean office. Her team is stellar, with friendly accommodations for a busy schedule and the top-notch office manager, Michele. I am certain that if I had ten kids, they all would come out with proper dental care followed by a beautiful smile. Thank you, Dr. Vaysman. I look forward to returning for my own orthodontic work and for a smile you give to your patients.

Our family has been going to Dr. Vaysman for the past few years, both for adult and teen orthodontics. The office is efficient and unpretentious and service is quick. Dr. Vaysman’s prices are also more reasonable than Upper West Side orthodontists we explored. I was pleased with my clear braces and Invisalign retainer. My teeth were straight in just under a year. My now 14 yo son started in middle school (8th grade) and is now in 9th grade. He has been able to pop in to the office easily for adjustments and repairs.

My son Rylan is a new patient at UEO and we are seeing DR.Tanya. So far we’ve had a wonderful experience with the dr and with the staff. Front desk girls are super nice answered every single question I had. (And I had many!) Assistant was very knowledges and made us feel super comfortable. So far -it’s been great!

Dr. Vaysman is an Invisalign expert. Like so many, I had braces as a kid and never wore my retainers. Eventually, one of my bottom front teeth moved so far back, it looked like I was missing a tooth in photos! That was the only reason I decided to do Invisalign. But at my initial consultation with Dr. Vaysman, she actually pointed out many other issues that would be fixed with Invisalign– I had a slight overbite with my top teeth protruding out, one of my top central incisors was in front of the other, my top lateral incisors flared sideways, and the bite of my molars had a gap between them. My vain self only cared about the aesthetics of my teeth, but Dr. Vaysman also cared about the functionality of my teeth. After Invisalign, not only do I love my smile, but I chew better too! My daughter’s experience with Dr. Vaysman and her team has been extremely positive. Dr. Vaysman takes the time to suggest the best treatment and, approach that will ensure that each one of her patients gets the best individualized care. As a mom, I always feel at ease knowing that I can drop off my daughter for her treatments knowing that she will always be in a safe and professional environment. Orthodontics treatments are expensive, Dr. Vaysman’s team makes sure that you have a clear understanding of all charges, and they work with you to establish payment plans. Very Happy!
